Hi there! I was using tata walkie landline No.[protected]My Account No.[protected] for the last 6 years or so. In July 2015, I visited Tata Indicom Sector 15 Faridabad store and submitted my request for cancellation of this number...In reply to my request, I received an sms from them on 21/7/2015 stating "The SR Cancellation request has been raised on 6541292. Your reference number is[protected]. We will resolve your request by..." On contacting 121 customer care regarding my phone cancellation, they asked me to clear my all dues of Rs.197...and I paid Rs.200 on 1/8/2015. Thereafter no action has been taken even on my repeated requests on 121 and also on Tata Indicom Sector 15 Faridabad store. Now whenever I contact them no reply is given to me..and my cancellation request appears to not have been processed at all and I am getting further monthly bills with penalty amount.. This is totally unfair. This issue is required to be resolved without further delay and cancellation of my this phone number immediately...as I have already paid all dues on this number. You will appreciate the fact that I am not liable to pay anything after 21/7/2015 when I got Tata Indicom sms as mentioned above. Hope to get an early reply with cancellation of my phone number.       We are facing the issue of calls not going on any BSNL Network all over india from OUR TATA INDICOM Smart PCO. The Voice message says that All Lines On this Route Are Busy I dont the reason I called up Customer Care but as usual they are not Helping As it is always With TATA.           I am using Tata Indicom Broadband as a prepaid user for about 10 years. All of a sudden, in Aug 2015, they terminated my account without notice and asked me to migrate to postpaid. But I said that won't migrate to postpaid. So they informed me that they refund the Balance amount of about Rs.3500 within 30 days.But till date, No response from Tata Indicom Broadband. I called customer care number regarding the refund process everytime they are telling that amount will be refunded in 30 days & I asked them to send me a mail regarding the amount they are going to refund.               Hello Sir, My name is Ankit, i use a tata indicom connection in 2014, my account no was[protected] and phone no was [protected]. In july 2014 i got a bill of 4496. I talk to customer care and submit 4000 rs. Customer care settled my bill after discuss with manager. I also request to close the connection as i was moving from that address and on new address tata service was not available. But recently i got a call from an advocate and he say that he is going to file a case against me in behalf of TATA Indicom for a pending bill of 2000 around. My complaint is when i have request for close connection and i am not using service after july 2014 then how a fake bill genrate and this is the way to collect the bill. Does TATA use this way to file a case against customer. Thanks, Ankit

                  As per our conversation over the call on your number, you have requested for cancellation of number and expressed your dissatisfaction towards service. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed.                       I had received a tata-photon+ device and connection in my name from my ex-employer when I joined that organization. While leaving the organization It was my obligation to return the device to the organization, so I called Tata-photon+ customer care and the customer care representative assured me that the connection will be disconnected. After that I submitted the Tata-Photon+ device to my ex-employer and I changed my mobile number after that as I moved to a new place. So I didn't receive any SR number. The other thing is that, I had taken the connection on Advanced Rental Plan for 6 months with a credit limit of 800. I had paid the bill on the month of march '13 so the period that it covers should be from march '13 to August '13 and I returned the device in the month of May 2013. The connection was not disconnected and they sent me a physical bill to my office address on the month of September. Ideally as I didn't pay the bill by the due date which was "20th Sept" in my case, the connection should have been blocked which happens usually. Now, the bill which I supposedly received at my last office address, should have contained an Advanced rental for the duration of sept-13 to Feb-13, during which the connection should be remained blocked. I have written to them and talked to the concerned person about the issue and explaining them the same matter but my words have fallen on deaf ears. Now they have sent me a legal notice to appear at a conciliation camp in Delhi. This has been very harassing situation for me. Need a solution for this. Photon No - [protected] Acc No[protected]

                        I had converted my CDMA phone to GSM but due to poor network connection could not get a single incoming or could outgoing call but continued getting a bill for around Rs.300. When I requested them to convert the same to CDMA they said for 3 months they cannot make any changes. After waiting patiently for 3 months when I met them to make the changes they said they have to convert to post pay and again I was stuck for another 3 moths with the same problem and this way even after completing 9 months they could not address my problem. Today I approached them with the documents to convert to CDMA they said I have to pay Rs.750 and only then they can do it. When my original phone was CDMA they took Rs.50 to convert to GSM and now they are just trying to extract money. Kindly address this issue and please advise what I can do further. I am facing a lot of inconvenience because this no.is not working

                          I am using Tata Indicom wi-fi services in Ballygunge area (Mayfair Road). The services are down frequently on adhoc basis. Sometimes down for 2-3 days at a stretch. Other times couple of hours per day approx once a week. It is highly undependable and sometimes important work gets hampered.

                            This is Govind, customer to tata indicom since 2009 and my number is [protected] .I am using pay for call plan where my call rates are Rs 1/10min . It was gauranteed by tata indicom that it is life time validity but recently they changed my plan to Rs 1/min without any intimation by sending an sms. So please revert it to my previous plan. If not its like cheating customer in the sense announced one plan and changing it to another plan .

In this regards, we would like to inform you that, upon checking with our records, as of now there is no call rate cutter plan is active on your number. Hence, you are being charged as per the base tariff as all mobile calls at Rs.1/minute. I request you to recharge with any call rate cutter plan in order to reduce your charges. Kindly note that, the offer which has been given through the SIM is applicable only for limited period and not for lifetime.

                              We would like to inform you that you have been charged an amount of Rs.3.10/- usage of (120KB) for browsing as you have latched with Vodafone network and while you are under roaming from dated[protected]:52PM to[protected]:35PM, hence you have been charged from main balance at base tariff (10p/10KB). I request you to check with the attachment.
                              We request you to select the network manually as Tata Docomo in roaming, so that you will be charged from your data balance for browsing of internet. Hence, you will be charged for data usage if the selected network operator is other than Tata Docomo and the charges will be at 10P/10KB. We regret to inform you that once the pack is activated and the benefits are provided, the same cannot be deactivated neither refunded nor converted to other offer/number as the recharge was done from your end. We request you to make a note of the same.

                                  Date of Incident: 1st July 2015 Mobile No: [protected] Owner: Madhu Priya Prasad Hello Sir, Yesterday (1st July) I was able to make a successful recharge of Rs.252 on the Tata Indicom Mobile No [protected]. I have got the message on my mobile as successful recharge, and the amount was of course been debited from the source. However, just in a few moments, I could see all this balance deducted from my mobile, and even my main balance also deducted. I then called up at Customer Care today morning, but the representative told me that Rs.252 is not a valid amount for any of their schemes. I asked that in that case, why is the recharge successful, and instead the money not refunded? He said that now nothing can be done. Hoping that you will do the needful, With Best Regards,

                                  It is unfortunate that a company like Tata (Indicom) known to take good care of customer and customer issues, has taken so long a time, to leave a complaint unresolved, which is not that complex to solve.

                                    Hi, I am old customer of Tata Indicom, my number is +91-[protected]. Recently on my business trip I have activated roaming plan for 7 days but when I came back to my home town my regular plan of 349 is deactivated. I made call to customer care and shocked for their response, that is "If you activate any offer then your previous plan will be deactivated ". But, this is only for TATA INDICOM customers only not for their TATA DOCOMO. When I asked why and what is the reason for deactivation of previous plan, they are not responding properly to questions. I just want to file one complaint on this issue, because they are not providing minimum information on recharges. In their official web site you don't find information on " previous plan deactivation if you recharge with new plan(even if it is roaming ). Will you please provide me guidelines to file compliant, I don't want to take this issue easy. thank you

                                      We filed a complain that we are facing network issue in our walky. These guys are not solving our problem and they are not telling us by when our problem will be solved. We had words with Mr. Avinash(Sr C.S.E) and he is not forwarding our call to technical dept. We want this problem to be solved as soon as possible.

                                        My Acc#[protected], a customer from Kharadi, Pune was happy with the Broadband service until now. It was monday(8th June) that i faced issue with broadband connection and found internet to be down.Hence I registered a complaint on 9th June(complaint No.[protected].On 9th june the local TataIndicom representative called upon me and came to my place for investigation.On 10th june he called me up and said to send across the Mac address and account number and said that he would fix the issue online.He was not able to and had even come to my place to replace the modem.On 11th he said that the node from which I had got my connection(Blue berry Society) has the issue and will have to change the node to my society(Mount n Glory), for which I will have to pay. On the above fiasco, i have a few concerns to raise, which are as follows: 1. The Technician was not able to trace the issue on day one and kept guessing for issue than actually trouble shooting 2. No senior member over the Technician did take the proper of day to day status inorder to review the case. 3. I was told to pay for the transfer, which is illogical. Would like to escalate this matter to the highest level possible inorder to see that all the above questions are met with relevant answers.Which I think will be mutually beneficial to Me and Tata Tele services as well. (Have also raised my concerns to Mr. Deepak Gulati as well).
