TATA Indicom — false information about Recharge Coupon
Tata Indicom Pre-paid has a voucher RCV 155 which gives a customer 600 minutes tata-to-tata calling(Both STD+LOCAL). i have used this coupon few times. but last week when i used it, i only received tata-to-tata 600 mins(ALL LOCAL).service provider have no information about any change in the plan. moreover their sites too shows the previous plan.
in this regard i have made 2 complaints;one by phone and another on their site. its details are
