TATA Indicom — false information about Recharge Coupon

Tata Indicom Pre-paid has a voucher RCV 155 which gives a customer 600 minutes tata-to-tata calling(Both STD+LOCAL). i have used this coupon few times. but last week when i used it, i only received tata-to-tata 600 mins(ALL LOCAL).
service provider have no information about any change in the plan. moreover their sites too shows the previous plan.
in this regard i have made 2 complaints;one by phone and another on their site. its details are

    I am customer of the Tata indicom since last 7 years.
    I am practising as a advocate at Rajkot District.
    as yesterday I was very busy in one matter.
    dt. 1-7-2013, at 3.47 p. m, I was unable to received an unknown number call which was unfortunately from your company. Then after
    I was very surprised to know that from My mobile number, I could not call any one or received any calls.
    so, i am approaching the customer care,
    customer care authority says me you had not received our company calls therefore your mobile number temporary stop.
    The step or ac is nor logical, ethical and legal.
    after knowing the above mentioned facts my complaint immediately resolved. and my mobile number should be immediately started for outgoing calls and incoming calls

    TATA Indicom — without inform outgoing stop

    mobile phone services — Poor Serevices and illegal stoppage of outgoing calls

    Despite depositing the current bill within time, under Receipt No: 3944, Book No: 5 on 7th of May 2008, against account No:[protected] the BSNL authorities debarred my outgoing calls, resulting which I suffered huge loss, as I am practising as Advocate in J&K High Court, and all courts of J&K state.

    TATA Indicom — illegal use of my identity proof

    There are two existing Internet connection having account no.[protected] &[protected], from 29 nov.&
    2 dec.2008. For taking this connection I have used my driving license, I recieved information & confirmation letters regarding these two connections.I received so many wellcome call &confirmation calls from Tata Indicom service center.But today I received another bill having account no[protected] on my address in which my IDProof has been used. Exept those two connection I am not even took any connection.And One thing is that for this connection your Customer Care Center never called me anytime.I dont know how this is possible without my Photo &my acknoledgement .Regarding this I have allready lodged a complain on 121 havin complain no[protected] on dated 20th jan 2009.
    I am 100% sure that the local distributer of Tataindicom service center illegaly used my Photo ID Card that is my Driving Licence.And iit can be further misused .So plz take immedite action regarding the account no[protected] which is never taken by me and the Sim is never never used by me.
    Plz close this connection asap and lodge an FIR against the Distributer who sold the Sim on my name without my presence.And I request u to inform me immediate. My anothercontact no is [protected].

    TATA Indicom — Outgoing calls stopped

    My mobile no is [protected] which was a rental number and was converted to prepaid number and the out going calls have been barred without any intimation. When customer care was asked upon the executive showed helplessness.

      Hello Sir/Madam,
      This is the second time i am complaining against tataindicom tele services. Once 3-4 years back problem arose, i complained and consumercomplain helped me in reverting back my amount.
      This time also a similar activity happened. Please help me.
      On saturday 22 june 13, i activated a Rs 5 pack (24 Hrs pack) in my tata no.[protected], to checkout whether net can be availed or not. I found working. Just operated 5 min and checked google pages without any download. Then i deactivated the same as it was auto renewal. At night 12:50 AM[protected] i found my balance Rs 34 in palce of Rs 377 (Lost Rs 343). I suddenly called cus care..121, 198, 12524..all....tried and tried but all time all busy. then i tried with my other tata number..amazing..connected in the single time. But the person didnt helped me and disconnected phone without issue completion telling that data has been downloaded and i hv used 3x in place of 1x. i can say one thing about this trap that even the most speed browsing in india for 5 min cant charge a sum of Rs 343. Next day i filed complain to tata nodal officers. Next day[protected] i got a call from [protected], Mr Saddam. He told that issue has been handled and amount will be reverted. Right at that moment he reverted Rs 100 back and committed to revert rest (Rs 243) in next 48-72 Hrs. After talk a message too came regarding satisfaction and i replied as YES as i thought that if 100 has came rest 243 will also come. BUT no, more than 4 days passed but no reversion. All cheat..on 27-6-13 i called cus care,talked to Mr Avinash, who forwareded the call to seniour listening the issue..amazing call was on holt and then disconnected. Today again i called tata cus care, talked to Mr Ankit, cheat person, told to keep on hold for account checkup...disconnected. This was the overall issue...Please help me to recover back my Rs rest 243 balance in my account.

        Respected Sir,

        My name is Zaid and I want to register a complain against Tata Indicom broadband service provider for their fraud.

        I had taken Internet connection from Tata Indicom broadband services in Oct-Nov 2009, and I always paid my bill on time for 1 year till Dec 2010, but due to poor broadband speed and I was also moving abroad for work I decided to disconnect my services.

        I had to leave India urgently I made a call to Tata Indicom for cancellation and their Call center staff told me that, as I have prepaid Internet service (rental to be paid in the start of the month) Internet would be automatically disconnected if I dont pay the next month bill and Data Indicom would deduct nominal fee from the security deposit (which was 1000, Indicom took before installation) and send me the balance through check. I accepted this offer as I dont have to go to their office.

        Everything went fine for next 2-3 months and I didnt get any mail from tata Indicom. So I thought that my internet is disconnected and I never got my security deposit back which was anyway i was not expecting. But suddently I got a mail after 2.5 yrs from tata Indicom that I have to appear in Lok Adalat in Pune on 30th June 2013 for the settlement of Rs1591.

        As the Internet service was prepaid ( Rental to be paid at the start of month) and they also didnt return my security I am not going for any settlement.
        and Moreover I am also not in pune these days so by any chance I cannot appear in Lok Adalat on 30th June.

        Its Tata Indicom fault that their call center employees do not give correct advice on telephone,

        Could you please look into this urgently and also let me know how can I from myside file a case against Tata Indicom for their fraud and mental agony which caused to me through their mail.

        TATA Indicom — Bills never received

        Am sick of telling this company to give my phone bills on time .I have called up numerous times for my bills but next month its the same story . These people behave as if its my responsibilty to get the bill and make the payment too.

        They are never concerned about sending the bills on time .

        Tata Indicom Broadband (Wimax) — Non-receipt of Security Amount

        Dear All,

        I was a customer of Wi-max Broad band internet connection of Tata Indicom. I had taken the connection in September 2009 and had discontinued (disconnected) it in February 2010. My Plan charge was Rs.1000/- as the user charge + taxes (as applicable) as per the Brochure. For getting it installed, i had payed installation charge of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) and security amount of Rs.1000/- (re-fundable).

        From the first bill, till the last bill, the bill amounts never were Rs.1000 + taxes, it was like Rs.5200+, Rs.3300+ and last one was Rs.1900+. Finally after long phone calls to their customer care, i decided to discontinue.

        My connection was disconnected on 21st of February 2010. It took me another two months time to get it terminated (21st of April 2010) that too after long phone calls and e-mails. As per them, i should get back my security amount in next 60 days time (by 21st June), but, till today (14th July). i haven't received it

            My LG-LSP-350 T had stopped charging and now the phone is completely dead, no change of device or any other alternative was provided to me.
            I am frustrated with the service .

            I am tata indicom customer in Raigarh, Chatthisgad my phone number is [protected] .My complaint is the quality of service in this state directed from Raipur.Every time a small amount like Rs 300 to 500 is exceeded the service providers ring up and contact threatening to disconnect the line.I have almost always paid paid up even higher amounts in time.It is a stupid nuisence to think that the customer has no other job than go to the tataindicom shop and pay up a small amount every time it is exceeded!If they are so hard of money let them send their bill collector every week and take money from our homes.We cant be spending all the time following one phones bill.And thretening to cut the connection of good customer is awful buissness sense.Rigt now my number has been disconnected and not been connected back
            Very poor service. Those guys do not know how to speak. Their tecnical skills are zero.
            Could not ressolve billing issues. Avoid taking tata indicom broadband connections. It is Complete waste of money. Low speed and zero service.

            I have a tata indicom post paid connection.i submit a request letter for transfer my connection to prepaid on Feb 21st 2009 . They told me it will active with in 2 hr. But Still(1st Mar 2009) it's not activate. I am still in postpaid connection. I call customer care last three days for same, but i did'nt get any response.i am not interest to continue this connection.

            TATA Indicom — POOR SERVICE

            I have booked a DS90 plan from Tata Indiacom. Plan provides for Wifi connection with unlimited usage @256 kbps. Since last 40 days, I am rigorously following with them for providing Wifi modem but there is no result.

            Even internet speed is between 150-180 kbps and not 256 kbps as promised by them.

            My mobile no. is [protected] I got callser tunes SMS From tata customer care in 13.03.2010. they give a Welcom tune code WT2570 & send it to 12800. I subscribe this in my mobile but after that he deducted 06 Rs. in my account & also he not activated the tune. So same time i was discussed your Customer Care he told me this tune is not available in our system so my question is why he is sending me this type of SMS. And also they are not providing good service & also not given me replacemet of other hello tunes. So please give me othe hello tune or get back me my deducted charges.

            Dear Mr. Samit,

            We at Zeon Solutions Pvt. Ltd., IT Park, Nagpur, using 5 Tata Photon+ connections with A/C No:[protected]. We had launched a complaint in the month of Feb 2010 for 2 dongles (Numbers:- [protected], [protected]) out of 5, which were not connecting.

            When we had contacted to the call center, they had told us to give the dongles to the service center. When we approached to the service center they had told us that its a connection problem, not the dongle problem. We are following up your engineers by putting complaints. The engineer had also came here for so much time, tried something, but not able to solve the issue.

            We are not able to utilize that connections from last 2 months but just paying the bills of that connections. Because of that connections our Managers are not able to attend any calls from last 2 months. We have done n number of calls to your engineers and service manager, but they are also not able to resolve the problem.

            Please take an quick action on this matter as our business getting affected due to this type of nonsense reasons.

            Waiting for you reply and awaiting to get that service activated.

            TATA Indicom — Poor Service

            Hi,

            As we have been using TATA service form last 2 years I want to bring to your notice that service of your has been very poor. We have few of internet dongles which we were using for year now. From last two month we were facing very poor service.

            Our two numbers [protected] & [protected] were not working from last two month. We were with the support team here in Nagpur but they are not able to resolve the issue for us.

            As this is hampering our business and we think we are wasting our money on having TATA as our preferred internet provider. We are planning to move to the court for false commitment form the support group of TATA.

            As I am marking this mail to our CEO group and System Admin group in Nagpur so that no other customer like me gets in the trap of yours.

            Nagpur Friends: I will share my blog link to you soon in mail. I request you to share this link with your contact list. So that they can think twice before choosing TATA photon.

            TATA Indicom — Poor Service

            There is continuous harassment from Tata Indicom side. I have been forcibly SUBSCRIBED with 'YOUTHPack' on 30/08/2010 certain service of your. Even when I have not subscribe to it. This has happened to me second time two weeks before this, I was SUBSCRIBED with 'Cricket Pack' and Lost Rs. 30.
            I am person who is damn not concerned with these services. The customer care people are least concerned to help.
            I have put up a complaint(complaint no. [protected]) to which Mr. Arindam Mondal said will get back to you in 24 hours BUT no body responded to it.

            MY SIMPLE REQUEST IS TO REFUND MY MONEY. STOP CHEATING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY.
            I have never requested for any such services. I do not accept calls from advertise mainly any number with 6006....
            Hence if you cannot treat your customer well its time you tell them to take service from somewhere else. There are millions of teleservice providers available.

            TATA Indicom handset model no LSP 350T was bought under lifetime warranty, which includes battery also. Now company executive say that you will be charged for everything. My question is, what is meant by life time warranty ?

              I requested for a tata broadband connection and got an immediate call from the company on17th may2013 and a representative came the next day and took all relevant documents.he promised to install the connection within three days and accordingly we paid him Rs.1500.a I called him up after four days([protected]) but he did not receive the call.i called up the main no of kolkata region([protected]) several times.each time the phone was picked up by anew person who had absolutely no clue of what was happening.then again somebody called me up([protected]) asking for my address and telling me that my mater will be resolved within three days.more than three days passed without any communication from anyone.and finally after repeated calls ,i was told that it is not possible to install the connection at my address and my money will be duly returned the same day.three days have again passed without any trace of any representative.i am not sure if i will receive my money and even if i receive who will pay for the mental harassment and loss of valuable time and not to say loosing out on important professional opportunities due to the attitude of the persons on the above mentioned numbers?

                I have been waiting for my security refund of Rs. 3000 from Tata Indicom since the phone was disconnected in May 012. My Tata Indicom number was[protected] I have been calling all the possible departments of Tata Indicom, but every person that I talk to only gives me a 15 day or 30 day or 3 months waiting time, processing time. Everytime the customer care representatives provide a SR #. The Customer care number 121, the reps are very very unhelpful and unco-operative. After numerous phone calls and harassment I managed to get a SR # 5315 and In December 012, the instrument was collected from my home. I was promised that in 15 days I will receive the refund. Having not received any refund I tried calling the Okhla office 1192 I I spoke to a man named Jagdish (or maybe Some name starting with a J), he picked up my call and then said will call back. After that whenever I call that number no one picks up. Then in February 2013 I got a call from Rajdeep from a number 011 132, who stated that a refund cheque has been sent in December 2012 and that it needs to be cashed in 3 months. I told him that I did not receive any such cheque, he then stated that He will stop the cheque and get a new cheque issued. I have been trying to call all the possible tata indicom numbers but have not got through and still am waiting for my refund cheque. I have been harassed for more than a year now. After posting a complaint on grahak seva, I did get a call to deposit an ID proof, which I did at the Dwarka Tata Indicom Centre. It has been more 2 months & I have still not received my refund check. I would have liked if tata indicom took Suo moto cognizance on this matter. However now I would like to reach out to the highest authorities to get this matter resolved. Thanks Inderjit Singh

                Under the authority of and on behalf of my client Mr. Sachin Kumar Jain R/o 1/5251, Balbir Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032, I hereby serve you with this notice as under for your immediate compliance:

                1. That my Client Mr. Sachin Kumar Jain purchased a landline phone No. [protected] on[protected]for Rs. 1,800/- (Rupees eighteen hundreds only) under the Scheme Code No. 0180, Handset Code No. LP 340E, Tariff Plan FW1 SD INDIA and Form No. [protected] from Reliance Web World Express at 1/9533, Babarpur Road, West Rohtash Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032.

                2. That at that time the authorised agent/ employee of that Reliance Web World Express informed my client that Rs.1,000/- is security and Rs. 800 is for instrument connection charges and promised him that when he would like to disconnect his connection and return the instrument then he could get his security amount of Rs. 1,000/- from them back.

                3. That my client believed him because he is an Authorised Dealer and saying everything legal and correct.

                4. That on 28/07/2006 my client approached the said agent/ employee of the said Reliance Web World Express to disconnect his phone connection, then he said he would not take that instrument back. That if my client wanted to return his instrument, he would have to go to Reliance Web World at Jagatpuri and said they would return his security hand to hand.

                5. That following his suggestion, my client went to Reliance Web World at Jagatpuri, Delhi. He deposited his land line phone on 28/07/2006, under the receipt which reads as follows: WW/WWE/CO NAME 03002, CASE ID:[protected], Customer Name- Mr. Sachin Kumar Jain, CAF NO:[protected], Phone Return - Yes, Type of Phone - RIM, FWP - YES, Accessories Received - Yes, Charger/Adapter - Yes, Working & Good Condition – Yes. Then this Reliance Infocom Executive told my client that his security cheque would be given within three months at his residencial address. If it would not reach then he could call them or reach there.

                6. That so after three months my client went to Reliance Web World Jagatpuri, Delhi, and told Customer Care Executive that he didn’t receive his security cheque till date. Then she collected all information from my client regarding his claim and then she sent one email to Reliance Security Department and she promised him that his cheque would be sent within fifteen days at his residencial address.

                7. That after fifteen days he again went to Reliance Web World at Jagatpuri, Delhi where the Customer Care Executive informed that his cheque would be delivered soon, he was sending again an email, so on such assurance my client came back.

                8. That again after fifteen days he went there then she said that he could go to Vijaya Building, 7th floor, Connaught Place, Delhi. There was Reliance company’s head office and told him the name of Executive Officer - Miss Sajiya, so he went there and met with Ms. Sajiya and my client complained about non-receipt of his security amount to her also.

                9. That she told him that they could not have provided his cheque there. She ordered Mr. Manish Sandal about my client’s Security cheque matter because he is a cheque clearing department officer in East Delhi then she called Mr. Manish Sandal who in return promised to send the cheque as soon as possible. So my client, relying on such assurance again came back.

                10 That after several days when my client didn’t receive his security cheque then he called Mr. Manish Sandal at his mobile no.[protected]. But he didn’t receive his call. So he went to his office situated at D-41, Opp. Malayagiri Apartment Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (U.P.) because there is east Delhi’s Reliance Infocom Communication Head Department. Then Mr. Manish Sandal promised him that he would send his cheque as soon as possible with all expenses. So he again came back to home.

                11. That even after one month my client didn’t receive his security cheque then he met your Reliance Infocom Communication Executive Officer in Reliance Web Word at Jagatpuri, Delhi. Then she said that she is sending email to East Delhi’s head office D-41, Opp. Malayagiri Apartment Kaushambi, Ghaziabad and his cheque would reach within seven days with all expenses.

                10. That even after fifteen days when my client didn’t receive his security cheque then he went to D-41, Opp. Malayagiri Apartment Kaushambi Ghaziabad and met with cheque department executive officer Mr. Manish Sandal then he said he would send his cheque within one hour and requested my client to give him one application then my client gave him one application for returning the security amount.

                11. That after that my client received one cheque dated 1st July 2007 bearing No. “799988” drawn on HDFC Bank H.T. House, Connaught place, New Delhi.

                12. That my client deposited his cheque in State Bank of India at University of Delhi Branch, Delhi.

                13. That but his cheque was dishonored on July 7th 2007 and reason given by bank was that Reliance Communication Instructor Limited stopped that cheque payment.

                14. That my client’s cheque was dishonored on July 07, 2007, so he went to Reliance Web World Jagatpuri Delhi and met Customer Care Executive then she sent one email to Manish Sandal. But he didn’t reply.

                15. That by all these above narrated facts, your mala-fide intention is clearly shown that you do not want to return my client’s security cheque and all expenses.

                16. You are liable to redeem his all expenses. So he has spent Rs. 3000 on auto fairs and wasted fifteen days for getting his security of Rs. 7500 and Mentally Harassment Rs. 11000 and Rs. 5100 legal notice expenses.

                17. You have done the three offences in u/s 11 with 12 Consumer Protection Act, 1986, I.P.C. u/s 420 and Negotiable Instrument Act. u/s 138.

                18. If you will not pay his expenses of Rs. 26600/- within fifteen days then you will be liable in future for giving his all expanses with legal and mentally harassment and other charges.

                In case you fail again to reply this legal notice with all expenses Rs. 26600/- within 15 days receipt of this legal notice, that my client will be constrained to initiate appropriate civil and criminal legal actions against you, so you will be held liable for all costs and consequences in connection therewith.

                You are also required to pay an amount of Rs. 5100/- towards my fee for this legal notice to be sent on above-mentioned address.

                i have submit Rs1622/- to tata indicom dealer but amount submit in the tataindicom company of only Rs1122/-there is no result of complaints in office and also to dealer so pls make my Rs500/-rupees refund to me.

                i want to state that i was a consumer of Tata indicom broad bad services and we had submitted or surrenderred our connection to Miss Priyanka (ONE OF THE EMPLOYER OFMANVI TATA INDICOM) on 15 Oct 2007 and she MISGUIDED us by telling that we will get our security back in 2 to 3 months but till now we have not got our security.And after 15 oct onwards we have been going over there WAISTING OUR TIME,PETROL AND ENERGY AND THEY ARE JUST DELAYING OUR SECURITY.THEN WE AGAIN WENT TO THERE OFFICE NEAR ASHOKA ONE OF THE OFFICE IN ASHOKA THEN ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES TOLD US THAT WE WILL BE SENT OUR SECURITY IN 45 DAYS BUT ITS 2 MONTHS FROM THAT DAY BUT WE R RECIEVING BILLS FROM TATA INDICOM RATHER THAN SECURITY.NOW I WANT TO APPEAL CONSUMER COURT THAT I GET TOTAL SECURITY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH THE EXPENSES WE HAVE INCURRED IN GOING TO OFFICE DUE TO THE MISGUIDANCE OF THESE EMPLOYEES
                I took a prepaid internet connection of tata indicom the next day itself the person came and told me that there is no connectivity in our area and went back.. i told regarding this to customer care.. he lodged a complaint and told that within 7 days i will get my cash back... but i called after seven days they told again it will take time... again after seven days i called the same response from the customer care executive... later i lost my patience i called then the customer care executive told me that ur complaint period has been expired and lodged a new one, but it around one month but still did not get my cash back... very very bad response and very bad customer care... no customer care at all...

                I had taken Tataindicom broadband connection on 13 may 2009. Due to bad service & pathetic customer care support i finally discontinued the service on 17 sept 2009. Initially service provider refuse to discontinue the service & took complete 15 days to terminate my connection. After that i ask them about refund of my security deposit, they said it will take 2 months to refund only 1000 rs. I waited for 2 months. on 31 nov i launch a complaint to look into this issue (complaint no.[protected]. No response from service provider. I called customer service on 17 Dec, got a response that i will take 15 more days to handle the case. Frustrated with all this i had launch another complaint ( complaint no.[protected]. Finally i have to launch complaint in consumer forum, hope some action will be taken against this complaint.
                These big companies robbing ordinary man. to refund only 1000 rs they take 60 days while besides very bad service they take money in advance. They refuse to terminate the account & even charge me for termination of my account later on . I advice all consumers not to go for this service provider.

                You wont get the security deposit from these guys once you disconnect. They will give some weird billing reasons and make you a fool. Never take Tata Indicom roadband connection. I moved to Airtel and seems ok for now.

                total amount due is Rs 1122(previous is Rs 1029 and current is 93.15).
                1. he said that he can give discount is Rs 93.15 current chatrges and daily 1hr free usage.
                2. i paid Rs 1029 by cash bill no AP/TTSL/36638/925940 DT 09/05/2010 exacutive name is Mr Moin, he assured activation with in an hour, then regular phone call after 5 days he paid Rs 800. i gave complaint at tata indicom showroom at Mahapur on 13/05/10 it is activted, they(singh ph[protected]/666) assured for the remaininng Rs 229 payment by the exacutive, till he didnot paid and no 1 hr daily free usage. for this i mentally distrbed and i spent nearly Rs 300 for phone calls and complinst by net, please look in to this matter .

                  I have a Tata Broadband connection in Pune for the last 8 years and for the last 6 months it simply does not work. There's network outage for 6-8 hours a day every day.

                  I have registered complaints every other day for the last 6 weeks ( These are some of the complaint now. 15142544, 15147726, 15247690, M[protected]. Their customer service reps are absolutely dumb. Their script has just 2 words ( Sorry and Inconvenience)- These days I have started giving my name as 'Sorry' and the reps. happily take that.

                  Anyways.. Tata Broadband sends an email ( will be solved in 72 hours) every time I registered a complaint and their engineer staff applies some band aid to make things work in 6-8 hours. However, I'm sure they are not fixing the problem because the next day we face the same problem.

                  This is the most rediculously worded email that I have ever received regarding a customer service complaint. You guys make the customer feel like a . How else would one interpret:

                  1. "all of which lead you to believe that services provided by us are to the contrary of what your expectations were." Lead you to believe?.. I'm talking facts here.. there is no room for personal biases..Come on.. be honest and straight forward, use language that helps you communicate with your customers and some fancy bull shot no one understands.

                  2. "We have verified your usage with respect to your concern and trust the connectivity is working fine now."- Dude it's still not working and it has been the same for the last 3 months. If you do not trust your customers call you field engineer and look at his logs ( Muzzavil [protected]), my claims would corroborate.

                  Well indeed you need to thank me for my time and all the money I have given paid for the last 7 years and Sorry I'm running out of patience.. I do not want to pay an organisation that does not provide service.

                  Tata Broadband — Pathetic Service

                  I'm a new customer of Tata Broadband Wi-Max Service. My service started on 25th August '08 evening.

                  I've a plan of 256 Infinity. Immediately I realised that I'm getting the speed which is much less than 256 Kbps. I called the customer service & launched a complaint. They assured that technician will be coming to your place & it will be resolved. Not till date.

                  Then on 28th of August I also found that I need to wait for almost 30-35 mins to get connected to the internet after switching on thier POE box. As I myself is a Technician so I manually assign the IP & then get connected or else sometimes I need to wait for half of the dya to get connected.

                  I callled the Cust care on 29th & again laugned the complaint for the same. I was assured for the tech visit, but as of today the 4th September no one turned up & I'm facing the same problem.
                  I'm lying no where as I also mailed them & got the reply that it will be fixed & ur complaint no is 6878608. Still no improvement.
                  Also I was assured by the Supervisor Rajesh from thier Hyderabad Call centre on my 8th Call, that it will be resolved by 4th Sept afternoon.

                  Pls help me in the case as I've paid 4 months advance rentle to these guys.

                  Tata Communications Broadband — Pathetic Customer Service

                  I'm personally feeling ashamed, not because I used this damm broadband service but even after my colleague told me about the quality of service these guys give, I payed for this.

                  Firsat of all I asked them for a broadband, always ON connection. I never wanted to use any Login ID or password. A second hand modem and a used Wire...this is what they came and installed.
                  Still I dont know why did I let them install it. I should have returned that on day one.

                  But i guess my need of service was important and urgent.

                  There is saying n Hindi, VINASHA KALE VIPREET BUDHI.. it started from that day.

                  Once I turn on my PC, it takes atleast 20 mins for this so called WiMax connection to start the Internet.
                  And then it gets disconnected for no other reason. After 4 days of installing this connection I have not been able to use this service for more than couple of hours..
                  I stopped the initial check payment and asked them to come and correct it.
                  The engineer did something and gave me Worlds Stupidest answer. " Sir this is WiMax, it would work like this"

                  I'm unable to use any other Internet Service in my Area because of some or the other reason the companies gave. I wanted internet service as soon as possible. So payed them online.

                  Now I'm calling them since then and nothing has been done so far. I'm unable to Internet service at all.

                  I don't know why I am I writing this here. Don't know if somebody will be able to help. But it certainly feel a bit releaved to write about all this. It had to come out.

                    This is is started from near about 1 Apr. , My tata indicom hand set was not working so I put complain[protected] in tata indicom on 1 APR.2013 but there was no action from there side till 19 may so on 19 may I put mail to them and they replied " sorry for inconvenience and your complain will resolved by 20 Apr 2013 by 13:00 Hrs. They not resolved the problem and close the complain at their end so again on 21 Apr I put the mail to them and they again registered the problem against docket no[protected] and commit that it will get resolved by 22 Apr 2013,17:00 HRS, But still its not resolved so I asked them for disconnection then very next day and it was discussed that by 1 May my problem will get resolved but I asked for compensation for delay and will not pay any amount for changing handset and lastly it is decided that from current bill of RS. 1098 I have to pay only Rs. 500 and Rs. 450 cash to executive who will come for replacement of handset, and also from next cycle bill plan will change from Rs. 750 for 2 GB to Rs. 650 for 5 GB. So I shown again faith on tata Indicom and paid rs. 500 through online bill payment on 22May Now Rs. 450 to executive On 1 may for handset . Now After 2 days handset is again stopped working and they changed after 2 days , Now they generated the bill of this month but not done necessary adjustment and refusing from adjustment for which they asked before and disconnect my both tata walky and Photon, Please help in resolving this issue ,

                    TATA Indicom — Providing service and Cheating

                    Well before the due date of bill in May there was a complaint with the connectivity and same has dragged about 10 days which was not rectified by the company and the connection also has been terminated without being intimated following the incident I hesitate to remit the bill. Two days back call has come from TATA indicom office asking for the bill payment. I told them very specifically that if they rectify the problems and to assure the connection is done then the money will be paid. Person named Venu came to my home when I was not present and he took money Rs.3408.00 from my wife promising that the connection will be within no time and he left by giving a phone no.[protected] which is not working or not responding. we have contacted many TATA Offices like Marketing, 121, and Tata tele services but in vain they started asking my wife to contact one office to other and nobody gives proper reply. please advise how we have to deal such cheating done by the TATA INDICOM authorities and its agencies.

                    TATA indicom changed their tariffs for the customers who recharged with 2008.
                    They are not charging what they promised at the time of recharging.

                    as per tata indicom the 2008 plan Call Charges are as follows
                    Tata to Tata unlimited free till 2008 days
                    Tata to any mobile 1
                    Tata to landline 2
                    Tata to STD call 3

                    According to this Non-stop plan i should have unilimited Tata 2 tata calls and above tarriff were applicable till 2008 days.
                    Last year in December 2008 company introduced an offer that exetend your validity & plan by Recharging coupon of Rs 2008 & get 2008 days validity & 2008 amount general balance. So i recharged with Rs 2008 in december 2008 and my plan and validity is exended till 2013.

                    Now Tataindicom had forcefully changed my plan without any notice & my balance is getting deducted unnessary. I have called Customer care sevral times but they are saying that they can not do anything.
                    I want my plan back.Pls help me out for the unjustice done by tata indicom.

                    this is second time the tata indicom is cheating its customers.

                    TATA Indicom — Tata Indicom is cheating with his customer

                    Hi,

                    This is regarding mobile balance deduction for subscription (NATIONAL NEWS alerts 30 Days) without any request. I am having tata indicom mobile since last one year. On 21-Apr-2010 I got a sms form tataindicom " You are successfully subscribed for NATIONAL NEWS alerts on SMS at 30/30 Days. which is auto renewable." after this Rs30 has been deducted from my mobile balance. I never requested for any kind of subscription.But Tata indicom activated same subscription without any request.

                    After this i called up TataIndicom customer care and spoke to executive. Than they deactivated same subscription pack but my mobile balance has not been credited till date. I also send email to Tataindiom regarding the same. However i did not receive my mobile balance .

                    This is my kind request please look into this matter.

                      TATA Indicom — Tata Indicom loots people..SCAM!!

                      Tata Indicom promised additional cell phone for Rs.200/- if we have exisiting Tata Indicom land line connection. We were promised that we would be getting cell phone within 36 hours.

                      Its more than 36 days and we haven't heard from them.

                      Upon calling customer care we did not get any reason for not having got the connection. After 40 days are so they are telling us that our connection is rejected - the reason for rejection is not told.

                      Haven't got the money back YET.

                      Its not the matter of money its ethics why lack!!!
                      Its false promises which they do!!!
                      NOt sure how many Rs200/- they have collected till date....
                      I agree, this is the worst service on earth. But, who cares about service ?? Money matters !!!

AND I ASKING TO WHY SHOULD ACTIVATED WHY ACTIVATING CALLER TONES AND OTHER SERIVES, SIR, ACTIVATION SHOULD YOUR SIDE NOT MY SIDE, WE ARE NOT ACTIVATED, THESE IS FOOLISH WORDS SAYING THIS IS THE ANOTHER SCAM OR BUSSINESS VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD HABID. WHEN I ASKED TO REFUND MY BALANCE NO SIR ITS NOT POSSIBLE.  BUT MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTING ITS POSSIBLE VERY BAD AND VERY FAKE I UNABLE TO EXPLAIN PROBLEM.

                        1)WHENEVER I TRIED TO RECHARGE TO COUPON, IT DOESNT GOES RIGHT, AND AFTER EVERY RECHARGE I HAVE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER THAT, THEY PROMISES US UR BAL. WILL BE TRANSFERED, THOUGH BAL. I RECIEVE BUT SOME HAPPENES EVERY TIME,
                        2)I STARTED TRYING ONLINE, IT WAS GOING SMOTH, BUT ON 04/05/2013, I HAV DONE Rs.110/- RECHARGE THROUGH ONLINE BUT 1 NEW THING HAPPENED, FROM MY A/C BAL. HAS BEEN DEBITED BUT I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY BAL, HENCE I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THEY NEED TRANSACTION ID, 1 THING TO SAY IF ANY 1 IS TRYING TO RECHARGE ONLINE AFTER RECHARGE IS HE KNOWING THAT MY WOULD NOT BE TRANSFERED?                         I was Totally upset on today Because of irresponsibility service in tata indicom service i was used 6 landline in tata indiacom my bill due date on 18th august but my landlines was deactivated the reason is credit limit crossed ok saturday i was paid amount of Rs.5000/- actual credit limit is 9000/- still the lines was not activated. every time i call to customer care the recorded was only talk to me no executive tell proper reason my monday office hours totally waste and my mind was totally disturbed ...

                        good morning, i am a user of tata indicom and my number is [protected].service providers are deducting my one rupee every day morethan 25 rupees got deducted. i informed them adout it but they are taking more delay in refunding my balance. they are saying that it will more more than 5days till then my balance will be deducting....... my balance was 109rupees and i made call of 9rupees and now balance is 75rupees. so iam here for justice, please do justice.

                          i have buy a tata indicom prepaid no from the pandav nagar Delhi on 20.12.07.it was activated when i purchase it but after 3 days it has been disactivate.and after complaints a lot of time it is close till now.

                          My name is suresh and i had a Post paid number of Tata Indicom([protected]) due to some reasons i decide to change my service post paid to pre paid.After giving all required document i convert my number to prepaid.But after five days my outgoing calls is not working.As i talk to customer care they reply that I not submit my documents.

                          I visited tataindicom true value hub they reply that by mistake they not submit all of my documents so I want to know why i will suffer by any other mistake.my number is not working from last two days and it is becoming the reason of my big loss of work and money also.

                          Dear sir,

                          I am having tata prepaid walky bearing no. [protected] since long time (6 years back) and I am using the same for all my incoming calls.

                          The said connection was deactivated in November, 2011 without giving any notice or so with the pretext of non usage of the said connection. I am receiving the n numbers of calls every day. You can see my in coming log of my phone for your verification.

                          I am also having around Rs.60/- prepaid balance on date of deactivation.

                          I have approached nodal officer of tatatele. The Nodal officer not responded positively and not given answer to my above queries.

                          You are requested to lookinto the matter and do the needful keeping in view that I am using that phone you can see the incoming log and I am also having prepaid balance of around Rs.60/-

                            This is Satyendra customer to tata indicom since 2009 and my number is [protected] and i am using pay for call plan where my call rates are Rs 1/10min during that time my monthly phone recharge used to be nearly Rs 400 to Rs 500 and i think i am one of the valuable customer to tata indicom and this plan should run till 2022 as it was gauranteed by tata indicom but now it changed to tata docomo and they changed recently my plan to Rs 1.50/8 min which is not my plan and without any intimation they changed my plan by sending an sms and my montly charges will gradually increase so please revert it to my previous plan if not its like cheating customer in the sense announced one plan and changing it to another plan and for further mail me to [protected]@gmail.com. even i spent lot of money on this number i gave 7 times my proof till now and spent nearly Rs 450 plus Rs 100 for mobile software only for this plan so i kindly request you to revert to my original plan and the signal became very bad after changing from tata indicom to tata docomo.

                            I gave this complaint on tata docomo but there is response is so harsh i said i[censored] dnt revert i will change means they are saying fine no probs. They are least bothered about customer they are telling your validity is expired so your offer is lapsed but my validity is till 2022 how it will be lapsed i request consumer to strictly ask them and do the justice

                            hi i am rajat jain from kaithal haryana,
                            i took the Rs.2008 plan of tata indicom service last year which was valid for the year 2013 and talkvalue of Rs.2008. there was also the facilty o[censored]nlimited free calls from tata to tata number.
                            but on the new year eve when i made the calls on the tata number my balance was reduced by a great amount. i talked to costumer care of tata indicom for this topic but they simply said that company has made the changes in plans...
                            now the question arises that how can a company make this type of drastic changes in the active duation of a plan and that too without intimation.
                            This is nothing but just a fraud to the costumer.

                            TATA Indicom — Increase in Tariff Plan and without intimation

                            Sir,

                            I have Tata Indicom mobile connection [protected], when I got connection I was told by co. that T2T Calls are free unlimited. Then an SMS came that get recharge of Rs. 2008 and you will get the same schemme upto 2013. But then co. started deducting Rs. without any intimation to us. When I asked reason for this the person of co. told that they have discontinued the scheme and will give T2T free 600 minutes per month. Then in December 2009 they said that this scheme is also over (without any intimation to us) and we can get T2T unlimite minutes free on recharge of Rs. 51 by SMS to them. Then I got recharge of Rs. 51/-. But today when I called customer care that why now I am not being given T2T unlimited talktime on 51/- recharge. They said that co. has now withdrawn scheme o[censored]nlimited T2T. So, according to TRAI tariff charges can be lowered but cannot be increased. This means plan also cannot be changed if there is resultant loss of value. But TATA INDICOM is continuosly changing their plans and that to higher side. When I said this to the TATA INDICOM personals they said you may either approach TRAI or Consumer Court but we will from now not give free T2T talktime. So, please help me out of this.

                            TATA Indicom — I want to change My Plan

                            I want to change my Internet plan to DS206-rental 399/- +S.Tax with unlimited download as the present plan is giving no satisfactory performance. Every half an hour the internet gets disconnected.

                            I am very sad to hear this response from you how can you say that my validity is expired its upto 2022 year and when i purchased this number according to tata indicom they must provide the same plan till 2022 but unfortunately they merged/sold it to tata docomo which is non other thanb cheating valuable customers. So i knew that i am also a bit valuable customer but as said my phone is unreachable is incorrect no one called me i am in hyderabad. How can you say that i am unavailable(not reachable) means you are side tracking consumer complaint forums any how i am changing my network due to this irresponsible act. There is no forum that can help the customers regarding this must take appropriate action than we get some confidence.

I am in hyd and i have full signal how they can say my mobile is not reachable and they are saying as per there records they found that my tariff offer has been lapsed due to the validity period has been expired.                               I have applied for tata indicom walky connection. I have deposited full amount of Rs.1122/- through the representative company ITBL sent by tata. But even after one month I did not receive internet connection. I was told that my connection was rejected due to 1. wrong plan 2. wrong address 3. lake of instruments giving different reasons each time. But money I was told will be refunded after 45 days. How can TATA TELESERVICES hold my money for such a long period with out giving internet connection. For new internet connection, this is totaly unjustified. They should refund the money with interest.

                              TATA Indicom — Cheating the customer

                              We were using Tata Indicom Landline for more than three years. We got a call from Tata Indicom and they told us we are there esteemed customer, because we are using Tata Indicom Landline connection for more than three years and we have been paying our bills without delay.
                              So the company offered us a mobile phone and told us it is free. We have to only pay 100 extra for the connection. We took it.
                              But to our surprise the next month bill was more than 1000 Rs. Then we wanted to cancel the mobile no, and then only we realized how these people have cheated us. Because for the next one year we cannot cancel the line.
                              If we use the phone or not we have to still pay all the monthly rental, phone charges, hidden charges etc etc.
                              Finally we had to cancel both the connection, but still we get the latest bill ever month from Tata indicom.

                              TATA Indicom — Cheat of

                              I had purchased Photon+ a product by TATA Indicom with a promise to give high speen internet. But after purchasing what I get is the download speed which is not more then 8Kbps (Promise is Max 3100 Kbps). They promot this product on http://www.tataindicom.com/compare.aspx. All false promises. I feel chetted. There engineers came twice and confirm the download speed in writing.
                              In my experience Tata Indicom is the worst telecom service provider in India and I am including BSNL.
                              I had a problem with wrong billing which I could not resolve and decided to pay up but discontinue the service.
                              It took me 3 days and numerous calls just to cancel the connection. I had to visit 2 offices at least 3-4 times and was redirected to various people.
                              After all the effort in cancellation, they refused to give back ~ Rs. 25 which they owed me. I actually got an email from them stating that since the amount is less than Rs. 50, the policy is that they will not return it and the reason was some stupid story that it costs them more than that just for processing.
                              I had to threaten to take them to consumer court after which they sent me the cheque.
                              My wife had a similar problem with tata Indicom. My colleague also took a photon and it did not work right from day one. He has been trying to get it replaced but to no avail. Nobody even responded until he actually landed up threatening police action in the shop where he bought it.

                              I had tremendous respect for anything Tata but am sorry to say that Tata has lost the plot over the last few years. Every single Tata product/service that I have purchased over the last few years has had issues.

                              I wanted to buy the Nano but even there they played fast by not committing to any kind of delivery schedule and this is after demanding almost 70% of price in advance. I was willing to pay the complete amount in a single installment if there is instant delivery but I can't understand how they cannot commit to a delivery schedule while demanding 70% deposit.
                              We see these kind of fast games at other unscrupulous business houses but Tata stooping to this level is disappointing.

                              I had taken a Broadband Internet connection from TATA Indicom in October and I was promised a One Year Antivirus license for free. The Antivirus license only worked for one month and it expired and since then I have been folloing up with their customer care and till date they havent been able to get me the license for the Antivirus.

                              Moreover, the internet connection speed promised to be is 256 KBPS during peak hours and 1.5 MBPS during off peak hours. But since the day I have the connection until today, I havent got this connection speed.

                              I would never recommend the broadband internet services from TATA Indicom to anyone.

                                    This is regarding unwanted calls from TATA INDICOM operators throughout the day. I am using tata indicom no. [protected]on which i receive unwanted calls from tata indicom operators offering totally crap services. Even i denied many times that i don't want to use, they keep on calling throughout the day even on Sunday. Whenever i am at work i receive calls, i am sleeping in afternoon i receive calls, i am in bathroom i receive calls from tata operators. This service is torturing me since last two month. I even registered on DND service few days back but i am still receiving these silly calls.
                                    Sir kindly help me in this, i am fed up of these calls

                                    TATA Indicom — simply disturbing

                                    I am using tata indicom land line phone from past 2 years. the problem is these people are simply sending unwanted msg like so many offers, tunes, some lakh pati offer msgs! can u tell how avoid these type of problems? can u help me please.

                                    TATA Indicom — Calling me despite me being registered for DND

                                    Tata Indicom employee Avinash B (employee no 038) called me from[protected] on 5th Jan offering me tata indicom broadband connection. This is despite the fact that I am registered on Do Not distrub registry. He said he picked my number from a database that they have.
                                    Avinash sits out of Tata Indicom office in Brigade Road, Bangalore.

                                    TATA Indicom — Unnecessary charges put on customer

                                    Hello
                                    I have been using Tata Indicom broadband service for the last 6-8 months. Recently I changed my residence (from one lane to the next). I had asked for shift of location from customer service and they gave me a format which I had to fill up and send to them & they will be sending their person for shifting of base unit to he new location and they will be charging 500/-. Since it was just another lane shifting(same area) I shifted the base unit myself to save 500/-. Now tata indicom says that just to do change in address (in documents) they will be charging the same amount. When I objected to it that how can they charge the same only for documents changing they clearly they told that either I submit the form and they will deduct 500/- or they will cut the connection. WHAT IS THIS??
                                    Further when I had applied for Tata Indicom broadband connection I had applied for unlimited usage. Now the customer servive are calling & telling that I can use only 40GB/month & if the usage is more then they will be charging additional cost. WHAT IS THIS??
                                    When will this type of customer harrasment STOP??

                                    Tata-indicom — regarding call time

                                    dear viewers, this is regarding the complaint of call time in tata indicom, when we call to any mobile from tataindicom connection, the call time will count, before lifting the call.if we call to any mobile or land number the, we listen the phone rings and the automatically the call time will start, if the person takes time to lift thephone for twenty seconds, the call time continues from twenty first second only, that means if we talk for one minute, we lost twenty seconds.concerned authorities look into this matter

                                    TATA Indicom — Unnecessary Services

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am very old customer of TataIndicom. I likes its service and as per my opinion all my family members use the mobile service provided by TATA. But many a time we find our balance very low. We just not able to understand how it can be so much low as the calls we did would definetly would not charge so much amount. After talking to the Customer care the executives just do the formalities and doesn't give the satisfactory answer. As always yesterday on 06.02.11 I was having balance for Rs. 26. Suddenly after sometime I found it 42 Paise. I was shocked that how it can happen. I called the customer care he said that you have activated some astrology service for which the charges have been cut. I was 100% sure that I have never activated any such service. But he said that it was activated by you only. It happened many times. How we can come out of these problems it is unnecessarily charged without our concern.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I appreciate that you tried to contact me to resolve the issue.

                                    But its NOT ACCEPTABLE that for promotional offers you will call me every hour even when i am sleeping, eating, doing work, bathing or in any meeting. Your are wasting my time for nothing, if once i am not interested in your offer that means i am seriously not interested in that...calling me 20 times for single thing wont change my mind.
                                    Every time i pay attention to those useless calls, i got annoyed. Your are Invading my personal space that comes under basic human right violation.

                                    I again request you that i don't want these promotional calls. So please stop those.

                                        my name is rehmani mera mobile number [protected] jo ki ajmer rajasthan ka hai.mera naam a.m.rehmani.mere pass yr phone pichle 4 saal se hai lagbhag 2 ya 2.6 saal pahle maine costomer care se poochkar is par 40 ya iske aas paas ka tarrif kam karne ka recharge karwaya tha jiske anoosar meri call rate 7am-10pm 60paisa per minute aur 10pm-7am 30paisa per minute lifetime ke liye thi .par jab maine[protected] ko raat 10.15pm par call kiya to meri call rate 60paisa per minute lagee[protected] ko maine iske regarding 198 par complaint ki to unhone complaint darj nahin kari aur senior adhikari se meri baat bhi nahi karwayi. iske baad maine iski complain 1932013 ko http://dpg.gov.in/ kari jiska jawab unhone 242013 ko diya
                                        We would like to inform you that you had recharged Lets Rock Plan for Rs 46 which was valid for a period of 1 Year. The said plan has got expired on your account and your Account is metered at 60P/Min
                                        ab mujhe unse ye jaan-na hai ki jo plan ka recharge maine kaywaya tha uski terms and condition mean what is voice call rate what is std charge what is sms charge whats its daily rental and when this recharge i have done iske liye maine unhe kai mail bhi kiye but they dont repy my single mail.meri complaint itni hai ki muhe uss plan( Lets Rock Plan ) ki poori jankari di jaaye

                                        Mera purana plan 31 January ko khatm hona tha (20 paise Tata to Tata, 1 rupees other, 2 rupees STD) mere pas 28 January ko message aya ki 25 ka recharge karwane pe meri validity life time ho jaegi or call rate 1 paisa second ho jaegi. Maine 31 January ko 25 ka recharge karaya par meri call rate 1 February se 1 paisa to nahi hui mera purana plan validity khatm hone ki wajah se outgoing band hogai tab maine customer care se bat ki to unhone bataya ki 5 din me ye plan apke pas activate ho jaega uske bad 5 Feb ko mera outgoing shuru ho gai par mere purane plan ke hisab se outgoing or STD charge lagne laga fir maine 6.2.2010 ko customer care me call ki jiska number (PCR[protected] tha or mere se 5 din ka time maga gaya, maine fir bhi 9.2.2010 customer care ko phone karke compliant karai jiska compliant number[protected] akhir me 13.2.2010 se meri call 1 paisa second lagne lagi. Muje Tata walo se 5.2.2010 se 12.2.2010 tak ka per call par jo 40 paise extra lage hai vo mujhe wapis chahiye, maine customer care pe 13.2.2010 ko call ki to unhone pahle to ha kaha fir unhone system upgradation par update hone ke liye kaha bad me maine 20, 21, 22 Feb ko lagatar call ki par ant me mujhe nirasha mili.

                                        I purchased a Tata Photon + connection on 3rd Mar 2010. Submitted all the required documents. But its still not activated .
