I made a complaint on the 17th of April regarding my Internet signal dropping so they sent over an engineer to solve the problem he said the signal had been dropping because a new building which is being constructed near mine had been blocking the signal so he said that he would have to get a longer cable cause he has to take the antenna box and fix it on the terrace in order to get signal so he had to request for a longer cable. Hence, he said he would come on sat which was the 19th of April. I waited, he never showed up so I messaged him he never replied back. Hence, I called the customer care on that day and asked them to put a reminder to send an engineer first thing on Sunday morning which was the 20th of April. Again, I waited no one showed up. So, I called the customer care number again and asked them if they were going to send an engineer or not, they said, " Yes Ma'am your problem will be resolved today only for sure". So, I waited, still no one showed up. Today being the 21st of April, still no one has showed up. I called the engineer up one more time today and he said, " I requested for a new cable madam and the company still hasn't provided it so how will I come". All the customer care people are doing is saying sorry for the inconvenience caused and not actually trying to resolve the problem quickly. It has been five days that I have had no Internet.

    have been using tata photon. my internet speed went down to 0.04 MBps since 8th. Have called 8-9 times about my problem but they keep saying it will be solved within 4 hours. My complaint ID are[protected] and[protected]. when i want to register complaint about their no response they keep registering it as technical issue and stonewall my issues. the nos they have provided for nodal officer Aswini Anand etc are also not working. DISGUSTED with TATA INDICOM. Return my this month's advance payment.

    my photon no. is [protected] . and what use is ur customer care database if you cannt get my contact no. using my complaint id which i had already mentioned. why r u asking my contact no. at a public page where it gets exposed to spammers and advertisers. jab payment delay hoti hai to fine bhi add karte ho and u call 3-4 times a day. aur abhi ek hafte me u cannt get one o[censored]r technical guy to fix the problems. pathetic service.

        I have been using Tata Indicom Internet for the past 10 + years and their service was good. For the past 3 odd years the service has gone drastically down and with a very bad service. Internet first of all is extremely expensive and to top that Internet goes down 10-15 times a week due to issues like server down, cable problem etc. Additionally when ever the power in our area Sahakarnagar-2, Pune goes off the Internet will go off there is 0 backup for us. I tried to take a connection from other service providers such a reliance which I have found good when I was using their wimax connection but tata seems to have a monopoly in the area. I am a IT professional and working out of home is becoming a big problem. I have to use Tata Docomo data card and work on the street ( I dont think its the right way). Regards Aneesh Vaze

          I was used a mobile no. [protected] of Tata indicom. The number was used by me as an individual capacity. When i close the mobile number the company has made a churnout fee and shown as a corporate capacity. When i was used an individual capacity why i pay the churnout fee as a corporate capacity. I made several request to customer care of Tata indicom to wave out the amount but not yet done. The company has hide the information about churnout fee at the time of closing the such number. I am serving in CISF (MHA) as a Sub-Inspector and as per my information the number provided by company/firm that is called corporate but my office has not provide the such facility. I am applied in individual capacity and used as a individual capacity they why i pay the churnout fee as a corporate capacity. Several calls came from his customer care for paying.           Tata indicom has informed me on 10/04/2014 that churnout fee did not wave out because u have permanently disconnected the phone before time. It is submitted that at the time of disconnection no body can say from Tata customer care that i[censored] disconnected before time the churnout fee pay by you. Also mentioned that i m an individual and the connection was not used on the capacity of corporate so why i pay the coporate churnout charge. Tata indicom has threatened me for legal proceedings. I was already requested tata indicom to provide the procedure for providing corporate connection but till the company has not provided. When i was used the number as individual capacity why i paid the charges of churnout as a corporate capacity. Kindly do the needful and resolve my problem

            I am getting multiple blank calls from[protected], if I pick up the call it gets disconnect after a few seconds with no one talking from the other end. If I don't pick up I keep getting calls again and again. This is a lot of mental harassment. Pls help

              I purchased a Tata Photon Max wifi data card from a Tata Docomo store in Chennai on 19/3/2014. I opted in the 3GB 650 per month plan, and was promised a speed o[censored]pto 6.2Mbps. In the one week o[censored]se, the speed has not gone above 0.4Mbps.

                I am the customer of Tata Photon Plus service from December 2011. As per my subscription plan, the Download bandwidth should be 3.1Mbps & Upload bandwidth should be 1.5Mbps. The subscription charges are Rs.650/- per month, for 3GB usage. Since there is a network sharing by multiple subscribers, the bandwidth can go down to a minimum of 30% of the plan bandwidth, which should be ~1.0Mbps for download & ~500Kbps upload during peak hours. But during Off peak hours, the bandwidth should be available nearer to the peak subscribed bandwidth on a best effort basis. However with Tata Indicom service, the bandwidth available for usage was consistently less than 200Kbps for my subscription. This issue had been complained to Tata Indicom via multiple emails and with screenshots as proof of poor bandwidth and every time a service request used to be raised and after the service personnel used to call me and used to take up the complaint details every time, the complaint/ service request used to be closed after a few days without any corrective action taken. Even after taking the complaint details, no service personnel has ever turned up to check the issue himself. With the network performance being bad, I used to request for waiver of monthly charges under the condition that I will start paying the full subscription after the issue is attended and resolved by their technical team. For the past 3 months, I have paid the partial subscription charges and withheld the 50% of the charges. However Tata Indicom has send a threatening mail saying that the connection will be disconnected if an additional amount of Rs.1237/- is not paid. Hence I have paid an additional amount of Rs.1237/- on 23/03/14, in addition to the 50% subscription charges I have paid. So, in nutshell Tata Indicom is not provding any after sales services to ensure that the committed performance is available to the customer but demanding & threatening the customer for paying the customer for their non-services. In this context, I request to avail the refund of Rs.1237/- I have additionally paid and also ensure that the service provider is providing services to customer, they are charging for.

                  I take a tata photon max connection ([protected]) in December first month speed was fine but later speed was so bad that it take minutes to load a single page like google.co.in so fill complaint for the speed that i was getting they didn't provide any satisfy solution and tell me that the speed is you getting is ok.So i didn't pay my bill and disconnect my connection. The bill is around 2000 Rs. I have a connection of 6.2Mbps plan which charge me 1000 rs per month with tax and they are providing my speed of 1 mbps plan.I have all the screenshot of speedtest.net in which it take the speed that i getting from tata photon.                     I feel like I'm mis lead by the useless customer service of TATA CDMA, it really hard to believe that people in customer service or in sales for there income can screw some one's happiness. The played tricks on me saying that the connection that I have is a great one and have unlimited DATA usage, However this proved wrong by the end of this month I was hit by a bill of RS2000 + which really scared the hell out of me, out of surprise when i called the very same customer service who sold me this service now come up saying that DATA was only free for TATA ZONE, where the hell this TATA ZONE came in, i was never ever informed that you are spouse to use with in TATA ZONE, if so i would have restricted my limits.

                    I feel its SCAM they have looted me and now they keep on calling me day in and out and harase me by saying pay the bill or else we will remove your connection. It my daily bread and Im at a verge to loose it, and believe me if i loose this number it will affect my business and I will fight till the end, if im not hearing from you soon, i will be submitting my consumer forum.

                      I have been receiving harassing emails time and again from Tata Indicom! I have replied to them in the past many times but it just doesn't get registered. I left Pune on May, 2011 and before doing so I had called up your customer care executives and informed them to collect the router from my address. Infact I called them up three times, still no one showed up (I guess there's no commission involved for collecting devices!). On my last day I went to the local tata indicom shop (from where I had got my connection initially) in Pimple Saudagar called Infovision and handed them my router. I had paid all my monthly dues regularly for the past 2 years of living in Pune. [protected]-- I receive the following emails:- To, DEVARUN BHATTACHARYA D BHATTACHARYA Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Conciliation Cum Demand Notice 1. TTML is Fixed/Wireless phone operators in various other places including at Maharashtra region having their branch offices, inter alia at Al Aqmar, Ganesh Khind Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune - 5. After agreeing to all the terms and Conditions of TTML you have availed Fixed/Wireless Phone Services vide A/c No. Customer Code Number[protected]. 2. TTML further says that while availing the said facility you had agreed to the terms and conditions of TTML including to pay monthly bills on or before the due dates and in default therein you had also agreed to pay interest fetches thereon. However you have neglected to pay to TTML a sum of Rs. 2031.00 till today thereby you became one of the defaulter of our clients. 3. TTML further says that even after repeated requests, reminders and personal visits by the representatives of TTML, you have neither cleared the dues nor have come forward with any proposal towards payments. As such you have committed breach of terms, your actions are against the interest of TTML, hence noted the same by TTML. 4. TTML now have assigned the matters to initiate legal proceedings against you.                         TATA INDICOM hyderabad at basheerbagh branch is charging 50 rupees for replacable sim card where other companies are charging only rupees 5, moreover we have to go all the way to that place, which is very far from our house to get the replacable sim card, there is no facility of getting it delivered to home, in addition to move to gsm services, we have to buy replacable sim card and then we need to convert to gsm from cdma, services are not...

                        I am getting calls from this number again and again in my mobile number and when I pick it up it gets disconnected. This numbers keep calling me daily 4-5 times. I think its a IVR and its been programmed for calling. I need the address so that I can make legal complain against them. They have 2-3 more IVR numbers and I get these calls from all these numbers- [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. I google and found out that many people from all over india are getting these type of calls from their city local tata indicom numbers. Only std code differs and the numbers are almost same.

                        I am getting the same calls from the same type of numbers. They get disconnected once I pick up. I would like to file a legal complaint against it. As this happens on a daily basis.
                        Yes I am also getting the same with [protected] this number, when I lift the call it would be disconnect.
                        These numbers may belong to olx.in. According to this twitter post https://twitter.com/OLX_India/status/[protected] [protected] at least definitely belongs to them. I started receiving the same kind of calls after i posted an ad on olx. This is unacceptable behavior from them.

                          TATA Indicom - I am getting unauthorised flash messages


                          I am getting unauthorised flash messages of MY-DIVE-IN-PLANET on my Tata Indicom(NCR) mobile no. [protected].These messages prompt me to download obscene wallpapers, ringtones etc.These messages are coming every few minutes on my CDMA mobile.I have been fed up of this.I have talked to the customer care representatives, but they do not have any solution for this.Please deactivate this unauthorised application on my mobile or I will end up using your services.

                            I have been this useless, wallpaper download messages which leads to deduction of my talktime balance to almost to nil on a day to day basis.what kind of wallpaper bikin and all useless wallpapers.daily they send numerous 50-100 flash messages of wallpaper download .                               Respected sir, I am a customer of TATA Indicom CDMA Moblie, I am using CDMA SIM Of TATA Indicom from year 2004 to till present. At present company saying that we will not continue signal in my city from 09/01/2014. So I still facing signal issue in my city. I do not want to change my service operator, since they are saying me to switch in DOCOMO GSM. But I am not interested in any other company then Indicom. So I want to file a case against TATA Indicom mobile.                                 Hi, I want a help from you regarding my issue with tata indicom broadband. I have taken connection on 25th February by paying Rs. 2124. The connection was for 10 mbps but instead it was giving 1 mpbs and was disconnection like every 15 mins .. you tell me how to use such internet which disconnects every 15mins .. I was not able to make Skype calls, watch videos or any thing I want to do. I made series of complaints, engineer came in check things but no resolution. Finally I ask engineer is it going to work .. he said it due to conditions it seems it will not work.. then I ask him procedure to terminate connection incase if it is not going to work. He said contact customer care and ask them to terminate.. I terminated connection on 6th March.. In mean while I received bill on 3rd March of Rs. 5000 .. this was for internet usage of 4days ..25th -28th. As connection was not working properly and I was getting huge bills I was furious to get it disconnected as it would further create more complicated. I sent them email to disconnect and refund my Rs. 2124. I kept emailing them for refund but there was not reply and then I forgot the issue. Now after so many days they are asking me more money.. says to pay Rs.480... instead of giving me refund on connection which was not working as prescribed they are now asking me to pay more not sure on what grounds. Its like you go to buy gold and you get iron.. then you say to ask shopkeeper to refund he instead says you came to my shop for refund now you pay me more. I don't understand how does this company works.. if that how Tata Inidcom earns money. Please check chain of emails Looking forward for help and if you can refund my money Thanks Regards, Upendra Kolte

                                  sir i am a hike user n i earned reward of 95 rupees and i redeemed it but i does not get talktime...but i got 1 GB net. that is of no use for me because my this no is cdma no. and phone does not support net connection... so please give me talktime instead of 1GB net .

I requested to block and cancelation but they didnt cancelation . The Tataphotan help desk guys asking to pay 2 months amount then only we are going to block and cancelation. then i have paid 2 month amount to block and cancel. Still i am getting calls from bill pay ment help line saying your bill was generation you need to pay money ... I am getting lot of calls from Bill Payment help desk and i am getting lot of distrubing..                                       I am getting unauthorised flash messages of MY-DIVE-IN-PLANET on my Tata Indicom(UP WEST) mobile no. [protected].These messages prompt me to download obscene wallpapers, ringtones etc.These messages are coming every few minutes on my CDMA mobile.I have been fed up of this.I have talked to the customer care representatives, but they do not have any solution for this.Please deactivate this unauthorised application on my mobile or I will end up using your services.
