SIR MY NAME IS VINOD LAKHANI . I LIVE IN CHANDIGRH . IHAVE PURCHASE 500 CALLING CARD AND ON PURCHASE OF CALLING CARD I HAVE INSURED ME THAT WHEN I RECHARGE FROM TOP I GET VALIDITY & TALK TIME BUT LATER I FOUND THAT CALLING CARD TOP NOT AVIABLE IN THE MARKET DUE TO THIS PROBLEM MY BALACE LAPS OF RS-436 . ON COMPLAINT OF 12678 THEY SAID THAT REGARDING THIS THIER IS NO COMPLAINT IN PRVOSION IN THE SYSTEM REGARDING THIS. ON COMPLAINT OF TATA HUB THEY SAID IT IS WORK OF MARKETING TEAM WE CANT DO ANY THING .KIDLY STOP PURCAHSE CALLING CARD SO THAT TATA RELIASE HIS MISTAKE

I completely agree with Vinod Lakhani. Its disgusting that Tata "India calling cards" are freely available in the market but there are no top-ups cards. Why not this company can just live up only with what they can provide services for. Its high time they stop fooling customers and themselves.

Samsung — not supports tata card

I have just purchased a tata pay par call card .The supplier told me that the card will start in any new/old tata CDMA mobile, so i have purchased. after 1 day i found that card is not working with SAMSUNG SGH-S259 mobile. Now what should i do SUGGEST ME..................

TATA Indicom — Disclosing Personal Information

I am using a tata indicom connection in Uttar pradesh.
one guy is harrassing me over phone and says that if i dont fulfill his demand he will get my phone disconnected. He actually did it and I had to get my number again activated giving separate ID proof with different address.
And then he again did it now. Customer Care executive of Tata Indicom is saying, this he did by saying that this is his number and it got lost, so please deactivate it and he verified my both addresses accurately.
what does it mean.??
Tata Indicom is disclosing personal information and ID proofs to unsecured sources.
please help me out I am in real trouble...

TATA Indicom — Activation pending for Sim card from 10 days

Dear sir/mam,

I have taken one Tata indicom Prepaid connection 15 days back.I have submitted my proper documents as per the shop keeper asked me.I paid 700 rs to activate the talking from my sim.

Daily i am going to that shop and he is telling it will happen but still my number is blocked itself.I have got irritated with his behaviour.

Please please help me for this reason.I will be thankful for this kindness.

Samsung — query remains unsolved

I have purchased SPLIT AC through Shiv Rajni Dealer Samsung Plaza (Alpha Digital) . It was purchased on 17.03.2010.

I am worried about poor customer attaining queries. My Complaint No. is [protected]

I have told to their representative to solve query or replace unit urgently. First complaint was launched to you on 24.04.2010.

Within three months I have to approach their service department second time it is shame for the companies prestige.

For launching one query I have to call 10 to 11 times to your customer call center and still query remains unsolved.

I am also facing the same issue. I bought new Samsung Galaxy Pop handset. Although I searched for almost 15 days for a OMH card in all tata indicom galaries across Pune, I got the same answer, "OMH card is not available."

The height is, though it was available in Mumbai, they were not ready to give since my connection is from Pune circle. I don't know why do they call their system online if they are not able to provide the service to a customer only because he/she is not from the same region.

If at all any Tata Indicom representative is going to follow-up this issue, please contact me on [protected]. Also kindly dont ask me to email to anybody (since I have already did it quiet a lot times) or to visit any Tata Indicom Gallary, I am literally fed up of receiving negative reply.

No need to say about the customer care guys, since as usual they dont know anything, they will just tell you to be online, ask your personal information with hell lot of other questions for almost 10 minutes & then ask you to send a mail to some address. Endof the day your query remains unresolved & those Customer Care guys sucks another 10 minutes from your schedule.

Kindly provide me precise information about when & where can I get the OMH card...

Even I felt the same. I am in Pune. Looking for OMH Sim card. I have visited almost 5 Tata FSO(Full service out let). Even they don't have it. When I called custom care. One of her executive called Sheetal asked me to reach out Bajirao Road branch. They said She just confirm with showroom they have stock. When I asked her to provide contact number of Bajirao road outlet. She said she don't have that. Later on I searched number on internet and called them directly. They were running out of stock. I don't know where sheetal had checked ?. CCE are simply lyre.

I am also facing same problem. I visisted the tata indicom office @ FC road, pune. they told me - Company had stoped manufacuring the OMH cards..

The customer care executives are not taking the complaint. its cheating of customers

Can you please visit Bajirao Road Tata indicom branch. This is the only branch in pune which has stock of OMH sim card. I bought it one on last Friday i.e. 3 days back.

It is situated opp. Maharana Pratap Udyan. Complex name is Vardhman Heights. Make sure you give them call and visit the place. When I bought the card at that time he was left with 2 more OMH sim card. If stock is available then only you visit otherwise ask them when they are getting next lot and then go. Please find the outlet number [protected].

Same problem here. I purchased a brand new expensive Samsung Pop, cdma, so I can use Internet on the phone.
I visited the Bajirao Road Branch day before, that is on the 20th August.
They said the stock is not available, and they are least concerned whether the customer is happy or not - customer service / attention is zero!! The employees there didn't feel it weird or pathetic they they do not have availability of these cards!! How worse can it get!!
I am not a phone-savvy person. I asked if there is ANY other way of accessing the Net from my phone.
They said no alternative, you have to wait. I think i would have to wait for another ten years until i find the stupid OMH card!!

I had same problem. I switched to tata indicom, but had a message " check network settings "
So I went to tata indicom office in pimpri. They has wrongly supplied me OMH card costing 100 rs which is meant for new connection.

The fellow called Dinesh helped me a lot at Tata Indicom office.

They replaced it with rs49 hand set change card . I think th ecard was available as Fergusson road office . "PRECHANGE pin number" smsed to the number mentions on the instruction set. you get sms in return and need to call *228 and do the procedure as prompted on phone. You get hand set programmed and activated message .pl note the OMH gets activated only by call to *228 . But again the internet did not work .The tata indicom guys took my complaint and sent me sms with complaint number . Then with in 24 hrs the internet started and EVDO channel came on.Now I enjoy internet with Rs94 plan with Tata Indicom

i also had same problem. i was actually reliance user with omh sim and was using internet on my samsung galaxy pop 1559. when i ported to tata for better service, they cheated, cause they dont hve omh sim. please help to get tata omh sim, otherwise i ll have back with reliance connection

I HAD VISIT COCO BR, CHALLA BR, SAAKAR BR, AND DAMAN BR BUT SAME REPLY . I ALSO REQUEST IF THEY COULD AVAILABLE IT FROM ANY WHERE ELSE I AM READY TO PAY EXTRA COURIER CHARGE BUT THEY REGRET.

I had purchased Samsung Galaxy ACE DUOS CDMA (SCH-I589MASINU) which supports OMH sim card so to enjoy all he facility of Android phone I need a OMH as connection I am using is of W.UP circle (Agra) but for last 20 months I am at Ghaziabad NCR circle so I remain on roaming most of the times so I request to arrange OMH sim for me at Ghaziabad only & I tried at your Rajnagar Tata Store but they are not providing so seeking your help you can reach me at ([protected] ).
