3month back on 21st April 2010 I had applied for a USB Broadband connection through a marketing excecutive of Tata Indicom. Due to failed in verification my application was rejected as I was not fully aware of the scheme that agent has explained to me. But from past 3 months I am chasing for my refund of amount Rs 3000 which I have still not received back. The cancellation procedure was supposed to get complete in 10 days but still I have not received my money back even after 3 months has already passed. I have already visited to the Company's outlet at F.C road Pune for more that 10 times still no solution. ( Neither I have received the USB Modem nor my money back).

This is my advice for everyone.. Please do not belive to this company regarding any kind of refund. Give your money to this company only if you are sure that if you dont get the product you will get your money back. As I am a victim of this company.

Tata Indicom is the worst service provider for broadband. I would urge you to inform your friends to never get a broadband connection from Tata Indicom.

Its been more than 15 days since I applied for broadband connection through their executive Pratap ([protected]). This guy used to call me up at odd hours to convince that I purchase their connection. After I gave him the cheque, Pratap has not even bothered to enquire about whether the broadband has been installed or not.

The customer service is even more pathetic. Every time I call them they claim that they are helpless and provide some foolish reasons. More so they promise that the connection will be installed within next 48 hrs but I am wondering what clock they are using since even after 15 days I am awaiting for a connection. These shameless folks don't even bother to inform the customer about the current status. Tata Indicom people in Pune are the biggest cheaters, they have taken the cheque in advance from me and now they are not willing to refund the cheque. I have lost hope of getting the internet connection installed.

Tata Indicom Broadband — free installation not committed

i am a user of VSNL broadband..i took a pack of 64 kbps for 6 months on which i am entitled to free installation. as per their promise i got it.

now, since my 6 months got over, i took(recharged) my connection for another 6 months @ 64 kbps and the same amount was charged..i wanted to shift my connection to another room...as i am entitled to a free installation on a 6month plan the company is supposed to commit it..but the fiasco here is that they are asking me to pay for this..this is ...isnt it? any remedy frens?

Tata Indicom Broadband — Money paid, but connection never received!

I think, you should immeadiately go to the consumer forum and penalise Tata Indicom. You have all the rights as You where approched by a representative of Tata Indicom and own a tata Indicom receipt, this clearly indicates they have moral and ethical duty to give you your connection or your money back, that is their internal problem if their representative steals the money and goes as far as you are concerned you have paid money to a TATA INDICOM (authorised rep).

Tata Indicom Broadband — connection not working and bill received

I have a tatindicom broadband connection and my id is [protected]@eth.net .My tataindicom broadband connection is not working since May 19, 2008.Inspite of many complaints no action has been taken till date.On top of it I have received the bill for the full month.Which I have been asked to pay.

I bought Tata Indicom broadband wimax connection via bill bill no. 1300487 dtd 6/11/2008. I made the payment via ch no. 661285 dtd 6/11/2088. of Rs. 2965/- of Punjab National Bank. They had to install my connection before 11/11/2008 but it started on 19/11/2008. because of their internal problem as they told me that my payment is pending. whereas my cheque was claered on 15/11/2008. From the very first day it is having connectivity problem. From last 10 days the problem has increased it disconnects again & again. Their engineer have visited me 2 times in last 10 days but could not solve the problem. On the last visit (23/01/2009) of their engineer he told that he can't solve the problem. Now when I called them again they are saying that engineer will visit after 2 days. I am facing too much problem because of this. In last 2 months I have not worked properly on this connection. Please help me to claim my money back from them & compensate me for my loss due to them.

TATA Indicom — Still getting bills

Dear Sir /Madam

My name is Puneet Nangia Before I was using Tata Indicom Mobile my no was [protected] One day when my bill generated I found that I sent more then 4200 massages from my mobile which is not possible for the working person because that time I was in Call Center and doing night shift and in night shift No one is going to disturb a normal schduled person so there is no chance to send more then 4200 msgs in one month when I received the bill the was in thousands but before I was getting normally in 500 to 700 /- So I not paid that amount they are charging interest and sending the bill again and again One day I got 1 call from them on 13th sep 2008 the person told me to pay full and final amount of Rs. 3000/- I paid that amount on the same day but after few month they start sending the bill again . One day I was in Noida Sec-18 there was Tata Shop I went there then the executive told me that you just pay Rs 149/- which is your instrument cost then you will not got the bill I paid that amount . But Still I am getting the bill . They are harrasing me now because the amount increase every month Kindly shotout this problem because due to Recesstion I lost my job and I am not earning now a days

I got one TATA INDICOM broad band data card still now i did not use in that card the man who is working in the tata indocom marketing man the name is saravanan he is working in tata indicom at salem, tamil nadu.he has provide a data card to me. but still now i can't get connection in that card. He did not give any bill for that card. what the hell is this? I am not at all satisfied with the service. I am your customer...

Tata Indicom Broadband — Payment Not received

Hello,

I've a below complaint with the Tata Indicom Broad Band Service:
I've paid 1381 rupees 4 times through online (on 12th Jul'10) as it was giving 'page can not be displayed' message for the first three times and money has been deducted 4 times from my citi bank credit card account. They refunded only 2 transactions to my account and still one transaction is pending with their side. I asked them to use that money for the next payment. But they are neither accepting that money for the next month's payment nor crediting the same to my account and asking me to pay the money for each month again and again though they have the extra money with them. Till date (31st Aug'10) i've raised 4 complaints and the answer was the same. (This is with reference to your Service Request No 12690098 Raised on 8/8/2010 9:17:10 AM for Refund Not Received . We have processed the amount of 1381 from our end on 7/16/2010to your bank We request you to kindly pursue with your bank, with this mail as a reference.) Not sure why should i contact my bank and ask for the money...

Could someone please take an action on these company and put a check to this type of issues in future.

I got a Tata Indicom Broadband connection on 16 june2011 where i took a 1 MB unlimited downloading plan..but on 4 july my connection was disconnected when i called them up they said my bill has exceeded the limit.it was 3600 rupees..when i asked them hw come so much they said my plan was changed on 28 june to 256 MB limited downloading...when i compalaint they first said the resolution date is 8 july 2011 but still now the complaint has not been resolved......

    i have received a message from tata indicom the message is -(Free welcome tunes offer' set kijiye 1 nahi balki pure 15 gane ekdum freedijiye apne caller ko pure 15 caller tunes ka maza dail kare 12855) when i call this no the service provider deduct the amount 6 rupess per minute. but he is not mention call charges apply in the message. its cheating . its cheated the consumer if 1000 caller call this no the total amount is =60'000 so plz help me and others telecom companies cheated.,

Agent that delievered the phone has taken all the necessary docs. But later he ask for the d/l copy again but never came to collect and they haven't activated my phone for so long instead of n no. of complaints to them.

        I have made lots of complaints to their customer service numbers and their nodal officer emails. Every response from them is useless and insensitive. First they take 4 days to fix connectivity issue and they give big excuses like transformer fell on the line and so on. After a month of many such longterm dis-connectivity they actually charge me the entire months and pretend as though they provided me constant service. Their agents constantly reject any dis-connectivity issue when we ask our bill to be deducted (they say it is all automated). Meanwhile long term dis-connectivity has now morphed into constant interruption and erratic access. I admit I have stuck with tata because for 5 years I had only less than 2 days of disconnection max. But now that other providers like BSNL, Airtel and Reliance has doubled their bandwidth. I see no reason paying twice for the cunning service provided the by tata management in cochin.

          i am using tata indicom mobile from last 5 years but from last 5 months iam facing very poor service of coverage. i have register so many complain about that to customer care of tata indicom. but the complain has closed without any remedy. last i have complain 15th july, then 16th july and 18th july ,2010 but all has been closed without any information and without any remedyy last complain number is PTC-[protected], which has closed and now when i am again make a complain, they are not taking any complain and denying to register a complain. my tata indicom number is [protected], and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. please do something bywhich i can get remedy.

            I am a tata Indicom Andhra Pradesh Prepaid customer since June 2009.
            I have availed the pay per call plan.
            I am not able to call one number since last 1 month(the Number is [protected]) it’s a Prepaid Assam Idea number.
            I had given complaints with Customer care Tata indicom(12525) several times in last 20 days(PTC [protected] and PTC [protected])
            The situation is that – I m receiving calls from this number without any problem. I am able to make calls to many other Andhra and Maharashtra numbers also. But I am unable to make outgoing calls to [protected]. Initially I thot it is network problem. So I tried calling at midnight, 2 am , 6am, afternoon, evening. No use of calling at 2am in morning also.
            Everytime I call I hear different voice recorded messages – “the phone is switched off”, “The network is busy”, “the network is congested” etc etc

            I have registered complaints with Customer Care(12525). They 1st said that the problem will be solved in 4hrs. I waited. Then when I called next day they said the problem is already solved. But I was still not able to make phone calls to that particular number. I even asked my husband to lodge a complaint with Assam Idea Customer Care(which he did) the Assam Idea People clearly said that problem is with the Tata AP.

            Then again I waited for few days before giving fresh complaint.
            This time they said that problem will be solved within 2hrs. I again called next day. Customer care people said- madam u switch of[censored]r mobile,take out the battery and then again restart. Ur problem will be solved.

            I did this maneuver atleast 10times. No use.
            Then I again called up 12525. This time the person who attended my call said that problem is solved. But I very politely explained to him that I m still not able to make the phone call to my husband. And there is no use of my Tata Indicom Card(as I cant call my husbands number)
            He was very rude and without saying anything he disconnected the call abruptly.

            I hereby request you to kindly look in to the matter
            And help me out of this

              My Tata Indicom A/C no. is[protected].We had subscribed for Rs.499 Home-Combo Unlimited pack and had been using it since last year.I have purchased a Nokia X-6,which supports free downloads through internet from the site "http://music.ovi.com/download".I have completed all the procedures for the download.When I click on the download option,the downloading starts and a message with downloading failed appears.When I contacted Nokia service centre,the technician came to my place and on the same pc with 'his Tata Indicom Wireless internet device' from the same site.He suggested that that there might be some problem with the internet.Please look into the matter and solve my problem.

                Dear SIr,

                I purchased TATA PHOTON PLUS internet connection [protected] on 9th July at 2500 Rs. ( Device + 1 Gb free usage) With in six to seven days all one gb data was consumed and i started to get message from Tata indicom regarding this. I am shocked to see such usage details of mine as I have been simply surfing the internet no downloading have been done from my end.

                On 19 july 2010 , I find a usage details of mine. which is showing moreover data was not downloaded it was uploaded. Where as nothing was really uploaded from my end. It seems like some body from TATA Indicom itself hacked my computer from day-1 of my connection. So even I am not using Internet so much but i am charged for that. yesterday night i connected the device twice and it was showing limited connection from TATAindicom end. Even in morning i came to know a 4 MB usage has bee deducted for the same, where it was a problem at there end connection was not really working.

                Further it is also revealed in the details that they charging the 0.001 mb as 1 mb while rounding of the value. it means once I am connecting to internet, it would be charged at least 1 mb every time. Even i may have really not used the connection. with this rate on an average I am loosing 60-80 MB in a month. When TATA indicom have exact value o[censored]sage then why they are not summing the value instead of rounding the value It is short of cheating with customer by keeping the customer in blind condition about these things. Has they informed these calculation methods ever before to customer at the time of purchase of connection.

                I feel completely harassed after purchasing the device in 2500 Rs. and for having internet usage at this charging rate i will have to pay at least 2100 Rs. in a month which is very high to outside market.

                The problem is after purchasing the device it can not refunded and simultaneously i can not use the connection at such high rate. it is always a wise decision to use Internet in cybercafe not a TATA Indicom connection. Please find out the solution and make some arrangement about the device provided to me by TATAIndicom. Unfortunately i have both TATA PHOTON and Photon whiz device where as it was a kind of dissatisfaction in both cases.

                  I have been using tata's wi max service for my internet for past 2-3 years. 8 days back my internet stopped working, after complaining for the same at the tata customer service, one of their technician came to fix the problem only to find the antenna of the wi max system has been stolen which in fixed on the terrace of my building. I was promised by the technician the antenna would be replaced within 24 hours. However, even after calling every day nothing seemed to work till I visited their office personally yesterday. To my surprised I have been told since the antenna has been stolen from my premises I have to pay for it and the amount is 7000.00 INR.
                  My question is how am I suppose to guard the antenna if its fixed on the terrace and i live in the basement, secondly the part which is stolen it cannot be of a layman but someone with a technical background (i assume its tata's employee) because unless someone knows its worth nobody would steal it.
                  Even if I pay the amount for the antenna what is the guarantee it would not be stolen again?
                  As far as i know all the internet providers insure their modems before installing it at the customer's premised then why am I being asked to pay for it?
                  I need to know what is the best way to deal with this problem.

                    I am a customer of TATA INDICOM land telephone no 64598326 and residing at kolkata West Bengal. Today at about 5.30 pm a customer care executive rang to my mobile no [protected] and asked for the dues which was lies to the company to my mother. as I was not present at home at that time my mother told the customer to ring at 8 pm, but the executive named ARPITA was to rude with her as I like to mention that my mother is quite old and not her best health. The said executive talked in fuilty language and threatens her to send mussel man at residence to collect the dues and she also mocked that we are not the relative of Chief Minister Sri Buddhadeb Bhattachary.
                    I am astonished that a company like TATA keeping this type of illiterate customer care executive and running there business. Today I launched a FIR at our local police station and send this mail to Consumer Forum and Human Rights. I also complain to 121 customer care helpline and they recorded my complain and assured me to take action within 18th of July and also gave me a complain no that is[protected].

                    This is for your information and necessary action.

                      Now i facing problem regarding my instrument not charging for that i logged a complaint against that on 11june 2010,they told me that problem will solve within 48hr,but it is not solve till to date.
                      (I already try to visit tata indicom gallery twice which is situated at dadar nearby plaza but system is down)Today i again went to Tata Indicom gallery they told me that go to another service center and i ask them about my bill they told me that u must pay your bill but i not used a phone for a single day it is totally switched-off for 1 month then how can i pay for that month.
                      Today i again talk with customer care they told me that your request is on high priority it will solve soon.What should i do?Plz solve my problem otherwise i will terminate my connection.

                      TATA Indicom — Instrument

                      My Landline Ph no[protected] first of all when i purchased this new connection from vashi that was Walky hand set of Rs.1500.00 within a month that instrument was repared,ur co representative came & he changed the instument & he promised within 4-5 days he will come & install the same instrument,still more than 2 months he not yet turned up.On 11th jan 2011 the compalin no was[protected],the 2nd complain was on 26th jan the complain no is[protected],the 3rd complain no is[protected],and i visited ur vashi showroom twice for the same complain on 28th feb that complain no is[protected],and i directly spoken to your Sr.Manager at 121 in this all still my problem was not solved,that's the reason i was not paid the bill,i clearly told to ur employees also regarding the same then also no revert from any where,and the present instrument also not working it is dead phone,i[censored] solve this problem then i pay the bills..
                      pls take a necessary action on this....

                        Answer from call center guys:

                        1. we don’t have 1350 recharge value , it is your mistake – (vilas, sapna called on 3rd july 10 at around 20:00 hrs IST).

                        2. Raised this concern on internet.[protected]@tatatel.co.in , cs.[protected]@tatatel.co.in but got silly answers (will look into this), requested 3 times the account number and details

                        3. called again to call center for resolution, they said there were no complaint against this, Tried him to register complain but refused by saying you have recharged by 1250 so you got usage of 1450 MB, where as I said him that I have recharged this online through my bank and have the details. Suddenly then he hung up. I said him that I will go to cosumer court , but they don’t worried even.

                          If my pre paid amount is utilized please stop the services

                          How can they let me use and ask me for money.

                            I raised a complain day before yesterday, but no one can contact me till today. Thats why just now I again raised a New Complain.If your company does not know HOW TO CARE AND GIVE PROPER SERVICES OR IF DO NOT HAVE A SINGLE SMART EMPLOYEE , then LEAVE ISP PROVIDER BUSINESS OK

                            Tata Indicom WiMAX Broadband — Disconnection & not picking up phone at CC No.

                            On 08/05/2008, I have taken a Tataindicom Wimax Broadband connection in bangalore. From 09/05/2008, it got disconnected reasons known only to Tata people. From that date, I have tried to contact someone at their Customer Care no. at least 100 times, but no one is picking the phone. On 13/05/2008, i have registered a complaint through email, but no one has come yet to make it correct. Is this the brand name of Tataindicom, I have the worst experience in my life with this company, its horrible, really i have become mad. Don't go with Tataindicom in any way, it has the worst service in Banagalore. Can anyone pls. give me the contact no. or email id of some senior tata guy, where I can raise my claim.

                            I am using Tata Broad Band connection since 1.5 yrs more. But now from last 1 month I feel it was mistake to rely on this service. Worst service not only in terms of connection but also as customer service. I have made many complaints but never solved. Technicians tries to resolve and before complete there is status for my complaint as completed.

Airtel Executives comes after within a hour and give the Connection. Now Airtel service is Best Service. Cheapest Rates and Good Speed.

                            Tata Indicom Broadband — WORST CONNECTION

                            I am a user of TATA Wi-max broad band connection with user name jithu9.
                            I am using this service from 26th of June. Since that day I am facing hell no of problems.
                            It gives problem once in every 2 days. Every time it don't connects to the network.
                            From 20th of July it hasn't worke at all.
                            I am giving compliants repeatedly. Some service person comes and does something and make it work. it lasts till he leaves my place. Afterwards again the same problem.

                            I am paying Rs1104 per month, highest among the broadband connection. In spite of that we are facing hell kind of problems with this service. And its not worth for the speed also. The speed is below the normal speed.

                            Its ridiculous, they making us to pay so much and troubling us so much.
                            How the hell they are maintaining their service. And the customer service is only to take the complaints, they can not make a decission or resolve the issue.

                              I had paid the last bill of amount Rs 5440/-, Rs, 2043/- by cash and Rs3400/-by cheque of which the cheque being dishonourd I had made the payment bof amoun Rs.3400/- by cash on 6th Feb'09 vide cash receipt no. 7876568 at Park street hub, but from 9th Feb my line was barred. Again I complained to the customer Care they tgook my receipt no.l and after repeatedly complaining they opened the line. Same thing happened today 16th morning, again they took the receipt no and told that your line will be opened. I use 6 lines in CUG mode of this Tata connection, if this is the service, I feel action must be taken and The company must pay for this fault.
                              I, Dr Amol Tilve, holder of telephone connection with number[protected], have received a bill no[protected] dated 23/07/09, in which I have been charged for value added services for which I have never subscribed for. My phone is hardly used and is on Ws-one Nation 180 tarrif plan, for the last many months. I have never been charged the rentals for the value added services in the past . I have had complaints regarding the billing in the past as well. I would want the extra charges to be refunded as I have been charged for the same without my consent.

                                My wife Dolon Chanpa Sain one of your upfortunate subscriber residing at Bolpur, West Bengal. She had choosen Tata Indicom postpaid mobile service since year 2007. Her mobile no. was [protected].

                                In fact my whole family is using Tata indicom mobile service.
                                Three months back we decided to change her mobile connection from postpaid to prepaid Tata Indicom service. As this number is being used since long, we intended to continue the same number as it is but will be converted as prepaid.

                                Accordingly we wrote an application to your authorized Bolpur(Birbhum, West Bengal) Tata Indicom outlet (TVS Coco) and as well informed at your customer care.

                                Since then the drama is like below:
                                1. From customer care it was duly informed that it will be converted to prepaid within 7 days. But from your authorized Bolpur(Birbhum, West Bengal) Tata Indicom outlet (TVS Coco) it was informed to me that it can not be converted because this facility is not available. But still I am very much sure that this facility is available in all over India. This drama continued for one full month, and we continued to pay bill.

                                2. Then forcefully we were bound to take decision to disconnect this postpaid connection permanently and to take a new prepaid Tata Indicom connection, and duly we again wrote an application to your authorized Bolpur(Birbhum, West Bengal) Tata Indicom outlet (TVS Coco) and as well informed at your customer care for permanent disconnection of my wife’s postpaid tata indicaom mobile connection. Within no time We took a prepaid tata indicom SIM (no. [protected]).

                                3. It took another one month to disconnect this connection, meanwhile another bill we paid. Recently I enquired and came to know from customer care that this has been disconnected for temporary purpose of three months not permanent disconnection.

                                4. Meanwhile I enquired in your authorized Bolpur(Birbhum, West Bengal) Tata Indicom outlet (TVS Coco) for returning my security deposit of Rs. 500/- (Rcpt no. 13762935 Dated. 13-Oct-2007). I was informed from one of your representative from your outlet that, I will not get back any amount as it is adjusted in bills. I asked to know in which month/year it was adjusted? After several time phone calls after another 15 days they informed, now it is showing in system that Rs. 500/- is lying as deposit and you will get back in due time as Demand Draft and will be sent to my address but can’t say when.

                                Now Sir, My question is why such harassment for a simple cause? I wanted to know clearly why this number was not converted into prepaid and why it was suspended temporarily and why deposit money is not being returned till now?

                                  I have a Tata Indicom WLL prepaid connection. The hadnset is not working but inspite of making repeated complaints online, i havent received any reply for the replacement of the handset from Tata Indicom.
                                  I also visited Tata Indicom showroom in Ghatkopar(W) but the staff doesnt hear the complaints. They give u a token and you need to wait for almost an hour to get your complaint heard. The manager Mr.Shiney Vargis also was not in office even during office hours and the staff is too rude.
                                  I am a TATA employee and did not expect such service from a TATA brand company. I have posted the complaint on internal TATA blog so that other TATA employees also take note of this poor service quality.

                                    My broadband connection gets disconnected every two days. I have call the customer care almost everyday. When is asked to refund my account and disconnect my broadband, they said they cant refund the money.
                                    even i had the same xperience witrh tata indicom.. i took this net connetion at palluruthy 3 years back. my net connection will be down every mondays and when i call cutomer care they says " there is a maintenance happening there" and will be oke by tuesday evening .. the same thing happens as scheduled for three months.. i fed up and switched to BSNL, , to be frank i have never got a disconnection from them in last 2 years, , not even for an hour, , my suggestion is never ever go for tata indicom broadband.. iam not sure about the present scenario of tata indicom.. but, , still just want to share my experience with tata indicom.. the worst service provider. i have used, tata indicom, reliance, airtel, aircel, bsnl..among which bsnl was the best

                                      Sir, I am Anil Kumar from Chennai, I am using TATA Indicom Prepaid mobile [protected], on 30 jun 2010 evening I received a message from my service provider that "BeautyTips" has been activated on my phone and for that Rs 30 have been deducted from my account, when I call to customer care regarding this matter Mr Sridhar told me that I have send request regarding that, when I asked for request ID he refuse to give then I ask to connect me to any responsible senior person he put me on hold for 20 min and never come back, again I connect to customer care this time the other person attend me and told that that this scheme from their side, so told then why should I charged for that then he said you might got a call regarding "beauty tips" and you should select some option, so I told him to connect to some senior person again he put me on hold and never come back.
                                      so please kindly look into the matter and please save us from the Hitlership of these mobile companies.

I also went to nearest Tata outlet but they tol dme that your connection will be unbarred in 72 hrs. But now its more than 72 hrs.

                                      TATA Indicom — Tata Indicom Immoral and Unethical

                                      I bought a tata indicom postpaid connection on 4th april 2009 og Honest 450 Plan . According to the plan as told by indicom dealer All my tata to tata std calls are unlimited free. then I got a welcome call from the tata indicom which mentioned the same thing. But when I got my first bill i was told that only 2000 limited minutes are free for tata to tata std and plan has been changed with effect from 1st april. When i contacted customer care and nodal officer they admiited to mistake and ready to waiver off one time extra charges. but said that from next month only 2000 minutes are free only. I chose tata indicom over reliance and bought two indicom phones due to the unlimited package, now I'm feeling cheated due to this unethical and immoral which is not expected from big name like tata.

                                      I registered a complaint on Tata indicom website and on 121 also but without resolving the problem complaint has been closed. I was assured 3 times that somebody will contact me regarding my complaint but afte 1 month also nobody contacted yet. I am very sorry to say worst mobile service i ever had. Tata indicom is spoiling the prestige of Tata group.

We have already told this matters so many times to tata indicoms nodal officer but they have not resolved the issue yet.No body giving us the reply from tata indicom. Some police staff comes from the begum pur police station about this matter.                                       From last two years I am carring a TATA INDICOM number [protected] with all necessary documents.When I took the connection it was post paid.After that I converted it to prepaid.The problem starts from that time.A agent from TATA INDICOM again collected all the documents in the month of Dec 2009.A few days back in the month of Nov 2010 I made a call to your customer care executive in your call centre number to get the help regarding DND service activation.That time I came to know that the necessary documents is not submitted by me.I told your executive that a year back i had submitted all the documents to your agent.But I didnt get any satishfactory answere.From 22.11.2010 my connection hads been disconnected with out any notice.I called the customer care center three times.Your customer care executive keep me on hold and discunnect the line two times.I want to ask the concern authorities
                                      1.Why my connectin is being discunnected?
                                      2.If the documents had not been submitted by your agent itself then why I should pay for that?
                                      3.Where are my documents?

                                        My name is Uday Kiran Kotla. My Contact ph# is[protected]. I have cancelled tata braodband account within few days of its installation since service was bad. I was promised during signing up of the account that I can always cancel the service if I am not happy, pay prorated charges, and installation charges of Rs.1000. Hence, I signed up for 4 months of services, and paid Rs. 5700 approx. Now, in spite of repeated follow up calls and emails to customer service, I havent received my refund. Ironically, the customer service team in April time frame confirmed that I will be getting Rs4000+ refund by 1st week of May.

                                        I waited patiently for 2 months, and now when I follow up, I was being informed that they will not issue any refund. Please help in lodging an official complain against tata indidcom. I can provide you contact ph#'s, printed emails etc for proof of this issue.
