Dear Sir,

I (Shaleen Arora - [protected]) am facing lots of difficulty regarding bill generation and wrong information form customer center (delay in service).

I am taking plan o[censored]nlimited 950 from 9th January (Tata Indicom's Retail Store, Sahara mall Gurgaon) and the information giving to me that the 200 rupees discount giving to me every month (By Mr. Gaurav).

But when the discount not activate (through Tata Toll free customer center information) till Feb starting than I visit (5th Feb) to Tata Indicom's Retail Store of Sahara mall again and discussed regarding this issue, than the one executive says that, Sir sorry there is a mistake from our side

We are just start your discount scheme in your account and you are facing no problem regarding this in future and also you avail the full month discount of February month.

But I m not avail the discount for the whole month and avail only from 5th Feb to 8th Feb (only 25 rupees).

Please suggest the right source to get the information regarding any issue of tata telecommunications

Please do the needful and revert back to me my full month discount otherwise I am taking help from Related Govt. sources.

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to draw your kind attention to the following facts.

    1) I had taken a CDMA connection of your company under number[protected] alongwith a handset model no Huwaei C 2901 on 6th of February’10.
    2) During the month of January ’11,I started facing network issue as such I lodged a complaint at your customer care.
    3) Your JE Mr manish came to my place and informed me there was no network issue and there is some wrong with the handset and I should get my handset repaired.
    4) On 1st or 2nd feb I had send my person to authorized service centre for repair-ing my handset.but they said either I should bring my handset after a week or if I give my handset to them it was not possible for them to deliver back before 10 days.
    5) As such I asked my person to go to your I Care centre where they too ex-pressed their inability to help out.
    6) WARRANTY PERIAD OF MY HANDSET LAST DATE BEING 5th of February.
    7) So on night of 5th February I decided to port out from your network and send a message to 1900.
    8) On 6th February morning I received a call from your KOLKOTA back hand team where the executive requested me not to port out and replace my hand-set by 7th February.
    9) Again on 7th February I received a call from your nodal officer Mr Angshu-man.He informed me that one of the person from tata indicom is coming to my place to collect the handset.
    10) At around 11.30 one of your JE Mr saurav came to my place and took the handset from me along with all the original papers (Purchase bills) etc.
    11) Now till 10th of February morning there was no reply from yours end.
    12) At around 12 or something like that I received a call from your back hand team from Chennai and they asked me to collect the handset from the service centre by paying Rs. 650/. (NOW DOES ANYONE HAD THE RIGHT TO ASK ME THE SAID AMOUNT).hearing this I took your nodal officer Mr angshuman on conference.He too asked me to collect the hand set from the service centre and the amount of Rs 650/ would be waived from my bill.NOW am I begger that your are going to waive off){now the question arises due to you peoples my phone was switched off and is still switched off}[I was porting out from your network but your peoples requested me not to port out and provide me a new handet]
    13) I talked with one of your area supervisor Mr Nitul on 10th of febraury.
    14) He requested me to give 30 minutes times and he would solve out my is-sue.But there was no response from his end.I have called him several times but of no use.{YOUR COMPANY ENGAGES THESE OF KIND OF PER-SONS FOR HANDLING CUSTOMERS ISSUE).


    THIS SHOWS THE STATUS OF YOUR COMPANY.NOW I HAVE NO OTHER OP-TION LEFT BUT TO APPROACH PROPER FORUMS FOR MY RIGHT.

    Beside the issue there are couples of issue too which provides ample proofs of manipulations on end of your company and documentary proofs will be presented on appropriate time.

    As I know my rights and I am fighting for the right only.

    I WAS PORTING OUT.THE COMPANY REQUESTED ME NOT TO PORT OUT BY MAKING FALSE COMMITMENTS.

    i purchased surf2 whiz connection on 14th may, 2008, under the scheme of 2 months unlimited surfing and download free. but, now im constantly getting calls and smss about my high usage bills. i confirmed again with the dealer, but he says the scheme is available to me. even after complaining to the dealer, i recieve the calls again. after i maild my complaint to their nodal office, instead of solving the matter, they are demading money from me, threatening to cut the connection and even saying that we can get a discount on our bill, which was promisd to be free to us! some executives ask us to submit few percentage of the bill. what is all this non-sense? when executievs say to resolve and get back to us in few minutes, they never turn back! this is not expected from a co. like TATA who has the trust of people. i could have taken an unlimited plan earlier if it was not promised to me that for 2 months i wont get any bill. is that a tactic to sell your product by lieing to customers?

    i have 256 kb/s unlimited connection of Tata .it's been almost 3 years .But just this month (April 2009) we received a call that we have reached our download limit if we continue downloading they will disconnect our connection.They say thr is a limit to our download.Now all i wanna know that why it is called UNLIMITED connection if thr is a limit.I mean we are paying our bills every month and why telling us after 3 years .They should have told us when we got the connection.
    Hi , IM from ggn , i just bought a new no from tata indicom under pay per call, it was wrkng guud in few starting days , after that i recvd a msg that im using a old handset so my plan will be deactivated , so i spk to cust service they sd not to worry , butmy plan was cancelled , the cust care was asking me to go for a rechrge of 254 as im using a old handset , i exlained them im usinga new handset , so they told me to complaint to nodal officer , nodal officer told me to true value hub n show them moblie bill i did that , they sd its a mistake from backend , go to true value hub , after all this i got no help they say i have to get a recharge of 254 rs which i will not do , im looking to take action against tata indicom n set a example for this stupid service provider . any help from ur side is appreciated.

    I received a call from tata indicom delhi dated 23th Nov 09, telling me that there's a special pre to postpaid conversion scheme for some special no's selected and they are calling from head office okhla,delhi.
    I accepted their scheme.
    Tata indicom's sales executive visited my residence on 25th Nov 09 handed me a new sim card (A1000007F13317) filled up a form made his signature and again explained the scheme.
    He took a photostat of my voter's i-card and 2photographs. I was told that my postpaid connection will start within 72hrs or i can contact the no. stated on the form
    When my no. din't activated i contacted that no the no was switched off.
    Payment of Rs100 for new sim card was made in cash and Rs500 security deposit was made by crossed cheque no237814 drawn in favour of tata teleservices.
    On contacting the nearest tata indicom outlet and my bank i came to know that my cheque have been cleared timely and it was used as a source of bill payment for
    Mr Manoj whose phne no.[protected] resident f 401 budh vihar opp.JNU munrika village.
    Further when i seeked their help and asked them that where is this tata indicom sim issued from they just mocked me off and were very rude.
    The no from where i received calls for this matter are as follows

    Hi There,

    I purchased a photon device few months ago. They promise me to give 3.1 MB speed for 5 GB usage, and after that the speed would be 256 kbps (per month).
    I never got 3 MB (not even 1 MB...never). I submitted complaint to customer care, but instead of resolving the issue, they always says "I M sorry (on each and every complaint...). And, after 5 GB o[censored]sage, the speed becomes so low, that it takes almost 30 minutes to open 1 page. I submitted this complaint to, but they are saying now that after 5 GB o[censored]sage my speed would become (30 kbps instead of 256 kbps). How funny, they never told me this before purchasing...and I am paying almost 1000/month for 30 kbps speed...[censored] of (parden my language).

    Could you please do something? Please let me know If i have to do something to take actions against this complaint. I want those bloody to be true for saling the products.

    yes almost all the services in tata indicom is bad
    i had purchased Tata photon plus . for the last one yr the service is not satisfactory . no improvement has taken place in spite of several complaints and the promises by them . ultimately after getting fed up, i have requested them to terminate the connection . my no was [protected]. i have been requesting them as they could not provide satisfactory services in my area Kandivali, and de-hiring the services is for their fault, they should take the device back and return the cost of it . but their nodal team headed by mrs sugna shetty did not agree . i requested them to connect to Mrs sugna but they did not .
    my request is that tataindicom should return the money of the card and take it back .
    I am a resident of Balewadi Pune. I have been using Tata Indicom broadband for last 14 months with some disruptions always. Still I continued with the service and have been always promptly paying the bills. For the last 10 days, my internet was not working, and when I contacted Tata Indicom Customer Care, I was told that my account has been put in Safe Custody, that too without my permission or without any intimation given to me. And still they have not done anything to resolve, rather they have disconnected my line.
    How in the first place they put my account in Safe Custody. Isn't Customer's approval/permission required? And to top it all, the representatives are rude. The senior supervisor Mr. Chauhan was very unhelpful and impolite.
    I need some actions to be taken for all the mental harassment meted out to me for no fault of mine.

      No ID verification form are NOT available at TATA Indicom’s Darya Ganj , Delhi for last 2 days and my number is not working since last 2 days.


      Respected sir,

      I, Mohd. Zubair, a legal professional at Delhi High Court, got disconnected my tata pre-paid phone’s sim vide no. [protected] since last three days and due to further ID verification from the said cellular pre-paid services, apart from it ID verification forms are not available at Tata Indicom’s Darya Ganj, Shubhash Marg, franchise after 1 p.m. fortunately, I have submitted ID form in said outlet. The staff of said franchise never more so their behaviour and conduct is so ruthless, reckless and unparlimentary.

      Being disconnection of said Tata service and not I have suffered professionally a lot and such losses to me are irreparable. Further the attitude and attire of said franchise with stupid and rubbish excuse caused uncounted mental trauma and pain to me..

        Hello

        I have a been a Tata indicom customer and have applied for porting my number to Vodafone. I have submitted the required documents to Vodafone along with the UPC code on 27th January 2011.

        Its been 16 days now and the porting has not taken effect. Vodafone care says Tata indicom has not given approval for the same. While Tata indicom says the approval is done and says to ask Vodafone customer care as to why the number is not ported.

        My tata indicom number is still active.

          Dear Sir,I am using Tata indicom mobile since 2006 and now a days i am facing a problem of outgoing calls. when we call to any number even Tata indicom's no like 12525,12526 etc then it announce that "The number you have dialed is not correct ,please check the number". I am facing this problem since 2 weeks. And i called much time customer care no 12524 then nobody help me. Some executive disconnect my call or some executive make a lame excuse that our system is not working now. Please call me later,

          I am calling continuously but nobody wants to give any proper solution. And when we call more for resolving this issue then computer announce this message that please visit our outlet and write us on customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in.

          I wrote on above mail id but i am not getting any reply. What's service? i think nobody will believe on this type of poor Tata indicom service. This will my last step for getting solution, if i will not get solution then i will change my service provider.

            TATA Indicom — BLOCKING OUTGOING CALL

            I AM A CDMA USER OF TATA INDICOM SINCE 2005. LAST YEAR MY HANDSET WAS LOST AND I GOT A NEW SIM FROM TRUE VALUE SHOP SITUATED AT HINOO, RANCHI IN OCTOBER / NOVEMBER 2011. TODAY, I AM IN NAWINAGAR WHEN SUDDENLY WITHOUT INFORMATION, MY OUTGOING FACILITY HAS BEEN BLOCKED. ON CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE, I WAS INFORMED THAT MY DOCUMENTS ARE NOT SUBMITTED.

            I AM USING THE SIM SINCE LAST 6 YEARS AND HAD SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS TWICE. IT IS REALLY CAUSING INCONVENIENCE TO ME AS I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER MODES OF COMMUNICATING EXCEPT THE PHONE.

            DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT IMMEDIATELY.

              yesterday i got my mobile no.[protected] recharged through net banking fr RS 54/.yet their is no balance added to my no. the transaction has been although done as there is deduction of the amount from my account. for details my transaction id is IG40342988,cca avenue through SBI. customer care is not ready to register the complaint and callous too.kindly take action and add the balance into my mobile.

                This is with reference to my concern regarding payment posting of DEC.'10' Rs.1201.00.
                Sir, this is for your information, i have been already payment of Rs.1500.00 on 10th Jan'11' by online payment on tata indicam site, and i have received conformation by SMS through TM 121,my transaction id is : MCIT[protected].
                Sir, but twice amount Rs.1500.00 have been debited from my account.and conformation massage received one.
                Sir, i requist you please check it and take immediate action as soon as possible.
                Statement of creadit card, received by 17 Jan'11'.
                Sir, Regarding this complain i have been many time inform by Mail, Telephone & Service Center, But still no any action has been taken from tata indicom site.

                  I am a dealer M/s Govind Enterprises at bhagat singh marg near clock tower Saharanpur (UP WEST) in prime location and working with Tata Indicom since its launching.
                  My flaxy sim mobile No.[protected] is not working from last three months when I contacted your TSM Mr. Amit he told me you must pay Rs.150/- for the sim in advance and denied to give any receipt for the money but he was unable to arrange for the new sim of my number.Then I contacted Mr. Sharad your ZSM and he was also unable to arrange the sim.I mailed for that about a week ago and then he made available the sim. Today Mr. Amit sent his salesman Anurag to deliever the sim and he told me first you pay Rs.150/- then I will give you sim then I paid him the money but the sim was not proper it was not having the option to recharge then I returned the sim to Anurag.
                  You are requested to please make available a proper sim If you are also unable to arrange a proper sim then you return my flaxy balance Rs1113/- available in the sim which was checked by Anurag today.

                      The Sales Executive Naveen Kumar Has done wrong commitment and sold the code less and said in the biggning that you can have [protected] and it will be converted in to land line number of haryana afterwords.

                      Its now 4 to 5 months we are calling him again and again but there is no response from the service provider .when ever we call or go to the Tata Office they say that the matter will be resolved soon .and now they have started using abusing language and when ever we call the person he always abused and misbehaved.

                      Now its heights of miss commitment and misbehavior by the employee of Kaser Communication The Service Provider of Tata Indicom At Fatehabad (Haryana) specially Naveen Kumar Working Over There

                      Why should we bear so much of mental harassment and misbehavior when we pay for services and also paid the bill always on time .

                      TATA Indicom — incorrect billing n misbehaviour over the fone

                      i selected a plan which is unlimited free from 9pm to 9 am in night
                      it charged me 95 rs extra saying i have used in day time which is chargeable where the reality is i u selected that plan coz i never use internet in dat n wen i went to pay bil they sd u pay the remainig amount we will reverse that extra charge of 95rs n someone will call in two days i believed n made paymnt of rs 599 n after that no one called so i called after two days they sd we will look in the matter n collections people called me asking for balance n i sd i will not pay as i dont deserve that so they asked again everything i sd n sd ok we will reverse n then i called after two days to chek no one had reversed any amount i spoke with a teamleader for the third time n he sd nothing will be reversed u have to pay very rudely since then i have been talking to different people everyone is rude n doesnt seem to reply properly n they say their system of billing is correct which means wat i m saying is incorrect
                      pls look in the matter as i cant stand there hoardings in mumbai saying thankyou mumbai for rating us # 1 in customer service

I took a connection on 21st december 2005, the offer at that time was 0-1-2-3(unlimited free to tataindicom for two years) till 21st dec 2007, thaen another offer came with rcv 2008 to continue the plan i recharged the same on 17th dec 2007 to avail till 9th of june 2013(with the same call rate), without informing the company changed the plan on 5th decemder 2008 and deducted rs 2232.00(Rupees two thousand two hunderd and thirty two) the total balance from my account then i complained and the company send me a mail due to recession the company has changed the plan and then send me to recharge with a nominal of rs 51.00 (Rupees fifty one) then i continued (by sending STVNSM for avail free call for one month) with this since two months back in dec 2009 & jan 2010 without any message the company has deactivated the call facilty to customer care and when i recharge to avail the facility the messages comes to me "Sorry you are not eligible for this facility" so i am help less. Please do the need full as soon as possible. I used to talk to my old aged parents for a long time.

                      TATA Indicom — Misbehaviour with Customer and Poor service

                      I subscribed Tata indicom broadband internet back in April'011 with hope that services would be excellent.
                      But within first billing month, they argued and services were poor. My internet connection was slow (<0.08mbps=80Kbps) but tata customer officers and nodal engineers refused to correct the problem.
                      even there was misbehaviour from a visiting tata engineer, after regularly asking them for improvement in speed and services, they offered discontinuation of service and asked me to pay outstanding bill...I had to pay the outstanding bill (Rs 550) to get rid of them and even my data card charges (Rs 1600) went waste. In the end, I opted for MTS.
                      I faced the same issue.
                      Tata Indicom is a cheater. Tata Indicom Nodal officer in West Bengal is a big carde pf Tata Indicom. She is very smart to find out customer fault & reject the application.
                      Tata Indicom cheats me & the Nodal Officer Uma RoyChowdhury in Srijan tech park in Sec V Saltlake is just make you fool.
                      Do not trust Tata Indicom at any cost.

                        I have been facing issues with TATA Indicom broadband and have escalated the issue to MDDESK id a month back but have not received any resolution so far. Following is the most recent email i have written to mddesk email id to Mr. Samit.

                        Dear Sir,

                        It has been a month since this billing issue started. Please let me know by when the billing issue will be resolved so that I can make the payment accordingly. The billing due date is Feb 9th and my line has been again suspended because of same reason.

                        Please see that in order to avoid such issues; I have got my plan changed to unlimited 512 kbps 24*7 starting Jan 27th. But to my surprise, my internet connection has again got suspended since yesterday (Feb 1st ) 6:20 pm due to excessive usage (I checked with customer care and it is related to bill amount of 5,200 which is in excess of the credit limit).

                        Since the resolution in the billing dispute is delayed & pending at TATA indicom’s end, I would expect the line to remain connected until the issue is resolved. It is none of my fault and because of this my internet connection has been suspended 4-5 times. I have already gone through a lot of hassle in chasing TATA indicom executives. I have been patient so far but I am not in capacity to pursue this issue any further.

                        Please let me know if this issue cannot be resolved so that I can take alternate measures as I cannot let my work suffer because of this. I am extremely disappointed in Tata indicom. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider.

                        P.S: I believe mddesk is the ultimate authority to look into such issues, please let me know if there is anyone else who I can escalate this issue to.

                          I am a Tata Indicom prepaid mobile subscriber. My mobile number is [protected]. I called customer care executive at 3.15 PM on 28/1/2011. She told me that on recharge of Rs. 550/- I would get talktime of Rs. 550/-. But I got Rs. 498 as talktime only. In complaint of this I called customer care executive again around 5.45 PM on the same day and he said that no such offer is there. To this I asked him to please transfer the call to his senior to which he disconnected me. Then I e-mailed them at their customer care email id. They registered my compalint but next day they said that this balance of Rs. 52 cannot be transferred to my account because I dont have the name of the person who told me that recharge of Rs. 550 would give me Rs. 550. I asked them to check their records for the name but they refused of having such records. I want you to look into the matter and also to give me full talktime for recharge of Rs. 550/- ( Rs.52/- balance) as soon as possible.

                                today i recharge 50 rs in my mobile number account.when i checked my balance after a few minutes,it was just 6rs and 67paise........i was shocked .immediately i call the customer care services of tata indicom.i told them about this incident.they says that you have activated a calle tune service on your mobile number.so, your balance is reduced from your account.they says that if you want to deactivate your caller tune service then call at 155223 .when i asked for my balance they just refused and say that balance is non refundable.i asked them why i should pay for that service which i have not activated...........they just refused........it is very ridicolus to behave your customer like that.

                                    First of all I tender apology for I mistakenly selected South24 Pargana as my district a moment before.While making rectification of the same I am putting forth my complaint once again.
                                    I would like to inform you that my Tata indicom Plug 2 Surf Whiz Number is [protected].I had e-recharged my account with voucher worth Rs.333/=(Three Hundred Thirty Three)only on 25th December 2011 for one month's unlimited use. I received the message that my account balance was due to expire on 24th January 2011 from Tata indicom against my balance enquiry at No.12527 through the internet on 24th Jan. 2011 in the evening.By 24th Jan.2011 evening itself my net connectivity was fraudulently desabled.This much is tolerable.Today I e- recharged my account again with voucher worth Rs.333/=(Three Hundred Thirty Three)for one month's unlimited use.I received the message on my tata indicom internet portal of my computer that my account had been successfully recharged with Rs.333/=.

                                    However,my netconnectivity was still not enabled.I enquired about the problem with Tata indicom consumer care cell.To my utter surprise they said that my account had exausted by 23rd Jan.2011 and I had negative balance of Rs.65/= standing to my credit due to use after the account exhaustion period.Accordingly,I was asked to recharge my account with top up voucher.I recharged my account with top up voucher worth Rs.100/=.After this my net connectivity was enabled.I received message on my Tata indicom internet portal of the computer that recharge of Rs.100/= top up voucher was successful and previous unpaid balance of Rs.88/= was deducted therefrom.

                                    It is a sheer fraud that the Tata indicom internet service provider has cheated me and fraudulently siphoned off my money by using trick.

                                    In view of above I request you to kindly look into this matter and give justice to us users so that the cheaters are brought to book and we are spared of becoming victim of company's fraud played through the electronic medium and consequent loss of money.

                                      I have been trying to get a clarification from TATA Indicom for more than a month and a half now, without any success.

                                      I recently purchased a blackberry device from a friend from the US. I wanted to have it activated for blackberry services from Tata Indicom.

                                      Various phone calls later, with assurances that yes, I can have a Tata Indicom service activated on my Verizon handset, I was directed to visit any nearest Tata Indicom Gallery. The Andheri West gallery, directed me to the Andheri East gallery, who in turn asked me to visit the Fort gallery.

                                      The blackberry 'expert' at the Fort gallery said, that my phone was being directed to the reliance protal on dialling *228, and that he could not do anything about it. I went to Reliance web world, and they checked my ESN, and said that it is not locked with Reliance, and since this piece is from Verizon, they cant do anything about it because Reliance does not sell 9650 handsets.

                                      On enquiring independently, I got to know that the only thing that is required is that there is a 'prl' file of Tata that needs to be uploaded on the handset after which all TATA has to do is to upload my ESN to their portal and I would be able to use my handest and blackbery services with TATA.

                                      For something as simple as this, I am astonished at the complete casual attitude of the staff at various outlets. While, on one had, the customer service at Blackberry confirms that yes, I would be able to use my Verizon handset and all I have to do is to visit the TATA gallery, the blackberry personnel at various galleries just plead technical ignorance, by giving a response that there are many people who walk in like this, and as soon as we have a solution, we will get back to you.

                                      It is extremely surprising that the very same handset is being offered by Tata Indicom, and the web experts confirm that for Tata to allow a number to be used with their network, they just need to make some technical modifications, which is very much possible and which only they can do, unless, they want to ensure that a customer ends up paying an exhorbitant price and purchases a locked piece from TATA.

                                      All that I know as a lay man, is that Tata Indicom seems least interested in taking efforts to go that extra mile to resolve a technical issue.

                                      If at all this mail is being read by Mr. Ratan Tata, Sir, my question to you, will my greviance be ever heard with a suitable resolution, knowing fully well that it is available?

                                        We are one of the old customers of TATA INDICOM. and want to know about my connection and why Yhey barred our outgoing of our business phones as every time we pay our bill before due date. Please answer our question to satisfy us...

                                        1. Bill date 15/12/2010. Due date 02/01/2011. Pill paid on 29/12/2010 through ch. no. 427105. HDFC bank Ltd. Amounted Rs. 1308/- at Tata Indicom office, Nakoder Road, Jalandhar. and the same was debited in our account on 31/12/2010. But My O/G Bared by TATA INDICOM on 10/01/2011. Why???

                                        2. Against Rs. 1308/- Our Security Deposit is Rs. 1500/- Please Tell Us the Meaning Of Security Deposit?? What is the the Purpose of Security Deposit?????????????

                                        3. If there is a Mistake from your Nakoder Office then We had given an account Statement To your office on and taken a complaint no[protected]. again my O/G Bared by your side on 10/01/2011. Why???

                                        4. Again we have sent an mail to you on 08/01/2011 at 17:18:24 with my Scaned bank statement after that my O/G Bared by your side on 10/01/2011. Why???

                                        5. In our A/C no.[protected] you have given a credit limit of Rs. 45700/- What is the purpose of This Limit??????????

                                        Again we had received many calls from your Offices Regarding Bill Payment and again and again we given the details to your concerned person. Every time customer Suffers not a Company Why you don't check your accounts

                                        Please tell us our fault for barred o/g as we suffered our business and also tell us that who will be responsible for our insult and who will bear our business loss.
