[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Walky — service centre

Hi I am Tata customer last 2007 but write now i have create a problem actually Tata indicom provide a very poor services last week my outing is barred you'r I have followed you'r IVR rules but you don't now how many customer to joined Tata indicom i have visit our nearest sevices centre(cary my voter id card and address proof) for example Paschim puri, Mangolpuri, sultanpuri, Rohini, but always you'r executive told me i have no id card what is this so how can submit my form last 2 day i have personally off for his reason but my problem is not resolve. I have a tata indicom walky phone. Unfortunately this is not in working condition and need
urgent service and repairing .Please, please give me a service center in ranchi city
the phone no. the contact person and proper address for me to locate it easily.

My walky( No. 65412656 in Bangalore) is dead for the past one week and none of the service centres are able to help. They are just telling me that a new software is to be uploaded but that they are unable to do it. Kindly advice me as to what is to be done.
