REFUND FOR CLOSED CONNECTION

I have been after TATA indicom now more than a year now but still nothing has been done so far,

this is trailing mail of the all tata indicom talks with me.

Now i want to get the refund on the the security deposit as well as the device which i got from TATA for surfing the net which costed me 2499 Plus taxes at that time.

This is real harrasment from TATA Indicom i have got.

I purchased one Tata Photon. I was using a Reliance Data Card till then. He (Ravinder Walia) conveyed me that this Photon has a call facility and the amount of Rs. 3500 is a security amount. I got the plan of Rs 750.00/2 GB. I was even told that it does not take much formality to change this photon from my name to my companies name.

1. I do not have the need of static IP and most home users don't need one unless they are using it for VPN (with static ip authentication) or if you are hosting a website. Tata Indicom is throwing up a login page for normal users and to de-activate this login page they are forcing consumers to buy this "Static IP"...
