Complaint Regarding Usage Theft in my VSNL Broadband account

It is very clear from the events that the there has been a password theft and probably somebody from TATA communications department has been party to it and hence the THIEF with the help of SO called CUSTOMER SERVICE has managed to change my password, my secret question and was also able to exhaust a HUGE balance of INR 3500. I have been following up with the customer service which has done nothing than sending pre-formatted regret e-mails.
I would like to HIGHLIGHT and bring to notice that my SECRET question and the answer was STOLEN and changed and hence I was unable to change the secret question.

The SO called customer service at TATA communications are pathetic in response, they don’t care whether their TATA brand is being blemished and whether the customer is showing discontent.

The TATA Indicombroadband customer service and renewal TEAM insisted me to always buy a higher priced UNLIMITED plan, they say “ sir agar chori (theft) hua bhi to aapka nuksaan nahi hota” this shows that the THEFT of password and HACKING of accounts/logins to USE available balances of credit in your internet usage accounts is a regular practice at TATA. There could be TWO major reasons 1) TATA indicom does not have sufficient standards which protect the USAGE THEFT and 2) some staff from TATA are party to the continuing THEFT of INTERNET usage.

NOBODY including senior authority and/or NODAL officers at TATA care for the TATA brand… I sincerely request customers and forum members NOT TO FALL prey to the TATA brand name the brand seems to be loosing CREDIBILITY with the kind of staff getting recruited and the processes which are being followed…

There are some serious flaw in their service ...They recently have updated their website my account portal...but they make serious and preplanned (very very bad thing they are doing) matter at the USAGE PAGE. They do not give you right now the total usage made upto a date you are checking your usage ...they give you just a total usage per day basis... for example you are getting info of total browsing data of 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, separately per day basis...but you can not get now the total data transferred upto 14th (if you going to check the data usage anytime at 14th of a month). they are doing this such that you can not find how much actually you spent and how much are still in your hand...they are also started as per the guideline of TRY the bloody thing of fair usage policy..they do not want to let you know whether you are at the verge of the usage end of your monthly quota of your existing plan whether unlimited or limited.I several times reported about this serious flaw but they are not ready to hear this truth...

    I HAVE GOT UNLIMITED THREE PERIODS USAGE OF INTERNET..BUT I GOT BILL FOR THE 3RD MONTH.. I HAVE TAKEN VALUE-325 PACK ALSO.

    THE PEOPLE AT THE TATA OFFICE ARE TELLING ME THAT THE BILL IS FOR 7 DAYS .. SO ON WHAT BASIS I SHOULD PAY THE BILL?????

      Hi ,

      When I am shifting my house in Bangalore to one more location, I am told by Customer care that there will be Shifting charges of 550/-.
      So I requested then to cancel my connection as I am not willing to pay the same.
      Then Tata Indicom Adugodi Correspondence caaled ma and and told me that there will not be any shifting charges and they will do it for Free of Cost.
      So I relied them to shift the connection and they did the same.
      A month after my account has been debited with 550/- and they are telling me its all due to shifting charges.

      Can you please try to help me on these aspect?

        I paid the amount Rs.7721/- for Power flash 750 plan (night 10pm to 8 am 1500 Kbps) but TATA is giving only Infinity 384 plan by cheating.

        I am Manjunath.B having your Tata Indicom Broadband WI-MAX connection from 08th August 2009, Ist 2 months I got very good speed as per my plan (Power flash 750 plan, i, e around 750 kbps speed in week days and 1.5 Mbps on Sundays) but then after I am getting only around 384 Kbps speed. I complained to TATA customer care no. 60607070 more than 10 times from last 2 months, there is no use.

        In India and all around the world TATA is a reputed company that’s why I am also believed in Rathan tata sir, and taken this connection, I am a middle class person please pass this message to Rathan Tata sir and I want justice.

        Plans details: I got,
        Power flash 750 – unlimited 1750/- per month ( 1 month free on 4 months advance rental ) I paid amount total Rs. 7721/- but I am getting Flash 384 – 1,100 per month

        I want justice and I should get back my difference amount immediately.

          My experience with Tata Photon plus has been pathetic. Tatas are just trying to find out new means to loot customers. I have tata photon plus account and i have 10 GB plan for RS.1100 and my credit limit is Rs.3000. This month on 7th of December 2009 I got a bill from tata indicom which shows a bill amount of RS.7400 which is absurd and they show that my usage for the period of one month has been 21 GBs. I dont know how TATA generates these random numbers especially when my monthly usage statistics shows an usage of around 6 GB. I have come across few colleagues of mine who have also faced this same problem and I think TATA should immediately stop playing around with their customers

          Tata indicom Photon Plus — about billing

          my actual plan is 750 rs plan 2gb usage plan.my usage is completed so i have added add on pack worth 150 rs.so i want to receive total bill of this month is 750+150=900.but i have received 1488rs bill for this month.to clarify this doubt when i am trying to contact with tata customer care i am not getting correct response.And they are saying that the remaining amount is due for last month.I have cleared the last month bill but they are giving replay for me like this.what i want to do.
          i want bill amount detail up to this date to my email id

          Tata billing are confusing. Only Tata can understand them I guess. Customer service before subscription/membership is more than satisfactory but after, it is completely opposite.

          please send me a copy of my current due amount after which i can make the payment.
          This happened in my case also. Tatas are looting people.

            sir i want the full detail of my calls on my email id which i have given to you in this form
            It has been observe that whatever TAT walky phone customer are there tata call them to their centers rather than providing the technical person at sight service which they used to do, funny part who have tat wire line thy still provide the service at sight.

            Further the instruments thy proved is of very very poor quality and do not give any grantee for the performance, This are all china bead products and due to this customers are no getting any good service and networks, The problem is acute, most of the walky users are not happy with the service,

            In fact the problem is with the instruments thy provide and they are not ready to offer other model of the instruments, they force to used customer repaired one and that to also old instruments, I have seen that they repair means thy connect the different parts form other rejected instruments and give, so that is temporary due to miss mach of parts and non tested instruments does not work properly government should look in to the same because this is very big issue as far as Customer service and right are concerns in spit of regular payments made for the services and what they have asked for NO VALU TO THE PAYMENTS, When the payment is not made on due dates thy disconnect the lines and when we do not get service for the 3 to 4 days due to bad networks thy are not responsible so the accountability ahs to be their in this field.

              very sorry to say that i am not satisfied with your company because of any time your employs add in my number your value added services without my knowledge i got only SMS that this service is activate on your number,when i talk to your costumer care they simply says:- this service is activated by you and i not need any type of service but your company always blame us and when i will call again in costumer care they says to me we will transfer your call to our branch officer but after holding of some time they disconnected the call and lock my costumer care service
              so this is nothing a good behavior and just like a unresponcieble company plz solve my problem and do something like this for satisfaction of me this is good for ur costumers and ur company in futute

                Mujhe Tata ka connection disconnect kiye hue 2 month se adhik ho chuka hai, jiski jankari Local tata dealer, and technical officer jo network problem ke liye aate the dono ko pahle di ja chuki hai. connection close karne se pahle pura bill paid kiya ja chuka tha phir abhi lagatar bill kyu diya ja raha hai,
                Connection band karne ka karan net setter ka hamre area me nahi chalna hai. Kai bar complaint karne ke bawjood unke taraph se koi service nahi de jati thi. Mental tenion hota vo alag.

                TATA Indicom — Bill Received without Connection

                Dear Sir,

                Im receiving the TATA indicom wireless internet Bill for the past 3 months. I have registered the complaint with the customer care executive and the complaint number is :[protected]. The agent (Mr.Shiva) has misused my documents and got the connection. I have already taken this issue to the Nodal officer, but still im receiving the Bills for every month.

                    With refference to the mentioned user name and complaint number please note the following complaints against the Tata Indicom Broadband Internet Service:

                    Raised the Ticket on 29Nov'09 with High priority to shift the internet connection from old address to new address..

                    Till date no one has approached me for shifting of connection. I work with Genpact Up-pal, i took the connection as i work from home for my process, designation Accountant..

                    I have several time spoken with supervisors and every details are been mentioned against the ticket with Tataindicom , they say that , they would send an executive to check the details, but no one has approached me yet.. I have been badly screwed by my manager as my work is getting piled up..and when i spoke with the customer care people for the charges if i am not using the Net connection they say that you would be charged for those period as well, but when i am not using the connection and i have logged a complaint with them and they are getting it resolved late, why i should be charged, I don't think it would be fair if they charge me..?

                    I have even spoke to the supervisor regarding raising a complaint with Consumer Forum if i don't listen from you till Tuesday 17:00 hours, they said no problem will send someone to approach you.. But i have not received any call till now.. Even now i am waiting to receive a call so that the things can be resolved, but i think its of no use,....

                    This is my request that please use the conversation recording for more clear detail to resolve the problem.

                    I have been very harassed by this kind of poor service and commitment of the Tata Indicom Broadband Internet Service. Please help me with this problem, would be really very great-full if you could resolve the problem as soon as possible...

                      walky — Battery in not working

                      Hi,

                      we purchase tataindicam walky phone one year back
                      know i[censored] charge battery for 20 hours also it wont come
                      for one hour please do the need ful thing for this

                        With refference to the mentioned user name and complaint number please note the following complaints against the Tata Indicom Broadband Internet Service:
                        1) Improper network communication after the plan renewal on 05Dec,2009.

                        2) Complaint lodged against the same. Complaint No: 11330850 on 05Dec,2009.

                        3) While the problem could not be resolved from my side even that Issue closed from Tata Indicom Side without any information to me while they commited for the same while taking the complaint. Again the complaint lodged on 06dec,2009 against the same complaint number for the same problem because the problem was still unresolved. And this time Tata Indicom commited in telephonic conversation that
                        A) They will give the prior information to me that the problem has been resolved at their side and they will wait the cusomer feedback for issue closer.
                        B) And for refunding the rental charges for the subjected complaint number @ 33 Rs/Per Day as per my prepaid plan untill unless the problem will not be solved at their side and issue will closer from my side.

                        4) The same above problem repeated once again when i logged in on Monday Evening on 07Dec,2009. They closed the issue without informing me and without feedback from my side.

                        5) And this time Tata Indicom not only closed the issue without my feedback but tata indicom refused also to refund the rental charges which debited from my account while the there was some technical problem and i was not using the services. While the Tata Indicom was committed as per clause number 3 which i have mentioned above.

                        6) Still i faced the same problem sevaral times from 07dec,2009 when i used the service, while the issue has been closed from Tata Indicom Side and they have refused to refund the rental charges as per my plan.

                        7) This is my request that please use the conversation recording for more clear detail to resolve the problem.

                        I have been very harrased by this kind of poor service and commitment of the Tata Indicom Broadband Internet Service. Please do the need full action from your side for cristal clear justice.

                        TATA Indicom Broadband Service — Plan Issue

                        Dear Sir,
                        I have applied for 199 postpaid plan. In this plan they agreed to offer speed of 256 kbps with ullimited download betwwen 8:00PM - 8:00 Am . I had waited for 1 month to get this plan.
                        They had changed my plan to 199 with download @40 piase /MB without informing me .When I cantacted they said I got connection after the offer period ended. Now What should I do?

                        I am boradband customer of Tata Indicomm Broad Band for more than 3 years. Their service have been good for 2 1/2 Years but from the last 6 months I am suffering from lots and lots of disconnection and now for the past one week. Their is a connection but dead slow which is equal to no connection and their charging every day for the same whether the connection is available or not and telling me that have used the connection which is wrong and blaming every thing on computers as the whole process is computerised and making fool of me.

                        I am really frustrated and faced much losses with these people. I feel mental agony and frustrated. They are simply eating my hard earned money without giving proper service.

                          We renewed our Tata to Tata Free calls scheme in December 2007 by paying Rs.2,008/- in which T2T was free for next 2008 days i.e. till 2013, We were supposed to pay no monthly charges and all our T2T calls were free unlimited.

                          Once the scheme (product) has been purchased by a consumer, the service provider is liable to honour his commitment as per the promised scheme.

                          But Tata Indicom is unconcerned with the customer's rights.

                          They cancelled the scheme without taking any prior consent from the customer.

                          They started charging my calls from Dec-2008, just after one year of the purchase.

                          And even after several complaints to the cust.care, no proper reason has been given as to why the scheme was changed without our prior consent. They did not also offer any refund of Rs.2,008/-

                          Tata Indicom is again requested to re-install the scheme, as promised, to all the customers who had purchased the scheme, refund the wrongly charged amount.

                          Has anybody taken up the matter with the cunsumer court !!? If yes, please update me about its result.

                            I have a Tata Photon plus connection. I had requested for a transfer of ownership of my connection to my father's name on 12 November, 2009 and submitted all documents including NOC letter; Acceptance letter; CAF form; valid address proof; valid ID proof at Tata Indicom Centre at Fort, Mumbai on 12 November 2009 (No.[protected]. I had also cleared all outstanding amount related to my connection and I was assured that all processes would be completed latest by 16 November 2009. The residence verification was done on 17 November, 2009 but the transfer of ownership has not been done till date i.e. 5 December 2009.

                            Despite two e-mails to Internet.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, I received irrelevant and incomplete e-mails from Hetal K Shah, Customer Service Executive. Noone picks up the phone at the Tata Indicom centre at Fort, Mumbai and executives at the Tata helpline number[protected] are clueless about the given request and the processes involved.

                            This is to register a formal complaint for extremely poor after-sales service and to demand transfer of ownership of the account at the earliest.

                            I had applied for Transfer of Ownership at Tata Indicom's Noida, Sector - 18, branch on 24 Feb 09. They assured me that it will be done in 3-4 days, after several follow up with customer care & visit at that branch finally they confirmed that it will be done by 18th march, but they have transferred that to some new NON-EXISTENT name & on complaining to customer care they told me that i have submitted the docts for same name as it apperaing in their system.

                            Kindly help in this matter

                              Tata indicom is really creating the bad name for Tata group. It does not provide any good customer service. Customer care people are not trained properly. Moreover, latest launch of photon + is not operating as committed speed of 1 MB or upto 3.1 MB.

                              I am in bangalore and purchased this product, however it gives me hardly 200 to 300kbps. If i raise a complaint, they will give different no. to contact. Customer care toll free no. is not at all userfriendly.
                              Tatagroup is a ethical company but their teleservice division is just pathetic.

                              My advise is, before going to tataindicom service or product, think twice as you will undergo lot of pain thorugh bad service.

                              TATA Indicom Photon + — Pathetic Service

                              I had mailed this whole content to TATA legal team, for which till now I haven't received any kind of response. If you go for a photon plus please think twice.

                              I had raised a complaint with respect to photon plus which was linked to my account on 2nd of may 09 there was no proper response and I couldn’t use my photon connection for 2 days which is highly critical for my kind of work where I need to access my mails & do my work, so I had an severe mental torture as my whole lot of office work everything went for toss.

                              Then for the second time that I raised a complaint for the non connectivity of photon plus on 12th of May 09 and there was worst service I could ever experience in my life time, there was not a single support on resolving my concern when ever I had called up the customer care 121 and this again lead to loss of my office work & time and for this more over I went physically to the TATA main office located at Khan Lateef Khan estate near Lal bahadur stadium in Hyderabad, I wasted my whole of the day in chasing behind the technical support people for getting my photon plus activated whereas this was a clear responsibility of TATA Teleservices to provide online support or else to send across a technician to my location to get this done. So it resulted loss of time & the worst of worst service which was given.

                              Immediate after this incident I passed by I requested to split my account of photon plus. Getting this done from TATA Teleservices Ltd., I experienced one more pathetic service, when my bill got generated they have added what ever usage was made from photon plus was added to my old account instead of adding to the new account of photon plus, I wonder why this was done on what basis it was added to my photon plus usage to my old account.

                              After the bill generation I got to know my bill has come to Rs 7500 odd whereas I had made the payment of Rs 3668 for which I don’t see any details in it and later on I asked the customer care people to provide me the details of my usage there was no any response for my request made and they expected me to pay the bill, how this is possible I have a right to ask my bill details as per the section of the Right to information act, 2005 under TRAI guidelines.

                              And till now I have been calling on daily basis from past 8 days stating that I am not able to connect photon plus, one person from customer says me it’s a technical problem, another person says me it’s a backend server problem, I have been hearing 10 different things from the customer care, they themselves doesn't know what is the cause of the issue & they take the customer concerns in a very casual way and in a very negligent manner.

                              In the notice sent to me numbered with TTL/LEGAL/138/ dated 5th June 2009 they are stating that I have agreed to the terms & conditions of the Tata Teleservices Ltd while providing me the connection from them, if that is the case what about the terms & conditions which each service provider should follow while lending service to the customer which is invisible for me, what kind of service they agreed upon the TRAI before launching any kind of services have you they been following it ?

                              Is this a service or the rules that TATA Indicom people follow and imply on customers and TATA indicom people are least bothered to serve the customer with their concerns. I have been following up from the day one there is a zero response, no update. I just question their legitimacy of providing the service, hope if they were in my position they would have at least known the fact of providing the below the mark or worst service any one could experience from TATA Teleservices Ltd /TATA Indicom.

                              I have undergone very severe mental torture and ended up with lot of problems which has impacted my day to day life to an great extent from using the photon plus of TATA Teleservices Ltd.
                              They are basically deceiving the customer and his rights.

                              TATA Indicom Photon + — I want my refund of money paid...

                              I am sick of Tata Indicom too...I have BOUGHT PHOTON+...and it has not beein working from day 1...the sales person had given me a demo one for 2-3 days..that worked well...but as soon as I got a new piece it did not give me more that 200kpbs...3mbps is promised. I had paid the total amount for connection and hardware in cash about 4000+.

                              The connection does not work when u r travelling ...I went to Hyderabad for 10days..it didnt connect at all...when I complained thhe sales person said it is not working for me either and kept down the phone.

                              Now I am back at Banaglore...the sales guy from and Agency lead finally game me details of my connection and asked me to contact help desk. When I did they said as they had only promised upto 3 mbps...200kbps come within that. They also sent a couple of service guys who could nt figure out why the conncetion didnt work. Finaly one guy was able to resolve it..and the it was blocked for non-payment of bill as by then one month was over.

                              The bill was to have been sent to my gmail ...but they had the adress wrong in records..(data was captured incorrectly from application)

                              So now it stands that they willre-open the account and test again and then determine what has to be done...the account does not cancel even if we want it..within paying the monthly charge...

                              Unwittingly...I was caught in this racket...and have lost my money and have not working wireless...and everymonth...they would add the charges till cancellation. Nice money making racket. Can someone help?

                              Tata Indicom Wireless Broadband (Photon+) — Poor Service and False Commitments

                              Hi,

                              I'd like to address my concern of getting really poor service and false commitments from Tata Indicom on Photon+, a wirless broadband service.

                              After buying the connection I had problem regarding the connectivity from day 5(was promissed that i will get the download speed upto 3.1 Mbps, however it is not even around .5 Mbps) which I addressed it to the customer care department, then an engineer was sent to diagnose or solve the problem.
                              After engineer's visit I got to know that it is the network (HSIA, 3G) problem and the engineer gave me the assurance that it will be solved within a day as he is informing the Tata Network Team of the same.

                              After that I kept following up with customer services for seven days and every time they gave the same excuse that it will be taken care by June, 26, 09.
                              However on June 27, 09 I was forced to write a mail to NodalOfficer one of the Departments taking care of the broadband complaint. The situation is still the same, I bought it for 3500 and suppose to pay 1100 per month without getting the required services.

                              I'd request you if you could help me in this, your help would be highly appreciated...

                              Believe me... I can completely understand you as I am going through the same problem myself. The customer care doesnt have a clue on how much I have downloaded/ what are the extra charges if I go beyond my plan limit.. till the bill gets generated...its pathetic...

                              the customer care people do not seem to be really educated enuf...they talk all non-sense...start responding even before I complete my question...

                              I get a inflated bill..and when I enquire about it they keep shuttling the call from one department to another...no one has any clue on why the bill is inflated...

                              I ... And now I get a call from all centers...and they tell me my device is not working because I have not paid the bill...not mentioning the fact that it was not working from beginning.

                              Added they are not cancelling my account either which I have subscribed for the 10GB free...so I am stuck with the billing amount adding on every month...even if I am not using it.

                              They call at most odd times...when I have mentioned to them not to call between 4 pm to 12 am as I am at work...but no...thats the time all call..even today Mr. Das from Bombay called around 6:00pm...and guess what...he said...??...you are right...Madam...your bill is not paid...so your connection is not working"

                              I have also purchased the device for Photon plus and was assured for a connection within 24 hours.

                              I was waiting for the whole day and nobody turned up. When I contacted the person from whom I had purchased the device, he is giving only false assurance.

                              I am really surprised to find the customer service of a respectable company like TATA, so irresponsible in customer service.

                              I agree with the above complaint. After having paid for a broadband, the photon + connection does not even provide me with a dialup speed or 1/10th of the promised speed. We should take this up with the Department of Telecom. Tata Indicomm is misleading the customers.

                              Tata Broadband — False service assurances

                              I have purchased a 2MBPS plan from TATA.

                              I had raised a complaint on 5th Jan stating slow download speed issues. I got a feedback call on 24th Jan 2010 asking is the complaint is resolved. I specified 'NO'. I got another call from TATA Broadback on 26th Jan 2010 saying I have raised a complaint regarding slow download issues on 25th Jan 2010. These guys, instead of resolving the old complaint raised a new complaint simply to avoid SLA issues.

                              To follow up on the complaint which I had not raised on 25th Jan 2010, I called them on 11th Feb and they say that it will take 1month estimated time to resolve. I get another call from these guys saying I had raised a complaint on 12th Feb 2010 regarding slow browsing issues. They again closed the complaint they had raised on 25th Jan 2010 after taking a feedback from me that the complaint is not resolved.

                              Moreover, both the times, they sent me a mail that they tried to contact me on all my available phone numbers and I was not available but the fact is I got a call both the times where I mentioned that the complaint is not resolved.

                              Its been more than 40 days now that I've been spending my time and money to get this issue resolve and there is no action that I see from TATA.

                              I feel I'm being fooled and TATA Broadband is not providing the high speed internet services that it promises and markets.

                              Hope correct action is taken against these guys.

                              TATA Indicom Photon + — Tata Indicom Photon + is not working

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I had taken a TATA Indicom Photon+ device for Rs 3400/- on December 10, 2009 expecting better speed than my WIMAX connection that I was using earlier from the same TATA Indicom services.

                              Actually the speed is not coming good. getting troubled for 4 consecutuve days, finally I renewed the WIMAX connection that I was using earlier from the same TATA Indicom services.

                              Based on my complaints one after the other, Tata Indicom Technicians visited my house at three different times and observed that it is NOT working even with the minimum desired speed.

                              I wrote several e-mails and called to customer care several times, however always I got a promise that it will be sorted out soon.

                              Nothing has happened so far, and finally today they told me that your money can not be refunded.

                              I would like to have justice to my money spent.

                                I had recently got a new Infinity 384 Kbps Tata Indicom Wimax connection. The speed limit which i am getting is only about 120 min and 150 max. If I ask customer care they saying it will vary some time like that. Then why should they charging more? Previously I used BSNL & Airtel while I was in Chennaim they are 100 times better then Tata Indicom. My concern is that Tata Indicom should increase the bandwidth else they have to change the plans(reducing the amount) and need to inform the truth(exact speed) to their new customers.

                                  I'm facing problems with the Tata Indicom USB Modem since last one year. I have raised atleast 10 complaints in this connection, howver no response. They don't even ackowledge the complaints as have contacted their customer care deptt and also written to helpdesk, nodal officer and appleate authority. Only get a call from an engineer who says that am from Tata Indicom and can i check your computer and that is it. Even after checking the laptop, he also agrees that the connectivity issue is there and slow speed exists.
                                  I don't know whom to contact and how to get my internet issue resolved. I am using CDMA 1x USB MODEM.

                                  TATA Indicom USB Modem — facing problems day by day

                                  Hello everyone, i', Jeena keluskar from goa.. i have recently purchased Tata indicom Usb Modem.. They said i would get speed abt 236kpbs. When i took this connection the speed was 230.2kpbs.. the very next the my internet got disconnected due the billing issue of year 2005... but no one tried to call and let us know that the nethas got disconnected due to the billing issue of the year 2005... we made the payment the very same day and it got activated then my speep dropped down to 115.2.. i could not open any website.. .. i called them up and logged a complaint. they turned out after 2days.. and said there is no service in our area.. its just 3km away from the capital city (panjim).. they should be responsible before giving us the connection there is or not sevice in our area.. hw can they be so irresponsible.. they said they would get back to us ... but no one turned out... when we wanted to return our USB modem they said there is no refund, , , but when i took this they said "i[censored]r not satisfied withe the service u can have ur money back" but now its totally opposite.. they are soo rude over the phone... my 3800+my 2005 pending bill gone for drain... i seriously dont know wt to do with this people.. when i try calling them they disconnect my calls.. i would like to mention their names MD of team 4u shannal contact no is:[protected].. i had taken this connection from Kundan malji his contact no is:[protected].. please help me with this problem... i wanna go to the consumer court and log a complaint againts them.. please help me with this..                                       I had disconnected my connection, I had paid all the dues for that tataindicom data connection and I had taken the New photon Plus connection. After 4 months of disconnection , i had received a Legal notice stating that I have to pay 287 Rs. for that connection and giving in that notice false information that they had sent the invoice and bill several times. They have n't send any bill for invoice after the disconnection.

                                      Please advise me how proceed in this kind of scenario.

                                        Myself Mahesh V.Pore (A/202 Karnik Nagar , Behind WIT college, Solapur) my tata mobile no.is [protected] .today I receive one phone from Tata Indicom from this no.[protected] Mr.Niraj (20/11/2009 6.03p.m.)about one sheme(Booster Plain). At that time we said that we will inform you about scheme activation affterword and he told that not any deduction in your balance and MY previous balance is 188/- but when he is activatied this scheme my balance is deduct 100/-Rs.then i call immediately custermercare (20/11/2009 6.16p.m.) then i told Mr. Mayur this problem and told u deactivate this scheme and refund my balance otherwise i going to cunsumer court but he rudly talking and told me as u wish u go but not refund balance. But they activate that scheme without inform us and with out my permission. and reduce the balance from our account. your custermercare executive are not giving us any proper response. We are requested you to kindly give attention to our complaint because we dont have any idea about (what is booster plan) any scheme and why we activate this paln only 10 days. and thats why we want our previous account as it is and refund my balacne in my account.

                                        If you are anable to do any measures in our case then we have last option to go in consumer court then follow legal action then your must give us compensation for mentaly harashment and this purpose.If you not given any immediately responce then we will demand for compansation with Advocate fees Rs.3500/-.
