Dear sir,
I am a Tata indicom mobile customer for the past 4 years,My mobile number is [protected].
On 26.04.2010 I tried to make a call at the time 3.25 Pm but i could not make it. I tired with many numbers to make a call.But from my number i could not achieve it.At the same time the incoming calls are came to me.I contact immedielty customer by dialling the number 12524 after connecting I press 9 to talk with customer care person for my clarification.After getting connection with the customer care I told my problems.They instructed me to switch off the mobile and on the mobile after few seconds,so that you can make call.I did the same but i could not make a call.So once again I tried to contact customer care with the number of 12524.After dialling 12524 when its enter to customer care part i press 9 for talkinf to the customer care person directly but the answer was the number you have pressd is incorrect.I treid to contact with customer care many times nearly upto 2 hrs .
Please Kindly inform me how to rectify it.At the same i don't know how the customer care number 9 option is not working.I never worried about having the tata indicom because in my home and sorroundings area signals is too weak.But now i am worrying to have tata indicom due to irresponsible customer care activities and the option taken
Please give me solution as soon as possible or i will Change my mobile network

    TataIndicom — AP Mobile postpaid

    I am using past one and half year for tataindicom mobile and i paid advance rental for three numbers and deposit also,Now my mobile diactivated (diactivated on 16.09.09)with out my knowlodge i enquired about that and i give complaint also( tataindicom complaint number 108402)no reply from tataindicom office(i called nodel officers and customer care also).I lost my bussiness also please kindly do the nessery action and please kindly return my money(already ia paid advance rental for two years (3mobile for toatal 1280x3=3840 and deposit amount each 500x3=1500/-).

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      This is to inform you that we purchased a Co-operate connections from one of distributer(D.R. Teleservices, Kalka ji, Delhi) for the Tata Indicom in March,10, where we purchased a Tata Photon+ and Phone Connections, where we like to convert our prepaid number to pospaid, and the person co-ordinating for the deal he told us that u will take a co-operate plan which will be profitable for your firm, he told us the Tata indicom Nano Paln, where the Rental Is Rs. 275 per Month & features told by him are:

      1750 Local Calls Free for Every Number
      250 std Calls free for every Number
      Tata to Tata Unlimited calls
      STD and Roaming incoming/ outgoing calls 50 paisa
      Local calls to tata & other network is 30 paisa
      Which number will be not in use, rental for these numbers will be waive off from the bill.
      Rs. 100 discount on bill for 1st three months, When we asked him for written confirmation for the plan he tolds, that he will mail us the details and tata indicom also mail us the plan details when connections will activate..,
      but till now we haven't received any confirmation and details for the plan, when we confirmed from customer care so they told us that our plan was activated has Rs. 150 Rental, Local Call: 70 paisa, STD Rs. 1 and roaming charges are Rs. 1.50,, no other benefits are applicable for the plan, we trying to call the ditributer on his personal number and customer care number but no one has picked the phone for long time and if picked up so said sir is not in the office he will call back to me...,when we had last word with Mr. Amit on his number so he said that time also that they will resolved the issues soon.., and before any resolution we haven't get to pay the amount,on E-mail at last he said that the chearges are right and we have to pay the amount after that no resolution found by anyone...,but how we are liable to pay the amount where the wrong information & comitment is there, so we request to Mr. Amit that kindly refund our amount and get back your Tata Photon+ and connections so he replied that is our property,they are not responsible for that,but the time of sale they accepted everythings..,
      after that response we again launched a complaint for the same to tata indicom but till now any action and revert not received by them.., just receiving calls for the bill payments when we had word with the tata indicom customer care on 121 so they said that we have to pay the bill otherwise they launched a case, when i asked them for the compalint launched Solution so they said that complaint is on progress and they confirm us the status soon...,

      But till now we haven't get any revert or solutions for the plan details, Complaint launched solution and any corrections, and my prepaid number has not converted in to the postpaid from that time to till(From Approx 30 days), which is also a part of these co-operate connections.

      Till now our prepaid connection has not converte in to postpaid, no confirmation call and E-mail got by the distributor and TATA Indicom, As per the Comitment given no amount reducing from the bill for non-using connections and the right plan has been not activated...,

      with this we purchased a Photon+ connections also, where also the so many wrong comitments and surety with all that if any billing issues and wrong issues will be happened so it's there responsibility to solve it..,

      But now when the same issues and plan distrubance come in the Photon+ so no body is agrred to accept it.

      Where The limit for the Connection is given Rs. 2500 and the amount Total bill of Rs. 8797 and after corrections they given bill of Rs. 4708, where we have already submited the amount of Rs. 1300, Where the plan information given us by the distributer the maximum bill wil be Rs. 1100,We are not satisfied with the bill and usage given by them, bcoz already we are using 2-3 more connections, so there is not much used that photon+,Now TATA Customer care Said that we have to pay the bills but why we pay the bills before geting any satisafctory solution..,
      and like to ask from TATA Indicom, if there is a credit limit of Rs. 2500 so why it exceed up to 7897 and why they never barred the services that time and why not made a confirmation call or E-mail for the exceeding amount or limit, now they gave excusses that exceed limit has crossed so we have to pay atleast 75% amount to re-activate the services...?

      for both the issues we launched a complaint but till now any action and revert was not found, and we requested to customer care and the distrubiuter by mails also to resolve the problems soon but response is very slow for the solutions but the time of payment they are rise and making calls to pay the amount before any satisfactory services..,

      Here we like to ask Again from TATA Indicom that why quick action not taken agaist the distributer and why most of time clients will suffer due that, where they are geting mental stress, loss of work and finacial..,Is there Tata indicom paying salary for there employess and distributership to provide wrong informations and stress to the clients or customer?.., why they have not completeing there duties like, if distributor sold any plan behalf of tata indicom so they have to provide the confirmation call with introducing the plan and right details so that customer will decide that he opted right services & Company..., & Who will be responsible for that financial & Work loss and stress taken by the clients..


      Issues are so Many with the services..., But right Now We like to request to you that kindly forward the complaint to the right person who will able to give us a quick & Satisfactory response and solutions for the same..., We are just suffering due that and our work was hamper due to non connectivity of Phones and Net Connections.

      We recomend to the others that, kindly do not deal with D.R. Teleservices, Kalka Ji, Delhi, where the Mr. amit, Abhitender Tiwari, Deepti, Anup and Raj has conversating with me and making wrong information and comitments so safe yourself for future deals with them.

      Looking for quick revert & response...,

      Thanks for your response...,

      how is it possible sir number is working fine even i received call from tata for bill payments til today, so how can my number will be not reachable...,

      till now no solutions found for the complaints and from the D.R. Teleservices...,
      & no status found for the action taken or confirmation against the complaint and Distributor, and when last time i called up to customer care then found response that the complaints was closed by tata indicom, but when i asked for the status so no revert found then i also requested to customer care to launch a complaint against this so they replied that i have to visit at D.R.Teleservice for the solutions, and this is not satisfactory response found, bcoz there is we not have to confirm the things from anywhere, We Paid for the services commited to us, and the services could be provided by the service providers end.., IS it?

      My prepaid numbers are given by him which was not using these days are :

      our work was totaly disturbed due that and our office was close from starting weak of april, 10, but the satisfactory response never found from TATA Indicom & D.R.Teleservices till now, in end we left the call to you both after 21th April..., so kindly confirm that who will be responsible for my loss and who will bear it, TATA INDICOM or D.R.Teleservices...,

      Few days Ago we also received a call from tata Customer care, where the executive asked me for providing me the same plan commited to me earlier, I said ok just solve the previous issues and give me in written will pay the amount so he said that they will do that and the written confirmation and the things will be send us on our mail [protected]@gmail.com, but till now the no reponse was found... continously we reciving calls from TATA INDICOM, time to time for payment, but when i asked action taken for my complaint and solution for my problems so reply received that will be solved soon, but at end time of solution, no response found.


      So look for the issue from starting to till and provide us a solution for our problems faced by us...,

      dear tarun,
      normally i disagree with your mail as it is quite not possible to continue the connection after credit limit untill unless special approval to open the connection is taken so dealer must help him out on his request to open the connectio but after using the connection upto 8000 rs if you say dealer is not supporting or not helping in giving discounts then it is not worth. if you used the connection then it is your responsibility to pay the bill.
      and no dealer wish to take the clawback as you bounced the first payment. so dealer must have to pay 4*1100=sim connections and 1*1100=for photon plus that means dealer already beared 5500 penalties on your connections that means you made him to bear a big loss so tell me who will bear his loss.
      that is one reason i disagree with your complaint.

      Dear Sir,
      my complaint is about the dealer that he provide us a wrong information to sold out the connections, which has been already written in the above complaint and to your customer care..., but after that we already submited our bill payment of Rs, 1300, due to comitments of dealer but in end no body supports us, not even, Tata indicom Customer care, due that we have to closed our office from the locations and our worked was hamper and got financialy loss..., and till now we just reciving call for the payments and when i asked for my complaint solutions, then every time they said that they will check and revert with the solutions but after that no solution got and again received a call for the payments and the procedure can restart, but from april to till we haven't got any solutions and if you said that we used the Net connection its fine, but when the dealer offered us a plan for unlimited so why we not use the net, and again my question raised that why the written confirmation and welcome call not made by the Tata Indicom for the same so that will aware for the right plan and information, able to get decision for continueng plan or disconnect...,

      and hope there is no mistake mades by our end, but we got the Losses, now due that our investment for the office and other things beared a loss and the final solution was not received till now..., Dealer received the amount with Advanced monthly rental, But we haven't got the services for that amount and the solutions for our problems till now...,


      So We request to you that kindly provide us a solution, so will makes payment, and also provide a solution that what loos we beared due to dealer and Tata Indicom's end will beared...

          dear customer, Exclusive offer for u recharge with 100 rs in next 5 days and get additional 50 local sms for 15 days validity.
          but after recharge i got 88 rs baleance and no additional local sms.

          Hello sir, I purchased the smart Sim [protected]. After some days the Sim not working. When I am dialing from that number, I am getting information that please check operator service. When I am dialing from other mobile to that then getting, please contact customer care and this facility not available to you. I have submitted my document proof but that problem not solved.             Ourr walky no-[protected] & a/c no[protected]. we have applied for the change of our walky plan from 375 to 175 per month on 20,feb 2010 but was not changed . We have received the bill as per Rs375 plan that was also cleared.we have also complained about the change of plan more than 3 times on telephone.
            We have also send you the complain letter by post but there was no reply. The details for the further are:-

            Respected Sir,

            The above Connection was fully internet connection @ 375. Due to bad service I refer the above line to disconnect at Park Street Branch of Tata True Value.

            But the Branch advice not to disconnect and requested us to continue @ 175 Per Month. Documents, Xerox attached with this. We accepted the offer and confirm.

            We received a bill of Rs.586 @ 350 per Month and paid the same and complained on
            18.03.2010 on telephone to the Tata regarding this that we have converted the scheme into Rs.175 but could not convert due to their fault. But on telephone they assured that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but we didn’t get any response.

            Again we complained on 21.03.2010 they accepted the complain and gave the same reply but till today nothing has been resolved.

            Our Pray to you sir:-
            (i) Refund of excess payment for Rs.586 actual was Rs.175 from 20.02.2010.
            (ii) Immediate conversion to be applied @ 175 from 20.02.2010 and all the bills to be adjusted as per that.
            (iii) If not possible disconnect the service with adjustment of excess payment

            Appropriate actions should be taken against the Co. as we do not have any due till now.

              Hi,

              I purchased tata indicom photon whiz 1799/- wireless usb modem for my internet usage with unlimited access.I went to my home and was trying to access using modem but it is not connecting am not able to browse and use it.I contact customer care for my problem and they told me that they will send the engineer to check and then next day engineer came and checked the signal is very weak and thats why you are not using it.Eventhough customer care known issue that in my area signal strength is very weak.I dont know why they have given me the modem and when they check with address proof they would have told that sorry sir this area already the signal problem.I dont know why they forget to say that.Then finally i surrender my connection without using it.but next month they are sending the bill for usage.I didn't used it for atleast one day.what is this?I suggest you dont go for tata indicom whiz anymore.very very slow and it never gets signal.

              Hi I want to give very serious complaint against tata indicom photon + Services. i have taken photon connection broadband internet plan like 950 at 9th March 2010. and i have paid 2400 for Hardware Instrument.Now i have not use this plan even one month and they have send a bill to me. the last due date was 22 April 2010.Without giving any Notice They Disconneted My Broadband connection.When i talked in customer care support they said that we cant do anything about this.i have requested to them that please Take back your Hardware Instrument and refund my balance Amount for this instrument and close My connection. But They did not give any Valuable response about this.please help me Out .I am very very disappointment with Tata Photon + Broadband Services. Please please Help.I Suggest to Every User Dont take This Service

                I think & hope that you people are not at all understanding to what i have to complain about. I told that ur executive (Sunil) confirmed me that my plan would be an hourly plan & after his confirmation i have signed the documents, again i have not been provided with any such acknowledgement from your end & i have signed the form as per what i have been guided for hourly plan. Now if your executive commits wrong & my plan is not according to what i have asked for then its not my fault . This seems very clear that it is a FRAUD done to me commiting something & charged me for some other plan which i am not concerned. Apart from it no proper guidance is gioven to me or any acknowldgement is given to me from your executive except the receipt of initial payment for your instrument.

                Secondly, I have never asked for a ADJUSTMENT ever, i dont understand why i am forced to do adjustments or even talked... I will pay the amount but only for what plan has been committed to me n not for the other plan which i am asked to pay forcefully after a WRONG COMMITMENT BY YOUR EXECUTIVE. I repeaat IT IS CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD DONE TO ME & ALREADY PROVED THAT THE BILL IS NOT OF HOURLY PLAN (WHICH SCHEME I HAD OPTED AT THE INCEPTION & YOUR EXECUTIVE SUNIL HAS AGREED TO, AND IF HE IS SO GENUINE HE WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BUT THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED TO ME. I CANT TRUST YOUR WORDS OR CONCLUSION BECAUSE IF YOUR EXECUTIVE CANT MENTION MY MOBILE NUMBER PROPERLY HOW HE WOULD HAVE OPTED HOURLY SCHEME AS SUGGESTED BY ME DURING INCEPTION OF OPTING YOUR PHOTON+ INSTRUMENT.

                Sourcing tata photon instruments & plan is your business & as a customer i should be informed everything which your executive did like confirming me hourly plan at inception coz i was hardly using IQARA CONNECTION earlier for 3 GB -2 Months which was sufficient for me and thats the reason i opted for hourly plan & assured i will get the same.

                But, Ultimately i think you people have given your verdict on what you have to do & done instead of resolving Customer Concern. And for me also its high time to deal with you & explaining every bit of it & Finally Decided to CHALLENGE THE ENTIRE ISSUE IN CONSUMER FORUM along with FRAUD & HARRASEMENT by tuesday 20th April 2009 against your Notices received.

                telecom & my usage was still less n my balance use to just go in vane
                during that also , but everytime no one turns up & this continued till
                date & nobody is guiding me also. Secondly, the telephone number
                inserted by the executive is of my Wife's number & she is harrased like
                anything for the payment (despite asked to executive to mention my

                As being into travelling job i am unable to reach your local office, i
                am continuely asking to provide me detailed usage bill which nobody
                bothered to provide me till date assuring me that it will reach me in
                short span of time or an executive will be at my place with the same &
                above all i have been furnished with a legal notice to pay my bill
                through some lawyer.



                This is enough of asking for help & for which i am furnished with legal
                notice n forced to pay without providing me service & ultimately today i
                hv been told that it is not possible at all to get a detailed bill of my

                HSIA USB 500 Min Plan.



                the amont 3400 is not that big but unless m satisfied i may not pay the

                before taking some unwanted step as i m totally harraseed by the level

                I have taken a new Tata Photon Plus Connection(#[protected]) on 3-July-2010. The connection rate is very slow. The actual rate of data transfer is around 80kbps and download speed is around 20kbps across day and night. I lodged a complaint. The customer care people are in no way sync with each other. In my every interaction, I have received a different commitment and feedback from them. They are asking for 14 days to resolve this issue.

                These people will trouble you by sending technician people everyday and taking your time. You will spend time talking to the customer service people but at the end of the day your issue will not get resolved. Whenever you will ask them they will say "Sorry for the inconvenience created. We have forwarded the issue to the concerned department".

                The issue lies in the tool and the service itself. Instead I would recommend each one of you to consider ourselves as fools whoever is using Tata Photon Plus. Lets accept the money we have lost instead of running after these people. This will kill our money and time.

                The connection speed is horribly slow. While testing with your speedometer I found that the transfer rate is around 1-20KB/sec.

                At the initial timings it was providing very good service. As the time it came to be very famous & well known in the matter of speed it is very sorry to say that now the service of TATA Photon IS VERY VERY WORST.

                  Sir / Madam,

                  This is in reference to my complaints dated 2 – Feb -2010 and 14 – March -2010 with TaTa Indicom & TATA Croma I am Bhavuk sahni R/O 1 – Ram Kishore Road civil Lines is forwarding you this written complaint as I am using TATA INDICOM Photon + connection No [protected] A/C Number –[protected] hereby mention the facts & circumstances as under & it is to bring to your notice very very strongly that on 10 – 4 -2010 at 9.32 AM a mail was sent at my e mail id [protected]@gmail.com to deposit Rs.418 as interim payment being a law abiding & peace loving citizen of the country I abided by the same and I deposited Rs.500 Transaction Reference Number MCIT[protected] and Transaction Date:[protected] & time 12:59:25 hrs the payment was deposited through my credit card online.

                  On 11 – April -2010 at 11.53 AM another Mail Was sent to me at e mail id [protected]@gmail.com to deposit Rs. 252 as interim Payment again being a law abiding & peace loving citizen of the country I abided by the same and I deposited Rs. 252 as interim payment Transaction Reference Number:MCIT[protected] and Transaction Date:[protected] and time 12:36:12 hrs the payment was deposited through my credit card online.

                  On 13 April 2010 when I tried to connect photon + it was not working & multiple errors were there So I called the customer service number of Tata Indicom at [protected] and the executive at customer care started guiding me to configure the connection through hardware in control panel later he revealed that the connection has been barred from there end today on 14 April 2010 when I checked my e mail A/C I came to know that one more e mail was sent on 13 – April – 2010 at 9.28 AM where TaTa has demanded Rs. 731 as interim payment it is really unfortunate & shocking that on day to day basis one has to pay as the usage is more being a professional I instructed as well as requested in writing as I have sent two e mails on 10- April -2010 at 6.24 Pm and 6.26 PM to customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in where I have mentioned to change my tariff plan to PHOTON + 2 GB from the existing time based plan with immediate effect and on 10 – April -2010 only at 10.12 PM I received a mail from Tata indicom confirming that by 12 – April -2010 it will be done whereas with malafide intentions Tata has not done that & disconnected the number / connection without any notice the act of Tata Indicom has caused huge losses to me , harassment, mental agony & a great insult to a innocent customer the number is disconnected till date (14-April 2010 ) as this is a clear cut case of harassement & conducting illegal act amount to cheating , Deffeciency of services and violation of certain guidelines of TRAI , mental agony , insult to the consumer as the same happened with me on previous occasions when I wrote to TATA Indicom on 2 –Feb-2010 & 14 – March -2010 . It is crystal clear that by using such tactis and force TATA indicom wants to extract huge amounts from customers

                  TataIndicom Photon Pro — Misguided

                  Dear Sir/Madam

                  My self Mr Umasankar from andhrapradesh and taken a photo pro connection[protected] in the name of M/S Replete Energy Pvt Ltd on 3 rd of June and the connection got activated on 16 th June till 23rd July its worked properly now its is not at all working in proper conditions regarding this i made several complaints.

                  But there is no response from them the persons whom i am spoking they are simply saying that the are is no feasible to provide you better service so better you cancel the connection and we return the amount i.e.500 rs i paid as initial deposit and rs 522 the bill which is generated on my account.
                  i Have to ask those people some doubts but all are in vain.

                  1)If the are comes under no feasible are how the person collected my application and activated the connection?
                  2)Last month it is worked and what happened to this month?
                  3) If we pay bit late in their payment how many times they will call us and disconnect the network are not?

                  they are simply saying sorry its our mistake is it aceeptableeee.
                  Help me out i am planning to approach consumer court is it ok.

                  Tata Indicom/ Photon+ — disconnection of service

                  They have sent bills with wrong company name again again. We have lodge complain for the name correction several time but with no effect. Now they have disconnect the line as non payment whereas we are ready to pay with correct bill but they do not send a correct bill.
                  I have called the nodal office but they seems to be same worse as their costomer care. Its a corporate connection and all the higher representative do not bother to reply in our mails.

                  I was planning to shift to Tata Photon from Reliance Net connect (with which I had a very bad experience). Looks like all are alike in their performance and service. I have dropped my plans to go for any broadband connections.

                  TATA Indicom — Connection disconnected without notice

                  I have been using post paid Tata mobile connection since 2007.

                  In November 2010 I applied for converting my post paid connection to prepaid. For this I submitted my address and identity proof at Tata's Howrah maidan office. I also cleared all my previous dues by paying cash to them.

                  Suddenly last week morning I found that I line was disconnected. When I approached Tata's Ultadanga office I came to know that my line was disconnected because my identity and address proof were not submitted by their Howrah maidan office. They also informed me that there was no way I would get back my number.

                  This is my official number and I am facing ample problem since it has been disconnected. Also at the time of disconnection there was also a balance of around Rs 110.

                  I had submitted the documents to Tata's authorised office, my connection was also converted to prepaid.

                  Where have I defaulted in complying with their rules? How could they disconnect my number permanently?

                  Please help me this.......... I request you to help me take action against them so that they dont play with other customers.

                  TATA Indicom — Connection disconnected without any reason

                  I am Sachin M Gosavi Son of Mr. Madangiri N Gosavi who is using Tata
                  Indicom Postpaid Walky since last 5 years
                  The mentioned Tata Indicom connection was disconnected on 17 June due
                  to some technical reason by Tata Indicom team.
                  but on complaining, it was reconnected on 27 June.

                  Later, on contacting to customer care I realised that my account
                  number and Tarriff Plan is changed without informing me.
                  Also account holder's name is someone else instead of Mr Madangiri N
                  Gosavi i.e. someone else will get bill for the connection which I am
                  using now.

                  I have already contacted Tata Indicom Office at Daftary Road, Malad
                  (East) and have spoken to branch manager Miss Sunita
                  But the feedback which I got from her was really shocking. She asked
                  me why I am worrying if my connection is working proper and someone
                  else will be charged for it. So she suggested me to use the connection
                  whose account account is not mine.

                  I requested them to resolve the issue and change my tariff to tariff
                  which I was using since last 5 years.
                  But still I have not got any response

                  Tata Photon — DIsconnection without notification or reason

                  I took Tata Photon connection on 21/1/2012 with no [protected], but it has been disconnected now.
                  No prior intimatio/warning was given. Interaction number[protected].

                  The reason given is address proof verification was negative or documentation incomplete.
                  Tata Photon cannot seem to make up its mind on the reason either.

                  Tata Photon sales guy has collected the documents and the verification guy sat in my appartment and done the verification.

                  However, tata photon continues to insist that i visit their gallery and submit the documents again and they wont send anyone to collect it.
                  They also insist that bill be paid on connection that has been cut without intimation or fault on my part.

                  Mutliple calls to customer care has gone to waste.

                  Please help resolve this matter.

                    This is Mukund V. Deshmukh Customer of Tata Indicom prepaid since last 4 Years with Golden Plan.

                    Yesterday i went at Tata Indicom Outlet at Bajirao road Pune to do recharge to increase my validity with same plan.
                    first i asked the concern person for recharge with all my queries regarding golden plan i said i have tata to tata unlimited free calling from last 4 years.
                    Then the concern person told me to do the recharge with 225 in which we can get full talktime of 225. then again i told him to
                    do recharge of 35 for SMS in which we can get 500 SMS for local & National. these 2 recharges are fine for my plan this is what i understand. But the problem is with me the same concern person who did these recharges he did wrong recharge on my number
                    of rupees 61 which is for 1 paisa/second for 6 months. so when i asked him why u did recharge on my number? he said i did wrongly the same. and i am doing the reversal of the same recharge and in front of me he took reversal (i dont know exact what he did) but he said dont call from your mobile for 24 Hours u will get same plan return.
                    So Madam please help to what should i do? I Want my plan return. i called to customer care lots of time but they could not give any answer to my query even they dont know what is the process of reversal. i asked them where should i contact now there answer was.." you need to contact at the same place from where you did recharge".
                    So Please madam i am requesting you to help me. i did not used my number for single outgoing call from the time when all these things happened.i am in very big trouble.

                      i had phone which was stolen on january 2011. i was using tata docomo postpaid sim in that phone. no.[protected]
                      after this i report to tata indicom to block that number.
                      and paid the bill period of january - february.

                          with due respect, i want to inform you that i have not get my refund till now, and your officers have not replied me with responsbility. they are saying me only for wait, and pay bill. Your sells person Mr Mitesh has called me today that he will take my device and he will refund me money after 20-25days deduce 500 rupees and saying that i should pay my bill till today. but your officers had commited me before 45days that if they could not provied me service, i have no need to pay, and they will also refund me which i bill amount i have paid already for your first bill. But now they are not ready to follow their commitment. Tell me sir, how kind i can make trust on Mr Mitesh and on your officers, when they have been wrong on their commitment till now which they had commited with me. sir, what is the guarntee that they will refund me all of my money aftey paying bill and giving him Tata photon+ device. According to my advocate, i should not pay bill because i had been following and informing to your officers since first day of purchasing your device. My advocate says me, that i can get all of my refund from consumer forum court with all loses of my time and money. But i have said him to stop for 3days due to making a complaint to you. Because i know that any reputated company like Tata will not want lose reputation for a little problem like this. So i believe in you that you will solve my problem within 2days.

He told me it will start on 1st Feb. 2011 morning. On the date I called customer care executive (12524) and Executive told me “your mobile was unblocked from our system, but you have to contact sivranjani office”. I called on Sivaranjani office on[protected] Number continuously I have called for 25times but nobody was there to receive the call. I got the No. of Manager of Shiv ranjani office Miss Pamela Desouza[protected]. Called her and informed her about my problem. But till my mobile was not started.                             I Lost my mobile on on 31/03/2010. Tata Indicom prepaid services, mobile number [protected]. I consulted the local tataindicom mobile centre at amalapuram,east godavari district. They told me "here there is no prepaid services. you will contact Kakinada or Rajahmundry". I contacted the tataindicom showroom in Kakinada, two town, main road. But their people are not responding properly. They told me ''sim cards not available you will contact after 15 days then we will take your proof & provide the same number([protected])."

                            I am the employee of Bharti axa life insurance company. I am facing the lot of problems about this issue.

                                Hello ,
                                I had TATA Indicom USB modem with MDN number [protected].
                                In the month between February and May 2009, I had charged for Rs. 500. The charge just vanished in very soon.
                                I enquired the customer care for the usage. Initially they denied, but later I asked them that I need to know this information according to Right to Information act. They later gave the usage as 146 MegaBytes.

                                With this usage my maximum bill amount possible can be only Rs.156. However I had done the maximum usage during night hours. Since they had reduced rates during night(Go One Data), the maximum bill amount could be between Rs.50 and Rs.100.

                                I followed with them many times but they dont reply. Later I contacted their Mumbai nodal officer([protected]). This effor did not give any fruits.

                                For the past couple of months, they are replying that the USB modem mobile no. is not appearing in their database.

                                I have the emails that I exchanged with them. Please help me to get this resolved.

                                    I had complain in Durgapur workoffice on 5.02.2010 by e-mail and there was also a attachment file of my internet use data by screenshot to the internet usage unit but there was not any response.After not getting any response I made a phone call on 5 feb,2010 in durgapur workoffice, they informed me that they did't received any mail and adviced me to send a fax to [protected] .After sending the fax they made no response to it and told me that the bill send by them is correct,then I made a phone call and complained about it hence they send me a complain number 21296825 again it had been innformed by them that the bill send by them is correct .I told that if their bill is correct then why it is not matching with the data shown by my Tata indicom usb modem.It had been informed by you that the complain send by me has no connection with the bill so it is being accepted in a different way.Again there was a phone call by your company that the bill that had been already generated cannot be checked,and told me that where I had complained for the first time I should send my data and get it checked for the rectification of the bill.when you had send the bill for15.2.2010 to 14.3.2010 I was surprised to see that if the internet was already disconnected by you for not paying the bill then how could it be possible that I used the net in supplied period of time .According to me I think there is mechanical problem which need to be searched out.

                                    I kindly request you to go through all the bills and send me the rectified bills so that I can pay for it and please also send me the detailed bill for 14.12.2009 to 14.3.2010.

                                    I hold an Tata Indicom no. [protected] with account no.[protected]. I was billed excess for the month of May 2008, but I didn’t complaint. Again I was billed heavily in the month of June 2008 for Rs 2917 instead of Rs 900.00 the rental only.

                                    I contacted their Chandigarh office and several assistants talked but of no use some of them to name with are Mr. Sanjay and Ganesh on 11.7.08. These phone attendants should be removed from the job itself as they didn’t try to understand the problem and cannot handle a customer’s need.

                                    I have a log to prove my point that my usage is quite less. Accordingly my internet was disconnected from 3rd July to 11th July and my work suffered. When I asked how much money to be deposited to start my connection, one person told Rs. 5890.00 approximately or more. The other said he cannot reply till bill is generated on 11th. Only on 11th July I could know that I had to deposit Rs 2917 and I have deposited Rs. 3000.00. vide receipt no. 4014910.

                                    But I have to fight out this complaint with Tata Indicom India. I have to be refunded my excess money charged beyond my rental as no body could provide me the log of my usage till date.

                                    I charge them that they are billing excess or somebody else is using the net on my account.

                                    TATA Indicom — Excess billing

                                    This is to make you concern about the trouble I am facing with TATA Indicom internet connection. I had gone
                                    through the three tier institutionalized grievances redressal mechanism.
                                    I am a cosumer of tata indicom newly introduced plug_2_surf wireless internet connection. I had to bought a
                                    USB modem(of Rs. 2500.00) and a sim card worth of Rs. 99.00 during taking connection. My USB MODEM no.
                                    is [protected] and it was activated from 27th MAY, 2009. I am in PLan 325, it is a time based plan the
                                    monthly rental is Rs. 325.00 and it allows 1800 minutes free internet surfing per month.A software named
                                    dialer was given along with the USB modem supposed to keep the internet usage log in time and data transfer.
                                    For the first month I surfed internet accordig to the internet log of that dialer software.At the end of my
                                    billing cycle the total minutes of internet surfing was well within my free limits. But in the bill I noticed some
                                    extra charge was claimed as the extra internet usage, it was Rs.2230.00. I then contacted to the service provider
                                    regarding this matter, they admitted that there is some problem with the software and refused to change the
                                    software but theyTOLD THAT I HAD USED SO THE EXCESS BILL . I requested them a lot to change the modem and software but they just refused.

                                    minutes which is well within my free limits 1800 minutes, in my last bill I observed my internet usage is 840
                                    I am really frustrated now, breaching of connection will be a loss for me as I bought the USB modem just 17
                                    DAYS back.

                                    Under this circumstances I need your help to solve my problem.In this mail I am not sending any document as
                                    the software output is not possible but if required I can send the print screen picture of the internet log and
                                    the bills of the tataindicom that are the documents I have.

                                    I have had a Tata Indicom plug to surf connection for the past 2 yrs and after i changed my job i asked for my billing date to be changed as i get paid at the end of the month making my bill due on the 26th was charging me late fees of Rs.100 per month.

                                    On request they refused to change the payment due date even after explaining to them the situation.

                                    dear sir,
                                    i am a service user of tata indicom with the name Growth Academy,walky no.65572022 having plan of rental 299/month.First month i got a bill of 391 which i paid.Another month i got a bill of 933 which was objectionable.I complained about it in customer care and requested for a detail of my data used.they stoped the outgoing services and begin to call me again and again and saying that i have to deposit the money which they have stated in the bill.But i said that i am not going to deposit the money without the detail about the uses.After that i got another bill of 419.and they are calling me again and again for pament.
                                    so pleaes, i request you to do the needfull.

                                      TATA Indicom Prepaid — Unwanted deduction

                                      I receive very frequently the promotional calls & always disconnect. These calls always disturbs during meetings in office as well as at home too.

                                      Today on 9th July at 6.57pm, I received similar call & I disconnected. But very next min. I received a SMS that I have subscribed a welcome tune @ Rs 30/- per month which I never did. Also it will be automatically continue to next months.

                                      I ensure that, I never subscribed any tune & want my money back & the welcome tune scheme should be immediately discontinued.

                                      I called to customer care, they forwarded my calls to their seniors, but no one attended.

                                      You can check my record for your information that from 22nd Nov'2007 onwards, I never subscribed any tunes.

                                      I never subscribed to any promotional calls then why I am being harassed with frequent calls, SMS & now with unwanted deduction for the silly welcome tune.

                                      When I complained to customer care, again they deducted some money for some unknown reason.

                                      I am using tata indicom cell phone ( Phone No [protected]), 30.12.2009 I was recharge Rs. 25/-. suddenly my account balanace is deducted Rs. 10/-. I ask the concern cell phone company custamer care officer in this regard. But he was said "the amount is deduted for subscribtion of news update for a month". I am shoking about that answer. I do not subscribe that option. But that company is said confidently " you are used that option".

                                      TATA Indicom — wrong deduction of money

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I would like to draw your attention on a consumer unfriendly behaviour
                                      of the Tata Indicom Cellular Company.
                                      On 20/05/2010 a call comes from [protected] at 9.29 a.m. When I
                                      pick up the phone, a computerised voice told me 'Thank You for
                                      subscribing to Welcome tune ..' and after that some songs payed. I
                                      disconnected the phone immediately.
                                      But after some time, I have surprised to receive a sms saying that 'As
                                      per your balance, you have been subscribed to Welcome Tunes at Rs
                                      30.00 for thirty days' . I immediately call the call centre of the
                                      company and ask to unsubscribe the service and return the balance,
                                      which was deducted from my balance unlawfully. But I am sorry to say
                                      that the customer care executive has refused to return the balance of
                                      Rs. 40.00 and kept saying that I may have been pushed the button to
                                      subscribe the service, which is totally wrong. I also said him to
                                      register my number to do not call service. He said that it takes 45
                                      days to activate this service.

                                      Now, I want to know that how I can get back my money which is deducted
                                      from my account unlawfully. I also want to know that why it takes
                                      seconds to subscribe value added services like Welcome Tunes and 45
                                      days to activate a number in do not call register.

                                      today, when i complaint to the customer care ot TATA INDICOM, the executive told me that a service has been activated about the news & updates of stock market...
                                      N i am sure of that, i have not allowed such activations. when i said that person to give back my money he talked non mannerly...

                                      TATA Indicom Prepaid — unwanted subscription of alerts and deduction of money

                                      I have a prepaid connection with the number [protected].
                                      The company is cheating me with unwanted activation of aletrs and deducing money. they have done this the third time. Few days ago they subscribed to some Radio service and deduced money twice as sum of Rs. 24+Rs.22. Now they have subscribed me to sms alert without my notice and deduced Rs. 30/-.
                                      The company is a big FRAUD.
                                      I have complained to the nodal Officer but no such action has been taken.

                                        To day when I was crossing the railway track, suddenly I received a sms. And I found that " your request for the 'tumse badhkar duniya has been acceepted,as per your balance, you have been subscribed ti Welcom Tunes at Rs 30.00 for 30 days.This service will be autorenewed every 30 days.SMSWTMENU TO 12800"
                                        after received that sms I called to customer care and asked to withdraw the Charges and caller tune. But from customer care Mr. Manojit ghosh told me that we can do anything but they unable to reverse it. Now I am feeling cheeted by TATA INDICOM. and looking for justice.

                                        I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN IN THE COMPANY THAT LAST MONTH DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL FAULT OF TATA TELESERVICES THEIR HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED CALLER TUNE ON MY NO.BUT AFTER THAT THEY DID REMOVE IT AND SENT MY MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT BUT AGAIN IT HAPPENED ON SAME DATE OF NEXT MONTH STILL I CALLED HIM AND REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN TO THE COMPANY EVEN I SAID THAT I WILL GO THROUGH CONSUMER COMPLAINTS THEY SAID WE CANT DO ANYTHING U MAY GO IT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED N WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.
