dear concern authority ,
good after noon!!!
we are using TATA INDICOM blackberry phone (rental Rs.2500/- per month) we are not getting network there at our residence at Pooja villa, warje highway ,near cipla foundation, pune maharashtra. we have already lodged many complaint to there customer care and even to the nodal officer orally and on mail also. we are really harassed by the service provider.
we are using five connections from the same service provider is as follows:-
1. [protected]
2. [protected]
3. [protected]
4. [protected]
5. [protected]
as we are into business; we are not able to make calls and even cant receive calls we are making big loss because of the service provider even our relations in market is getting spoiled.
Please do something.

    I did the online recharge od Rs 29 from the Tata Indicom Website i.e http://www.ichoose.in/etrade/ERechargeAction.do the website shows this recharge a SMS pack but when I did recharge it changed my tariff plan instead of SMS pack, when I called custummer care they said I have to d another recharge to get the previous plan.So now what can I do.

    TATA Indicom — Wrong Recharge

    Hello,

    There was a wrong prepaid recharge done which went on the cell no[protected] instead of my cell number. The company said it couldn't get back my recharge amount for the top up of Rs 201/- since a small amount of Rs.10/- was used by the person holding the above number. When I called the person to ask him about it, he refused having used the amount and asked me to tell the company to deduct whatever amount was available on his cell. He also told me he woudn't recharge my cell in return, with the amount which he received.

    There are many ways in which the company can deduct the talk time amount from a customer.
    Then why is it that the company is refusing to deduct the amount from this customer who is enjoying the talk time which he doesn't own.

    I had done the recharge from the Tata Indicom office at KPCT, Pune on Mar 31, 2009.

    Please check if there is a way to get back my talk time.

    TataIndicom — wrong recharge

    Dear sir

    throgh online recharge 23 recharged to my mobile, in past recharged with 299

    for balance recharge with 23 i got 18rs talk time but 299 plan automatically deactivated

    so i am complainting that it is not fare to recharge with 23 and i lossed my 299 plan

    I was e Recharge in 6th Dec 2011. two time 110 Rs, But I Have Available one time e Recharge on my Mobile 110 Rs But Second time 110 Rs was not Available on my Mobile But 110 Rs was Debit in my bank account So i want refund my 110 Rs in my bank Account .

      i was activated rediffmail alert on my mobile 4month ago but there was not deduct money but from 19 feb money deducted kinly do needful

        I have got USB modem and was facing problem with the connection, I sent mail to the Tata indicom for the problem and they sent me problem ticket SMS and status SMS to me. In total 2 SMS.

        But I was sent the bill of Rs 2 for SMS and it had clause if I donot pay within a month I will be charged Rs 102 as late payment fee. Is this justified.

          My tata Indicom photon whiz when recharged with 849 unlimited monthly plan, it worked only for 5 days. So even after registering a complaint so many times ther is no solution. They are not recovering the service.

          I have raised so many complaints but ther is no solution. The back end people who are supposed to call me back nevr responded. The complaints is in process since 40 days. But ther is no resolurtion.

          Their customer service is very very very poor.
          Better stop giving services than playing with customers and their problems.

          I am TATA Whiz user with connection no [protected].My plan is 1gb download for a month for Rs 500, But i have not been given any id or password to view what is the amount of download i have done till now..So how should i check what is the amount i have dowloaded.when ever i am trying to reach customer care only the system is talking to me and telling that its an invalid connection...

          Tata Indicom(Photon Whiz) — Very poor customer support by Tata Indicom

          One of customer service representative named Aditya with personal phone no.[protected] had contacted me for tata photon whiz and he insisted me to buy it with good offers like (1)he had told me that if i am not satisfied with the speed of the product,he will refund my payment within 2 days.(2)he had provided the product at my doarstep.
          But when i had purchased it he didn't receive my call,not even talked to me atleast once.When i had contacted with the seniour officers he told me that this types of offers are not available in Tata Indicom.

            Sir,
            I t recieved notice from Tata Indicom dated February 20, 2006 for Rs 500.
            In response to the above I have to state the folloeing.
            I had applied for disconnecting my telepone # 55994673 in the month of Nov 2005 and the collection centre at Thane had given me the disconnection request # as 22275956.
            A week later I was contacted on phone by their customer care for reasons for wanting disconnection.I confirmed that I wish to disonnect.
            Their representative one Mr S Ahirve(/) called on me on 16th Dec 2005.I showed him my current bill at that time # 13986171 dt 19th Nov 2005 for an amount of RsRs 1537.
            He looked at it and asked me to make a cheque of Rs 1037/ which I presented to him and he issued me a reciept.
            He asked me to ignore any further correspondence as it will take time for the payment details to enter into your computer.
            When I offered to return my instrument supplied by Hughes Telecom he said that it belongs to me and that he will not take it.
            I cannot understand why he asked me to make a cheque for Rs 1037 instead of Rs 1537 which was the bill amount in the last bill. Later started annoying correspondence like reminders and legal notices were sent to me. They could verify their records to note that I have always been promptly paying bills for the last so many years.
            I presumed that my initial deposit of Rs 500/ made when the phone was installed was adjusted s (first bill dated 19th July 2002.)
            He gave a me reciept # TTML/DEC -05/09909 dated 16th Dec 2005. for an SBI Chembur Branch cheque # 420035 dated 16th Dec 2005.
            I wrote to the customer care asking clarification of the balnce of Rs 5oo claimeed by them. But I only got three austomated replies that they will soon get in touch with me,

            There was no further correspondence till today afternoon when I got a letter dated 30th Jan 2010 asking me to pay balance of Rs 5oo by 12th Feb or face legal action.

            Hi,
            To get ready for further action, I searched and located all old records and found that

            a) the advance of Rs 500 paid was adjusted in the bill

            b) the representative had obviously made a mistake in asking me to pay Rs 500 less than the bill amount of Rs 1547 assuming that the deposit had not been adjusted.

            c) I too had not properly checked the statement before responding.

            d) I have today paid the amountof Rs 500 which is due to Tata Indicom and sent a mail to them expressing my deep regret for accusing them of harassment.

            The matter is now closed and I hereby withdraw the complaint registered in this forum

              dear sir,
              I am not happy with the your per second plan.

              my phone no. is [protected].all my services are barred with out any problem from my side.you should give sufficient time to obey your order.
              today all service providers are looking for customers, but our indian company, TATA, is avoiding.when contacted customer care they are asking to deposit documents.we don't know what document.But tata should give sufficient time before barring the services.
              I have taken it seriously & don't accept it.

                i have brought Sim from pune with handset . now i am in manglore .
                i don't receive any sms about any complain from company, about document
                submission .now today on 13 feb 2010 i am not able to make calls and receive calls. i am in now much trouble . how they can do this.

                i am so apart from my home .there is no way to contact with them ,how company doing this.and i have al much enough balance . i am not able to receive sms al so.

                  i have lost my mobile on[protected] please disconnect my mobile immediately so that nobody could not misuse it.
                  Dear Sir,
                  My prepaid CDMA mobile no. [protected] responds Switch Off when called and outgoing calls are rejected. I contacted your customer care at Boring Road Chowraha, Patna, Bihar and inquired into the matter. They told to submit my ID proof and to submit a photograph. I did so immediately. Five days have already passed and I am still waiting for my mobile phone to work properly. But, in vain, the problem is as it is.

                  Please look into the matter and release my number urgently. I am much annoyed with this fault in service as this number is registered in netbanking etc.

                    TATA Indicom Mobile — Charging even though we didn't make a call

                    This is lavanya. Indicomm people have gone nuts. They charge even though we dont make a call. They even manage to show it on the bill. Added when called up to customer care, they shout back at you saying that we are bluffing.

                    Never ever use a tata indicomm mobile.

                    TATA Indicom Mobile — balance cutting

                    I am using a tata indicom prepaid mobile last 2.5 years. Last two times they cut my blence in my phone without any giving information. when i was told them about that they said you was used our service sms like 58282, 58888. but on that time in my mobile there is no balence. so why should they giving unnecessary service which i was not required. they now told me you have negative balence.

                    TATA Indicom Mobile — Company has discontinued my offer of RCV2008 in between

                    TATA Indicom — About debit of my account balance.

                    Respected Sir/Madam,
                    I have a TATA Indicom prepaid card. My account balance in the card on 28th April, is approximately Rs.54. at 6.p.m.But at 9.10 p.m. when i made a call, i found to be just approximately Rs.5. I have enquired about the happennings. They replied me that i have subscribed "cricket on voice" application from the TATA zone exactly at 8.59p.m. which costs Rs.49.00.
                    But i have not yet made any call or sms to TATA voice station to subscribe any application. They have not replied any correct reason for it. Until i have made six(6) calls to the customer care. After the request from me to unsubscribe that application. They made that also one day later. that is on 30th april only.
                    I am very much depressed of this. I am using TATA indicom product for the past 4 years. This is the first serious complaint from me.So take action accordingly to give me positive result.
                    I want my balance to get back to my account.

                      I am a previous Tata Teleservices customer. We had taken an internet connection (mobile modem) at our father in laws residence. Even after cancellation as per full procedure (visited VSNL office and made full payment) they are mentally harassing my in laws by sending legal notices and sending collection people. This is gross violation of law.

                      Following are the details:

                      Customer id => [protected] a/c[protected]

                      Final bill date: 07/11/2008 Period=> 05/10/2008 to 04/11/2008.

                      Last payment made by Siraj Ghosh Rs. 1958/- Receipt No: 6095150, 1st Dec 2008, Time 14:27. The representative at the Tata VSNL office confirmed that the account has been cancelled.

                      Again an erroneous bill of Rs.500/- was sent at my in laws residence stating uncleared dues. This itself was totally inaccurate. But since we wanted to get the matter done with we had paid this amount too.

                      This extra payment of Rs. 500/- made to collection agent named Mr. Chandan Das who came at our in laws residence, receipt no: KOL/365417 dated 06/03/2009. He provided a Cancellation No:[protected] dated 06/03/2009.

                      NOW again we have received a threatening letter from with the following details:

                      Date: 10-Dec-2010 (even this date is grossly wrong).

                      Ref No: RETVD/DEC2010/148 Received on 09/02/2010.

                      Payment Demand: Rs. 1724, for recovery of outstanding dues.

                      Asked to contact Mr. Bhaskar Bhattacharya[protected]. No response on this telephone after repeated calls.

                      TATA Indicom — Legal complaints lodged against customers, even after the full payment of bill was made.

                      Today I received a call from a legal representative of the Patiala House court informing that there's a case against my mother concerning a delayed payment of a land line bill[protected] a/c #[protected]. Since we have shifted our residence from Delhi to Indirapuram in November 07 and have duly informed your office that we won't be using the services anymore and that we want to disconnect our phone, not to mention that we haven't received any formal information concerning the disconnection procedure. Having the final payment collected on 3/3/08 from your office along with the application for disconnection and "n" number of conversation from your customer care services about why are we terminating such services. It is very unethical and unprofessional on the part of Tata Indicom to have legal complaints lodged in the name of customers whose bills are duly paid. I am marking a copy of this over to the consumer forum and on the web site too, so that people should come to know the kind of customer service has been provided by your office. I am lucky that I am using your services any more and neither I will going to advise anyone to do so.

                      My name is Jahanara Begum residing at 7B, Banshi Dutta Road. Kolkata -700014 and we have been a Tata Indicom customer for more than a year. My husband Sheikh Abdullah had bought a Tata Indicom landline connection (tel no. :[protected], account no.[protected] under his name at our residence and was promised a zero line rental and we will only have to pay call charges under Tariff plan: Ws 3 Yr Zero rental Plan. The zero line rental never happened and we have to pay a lot more somewhere around Rs.378/- line rental every month plus call charges. My husband spoke to their customer service and they said that in order to get the zero line rental we will have to take another landline connection from them on the same tariff plan. So my husband bought another Tata Indicom landline connection (tel no. :[protected], account no.[protected] under my name on the same Tariff plan: Ws 3 Yr Zero rental Plan at our premises. The zero line rental never happened again and infact they charged another Rs.358/- line rental per month for every month. Moreover, the Tata Indicom agent came to my house and handed me a Tata Indicom mobile connection (mob no - [protected]) saying that it was completely free with no line rental, and I will only have to pay call charges for the mobile. The mobile bill will be combined with my residential landline phone bill account no.[protected]. Now to my surprise, when I received my combined bill it showed wrong billing of both landlines line rental and extra mobile rental of around Rs. 368/- per month for every month. I made a complaint to their customer service and told them to cancel my mobile connection. They told me to clear my bills first and they will cancel my mobile connection once bills are cleared. I had cleared my bills but the very next month I receive the same bill with rentals for both landlines and mobile as well. This has been happening all the time. I had always cleared my bills in the hope that my mobile connection would be cancelled. Finally I wrote a letter stating to cancel my mobile connection which was signed and approved by their agent Mr. Dipak Das dated 16/07/2008 but to no avail. Again in the month of October 2008 their agent said that if we pay Rs. 600/- our Incoming calls will be restored and mobile connection would be cancelled as they have cut off both the Incoming and outgoing calls long time back on both the landlines and mobile. We paid this amount on 27/10/2008 but the Incoming calls were never restored.



                      They have cheated on me many times, by false promising me on many occasions. Giving me wrong information and mis-selling me their second connection and further handing me a mobile connection saying that there is no line rental for the mobile. When told to cancel my mobile account they tell me to pay my bills which I always did but the very next month they send the wrong bills again. I totally want to cancel all Tata connection now as we have been lied and cheated. We will not pay our bills now as no action is being taken from Tata Indicom. In fact they are liable to pay us compensation as they have charged us extra on every bills and has cheated on us.

                      What should I do? Kindly advice.

                          I was a subscriber of Tata Indicom since April 2006. In October 2008 I applied for TWO data cards and paid by credit card (transaction id 585184 dated 03 Oct 2008 for Rs 2697/- and 650052 dated 07 Oct 2008 for Rs 2697/- (copy of statement attached); however, only ONE data card (MDN # [protected]) was delivered on 09 Oct 2008.

                          I have made several requests during the last more than one year and I get the assurance that the money will be refunded to me or data card delivered, it is a different dept which handles requests on net so there is no way the TVH can help. Customer Care was similarly of no help.

                          I have also been complaining of weak signal in Hiranandani Estate, where I stay, earlier the engineers had visited my house, but nothing improved, they said this issue could be resolved only by putting a tower, which will take a few months… in 3 years the towers have not yet been installed.

                          One engineer, Mr Amit Patil, visited my location, verified the signal strength and accepted that there was no signal in my flat. None of the engineers from Tata Indicom carry any identity card, apparently they don’t have an employee code and absolutely no grooming on how to deal with customers, Mr Amit did not have any of these either, but he gave his contact number as [protected].

                          Nothing happened again. But on 11 May I did get an email (attached) telling that the request has been through an investigation process and has been resolved. When I called 121 to report that the issue has not been resolved, they said the SR was closed from Turbhe.

                          After speaking to Amit Patil, I was connected to one Mr Jairaj Nair (landline number 022.6792.5400) who posed as a responsible senior level person in the INTERNET dept at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. He said he was personally looking into this case and would ensure that the technical issues are resolved. Jairaj also gave another reference number[protected] to refer to my TT.

                          Another engineer Mr. Sachin visited my house on 17 May 2008, did the same exercise, once again he was not carrying any identity, but was slightly more polished; he suggested that on Saturday he would come with the RF team for feasibility test and install a signal booster and a device which would block the signal from Bhiwandi and gave some more technical information, may be right but not accurate as per my query.

                          Nothing happened yet again, nobody ever got back, phone calls were not answered, TVH had no clue, and apparently CRM system was not being updated. I had to narrate the whole story several times to different people, nothing ever moved.

                          Out of disgust, in July 2009 I surrendered one data card, # [protected], but continued using the other in anticipation that some action may be taken. Nobody seemed to be affected by a customer moving out. I visited TVH several times thereafter, no TT no would be given; only assurance on refund of my money as well as resolution of complaint would be given and that too ‘verbally’, Tata Indicom ‘does not acknowledge in writing’.

                          On 5 Oct 2009, I went to the TVH on Godbunder Road, to surrender the other data card # [protected]. I was told that I would get the intimation of discontinuation by e-mail and also at my billing address. On 19 Oct I walked into Naupada TVH, enquiring about the intimation of surrender of datacards, updated my residential address etc. The CCE had checked and said that all the bills were paid, there was no unbilled amount and requested me to send an email to cs.[protected]@tatatel.co.in .

                          I did send an email in Nov, also got a call from Customer Care referring tom the mail where the caller said there was no mention of my surrendering the numbers. I was travelling, so with whatever facts I could remember I requested her to do the needful and also confirm about the action taken by e-mail, she agreed but as is the Tata culture it seems, there was no mail or response, though the lady caller indeed sounded responsible and in right authority to take necessary action.

                          I have been getting calls from various numbers, the latest is[protected], chasing for some payment, obviously which is not genuine. Every time they called, I explained these things, requested them to update the system, no action has been taken, in fact the calls are becoming a nuisance. To my understanding the last bill that I had paid after surrendering the card for MDN # [protected] was upto Nov 14, ideally they should not have asked me to pay that bill as well because I had surrendered the connection in Oct itself.

                          After chasing the Nodal Officer I got new SR numbers and mails that by Jan 13 & 14 respectively the matter would get resolved. It did not, I have been getting calls, rather rude calls telling me that I am a liar and I will have to face dire consequences if I don't pay.... etc...the last one was half an hour back from tel no[protected] ...

                          the new reference no are [protected] and[protected]

                          REDRESSAL REQUEST:

                          1. Amount paid fro one datacard (Rs 2697/-) be returned with interest, as the product was never delivered

                          2. The engineer's commitment that since the churn is because of technical/ feasibility reasons, there is no charge applicable... the money (if paid) will be refunded ... I don't expect refund but I shall not pay for something that I have not sued/ consumed...Please arrange to inform the collection department that there is no relationship whatsoever with Tata Indicom and there is no dues on ,my account.

                          TATA Indicom — harrassing from last 4 days

                          I would like you to know what a torture it is to get a tataindicom phone.
                          This is the most super junk and ridiculous company when it come sot billing,infrastructure and ease of payments.

                          They are a complete fraud and I am taking this issue to consumer forum so that I dont get harrased anymore by these calling me day in and day out saying they dont know what is even online payments.

                          From the day I have taken this connection everyday I have issues with modem,outgoing calls,disturbance or phone being dead.
                          The latest is a cheating and super fraud attempt by this company to trap me for double billing.

                          In January ,when I made a online payment,the first transaction failed and thus made a payments again,this fraud company asked by band(credit card) to pay twice.Such Rascals!!!!

                          When asked to revert back,they said we can't do anything,even the customer executive in my complex who said I resolve any issue within24 hrs(mind it he stated this a million times when I took this connection) said he can't help.

                          When I asked ICICI to look into this issue and revert back the failed transaction,they did the same.

                          But tata-indicon still hungry for money didnt know what to do.They billed me just for Rs.60 in Feb and disconnected by phone.
                          Since then I have been wanting to contact 121,and I am even not able to do this (IF I press "1" to confirm my phone no when given to IVR,it says its a invalid option....any fruad to keep away from letting customers complain)


                          Today I keep getting calls 3-4 days to ask me to pay some amount for which they dont want to send bill in my normal billing cycle and harrass me and my husband.

                          I would request you to get serious with your jobs and please send me the pending bill/amount in my normal billing cycle.
                          I have paid every penny to this fraud and "waiting -just-to-cheat" company till date.

                          Amongst the attempts I made to clear to every customer executive (personally as well as on "121") ,I have a complaint No:[protected].

                            TATA Photon plus is worst product, Bad services and defected machine. Please don’t buy. it is disconnected after every 5 min. you can not take benefit of internet only waste of money. Failed product. No services in Metro cities also. Cheating to customer.
                            Don’t go on divertissement, use your mind if you have unnecessary money then you can pay.

                            My name is Rishabh. I am using Photon plus for the last one month. I have never felt so frustrated while using internet. The speed delievered by Photon plus is extremely low and it gets disconnected every 2-3 minutes.

                            This totally frustrating product, it disconnects within few minutes, even their customer care peoples are not giving proper response.

                            i have using photon plus almost from 2 months . this device i am using is frequently getting disconnected.. I tried calling customer care that didnt help..
                            Even I have faced this problem of frequent disconnection with Photon+ when it connects in Photon Whiz mode. After repeated calls to customer service, I got it resolved finally (I hope the problem is fixed now coz it is more than half an hour since I am connected this time without interruption. This is what I did the last time on my Windows XP laptop.

                            1. Program Files -> Run
                            2. Type "telephon.cpl" and press Enter.
                            3. In phone and modem Options, select "New Location" under Dialing Rules and click "Edit" button.
                            4. Select country as India and enter Area code 91.
                            5. Check "To disable call waiting, dial" and enter "*70, ". [Star 7 0 comma]
                            6. For dial using, select "Tone".
                            7. Click OK.
                            8. Click OK to close the phone and modem options.
                            9. Restart Computer (Don't think this step is required. But, did it as the service person asked me to).

                              Hi,
                              I am Prem Kumar chhetri, I have been using the TATA BRODBAND SERVICES, powered by Wimax, from last 6 months. Four days back, early in the morning when i checked my system,i got the error message in my system "Network Cable unpluged", I made the first complaint on the 4/02/2010 by calling the tata broadband customer services on [protected], My call was picked up by An agent, who had little command over the communication skills and kept repeated on the same manner, His Name - Pawan, he gave me the complaint number[protected], saying this will be rectified within 24 hours, That day the Field engineer did come around 5.30 (Tired and worried, as apparently while his bike was parked an incoming car had bruised his bike and he was more focused of making a complain to police about the incident then getting my complaint sorted out) He did try changing few wires here and there. Since he was worried about his bike i didnt pressurize him much. He told me sir, i will bring the new wires early tommorow morning to get it replaced. The Tommorow morning never came. I waited in desparation, but no contacts. After a day on the 6/02/2010, I called up the customer services for TATA broadband, which then left me with Mr. Adarsh. Who in return promised me in the same manner that it will be rectified within 24 hours. He did give me the complaint number[protected]. But this time around i even didnt receive a single call. I am working in the night shift so had to leave for the day. No update.
                              Today i made another call to the cursed [protected] number, By now all fed up and tired, This call was answered by Mr. Kalyan, he told me in the straight and simple tone, Sir since its sunday there is no manager or supervisor to spk with me and the issue can't be resolved today. it will be done in next 48 hours. I spoke with him for nearly 36 min, but he won at the end as i was loosing on the battle to spk with somebody higher.
                              So, now i thankfully got the number of one of the area sales manager Mr. George on [protected], He did assure me if i call him tommorow around 11 and give my user id he will get this sorted out. I am thankful to him. But my desparation and point is that ofcourse not everybody will have the area sales manager's number. What happens in those situation.
                              Due to inability of the Tata in providing the service i have lost heavily on these four days, as the internet is my part of work and it helps me earn parttime income. I have failed in submitting more than 4 projects costing at around 1000 in these four days. On top of this, i am also wasting my money as the connection requires 1000 rupees per month.
                              I asked Mr. George, as how to complain about all the CSR 's who spoke with me and didn't do anything to get my issue sorted out. He was speechless and told me its fine for me to go ahead and lodge a complaint.
                              So, Today i am also writing a mail to [protected]@tatacommunication.com and the nodalofficer.[protected]@tatacommunication, in desparation so that this issue can be resolved asap and they provide me enough compensation for the loss i have suffered and the pain of spending time to get this sorted out.

                              Tata Indicombroadband — not able to access the internet

                              hi,
                              Since 16-05-09, I was not able to browse the internet.Daily morningand evening tata indicom(WORST indicom)were contacted.But in vain, Still the problem is not resolved.Hope GOD will save the TaTa Indicom.

                              Tataindicombroadband — internet connection goes off every two days once due to the link that is WAN light is blinking

                              Dear sir

                              I am using tataindicom broadband internet connection for the past two years.

                              The link is getting disconnecting and i am not able to browse. If i am giving complaint to the call center thru this number:[protected], they're giving one complaint number. After this one or two days some times a week ago tataindicom broadband engineers coming and they're telling that the cable is disconnected near the server of which they have.

                              This things happening every week or some times two days once.

                              More than 100 complaints given for the same issue. Even today (27th oct 2009) registered complaint morning around 9:45 AM

                                I have taken up a Tata Photon+ connection and my account number is[protected]. I took a plan for Rs 950 where i was told there is a trial period of month and no charges would be levied for the first month. I got a bill amounting to Rs 372 for the first month. Under the plan I am entitled for a 10 GB download per month. My current bill says that plan allows only 2 GB. i might be reading the bill the wrong way, but when I call up the numbers that are mentioned on the bill for customer care, there are no responses for hours. The numbers that I have reached out to are [protected] and[protected]. I have been trying to contact these people for a month now, but in vain. I really do not know how to get the plan details and related details changed.

                                  I am using a post paid no.[protected] with jk annual rental plan and add-on 99(T 2 T free).I requested for deactivation of the add-on pack (refrence no.[protected] till date the message from 121 was "we have an extra payment of Rs0.34.Approx gross unbilled amountRs.1361 & net unbilled amount Rs[protected]" and after the add-on pack the situation was different,the message from 121 was "we have an extra payment of Rs0.34.Approx gross unbilled amountRs.1361 & net unbilled amount Rs[protected].the free amount has beeen added in the main bill and now they have barred my outgoings w.e.f[protected].

                                  I am facing a problem with the service of TATA Indicom.

                                  My Current Credit Limit is 800/-, I have requested many times to increase
                                  my Credit Limit.

                                  All the time it is been rejected, due to some internal policy.

                                  Earlier it was committed that after paying First three Bills it will be
                                  done.

                                  The main problem is that, I receive a SMS or a Call from Tata Indicom to
                                  make some instant payment to enjoy the services, which becomes a problem,
                                  two of the times my out going calls was barded.

                                    1.Activating wrong rental pan inspite giving the respective amount,not accepting the fault nd not giving any penelty.(Now the no. stopped by me)[protected]

                                    2.Barred outgoings without providing any information despite giving rentals for a year in advance(Jk Annual plan).[protected]

                                        Hi guys m using tata indicom photon + in kohima. I[censored] r using 4 browsing or for office work its k buy i[censored] r looking forward for online gaming its da worse connection in kohima. I always get dc and my pings n ms always stay high though it says 3Mbps. So Online gamers don take tata indicom photon plus same with whiz. Will update if connection get better.
                                        Dear your speed is 300 kbps but in my case photon speed is 60 kbps which is very low to your speed also.

                                        Hi I'm using Tata Indicom Photon+ at Thoubal. Tata Indicome is fraud company. Actually there is no Photon+ network in Thoubal, but they announce on their site: http://www.tataphoton.com/tata-photon-plus-on-computer.aspx
                                        They were not giving photon+ service in this City. They give only in Imphal City and Speed is so slow. And Account balance also not transperant.
                                        this is the company to whom ratan tata want to make people fool and capture money from our people by making fool o[censored]s . speed is very poor.main ab kabhi tata ka koi product nahin kharidunga. apna tata phone tata a.c. tata car tata salt.tata photon plus voltas fridge sabhi bech dunga thanks ratan tata to be a rich man of mine money which i wasted to buy these product
