[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Walky — handset not replaced

I had purchased a tata indicom walky 4 months back. The handset had stoped working. I went to replace the handset. Mr. Harish in Tata indicom gallery at naupada thane told me that it will be replaced in a weeks time.My walky number is is 64467799

four months have passed but they have not replaced the handset. Every time i visit the gallery they tell me that it will be done in 48 hours but it is not done till now.

Kindly help me in this case.

MY NAME IS SALMAN KHAN AND MYTELEOHONE OF TATA NUMBER IS[protected], ON 23 FEB I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAIN IN YUR CONSUMER COMPLAINTS.ON 24TH, I HAVE GOT A CALL FROM TATA OFFICE, FROM KHANLATIF KAHN BUILDING (TATA MAIN BRANCH OFFICE), IAND AFTER THREE HOURS TATA TECHNICIAN, HAS PROMISE ME WITH IN TWO DAYS ,HW WILL REPLACE MY HAND SET , BUT AFTER TWO DAYS ,WHEN I APPROACH HIM , TATA TECHNICIAN , NAME(AMARENDER) AND HIS TELEPHONE NUMBER IS [protected], THEY ARE NOT RESPONE HIM.HE TOLD , ME THAT I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ,PLSE CONT HEAD OFFICE,
TATA TELECOMMUNICATION IS BIG COMPANY. AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSE ME FROM 15 FEBRUARY I HAVE GOT PROBLEM, WHEN I REPLACE MY NEW HAND SET.LG, THEY HAVE TAKEN AND GIVEN ME OLD HANDSET, MODEL NO :LSP 340E,WHICH H IS OLD, I CANNOT MAKE A CALL TO ANY BODY, THE HAND SET IS TOTALLY DEFECTIVE,
FROM 15 FEB TO 25TH FEB TOTALLY 1O DAYS , MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE, FOR THAT ?
