[Resolved] TATA Indicom Wimax Broadband — Worst Services - No proper response

This is in regards to the Internet Broadband Service provided on 19.02.2008 by Tata Indicom Wi-Max Broadband Service.
The customer care number[protected] takes 20 - 30 minutes to connect and an executive is contacted after 15 minutes. He asks some questions and passes it to other department. The time required to pass is 20 - 30 minutes. After providing the details again, he checks something and forwards it to the Network department. They asks the details and finally says, there are some fluctuations with the base station, increases and stabilises at the time being for me to connect to the Internet Services and the very next moment I hang the call, the speed decreases from 30Kbps to 8 Kbps.
A person cannot call their desk again as the whole process takes atleast 1.30 to 2 hours.
Same routine from the past one week. All the complaints are useless.
When specifically asked for the ETA for the base station to get repaired, they escape stating 48 - 72 hours. Nothing happened and the same fluctations again and again causing disruption of the services in between.
When tried to escalate to the higher departments or managers, they keep the call on hold for 30 minutes and get back stating its taking much time, email the complaint to [protected]@tatacommunications.com, which is waste as they never reply to the mails properly but keep on sending the crap mails.
I am unable to perform my work because of the disrupted services.
Never they take care of the issues. They keep deducting the amount monthly.
