[Resolved]  Tata Photon Whiz — Poor tata photon whiz speed

Hi,

I am ashish gupta, i am using tata photon whiz since last 20 days in ramapuram chennai area.
My photon whiz no is — [protected].
When i taken that conncetion, tata indicom executive was saying that
Max. Speed of tata photon whiz is 153.6kbps.
But i am getting only max. Speed 3 to 4 kbps.
Regarding it i registered three complaints[protected],[protected],[protected]
But issue not yet resolved.
When i registered first complaint[protected], next day one technician mr. Kiran visit my home.
But kiran was saying that 3 kbps is max. Speed of tata photon whiz in all over chennai.
So kiran was not able to resolve that issue and without resolving that issue he left from my home.
Again i registered two more complaints[protected],[protected] regarding same issue.
Once again mr. Kiran visit my home but he was saying same wording that 3 kbps is max. Speed of
Tata photon whiz in all over chennai and within 1 min without saying anything he left.
I am calling daily customer care 2-3 times regarding same issue.
But issue not yet resolved.
On 12-sep-2009 i talked to customer care head mr. Nitin, he was saying that another technician
Will visit on 14-sep-2009 till 9:00 pm and issue will resolved 100%. But nobody visit.
I am totally fedup with tata photon whiz.

My Mobile internet No [protected] Tata Photon Whiz I paid rs 849 on 6/8/10 and I paid Rs 300 for Core Balance but I could not access internet facility only one error 678 has been displayed in my laptop when I start netting . now i want to surrender this device and switch to any other service provider,.

My self Sankhnad Mishra. My TATA Photon Whiz No.is [protected] (Postpaid Connection). I m from Siliguri, West Bengal. I herd that TATA Photon Service is Very Very good but after purchasing the TAT Photon Whiz i realises that i was wrong. It's has the worst service. Very Bad Network due to i m not able to eccess my Internet smouthly.
I have a Problem that i m trying to eccess any type of page it takes to eccess that page aprox 1:30 - 2 Minuts. So, its better to me that i can bye a Airtel SIM and i can eccess for one month as unlimited for the recharges of Rs.98/-. But if i m paying much and more mony to a company like u then Please Provide the Better service.
So, if possible then healp me out for that problem as soon as Possible.. Thanks...

im frustrated with the service
theres no proper channel for complaints.the company has not established a proper structure for dissatisfied customers such as money back or upgrade to photon plus.
i blindly went for tata service just for its name which i regret. i should have researched more and am stuck with a very bad service.the thing is there is no grace period ie if customers are not satisfied they can get their money back. stuck with a useless service and paying loads, this kind of extortion will happen only in India.
HI, I M ASADULLAH from Assam (Mangaldai).I am not satisfied 2 using TATA PHOTON WHIZ. Becoz, The speed (153.6 kbps) of TATA Photon Whiz is very very slow. So, I requst you to increse the speed of Tata Photon Whiz upto Max. 3.1 Mbps. Otherwise, I will throw it.

Tata Photon Broadband Connection — TATA PHOTON connectivity

Dear Sir,

With due respect i state that i have purchased a TATA PHOTON+ on 08
Aug 2010 receipt no. 1301 after alot of survey about connectivity of TATAPHOTON (TATA PHOTON taken to my friend and used atleast full july 10). from 08 Aug 10 to 13 Aug 10 it was very smooth in working and connectivity, No doubt till 13 Aug 2010 before 1000 pm it was excellent regarding connectivity and all other facility like opening of pages any type,
downloading, surfing etc. after 1000 hrs in nignt suddenly its stopped
working.

Till date i have made several complaints (6 complaints) regarding not
opening of any site from TATA PHOTON. i am not satisfied with this.

on 18 Aug 2010 Sri Pradeep an Engineer came to my residence and he
tried his best to resolve the issue but till date i have not getting
any improvement. (Friday) day before yesterday i have made another complaint vide complaint no PTC-[protected]. This is my 4th complaints. but i
have got no response from their side.

I am making daily complaints to the customer care but they are delaying and not doing any thing to resolve the problem.

I have tried my level best to talk on[protected] and[protected]
but one is going continuously engaged and other is not picking by any
body.

My Photon Number is [protected] and it is a prepaid connection.

Please look into the matter and resolve the problem at the earliest.

i have purchesed tata photon whiz and i regrate it too much it is totally waste of money in time 4 pm to 10.30 pm it doseng gives browzing and downloading avrage5 KBps

TATA Indicom — regarding tata photon whiz

i m mr mashiur rahman. i m using tata photon whiz since last one year barwa dhanbad area.my photon whiz no is [protected],and its a/c no is[protected].before its speed was good but nower days download seed is very low. its maximum speed is 3to4 kbps. im regularly contacting customer care since last one week but there is no one to solve this problem. please try to arrange to solve this problem quickly.i m fed up with this.MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].regards MASHIUR RAHMAN .

Tata Teleservices: Tata Photon Plus — Poor customer service

My device is not working since 3rd September 2010 for which i lodged a complaint on 4th and was told that the issue will be resolved on the same day i.e on 4th September as per my conversation with Mr. Iqbal but there was no reply and i called again to Customer care in between 2 PM to 3PM on the same day and talked to Ms. Madhuri,she told me that time-line given is 8PM 4th september.

At 5PM on 4th September i called them again, Ms. Pooja told time-line given was 6th September not 4th then i told her i received the email saying issue will be resolved by 4th only,then she told my number on 1:45 PM 4th September that my Number was not reachable.

My question: When i talked to Ms. Madhuri she didn't tell me that my number was not Switch off, and infact my number was never switch off and when i told Ms. Pooja about the deadline given to me was 4th not 6th then only she said yes we called. Why there is so much discrepancy??

Then Ms. Pooja told issue will be resolved by 6th September 2010.But on 6th again there was no response from Tata Teleservices.Then it was me again who called at the Customer center and talked to Mr. Akash and he told time-line given was 6th and not 4th September same as told by Ms. Pooja.

Finally an Executive came but Without the Data card and told me he was not informed by the team about the issue that my data card is dead and not blinking.He then gave me the number of Mr. Anuj i.e [protected].I talked to Mr. Anuj and he told me he will send the data card tomorrow.

Then I called again at the Customer care and told the issue to Ms. devendra and she then forwarded the call to some lady who told she is the senior most management person and gave a new deadline of 7th September by 12PM to 1 PM.

On Monday, i spoke to Mr Anuj on [protected] around 12PM to 1PM and he told he is leaving with the Data card from Delhi and will reach by 3:30 PM.

As it was getting late for me and as as per the Lady whom Ms. Devendra transferred the call assured me that the data card will be received by 12PM to 1PM so just to make sure i called Customer care again but now i heard that their System says Data card is not available and time-line given was 10th September 2010.

My question: Why there is so much miscommunication in the department?? everyday i call you people give a new excuse and increase the due date.From where Mr. Anuj is making me data card available?? Why not i was ever communicated about the same?and now when i am trying calling Mr. Anuj he is also not picking up the phone.

On 7th September 2010 i called nodal officer desk and talked to Mr. Praveen and talked to Mr. Praveen data card out of stock and will be available by 10th September 2010.
On 10th September i received a call from Mr. Dinesh([protected]) saying he is visiting me and is from Tata Teleservices,but when i asked will you be carrying new Data card his response" i am not aware of this,we got the information that you have some problem with your data card,then he said okay i will visit you tomorrow with the new data card".

Then again i called at the nodal officer desk on 10th September and talked to Mr. Praveen and discussed that why people at tata teleservices still not aware of my issue.Then he said data card is not available and i am processing your request and will get back to you very soon.

It's now 14th September 2010.but i haven't received a single call from them.In fact it's me since the day from when my data card not working,calling them and asking for feedback.

There is one giving proper response to me.Please help me out in resolving my issue.I never thought that services at Tata teleservices are so bad.

Tata Photon Whiz — Non-operational

I had bought a Tata Photon Whiz Prepaid connection bearing no-[protected] on 15th May-10 from Memari,Dist-Bardhawan(W.B) where I reside.The devise was not operational and taken to your dealer at Kolkata(Teghoria)-Sabsonic on 21st August.They replaced the modem on 28th August.After this whenener I am trying for internetting an error code 678 is coming,showing no balance.
I lodged a complaint on 31st Augst vide your request nos-[protected].But sorry,no feedback was received.
Next day again, a complaint was lodged on1st Sept vide your request no-[protected].They asked me to wait for 72 hours and the modem would be activated.
After not getting any feedback, again I had lodged a complaint on 9th Sept vide request no-0u[protected] and they again asked me to wait till 16th Sept-committing that my problem would be sorted out.
Let me tell you that I had recharged on 5th Augst for 849/-(Unlimited for 1 Month) and again for Rs 666/-on 20th August(as your Kolkata-Moulali outlet-"Yogayog"informed that there was no balance)
Could you all realise the sufferings of a customer who is making frantic call to your help centres and getting only request nos -without getting the problem resolved??? This type of service was not expected from a Co of your repute........!!!
Well, as a matter of fact and after lodging so many complaints ,as I am helpless now after purchasing your Tata Photon Whiz-I have no other alternative left , but to approach the Consumer Forum for the poor quality of services rendered by your dealer and your help centres.

Tata Photon (9222731169) — Wrong transaction

I have Tata Photon+ (Broadband, Pre Paid). I sometimes recharge my Photon+ online through Tata Photon website. Photon website direct the customer to the "billdesk.com". There we need to select the plan and need to make the payment.

I tried to recharge my Photon number with denomination of INR 800/- on August 28, 2010. Company has deducted the amount of INR 800 but my Photon number could not recharge. I tried once again and this time company has deducted another INR 800 but recharged my Photn number.

Now, the real struggle starts. I booked a complaint (mentioning all required details) for my first wrong transaction of INR 800/- to "[protected]@billdesk.com" on August 28, 2010 but they didn't revert. I send the reminder mail once again on September 03, 2010. Then on September 07, 2010, company reverted with very answer stating that they will check with concern biller and revert back once they get the reply. No mention that approximately this process will take how much time and no mail from their side after that.

I sent another mail on September 16, 2010 and enquired about the status but didn't get any reply.

It seems Tata company as whole has also shifted its focus from customer service to purely money making business without paying any heed and respect to customers requirement as well as issues.

This is happening 2nd time to me and creating lot of irritation at my end. Can I request Tata Tele Services to look in to the matter and refund my amount (of INR 800)?
My Photon+ [protected], from Erode, is not connecting to the Internet, even if it connects, often it disconnected. I know in Erode I won't get HSIA rather CDMA 1x, but it is even worse than Dial-up. Please guide me for any recovery.

it is given that its speed is 153 kbps but it is actually below 10 kbps.
