i hve been using tata photon whiz for t past 4 months.. i put plan rs 325 during t month june(16-6-10 to 17-7-10).. i assure u that i didnt use any extra hrs.. i found having extra bill of rs 103 excluding taxes.. please make a note of it.. d give soln as soon as possible.. my modem no is [protected].

    Dear Sir,

    We are in service industry of export business and our operation purely based on internet . We have many connection at our office from vsnl and TATA photon .. We are not happy with their connections and fed up with their service due to the frequent disconnection of the internet service .

    When we call , they will register the complaint and say , the '' server '' is down !!!! only reason for all troubles , server ..!!

    What is the real problem ?? why they are not able to find a permenent solution ? Are they capable rectifying the defects ??

    Their dilly-dally circus must be stopped.

    I can confirm that Cochin VSNL/Tata broadband is having problem from May 2010 onwards. I have also been told of the server down during complaints. I have lost internet for 8 days in May and 11 Day in these few months. The tata employees in Cochin are extremely cunning and have been feeding us lies for many days. I am near padma chitoor road region. -682018. If I was Ratan Tata I would have fired all tata employees in this region.

      COMPLAINT

      TATA INDICOM PHOTON PLUS USB Internet access

      Having looked at all options for wireless internet access, but having been solicited by a TATAINDICOM agent I have been subjected to the following without any working system and being INVOICED for NO SERVICE.

      1. To avail any wireless service one has to purchase the USB device from the service provider.
      2. Once this purchase is made “ small print to contract too small to read even by the Tata Agent who brought the device and agreement”, I am a 58 year old businessman and only with a magnifying glass could I read the terms and conditions.
      3. The device was installed on one of my two laptops, but no clarification is given as to what and how it has been installed.
      4. I use another laptop when travelling and have been unable to get the USB device to work, due to different OS windows 7
      5. I tried to call the agent who installed the device but no answer, after repeated attempts he answered and said he would come but no one has come. This has been repeated every time I return from my travels I try to get this device working but no help line or customer service, ONLY a automatic call system that does not recognize the account number and then cuts me off.
      6. I then tried calling the Tata Indicom help line [protected], [protected] both numbers given by the USB device customer service [protected], each time i am routed by auto response system in a merry go round where I respond correctly but my entry is deemed wrong. Further telephone numbers tried are as follows:[protected]agent Sohil Dhandhukia who sold the device),[protected] Mrs Puja Kamath Ahmedabad Tataindicom office), [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected]
      7. Now 5 months have passed, on each trip to India I try calling the helpline and tried different methods to find a human being to talk with but apparently Tata Indicom is always too busy or the auto response system is mal functioning. Having tried the website complaints procedure the same issues of not recognizing the account number etc so the compulsory fields cannot be fill and submitted.
      8. I am taking over 3 days just to chase this problem with no help from TATA INDICOM and paying for the calls to get a service that is defined in the service providers license and DOT regulations it seems unreasonable to consider that Tata Indicom is providing any support for the service of wireless internet instead i am spending hours trying to get help and it is costing me money to do so.
      9. I invoke my CONSUMER RIGHT to return the USB device and receive a full refund plus a compensation for the aggravation and failure to provide a service to the Ahmedabad office. But no one has contacted me to even do this.
      10. Finally I am resorting to DOT who has set standards for such services to look into the blatant abuse of corporate power and failure to provide customer service and demanding payment of INVOICE for the NO service. NOT TO MENTION that SMALL PRINT is important to be in LARGE PRINT else it can be termed that the company TATA GROUP is hiding the TERMS & CONDITION from being understood by the lay public who have to sign the agreement to get wireless access to the internet. NOT GOOD FOR THE REPUTATION
      11. This situation not only fails to provide good service but also is wasting public time money and making our nation inefficient.

      I seek a FULL REFUND, a written explanation with improved CRM and adequate compensation for cost of time and telephone calls plus inconvenience.

      TATA Indicom — Sales faliure

      On Monday 22nd June 2009 i have applied 2 tata indicom connection from companies represntative. who was from Noida DST named Shazid. he took all formalities and documentation on promise that my connection would be activated in 24 working hrs and in same time frame i would get my SIM's too for those number. but till date i.e. 26.06.2009 i havnt received any SIM till date, more over if i now call him firstly he didnt pick up my call if some how after repeated calling he pick up call he makes excuse that i have got them courried to you.

      but one is there how can let me when i can get my SIM...

        I baught a tata photoz on 17 july 2010 but its not connect to my my i have also make call to custommercare but no any response from photon side so please help me ................

        The tataphone no. [protected] which was earlier in post paid connection. We have changed from post paid connection to prepaid connection. After the we are not able to connect the tataphoton card.

        For the one week we are not able to connect inspite of several request and complaint.

          Hi friends, I am writing to inform you all about the extremely pathetic customer services Tata Photon Plus has been providing.
          I purchased a TATA Photon Plus Prepaid No. [protected].
          I recharged my account on the 5th June for Rs.650 and got a balance of 1GB and validity till 5th July 2010 (this was one of the previous plans). For some reasons I was unable to use my MB and on 4th of July that is one day prior to the expiry of validity I downloaded data and did some video chatting to consuming my data. Usually I receive 4-5 SMS on mobile informing of my balance MB everyday but that day I did not get any and thinking that I am still way behind consuming my 752 MB I kept using the net.

          On 7th July I recharged my account with Rs.200 for the month as my validity was over, but after recharging when I tried to connect to net the system would give me error 658 which means no balance. When I contacted the customer care they informed me that I had a negative balance of 350 MB (even after recharging by 250 MB) as I went overboard on 5th July.
          Now how can one go beyond the assigned MB when you are on a prepaid plan, the reason in my view to have a prepaid plan is to keep a check on the usage so that you don’t go beyond, but TATA PHOTON PLUS HAVE DEFIED THE LOGIC BY LETTING PEOPLE GO BEYOND THE LIMIT WHEN ONE IS ON PREPAID PLAN. I was shocked to know this and I asked why I was not informed of this while I was using the net on 5th July; to which I was informed that the server was down for 4 days from 5th to 7th July so they could not inform the users of the balance through sms or on their account.
          How can one then know of his usage then, also as per the usage calculator of photon plus usage for video chat would be around 56MB per hour so I was suppose to remain well below my data of 758 MB.
          I spoke to numerous people like Rohan Kale, Sapna Kshirsagar (Operation managers) who after assuring to revert to me in 24 hours never bothered to call back. I continued talking to different people for a week enquiring about the problem some of them even hanging up or putting me on hold for 10 min and never coming back.

          Finally I decided to check the entire usage of mine and downloaded all my usage data from the account and had the shock of my life, my usage for the last month that is from 5th June to 5th July was 956 MB and the usage on the 5th July was only 578 (I received several SMS on 4th July that my balance was 752 MB), so how could I go into negative which means I used 1300 MB in one evening. I then called the call centre of Tata Indicom photon plus on 18 July at 12:05 am and got to speak to Mr. MANOJ SHIRIGIRE, I explained him the entire episode and asked him to call his manager Rohan Kale or Sapna, to which he informed me that they were not present and had left, I requested him to let me talk to any manager, he informed me that there are no managers in the call centre in night, I then asked for his employee ID so that I could confirm who I was talking to but again I got a answer in no.

          Is this the way Tata Indicom works, giving wrong info on usage, people calling themselves operations managers giving false assurance of looking into the matter but never getting back, customer care executive (not sure whether they really care) not directing you to the higher manager and thus saving the managers from genuine and justified anger of the customers.

          Tata Indicom may have invested heavily in the infrastructure which has certainly helped giving a good performance but they should remember they are in the service industry where the service to customer is paramount and but this aspect has been neglected COMPLETELY.

          I would suggest customers use Photon Plus at their own risk as the high speed surfing is complemented by high mental torture at the hands of their customer care guys and their illogical system that calculates the usage.

            I have spent around 3-4 hours with your useless customer service at[protected] to getting my TATA-PHOTON to work from 14 July 2010 .They seem to think that they are my customer as they asking me to go to different places like dealer, service centre
            or trying after 4 hours. I did not buy this product for taking it to different places for technical support and my time is more valuable then visiting your different locations.
            If you cannot support a product , don’t sell it.
            I NEED FULL REFUND OF DEVICE PRICE 2300 and charges for recharge :1000 + transportation and incidental charges totaling to 5000 /- at the earliest....

            I am really surprised that they get awards for this type of products your product support is totally useless.

            We had a Tata Photon plus data card connection till about a month back. We were quite happy with the speed and didn’t have any problems until last month when we lost our data card device. To get a new device we went to the nearest Tata Indicom true value shop in Jayanagar, Bangalore (where we generally went our pay our bills etc.) to enquire about the procedure and documents needed to purchase a new device. The service person asked us to come back a few days later since they didn’t have the device stock and gave a us a list of documents to get.

            We went back after some 4 days and the service person tells us that we have to get done an FIR. We had no clue of this since we were not told this on our first visit. We didn’t have any problem of doing an FIR report but why was this information not given to us? We had already lost 4 days waiting for the device, we might as well had done an FIR within those 4 days. When majority of our work happens on Internet and not having the net for a single day is so critical for us, we had lost 4 days already.

            We were really upset with the service and negligence of the service people and we went back the next day and requested for cancellation which was[protected]. The person noted down our request and gave a receipt for the same and told us that we shall receive a call from customer care for cancellation.
            While we waited for the call, which we never received within the 3 days, it was time to pay the bill for the gone month which, we knew in any case we had to pay even though we had lost the device and not used the net for almost 15 days of that month.

            Hence we went to the true value shop again to pay and enquire about the cancellation. We were told that our cancellation was not yet processed and the reason being ‘many irrelevant false stories by your service person’, which was in no way involving us. He told us that due to some corporate issues they couldn’t accept the cancellation and we have to do it again and since the next month had already begun we were liable to pay the next bill as well. So not we have a few question I need the company to answer us:
            1. Why didn’t we receive the call within 3 days of our cancellation request either confirmaing our cancellation or stating that our cancellation was not accepted and we need to do it again? It would have been done well before the next billing date and we would not been charged another 1000 bucks for something we aren’t responsible for.
            2. Should we believe the service persons sitting in your true value shops? They have no clue on the details and their attitude with the customers is so very disappointing. For eg: ‘shrugging of shoulders without answering our queries’, ‘not even looking at us while we are talking to them pretending to be busy’…
            3. Your customer care asks for a cancellation number which was not given to us by your true value shop service person but has given us a receipt. How do we know your procedures and that we have to have an cancellation number?? Why was this number not given to us at our first cancellation request?? Isn’t this irresponsible behavior by your service men?
            4. We have the receipt clearly mentioning the cancellation request with the date, even then your customer care doesn’t accept it only because they cannot see the hard copy over the phone hence cannot believe us. For this reason we are attaching a soft copy for your reference. Please let us know why this receipt is not valid?
            5. Its clear that because of poor co-ordination between your customer care and true value shop we have lost an entire month in this cancellation process and we are not liable for any payments. We have received a bill for the previous month which we think we shouldn’t have. By doing this it clearly shows the unethical values of the company and cheating on customers. Why does the customer tolerate and pay for mis-co-ordination between your company service people and negligence??

            I request you to look into this matter. As it is, we are very upset with the company and will think twice before venturing into any of Tata products henceforth. Though we know the products are really good and high end quality, the customer care and service people make us think twice because in case of any problems, we have to deal with these people that is what matters to us as customers.

              I bought a Tata Photon Whiz modem on Feb 13, 2010, and immediately there were problems: though I paid for the modem and an unlimited plan of Rs. 849.00, the charge failed to get accepted and they stuck me with pending balances from the very first day: in fact, I was told to pay extra when I had just bought the modem. The dealer seemed to sort it out with customer care....but, here's, the hit:

              Five months later, June 12, 10, I'm told I have a negative balance and made to pay out an extra 250.00 Rs. to clear the balance and get the recharge of Rs. 849.00(which I'd already paid) operative. I pay up, and receive an sms thanking me for clearing the pending balance of Rs. 88.68 from 13 Feb!!! The dealer and I call customer service and we talk to a Guruprasad who's in charge, and he then informs me that all the Trans ID details of my payments that show up on the Tata Photon sms are invalid. He tells me that there is nothing to be done, becos I'm giving him invalid IDs, ie. its my fault!

              SO THE CUSTOMER CARE PERSON IS TELLING THE CUSTOMER THAT TATA'S OWN DETAILS OF PAYMENT (TRANS ID NOS.) ARE INVALID!! WHAT IS THE CUSTOMER TO DO??

              I've been paying extra, with no reason given, because of the "pending balance" from the day I bought the modem. How is this possible??

              Moreover the connectivity is really low, with speed getting stuck at 00.00 off and on. I'd like to return the modem and ask for my money back because of the excess billing, poor customer care, and overall frustration. Does the TATA co. live up to its reputation, and allow me to return the damn thing for a refund of the modem, or will they ever try to clear up the problem of this fraudulent billing??

              TATA Photon Whiz — Excess billing and poor service

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              Good day.
              I have objection over the billing pattern and services of Tataphoton wiz.
              I would like present the matter as follows.
              1) I had purchased the photon wiz on 10th of July, it had started working immediately.
              2) On 11th it stopped working, when I contacted theTataindicom, Maninagar office they said that it is in process, next day they said that my documents had X factor missing, I provided it immediately but the service never resumed, again I contacted them where they came up with another missing factor of the document again I provided them with it, still the service did not resumed, next day again I contacted them to find out that their claim that I never gave any documents and which was a limit to bare the carelessness, I confirmed to them that such an attitude will be report and I will return the device, some how they managed to find my documents that helped me to get my services back on 16th of July.
              3) I received a bill and I have been charged from 10th of July.
              4)Tataindicom Maninagar office confirmed the delay caused in my devices activation but are helpless to correct the bill.
              My concerns
              1) I am being ill treated by Tataindicom representatives and no actions were being taken to rest the matter without paying personal visits everytime.
              2) I am not responsible for rackless methods carried out by Tataindicom in activation of my device, hence I must not pay for the days that were lost in between 10th of July to 16th of July.
              3) The speed of internet always keeps playing hide and seek.

              I am feed up with your services and attitude.

              Yes I am also agree with this. Tata photon has woeste customer care... insted of correcting your problem ... they are so rude to talk... and even they can threat you like you have to pay it any way other wise there will be leagal action and like that ... and also they always tell you to call that depertment this is not issue of our depertment...

                I recharged my a/c with Rs. 500/- on 06-Jul-2010 using ichoose portal. After clicking on Pay button the payment widow was closed automatically and said amound was deducted from bank a/c. There was no error message or success message. I called the CC number and was told that that might be technical problem and if it's successfull then a/c will be recharged in next 3 hrs. next dat I again called CC that a/c is not rechaged with said amount. CC person logged my compalint and told me that we will resolve it with in 24 hrs. on 08-Jul-2010, I got call from CC and person told me that the transaction had failed on 06-JUL-10 so they will refund it and amount will come to my a/c with in 5 working days. then I went to tataindicom shop and recharge my photon a/c with 500/-. then it was successfully rechaged. On 09-Jul10 i got message on my cell that ur a/c again recharged with 500/- (The failed transaction amount). I called CC and they told that they can't help me. and amount is applied to a/c so will not refund that 500/-
                500/- recharge means 650/- Mb usages for 30 days.
                So after recharged with 1000/- I am getting only 1300Mb usages for 30 days.
                But if you recharge it with 1000/- then you will get 4GB for a month.
                tata photon guys are cheating people and spoling the name of TATA brand.
                They closed my complain with out resolving it.

                Same on such indians who are cheating their own indians....

                Today I got my Refund of Rs. 500/- Failed Transaction.
                This is in connection with the recharge of Rs 300/- Which has still not credited into my tataphoton prepaid (4GB)account .The pro duct was bought on 07/08/10 from Tata indicom outlet at Tuda mandi, Najafgarh, New Delhi 110043, and at the same time the recharge was also requested for the abovementioned amount.I deeply feel cheated regarding this and the reputation of a great firm has been brought by some people who doesn`t want to work.

                  Dear Tata Team,

                  This is pertaining TATA PHOTON PLUS connection possessed by me.

                  Whenever i connect the Modem (USB Stick) to my PC and after all the require installation it prompts an error stating "CONNECTION TERMINATED" though i was been able to use this on my laptop.

                  Also logging complaint with Customer care doesn't seems to be working for me as there isn't any response from TATA side.

                  Whenever i call the customer care the incumbent every time conveys that this has been taken care and engineer will surely visit for resolving the same.

                  No engineer turned up till now it has almost been 5 days since i logged a complaint in case u wanna help me please call me on [protected].

                  Tata Photon — Configuration issues

                  I own a standard Tata Photon + internet connection,it seemed to have been working fine,but lately,the deice stated that it had configuration issues with my laptop,saying "the modem has been in use or hasn't been configured properly."I have a Hp dv6 1121 AX laptop and i operate on a Windows 7 32-bit OS.
                  I have a similar problem of "Connection Terminated" . I visited the TATA Photon store and they told me that it is the software issue with my computer and I need to reinstall my Windows Vista, With great difficulty I took the entire back up and formatted my disc and reloaded the TATA Photon software. The problem continues and I am so disappointed. Please help ASAP before I throw this stick and spread this issue all over.

                  When I called customer care, they told me to re-install the setup and try again. I did it three times and still I am getting the same error.

                  My stick is working fine on other machine, but generating the error on my system only.

                  Can anybody guide or suggest reasons for this error??

                  Click Start>Run. In the resulting window type services.msc In the services screen, scroll down to Telephony select and right click. Then select Manual and click Start. Check to see if the telephony service has started. Insert your tata photon dongle and try connecting to the net.

                  I am using Tata Photon Plus modem with my windows 8 Laptop. while connecting to internet I am getting an error:633: Device is already used or not configured properly. I tried to connect to internet using a wi-fi connection and it is connecting properly, but not able to figure it out why this is happening with modem.

                    I have submitted complaint so many times that my photon plus TV is not working to many of your executive but they were behaved just like kids and assured me false promises...

                      I have bought Tata Photon+ interenet connection. This is my tata photon number ([protected]) I have selected 950 Rs/- 5 GB plan. But They have changed my plan on minute base. Per extra minute they charge 1 Rs/- I have received 5400 Rs/- Bill. And they stoped my internet connection. That mistake was from there Dealer and getting problem to us.

                      Also Tata Photon+ writing on brochure they are giving 3.1 Mbps. They lied. As i have tested it's not giving more then 600 kbps and frequently disconnect. Don't buy Tata Photon+ . Really bad experience with Tata Photon+ :(

                      I am Purchased a photon+ the wireless Internet Connection from Tata Indicom before a 25 days.
                      Plan is 3.1 mbps speed and 5 month unlimited downloading.
                      and for that they said k there is no deposit only paid 3,000 rupees and i paid.
                      when i Purchased photon+ they told me speed of photon+ is 3.1mbps downloading and i also ask 4times k what is speed and they said 3.1mbps.
                      but when i get modem its not photon its epivalley and speed is 230.40KBPS
                      i called there and they said k modem is wrongly exchanged and they come and changed
                      but still now he is not come or also not pick up my phone

                        I AM A CUSTOMER SINCE MORE THAN 6 MONTHS WITH TATA PHOTON PLUS SCHEME.
                        ALTHOUGH THE SPEED I AM GETTING WITH PHOTON PLUS IS VERY LOW INSPITE OF FULL TOWER I STILL PULLED ON WITH THE SERVICE.
                        NOW THE THING WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE IS THAT INSPITE OF PAYING THE BILLS IN TIME MY CONNECTION IS CUT WITHOUT NOTICE AND THIS HAS HAPPENED ON THREE OCASSIONS SO FAR. TO RE ACTIVATE THE ACCOUNT , I HAVE TO GO TO THE SHOP AND ONE DAY IS LITERALLY LOST BEFORE THE CONNECTION IS RESUMED.
                        TODAY IS ONE SUCH DAY WHERE I HAD PAID MY BILLS BEFORE THE DUE DATE AND IN THE MORNING WHEN I CHECK THE NET MY CONNECTION IS CUT.
                        TODAY BEING A HARTAL DAY I CANNOT CONTACT THEM ALSO AND FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSE THE WHOLE DAY IS LOST FOR ME . I AM INCURRING BIG LOSSES DUE TO THIS UNRELIABLE CONNECTION.

                          why i have faced 678 error the remote computer did not respond my number photon plus is [protected]
                          i am shocked at the manner in which executive treats it costumer, i brought a tataphoton+ [protected] prepaid on june for two week i was able to use it surf the net. then on the third recharge for 700 worth of data usage(15 june), error 678 kept appearing. then on the advice of executives at our local tataphoton centre i recharged for 200 on the advice that error 678 will be solved i.e by recharging again but still the problem 678 persist(remote computer out of order or didi not respond).so i deposited the usb modem at the local centre for them to solve the problem(already 15thjuly yet to recieve the usb modem), executives seems to have no knowledge about solving the error problem."advice by the call centre executive to retify the error problem by self" is not helpful either, costumer should never be told to fiddle with the software, even the warranty says so. i dont care attitude of the executives at the centre is a real shocker. frankly the whole tataphoton+ prepaid is a scam. my friends had asked me abt tataphoton + prepaid / bsnl usb modem, if this is how tataphoton treat costumers than????
                          i will also like to point out that i have already spent quite a few amount of money running to and fro from my work place to tataphoton local centre. i would like to know if tataphoton plans to compensate for the amont charged even when one is not able to use the prepaid modem to surf the net. on a serious note charging money with the assurance to provide the said service and failing to do so is an outright case of fraud and Case/FIR can be can be filed against tataphoton co through proper channel as a extreme or last resort.
                          Im using your tataphotonplus prepaid service. My tataphotonplus no. is [protected]. Please change my alternate no. to [protected]. Initially it was [protected]. As the initial alternate phone no. very soon going to be changed, so change the no. to [protected].

                          My name is Suresh T. My connection [protected], Photon Plus was postpaid initially.I have given request to change it to prepaid on[protected]. There after my postpaid got Inactive and I am not able to connect it to get internet yet[protected].
                          I contacted tata office at Menaka Ernakulam and got the response that you have to recharge it. So I did an online recharge for Rs. 700 on[protected]Payment Id[protected].But my account got debited and no recharge happened. Then i went to Tata office at Menaka on[protected]. They told me they have raised one complaint and my photon will get recharged within 24 Hrs. But till now there is no response.
                          Dear sir,
                          I rechrged my tata photon prepaid connection today.
                          I tried through visa debitcard ICICI bank for Rs 700/-.But there was no confirmation on transaction.so I checked my account, there was no debit in my account.So I confirmed that recharged was not succesful.
                          I again tried through same route for recharging again for 700/-.But I found there was no confirmation on
                          transaction.
                          So I tried again through corporation bank for 700 rupees.In all above three cases There was no confirmation on transaction detail.I contacted tollfreeno.[protected].I came to know that there has been
                          no recharge in my accont.
                          When I checked my account I astonished to found that in all three cases money has been debited 700/
                          each time.
                          I contacted again customer tollfree no.They tell you have recharged three times same scheme.
                          Sir, When I am recharging for 700/- which is unlimited for one month, then why should I go for three times.
                          May be due to some software problem transaction detail was not displaced which caused me to try three times and unnecessarily I loosed 700+700 extra.
                          I requested again to customer toll free no.to help me how to get back this additional 700+700 i.e. total 1400 rupees.
                          They have assured me it will be sorted out before 14th june. and I will be get back my extra 1400 rupees.

                            i brought a Tata Proton Whiz USB for Internet 1 month ago. But it is not work properly still today. I called many time to your executive but there is no any satisfiying response from u. Now I will go to Grahak Suraksha Kendra i[censored] dont give service properly. I cant use it properly.
                            i have got the new connection of proton whiz, and i have recharge it with 333 plan and its is not worked then i recharged it with 50 rupees it work for two or three days and again stooped working its a very poor service provided by tata, if it is so then pls do not lunch your product which cant satisfy your customer, i have got such types of problems. after paying the amount i didn't get a good response from the network.

                            we cant except these types of services from such a brand called TATA.
                            My data card is not working for last 10 days….recently I struggled a lot when I was in tour.
                            I tried to speak your toll free no, no one is attending and I wasted more than 3 days and more than 20 calls by calling this no.

                            You can also get in touch with our Nodal Officer Sripriya N on [protected], [protected] or write to him at in case your complaint is not resolved in the stipulated time or you are not satisfied with the resolution provided.

                            No one attend the calls on the above no…..
                            It really worrying no one attend the calls either toll free or Even the Nodal officer.
                            Its really worring an organization like TATA, makes customer to worry like BSNL.

                                I am a tata photon plus user and my phton number is [protected]. Because of TATA PHOTON PLUS device problem my system is restarting frequently.Regarding this i have complained to customer care and registered a complaint on 23/06/2010,the complaint number is PTC [protected]. They said that they will clear the problem within 24 hours but still i din get any services from tata photon plus authorities.
                                I request you to take necessary action as early as possible.

                                  I took a Tata Photon Plus connection from a Tata Dealer at Pattom : True Value Shoppe, Shalam Building, Shop No 2229, Arch Bishop's House, Pattom, Trivandrum - 695004.

                                  They gave me the connection and it was working finr for 4 days. After 4 days it stopped working. The Tata dealer is cheating us telling this will be done today, tomorrow etc. The tata photon plus cutomer service says the number is not active and they cant help me in any way. The show room agents is not giving me any account details. I am in soup.

                                  Clear case of cheating by the tatas brand after taking 2500 rupees.

                                      I am a Tata Photon Customer since last two and a half month. Two months ago, the vendor shop from which I bought Tata Photon connection (USB) shut down for inexplicable reasons. Simultaneously, the USB started giving problems. After much effort, Main Office was located at Fatima Nagar. The agency guided me to service center. The USB was returned by the company, denoted as U/S and a DOA to provide new USB was issued. AM was contacted since Main Office was not entertaining the issue at all. Incidently, few customer support person do not knowhow to behave with customers. Its been a month after that, each time USB modem is connected, it demands an activation and shows error 678. It has been a daily tustle to express the helplessness. The money paid to activate and use airtime has gone in vain and the effort in getting a modem replaced also has lead to harrasment. No results till now. It seems. the technical team is working, that is all I come to know when I talk each day

                                      i HAVE PURCHASED TATA PHOTON PLUS PREPAID ON 14.02.2011 FROM CROMA AT 7.24 PM. i WAS ASSURED BY THE DEALER THAT THE INTERNET SERVICE WILL ACTIVATED WITHIN HALF AN HOUR. HOWEVER EVNE TRYING NUMEROUS TIME AFTER THE PRESCRIBED HALF AN HOUR ERROR678 KEPT POPPING. TATA OHOTON HELPLINE INFORMED ME THAT DEALER HAD NOT ACTIVATED THE CONNECTION AND HENCE THE ERROR WAS COMING.                                       i am purhased one tata photon winz modom CM - 200 ( No.:- [protected] ) at bidar harsh mobile near gurunanak gate, Shivalika Complex dated on 25.02.2011 at that time retailer sale old modam who is not working properly & he is also not aware about that and tata photon (Area Sales Manager ) Mr. Prashant Nagar Not given proper respoce last 15 days. day before yesterday he is give me old modam as a replacement this modam also not support on my systeem i need new proper modam or my paid amount

                                      My Tata Photon+ reports the same error 678. I contacted customer care and they gave me some steps to follow. I contacted them 10-15 times in 24 hours and they couldn't fix the problem. I raised complaint and they told they will fix it in 24 hours. Next day an engineers called me and fixed up an appointment and he didn't truned up. Again I called customer care people and reported this. They told the timeline 24 hours they told was a "Technical Error" and they will fix it in 48 hours. It has been 4 days since I reported the problem and nobody called me and my issue is not yet resolved. it's my advice ..."NEVER GO FOR TATA PHOTON+ ". I am planning to go for some other connection.
                                      Never go for TATA PHOTON PLUS!!!They don't have any deadline for fixing issue. When I registered the complaing they tol your isue will be fixed in 24 hours.Next day they told you reolution time is set as 48 hours. Next day they told another date..It has been more than one week...Nobody is responding to my complaint and my issue is not yet reslved..If they don't fix it today I'll start threads on consumer complaint portals againt TATA PHOTON PLUS to show TATA PHOTON guys that we "CUTOMERS ARE NOT STUPIDS..."

One day i have problem in my LCD i called help form them they came and said me that the will do it later. But now it past 8 days i am not getting any response form their side.They are not dealing good with their customers.

                                        i sambathula rajesh photon plus customer ac no[protected], complint rised against the exacutive on 15/06/10 , once again i giveing details Mr Moin sales exacutive from u , he call me many time for bill payment, he gave the following offers if immediate paymet of bill (1) one hr daily free usage in 250 rental plan and (2) discount of Rs 93.15 (current charges on the day). i had payed Rs 1029/- out of Rs 1122/- after discount Rs 93/- on 09/05/10 sunday at door step, after frequent calling over phone he payed Rs 800/- , i gave complient at madhapur showroom on 12/05 for the reconnection, Mr singh[protected] sales exe called to moin for full payment, and this month also gave complint with xerox copies at madhapur. details of bill and cash receipt are enclosed. please treat it is serious matter
