    Sir, this is to inform u that i am a sbi credit card holder since a long time. I am not using my credit card since few years still i get a statement showing several amount used by the credit card which i had never used. Unknowingly i am being paying this amount every month without utilizing the card. I request you to go through my complaint and repay the charges i have paid unknowingly and close my account. If you do not do so i would have to take legal actions against you. Hope for your cooperation.

    This is to inform you that I had my SBI credit card as showing total amount due as 1,782.15 for March month .previous month I had outstanding RS 13,652 which I had cleared it already on 8th feb cheque number:04113. Then I did not use my credit card for any transaction on any day till today and my card is showing about RS 1782.15 without usage of my card through out last month.

    I sincerely request that by noting this complaint try to rectify these mistakes otherwise Seriously I would cancel my credit card for sure. I don’t want pay for Fraud transaction committed by SBI card and NOT by me..

      Sir,
      I tried to withdraw cash from ATM – Dasarathapuram - Chennai for Rs 5K on 31.07.2102 for the 1st time the transaction is declined & 2nd time I got the cash for Rs 5K. But the statement shows that 2 times debit of Rs 5K + 5K for the same date.

      I already registered my complaints with SBI 3 times & the 1st complaint # is AT[protected] dt : 2AUG12. This is closed without solving my issue. The 2nd complaint # is AT[protected] dt : 9AUG12, which is still pending. The customer care states that both the complaints are closed.

      Today, 16AUG12 again i launched another complaint, the complaint # is AT[protected], dt : 16AUG12. Now the customer care is informing to me that this will take another 10 working days to close this issue.

      Still i didn't got my money back, none of the SBI officials are cared about this. Am loosing interest from 31JULY12 for Rs 5K. Requesting your help on getting my money back to my account with interest. Thanks.

      State Bank of India — wrong debit

      on 18th Aug 2008 I used SBI ATM, located in Vikaspuri C -block for withdrawal of money from my saving account . this a/c is in sbi vikaspuri branch .due to ATM technical problem I couldnot withdrew the money but surprisingly an amount of Rs 1000/-debeted to my account when I contacted sbi vikaspuri bank manager Smt V. Shanti, not only she talked in displeasent manner but shown unability to help.till date this amount of Rs 1000/-is not crdeted to my account despite of so many meeting with sbi personall

        Dear All Concerned,

        Please note, I face the following problem with SBI Card. I need it to be redressed as soon as possible.

        I have an SBI Credit card and I make moderate transactions with that. I am not a profuse buyer and I like to pay off the dues in time. The credit card was made auto debit linked with my SBI account no - [protected] (Kolkata, Lake Twon Branch). Now, as I have never used SBI card beforehand, I am being cheated with the following manner.

        1. One person suddenly called up to provide me with information regarding CCPP (card protection !!) facility and despite declaring himself not as pushy as a slaesperson, when I denied that I did not require the said service, he kept on insisting me and finally wooed me with ready deduction of Rs. 1500.00 for a year!!

        2. My billing cycle is 15th of each month and the payment is scheduled for auto-debit on 4th of next month. In my June, 2012 statement, I received one SMS indicating (I still have the sms in my mobile) that auto debit has been successful and I have no dues left. After one week (in between there has been no mail or SMS communication whatsoever), a person from Delhi called me up and advised that I did not have sufficient balance in my bank account and therefore, i have to manually pay off the dues and a late payment charge Rs. 500 will be applicable!!! I immediately called up customer care and promised to pay off the dues, but also reasoned them that there should not be any late fine as it is because of their fault. I was not intimated. They revised the Rs. 500.00 and I was releived. But, when the statement came, I saw, Rs. 492.33 has been charged for Finance Charge,. Rs. 104.11 has been charged for GST (god knows!!) and Rs. 350 for dis honour of payment. Please note, this is all on the Rs. 500.00. So, I got Rs. 500.00 late fee charge credited but Rs. 946.44 debited unauthorised!!!

        3. When contatced SBI CC, they were yelling at me as if I was asking money from their own pocket!!! As if Rs. 500.00 was given as a gift to me and Rs. 946.44 deduction is very justified and I can not get it back.

        Through this esteemed forum, I would claim the money immediately and ask the SBI card authority to immediate cancel out Auto Debit facility within a week's time. All of SBI card people reiterate that it is not possible to cancle auto debit. But, at this era of technology, I know this is frivolous and lame excuse.

        Finally, I must say, SBI card has disappointed me and I wish to withdraw the service. Request all of you SBI card guys, please stop harrashing people who trust on you and please educate your CC personnel so that they can talk to customer.

          I have a credit card with SBI cards and I took a balance transfer offer for 2 months at 0% interest with them. I have always been a pay in full customer. When I took the balance transfer from SBI. I paid my purchase balance other than the balance transfer in full on the due date. However, sbi charged me with the interest charges. When I contacted them to waive the charges. They said It can not be waived as i[censored] have a balance other than balance transfer interest will begin to accure on them as well. But, customer care representative did not tell me about this. Therefore, I requested for the waiver.

          I am writing this complain on behalf of my brother Mr. Rajesh Verma who is staying in Varanasi (UP) holding SBI credit card no [protected]; He used to pay due on regular basis to recovery agent (Dox N Pak office is close long back) hence could not make the payment after words

          2 years ago he met a major accident and lost the card along with his conscious. Initially he was supposed to pay Rs. Approx: 2206/- now the outstanding showing of Rs. 11019/

          I had requested for settlement through customer care but could not get response after 2 weeks time. We are file to pay initial amount i.e 2206/-

          I need your help into waiver of Interest charges as a gesture of service. Thanks

            After such a trable condition today dated 14/08/2012I got to know that my education loan outstanding in intrest has been incresed to Rs.1 lac from Rs.57000.
            Dated 10/04/2012 they were telling me that you have only 1 Rs. in principal a/c & 57000 Rs.in interst a/c are outstandingbut now the scarp people including AGM of that branch is telling me that you have total 1 lac Rs. is oustanding.

            With reference of the above I have taken a education loan from state bank of India Sardar Patel Marg,Civil lines Allahabad,U.P,Branch,I am regularly depositing the installments but at the end when I was going to close that A/c I found some irregularities of transaction, I found a transaction of amount Rs.18500/ dated 17/04/2007 from my a/c to the Birla Institute of Technology but as per my memory serve me right I did not take any amount for Birla institute of technology because my Education loan was sanction for ITM bossiness School .regarding that I communicate to the Branch Manager, Branch official Mr.Subodh Nigam,Mr.Faruki of Scrap department of Allahabad but everyone was saying you have to communicate with respective branch and branch people saying all the documents we have sent to the scrap dept,then after 4 to 5 times visits branch people saying give me 10-15 days time to check the voucher then I let you know, then again after 1 month I came to know that the Rs.18500/ was wrongly transferred to some Mr. Ashish Kumar mishra’s education loan A/c. and branch people are saying you just pay the full amount we will return it back if the customer refund the amount.

            The scenario is still continuing from 3 months without any clarification that:-

            1- What amount finally I have to pay to close my A/c.?

            2- Who will pay the Rs.18500?

            3- What about the interest accumulated over Rs.18500 over the period of time?



            So kindly suggest me what should I do?
            And to whom can I contact to get the clarification?

              Hi,

              I, Rajesh Kumar Singh Holding Tata Card Number [protected] from June 2012.

              I have concern on my current Monthe(11the July 12 - 10 Aug 12 ) Billing. i swiped my card 1st time on 16the June for Payment of 727.35 Rs in Croma and 2nd Time on 22nd June for Payment of 1,40,000 Rs.

              I received my 1st Bill on 10the July which payment due date was 30the July.

              As per wording 20-50 days period is interest free and theis card is new,so i was also not carrying any previous balance. In theis case interest charge will start from 31st July a.) on total due amount till final amount paid date, b.) if partially i paid some amount, theen on rest amount interest will charge till date i will pay complete amount.

              only if i am holding any amount from previous monthe theen interest will calculate from previous monthe including current monthe.

              But in my case theere was no any dues of past monthe, so till 30the July Bank can't calculate interest charge. I make thee payment of 1,05,000 Rs on 28the July(which credited on 30the July) and rest 25,000 Rs on 31st July from SBI bank and 10,800 Rs on 3rd August from SBI bank.

              so till due date i paid 1,05,000 Rs and theere was 35,727 Rs was only due. on theat Just Next day(31st July) I paid 25,000 Rs. so My Dues was 10,727 Rs. which I paid on 3rd August.

              i make thee purchase of 1863 Rs b/w 16the July to 28the July. so total dues was 10,727+1863=12,590 Rs.

              so Tata Card(also known as SBI card) can calculate interest on theese amount only for 3 days(31st,1st & 2nd). I don't know what basis theey charged Interest 6211.58 Rs+ 767.75 Rs =6978 Rs.

              when I called on Tata card customer care([protected]), theey are telling me theat theey are calculating thee interest on complete amount due to delay of payment of remaining amount 10,727 Rs after due date. which is totally wrong. otheer bank only charge interest on remaining amount.

              theis kind of wording(Term & condition) is not mention anywhere in document, which i got along withe Tata Credit card.

              Kindly do thee needful and take appropriate action against Tata Card. Even they are not sending my ATM pin after several complain.

                On dated[protected] i go to ATM at Bungal time approximate 09:45 pm to 10:00 pm. I tried to withdrawal a some Rs. 1000/-(Rs. one thousand only) but when i tried to withdrawal the money above said amount then the ATM Machine stop and i cant receive my amount.
                I complain to Branch Manager of State Bank of India, Dhar Kalan (Pathankot) he was taken from me account number and ATM card No. and said your money will back within a week. After a week I go to SBI Dhar Kalan Branch and meet with Branch Manager he again said please wait more one week. I complain at[protected] from this customer care No. i received a complain No.AT[protected] on dated[protected]. From SBIPSG i received a massage
                "Dear Sir/Madam, your complaint AT [protected] has been attended by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system. To get the detail please contact the branch." On dated[protected] at 11:49:42am. I go to Branch but nothing doing from them for this wrong deduction . Please help me and return my money Rs. 1000/-(Rs. One thousand only)

                  I am Jairaj. Today I got a surprising sms from TATA-SBICARD. It is regarding my 1st bill statement and till date I didn't received any card from TATA. During the process I already denied to accept this card and even I didn't provide my complete details to him. without complete details and any verification they are distributing their card and trying to trap customers. I don't know what the hell is going but really want to come over it. Please tell me about the process to deactive this card and how can I get rid of it. Thanx in advance :) ...

                  Tata SBI Card — Unnecessary charges

                  I have made full payment and confirmed via a mail, which they never replied

                  Now i m charged the a fees everymonth unnecesarily
                  Still no updates, they are not ready to except their mistake

                  dear sir, as information received from your end, my TATA SBI card has been despached on 26/06/2010 by expressit courier, but i stil not received the package, i do not want this to fall in to a wrong hand. can you please explain me what really went wrong?.thank you.

                          I am Facing very much problem in getting the pension.
                          i have given request to transfer Pension Account from Arunachal Pardesh to Utter Pradesh.

                          Treasury officer Pasighat (Arunachal Pradesh) has issued the letter to Branch Manager SBI , Pangin branch for processing of transfer via letter no- ESD/TRY/PEN/TRNS-04/11-12 on dated 13.09.2011.

                          Fuher Branch Manager SBI, Pangin branch , Via Paasi Ghat , Dist- East Siang (arunachal Pradesh) has processed the same and sent to Chief Manager , SBI , Centralize Pension Processing center , Near Regional Office Guwahati (Assam) for further clearance on dated 08.12.2012 .

                          But till dated any stepp is not taken by the Cheif manager , SBI , Guwahati.
                          In spite of reminder letter given by Branch manager SBI Pangin to Cheif Manager SBI Guwahati on dated 21.06.2012 any result has not came.

                          this is heights of the carelessness of SBI .

                          Please suggest the further step and action to be taken.

                              Hi,

                              I had taken a SBI Homeloan (August 2011 Maxgain Product).

                              My loan agreement with the SBI clearly states of 'no foreclosure/pre-payment charges'. The interest rate is linked to base rate (10% - unchanged since the time my loan was processed) and the interest rate is 11% (10% base rate + 1% margin).

                              SBI has launched a new product for its new customers with a reduced margin of 0.4% and hence, the loan interest rate can be worked out at 10.4%.

                              SBI is asking now to pay flat 1% of the total sanctioned amount at the branch for reducing the interest rate of existing customers.

                              This is a mockery of the RBI's directives of introducing transparency in the loan rates and schemes and mockery of the philosophy behind introduction of base rates.

                              Even if one assumes taking a fresh loan with no termination charges, the processing cost is Rs.10000/- + 0.2% mortgage charges.

                              How can SBI justify a processing charge of 1% for switching from a floating rate product based on base rate to again a floating rate product based on base rate.

                              Move is completely anti-competitive and needs serious action by the ombudsman.

                                Sir,I took a personal loan from SBI Leh Main Branch having Branch code-06937,I took this loan from DSP salary account,and that's why I should be privileged 0.25% deduction of normal/running rate,My DSP account is [protected] which i opened at Leh main Branch and transferred it in kolkata,I tried to submit an application in kolkata,but they refused.My loan account is [protected].kindly take necessary action.

                                  This is regarding several ticket numbers [Ticket#[protected]] [Ticket#[protected]] for thee Folio number: 10336210. I requested SBI to reissue a Dividend Warrant to me as i lost thee original one. I have been sending theem regular mails so theat theey can inform me if thee duplicated warrant has been put in postal mail but theey are not replying to my e-mails. The last response i received from theem was on 23 Jun 2012 stating theat:

                                  "We theank you for investing in SBI Mutual Fund.

                                  In continuation to your below mail, we would like to inform you theat we have received your request at our end & thee same is in processing, will intimate to you by concern department once it has been completed. This is for your kind information."

                                  Since theen, I have not received any confirmation from theem. I sent mails on Jun 20the, Jul 17the and Jul 31st. However, theey have not replied to any of theem.

                                  So, I want theem to call me and share thee information withe me at my number which is [protected]. I need to find out where is my warrant and when will I get it. It is in thee amount of 1842.06 INR. Original Warrant number was: 15048131.

                                    I, Hemanta Nandi, S/O –Late Atul Chandra Nandi Vill- Baje Choatore, P.S- Bharatpur, Dist Murshidabad, West-Bengal. My father died on 16.12.08. After my father’s death, my mother withdraws family pension vide PPO No-PCC/(F)-13682/FP from Alugram SBI ( Branch code-8558, CIFS No-[protected]). On 28.02.2012 my mother has died. So the family pension is not withdrawn for that month i.e 01.02.2012 to 28.02.2012. on 01.04.2012 I submitted every document to withdraw the pension as a Legal-heir.as per the norms of Banks. I have also a savings account, no-[protected]. Bank Manager, named by Kousik Karmakar, advised me to contact with him after 15 days. As per his opinion , I meet with him. But became angry and said, ‘’I don’t dispatch the matter to concerned Treasury as a single case. I shall submit it only after the death of 15 to 16 person or more. You have to wait for that.” I can’t help going there several times to get my crying need. But every time he behave with rude manner.
                                    I Complaint against this matter on 7th july 2012.and my complaint with Ticket no is- PA[protected]; From that time, I contact with the Bank Manager now and then. But till day I am in problem for the negligency of the Bank Manager. On 08.08.2012, He says, “ you have complained against me, your money will be paid only after your withdrawn the complaint.” He also threats me, “I will put you in a jail as a theft case unless you withdrawn the complaint.”
                                    Please Sir, I am a needy poor man. Please save me from negative senses authority and help me to withdraw my due amount.
                                    In this circumstances, I fervently pray to you to take necessary action to curved down our problems.
                                    I, hope you are quite capable to setup the peaceful Existence in the bank and to control the whimsical staff.

                                        Sir, I need to open account in S.B.I. so i was wants account form with many difficulties I got it in 2 or 3 days,on 27 july 2012 I submitted form in bank but the processing of this bank is as lazy as snail now at all my account is not open and the behaviour of employs is like they are owner of customer even he is manager,cashier or clerk.
                                        Sir please take action fast in this complaint.
