Dear Sir ,

I am SBI credit card user for a long time.

I regularly pay my outstanding as per fund availability then too they make mistake again and again.

As per my credit card statement generated on 18 JUNE 2012 opening balance was INR 11557 , as my credit limit is INR 12000 My card was under limit then too SBI have charged me over limit fees of INR 500 on 24 MAY 2012.

Kindly instruct SBI to reverse that fees of INR 500 including service charge .

SBI Credit Card — unnecessary charges

dear sir,
i was holding ur bank credit card no[protected] in 2007 ihad made the payment also and there were some extra charges i had spoken to u r executive at that time also but no reversal was done know i want to know how can i do the settelment of that amount which i had not used and want the detail of purshasing amount on which bank is charging me even i am not having the card also .

DEAR SIR

I HAD A CREDIT CARD OF SBI (4317 5751 7421 7159 ) IN 2003 .I GOT A CALL FROM SBI STATING THAT THE CARD WILL BE FREE FOR LIFETIME AND AFTERWARDS I DROPPED A LETTER FOR THE CLOSURE OF THE CREDIT CARD IN THE MONTH OF NOV 2004 BY DROPPING A LETTER IN THE DROPBOX OF SBI CARD ATM AT GANDHINAGAR (VIKHROLI -MUMBAI) AND ALSO INTIMATED THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TELEPHONICALLY BUT AFTER 5 MONTHS INTHE MONTH OF JULY I RECEIVED A LETTER FOR THE PAYMENT OF RS 2023 WHICH INCLUDED THE RENEWAL CHARGES AND FINE AND LATE CHARGES WERE LEVIED ON IT . I SPOKE TO SANTOSH PATIL AN EXECUTIVE OF SBI AND INFORMED HIM THAT I DONT OWE A SINGLE PAISA TO SBI .BUT AGAIN AFTER 6 MONTHS THEY SENT A LETTER ADDING LATE CHARGES AND FINE . ON THE RENEWAL CHARGES AND AS OF TODAY THEY HAVE MADE AN AN AMOUNT OF 17000
AND WITHOUT REASON I AM BEING MENTALLY TORTURED BY SBI TELE CALLERS TO PAY THE AMOUNT AND SENDING LEGAL NOTICES FOR IT . MY EMAIL ID IS [protected]@rediffmail.com

      My mother had submitted an application in the prescribed form along with the relevant documents on 16/06/2011 in State Bank of India, RMCC Branch, Ranchi for issuance/payment of monthly family pension to her as my father who was a retired state government servant [Dy. S. P. (Retd.)], had died due to illness on 27/04/2011. At the time of death, my father was getting Rs.22,732/- as pension but surprisingly a very migre amount i.e Rs.5,630/- has been fixed as family pension. The calculation made by the Bank prima facie appears to be incorrect. Moreover, similarly sitated other family pensioner is getting more than Rs.8000/-.

            ANNUAL FEE CHARGED

            Hi,

            I'm holding Gold SBI Card in which the bank has levied Annual Fee of Rs512 on Jun-2011.
            But while issuing the card i was told that it's a life time free card in which no annual fee will be there.
            So i called up the customer care and asked the same.They said that if minimum transactions are not made annual fee will be charged.So i asked them to cancel the card and raise a ticket for the same.

            Respected Sir/Madam,

            I had a credit card with SBI with expiry date 02/05. I paid all my bills and asked them to close the card through phone.

            Now I found in my CIBIL statement Written off mark just for consuming Rs 92.00 in the year 2004. Due to that my credit score went down drastically.

            When I try to call the helpdesk of the bank they are not responding after 20 minutes of waiting. Even if they lift the phone after 30 minutes they wouldn't have required information. They says after 5 working days they will get back.

            Kindly take it as a serious complaint and take action.

                Sir,

                My father bought agriculture loan from SBI bank in villuppuram. The loan two type of category. one is sugarcane loan and another crop loan(the sugar cane loan amount 34500 for the date of Apr-2011 to June-2012 and crop loam amount 40000 from July-2011 to 2012-june) total amount around 75000 thousand. the bank collect Interest to my father 10000. My father ask to the bank employee they said below 96000 thousand the bank will collect fixed amount of interest 10000. But the bank employees did not tell any information before we apply for loan. My father brother bought loan from the same bank sugarcane loan amount 30000 thousand the bank collect the same interest rate of 10000. The villupuram and cuddalore dist already affect THANE CYCLONE AFFECTED. The goverment told six month all agriculture loan interest rate no need to pay. then how the SBI bank interest rate for the agriculture loan they collect.

                I have all document hot copys from the bank and i need to know the interest rate. They bank did not inform the fixed rate interest for below 96000. Kindly give sugession for this......

                    Dear Sir,

                    I was holding a credit card from SBI which after some time was returned back by me after making it inactive and clearing all dues. For some business expansion I needed a loan for which I approached Canara Bank in Agra and for the purpose they checked by CIBIL report and found that there was a complaint from SBI credit card that they have written off approx. INR 30000.00 due to non payment. This was a surprise for me, as the project on which I was working was stopped!! Upon contacting SBI they confirmed that there are no dues and the CIBIL complaint has been made by mistake, they have also sent me a no dues certificate.

                    But this is not the end. I have a very good financial reputation which was shattered due to this act of SBI apart from that a very big project for which I was trying to seek funding from Canara Bank was also stopped.

                    Please advise what should be done in this regard with SBI? You may please get back to me for further details?

                      I am Ashween Chawda resident of Hyderabad. I have cleared all my liability with the SBI Credit Cards in the year 2007. But the card still reflects in CIBIL as “Settled”, I am facing a lot of inconvenience due to this from the past 4 Yrs.

                      I have tried complaining many times to SBI Card Care that the Card was Closed and Not Settled. But SBI cards failed to act on the same from past 2 Yrs though I was assured by the SBI Team each time that the same would be updated as null instead of settled in CIBIL.

                      I have been chasing SBI from past 2 Years where none of them are getting back. End of it it’s me who is getting penalized for the Sin committed by their Team members.

                      With all due respect, I urge the authorities to have this issue sorted at the earliest.

                        I have a Savings Account in SBI under IGIMS Branch Patna with the account Number [protected]. I am having Rs.3300 round about in my account. But SBi has wrongly held my account Under Lien for a failed trasanction at ICICI ATM Centre using their their SBI Debit Card for this account. As I am in Bangalore the branch is unresponsive. I sent the branch an e-mail no reply yet. Due to this unprofessional behaviour of the branch I am left in a high and dry situation in a costly city like Bangalore.I request the bank Authorities to take immediete action in this regard and resolve my issue and help me escape financial embarassment and crisis.                           Sir, I sent a request for top up of 101/- for my Reliance mobile no [protected]. I got the message that the request accepted for processing payment of Rs 101 to TOPUP Code= 949, with Tid[protected] on 11/7/2012. The amount was deducted from my primary account .But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. So please help me and do the needful.

                              Hi,

                              I got a call from SBI marketing personal, when I told them that I already have citibank card, then I was told that because of citi bank card you are previliged customer and you will recieve special offers on your card:
                              I was told as:
                              1.You need to pay only 1 time annual fee 499/-.
                              2.You will have discounts on railway tickets as SBI railway card.
                              3.No need to pay renewal charges.
                              4. 500rs gift voucher will be provided
                              and many other offers I was told about.

                              When I recived the card, I got only 100Rs ATM withdrawal offer , and to use that offer I need to pay 300Rs as ATM transaction fee.
                              When I booked railway ticket, there was no cash back offered.
                              When I have inquired about annual charges, I got the information from customer care that I need to pay renewal fee each year.
                              and there is no discount on railway tickets.
                              It is complete Fraud by SBI CC personal.

                              Other than mentioned:
                              I got my first bill amount of 560/- before I received the card.
                              560/-= 490/- +70/- GST
                              GST: I dont know why it is charged.

                                Respected Manager,
                                I beg to state that, my name is Ram Kumar Rawal. I was having account in State bank of INDORE then I have transferred my account in State Bank of India I am existing customer of SBI Bank branch name Plot. No-59, New Narmada Bhawan, A. Wing, Ground Floor, Arera Hills (A/C Number : [protected]), the issue is that when I went to SBI Bank to withdraw amount of rs.215000 on date:1/05/2012 and again on 2/05/2012 so bank deny to give cash, and their behavior was not good as we expect from SBI Bank. We have already submitted withdrawal forms (file name = withdraw.doc).
                                Herewith we are submitting some relevant document which can help to solve this issue. Please check attachment.

                                  My name is ramalingeshwar reddy Yelma.i got a/c in sbi chotuppal branch, I went Friday (29/06/12) to with draw money from a/c. But unfortunately I Forgat my signature. And i requested to change my signature But the accountent who was overthere refused to change signature.And she behaved very rude.i also went to bank manager, but he didn't helped me.so I would like to compliant against them .so can you people take action against them.                                     I have given an application for changing my phone number to access net banking in May 2012. The person (ganesh sharma) had told that you will get the notification. When I went to ask next day, he was not behaving proper. Still I am waiting for changing the number. where can I put the complaint against him. Is there any online complaint system for such case?
