[Resolved]  The Oriental Insurance Company Limited — licence renewal

Sir,
Most respectfully I, Vinod Kumar S/O Sri Sant Rram R/O 299 New
Daulatpura (jayprakash nagar) Street no. 02 Ghaziabad (U.P.) beg to
say when I applied for the renewal of my aforesaid license then I,
applicant came to know by Mr. Sanjeet zee (oriental insurance co. ltd.
R.O.Dehradun) that the pan no. which is allotted to me by income tax
department is also being used in LIC (in the name of Vinod Kumar R/O
of Distt. Bhiwani (Haryana) in License no.8404438. Which is totally
different from me? That person bearing the license no.8404438 in
question is not similar to me any way. I, applicant and that person
are two. Both are totally different from each other. There is no any
concern of mine to that person. I have given my declaration on
affidavit to R.O.Dehradun by medium of Oriental insurance co ltd. But
nothing has been done till yet regarding the renewal of my aforesaid
license. The alleged license no. 8404438 is very much different from
me in father’s
live status, cast, qualification, and Residencial address.Thus from
where I can submit you NOC of LIC.
One more thing I want to get it in your kind consideration if the same
pan no. is being used in both licenses no as alleged then in that
case, not possible the renewal of license no.8404438 which is renewed
on[protected].Because licensees are correlated to each other as
alleged .Renewal of the license no.8404438clearly shows that the same
pan no. is not being used in both licenses. Two license no. cannot be
issued to a single person in any of the circumstance.Along with it I
also declare that if it is so then I have no any objection to cancel
that license no.8404438.Respected sir I have taken income tax return
from Income Tax Department against the year of 2008-09 in recent days
of Jan.2011on behalf of my pan no. BBVPK2890M without making any
objection by Income Tax Department and file the return against the
year of 2009-10 in feb 2011. In the ends of justice it is very much
necessary that my license no[protected]be renewed.
It is therefore prayed that in view of above mentioned facts my
license no [protected] be renewed.

my IRDA licence no. is[protected] and it expire on 14.03.20011 as per rule i have submitted my all document for renewal of my licence on 09.02.2011 but till today my licence is not renew andthat i request to you renew my licence.
