This is in reference to the harassment from one of your insurance agent. Mr. Ajay Warikoo - agent no. BA[protected]. We have purchased few policies from him. Now at time of claiming the medical insurance, he has been harassing my parents who are senior citizens and when I spoke to him regarding the claim, he said it is not his duty and then he started abusing me. I would request your support, as my parents have been taking services from your insurance company since last 15 years and we have never faced this kind of problem before. All agents have been very well behaved and know how to respect senior citizen. But since we are dealing with Mr. Warikoo, my old parents have been facing hardships and harassment. This agent has been misguiding and illtreating them. When the matter was approached to me by my parents, I spoke to this agent and he abused me. He sounded drunk in evening around 430pm and went to an extent by telling me that he will get me abducted. Sir, I am feeling very helpless for my parents, as they stay alone. I am also feeling very threaten by this agent of yours. I have raised this issue with Customer Service Dept of your company, but there has been no response. Whereas as per your company motto "Customer friendly-as an Oriental tradition" but I do not agree with that as I have not received any response from you from last 6 days. Its very disappointing. I hope my compliant would be taken seriously here and I would be given due justice.

As telephonic discuss with Heena ...Friday evening-19th Feb-(7:02PM) you assuring me due to coming Saturday & Monday insurance officer n holiday...Will 100% resolve your problem max Tuesday or Wednesday .Neeraj is following same .I have drop the SMS (Wednesday-Neeraj-10:40am & Heena 01:28 PM) both of you but problem remain same/no reply/no action.

Would like to bring to your attention the issue faced me due to the Raksha TPA Team.
Have discussed a lot and requested the medical cliam, but the Raksha TPA Team is not willing to bring support met . Started facing lot of issues due to the Raksha TPA with United India Insurance Team lack of timely support .Mentioning below the issues faced due to the Raksha TPA Team…...
A. Raksha TPA Team (Mr Neeraj ) not attending call or SMS regular bases, I have done 11 SMS to Neeraj –Reply Zero, …...41 Call regular bases attending only one call…….. Coordination and communication gap between - Me & Raksha TPA Team.Pls chk trailing mail carefully.
B. He does not have time for Customer Service …….leading to Poor service .
C. Doing Mail/SMS/Ph Call ………for more than 115 days.
D-I am lacking confidence….. for medical help By Raksha TPA.
Would request for your immediate intervention.
****Every time only one reply by mail -We are still in process of getting the approval from Insurance company
Why are harassment patient, till the time she is not good condition, Sorry for you, you can directly touch with hospital(On line transmission-Patel Hospital Pvt Ltd, Civil line Jalandhar Ph No[protected] Fax No[protected], www.patelhospital.com ).I am working in MNC but feel it working in Government service…… where we are playing mail to mail .
When writing complaint letter .you want to keep it short and to the point to help ensure that your mail will be read in its entire .If you write below trailing mail l, it’s highly unlikely that someone will down and real all mail. The Complaint letter should be addressed to the hospital. The address and contact information of the patient ………should be available on the hospital’s website .
If I am wrong or giving you false information to you, pls take the legal action me or patient.

Due to panic experience from your sales and service side I am here under writing you and for the same i required the immediate and full and final solution of my insurance policy : I purchase a Mediclaim policy from your company before 4 years and my policy number is 142801/48/2014/782, my insured's Code[protected] HAPPY FAMILY FLOATER POLICY my policy expired midnight of 30/05/2014 i am not getting any reminder or any call/sms related to policy expired from your company, before 2 days i check my policy and its expired i call to branch related to renual of my policy as per talk with Branch he denied and tell me your need to purchase new policy and you are not getting your all previous benefits. Kindly look into matter and tell me process of renew so i get my all previous benefits of the policy. i want immediate attention of once concern person to discuss about my complain and required written answer from your side.         This is in reference to my father, Mr. D. N. Ghosh’s policy no. 311101/48/2014/1663 of ‘The Oriental Insurance Company Limited'. The cataract operation of him was done on November05, 2014 by Dr. Mahipal Sachdeva. At the time of operation I was asked to deposit Rs.45, 000.00 (Rupees forty five thousand only) by Centre For Sight. By the time the operation was completed and there was no VB64 available at that point in time to Vipul (TPA), I was handed over a bill of entire Rs.45, 000.00 by Centre For Sight, instead of cashless facility. After making a claim as per rule, after month and a half, today concerned person of Vipul informs that the amount which can be reimbursed would be Rs.35, 200.00 out of Rs.49, 417.00 (Difference of Rs.14, 218.00, which is the fees of surgeon/physician). Please find the reason below which is available online, by Vipul and the invoice of Centre of Sight for your necessary review in concerned departments of Centre for Sight and Vipul Med Corp. I will appreciate if you please look into the matter and do the needful for reimbursement of Rs.14, 218.00 (Rupees fourteen thousand two hundred eighteen only), as this is something internally should be handled between two organisations.

          My polocy numbers 461200/11/2014/20, 461100/11/2011/79, 461100/11/2011/80, 461200/11/2014/22 for my house at Visakhapatnam. The sum inssured is 70, 00, 000/- rupees. We got effected by hud hud cyclone. I submitted claim form with an estimation of 7.5 lak rupees aproximately . Claim approved is some few thousands without surveyars visit. Inturn I approched officer concerned he reluctantly asked me to approach conssumer forum for justice. Hence I request you to do needfull in this regard.

            This is with reference to an Insurance claim long pending . This is for a vehicle which met with an accident. ALTO K10 VXI of Reg.no. HR-20AA-2801, policy no. 261501/31/2014/386 dated 25/04/2013 of issue office Name-COB 1 HISSAR, FIR date 14/11/2013. The insurance company does not satisfing respond even after repeated visit to their office. It is a mental and financial harassment for claimants and they should be warned of their responsibilities and duty to act in time. Please clear my claim as soon as possible & give resonse to my complain. Thankyou

              this company is a cheat one. why they are sucking the blood of people in the name of insurance.last week i some one stolen my mobile in crowd.but i asked the procedure to claim insurance. but they asked fir copy from police station. but in police station they didnt give me fir. only csr copy and ntc only they gave. but this cheating company are telling we wont give you any money.. they why this are giving this service and sucking money from people. for this job they may do any other things to earn... dont play in our money...

                Dear Sir/Mam, This is to bring to your kind notice that in spite of my repeated request for last 3 days to Medsiassist/Mr Das on the contact number [protected], no information has been provided till now.We have reported above matter to Oriental insurance Grievance cell, New Delhi in writing on 13/11/2014.On account of the lack of transparency and work culture in the working of Mediassist India TPA Pvt Ltd, we are harassed, and in unnecessary mental agony, trauma and financial stress. We have following complaints against the Mediassist India TPA PVt Ltd. : 1.They delayed decision for approval by more than 6 hour. 2.Had unwanted queries.Their query included the same document which was provided earlier. 3.They said on telephone that patient had hypertension, which is false and no where near fact. 4.Did not provide documents related to denial of cashless policy with reason 5.Their is lack of transparency in working of Mediassist India TPA Pvt Ltd 6.Due to which we are harassed and in mental agony, trauma and undue financial stress. So now we demand: 1.Approval of my cashless policy immediately 2.All documents on the basis of which cashless policy was denied be provided immediately 3.Assessment report by Doctors of Mediasssist TPA along with their name, and medical registration number be provided 4.On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same we have suffered mental trauma, which you are liable to compensate.Secondly you are now called upon to give compensation of Rs 50 00 000 (Rs Fifty Lakh only) for mental trauma, agony, financial stress and harassment . 5.Pay compensation for financial loss/injury/interest suffered due to your negligence in sum of Rs 50 00 000(Rs 50 Lakh) with 12% interest per annum within 15 days of receipt of this notice .Failing which we shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and the recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences.                   I am in dispute with the above insurance company which I understand is a member of your scheme. I have been unable to reach an amicable settlement with the insurance company in respect of my Shop Insurance. The stock and assets like cooler, etc. caught fire due to short circuit in my shop. Here is a complete story: On 19 May 2014, I have reported loss of stocks and assets due to fire in my shop @ approx 6.00 pm. But due to the closing hours of Oriental Insurance Office at Rajwada, I was informed that the surveyor will be able to come the next day. My shop is of garments (clothes) and fire was caught at second floor. We went to your near by office and requested manager/concerned person said that the surveyor would be able to come next day only. Due to refusal of the surveyor to come at the spot and survey, we had to dispose off the burnt remains of the stock or else the whole shop would have caught fire and I guess this is very much understood fact. But without any prior information, the surveyor arrived late night, we showed him the photographs and the remaining burnt things which were not disposed until then. We also presented proofs such as FIR report by police, Fire Station report which are the most authentic legal proofs for the loss we had made. And this is very shocking that the company's surveyor demanded us a copy of each of these reports but considered none of these legal reports. These reports clearly mention the amount of loss and the list of things damaged. I am therefore referring the matter to you for investigation to see if you can help resolve this matter. I enclose copies of all relevant correspondence, and I look forward to hearing from you in due course.

                    Hi All, I am very happy to take the phone from Sangeetha stores. Unforunately, now i am telling my friends not to go for Sangeetha stores. Insurance guys & Sangeetha stores are playing with a common man. This is not a fare thing. I seriously, regret on this. I bought the phone on 17th September in Sangeetha stores, Mehidipatnam. The phone is Nokia X1. At first, i was very excited for using this phone. Unfortunately, i met with an accident and the phone was damaged internally. I thought that i have insurance and i reclaim it. The great insurance company is cheating customers by taking money & not allowing to use the claim & also steeling our Invoice copies(Original Bills). Coming to the claim process, i have applied the claim. And they rejected it saying that improper handling. And i didn't get any update from them. And they are not giving me back my original bill to me. And for the information, they are not lifting my call & giving zero response to me.I have few questions here:1. Why the insurance company wont reclaim when i met with an accident ?2. Why they are not responding to me ?3. Why my Bill was stealed by them ?4. Why there is no update to the customer on the status ?5. Who need to take it care ?6. Is this the way to treat customers ?7.Why this company cheating customers ? I need the resolution for this immediately.                         Reference to the subject cited above this is to inform that my four wheeler (Hyundai I10 Sports saloon car) has been insured (policy no. 321202/31/2014/6534) by your company. The same vehicle met with an accident and after completing all the formalities, the bill along with other credentials have been submitted for claim on time in the month of September. It is being over a month but the said claim has not yet been registered. On enquiring it has been reported by the issuing branch that, registration has not yet been done as there was a delay in sending the file from Guwahati Service branch to Tezpur Branch. I feel sorry to tell that such poor service has tarnished the brand name of the company in my minds and forced me to suspect negative intentions of officials concerned and involved in processing the file. I therefore request the competent authority to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps in order to disburse the claim amount without further delay. I would be ever grateful if the claim amount be disbursed immediately as the expense have already been born by me.                           I HAVE CALLED THE SECTOR-14 BRANCH 6 TIMES AND IT SEEMS LIKE YOU PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE A PHONE!!. I CALLED AND THE FIRST THREE TIMES THERE IS SOME DISTURBANCE AND AUTOMATICALLY THE AGENT OF YOUR COMAPANY STOPS TALKING AND TALKS TO THE MAN OVER THE PHONE WHO TELLS HIM ABOUT A CHEQUE FOR 15000 HE HAS TO GET AND FORGETS OR I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO THEIR PHONES BUT IGNORES THE CUSTOMER'S CALLS OR DOES NOT KNOW I'M THERE AND I AM SAYING HELLO FOR THE NEXT FEW MINUTES.IS IT SOO HARD TO KNOW THE STATUS OF THE HARD COPY OF A POLICY?! YOU LEAVE ME ON CALL FOR 5 MINUTES MAKING ME SAY HELLO AND NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING AFTER PICKING UP THE CALL, CAN YOU NOT SEE IF THERE IS ANYONE ?!!!ONE OF YOUR AGENTS EVEN TOLD ME TO CALL THE DELIVERY BOY WHO PICKED UP THE CHEQUE SAYING THAT HE WILL HAVE THE RECORD WHILE THERE IS A SECTOR-14 STAMP ON THE TEMPORARY POLICY ISSUED.                             sir, my bike was stolen last year and still i am unable to get insurance money or claim. now they are asking to transfer the bike vehicle on there name and they charged Rs.2000 as there fees and said that amount will be added to the claim amount but now the are refusing as they are telling miscellaneous charges deducted. please help me to get insurance claim and suggest me.                               I had lodge a Vehicle accidental claim against policy no. 263100/31/2014/3299. Claim registered, claim No. 263100/31/2015/000031 on dated 13/05/2014 against vehicle no. HP-10A-2994, even though after a gap of three months claim has not been settled. I contact on branch numerous times but no positive response has not been received. So you are requested to settle the claim as soon as possible.

                                Claim under Policy No.451300/48/2013/UniverCell Sir, I had lodged a claim of my ZYNC - TABLET - DUAL 7 PLUS under the above policy on 18th July 2014 with ALEgION Insurance Broking Private Limited, Chennai. Till date my claim has not been settled. Hence, please pursue with the concerned office and settle my claim at the earliest and do the needful.                                   not received insurance claim even after 2 years

                                  Sir I had insurance cover for my activa scooty with motor vehicle insurance number note No. CHD-D 773345( Agency code no. 308/842) which was issued on date 14/9/2012. My scooty no. PB 10 DM 1043 met with an accident so I claimed for insurance but even after 2 years I have not received my insurance claim despite submitting all the requred documents....

                                    This might be the same old story for every one who had registered with Oriental for mobile phones. They either do not respond on time or reject the claim stating "Partial Damage" will not be covered. But I don't understand the measurement or scale that they use to classify as "Partial Damage" They never use a standard form which has to be filled by the Mobile Servicing Engineers, then on what basis they could reject the claim as...
