Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that in spite of my repeated request for last 3 days to Medsiassist/Mr Das on the contact number [protected], no information has been provided till now.We have reported above matter to Oriental insurance Grievance cell, New Delhi in writing on 13/11/2014.On account of the lack of transparency and work culture in the working of Mediassist India TPA Pvt Ltd, we are harassed, and in unnecessary mental agony, trauma and financial stress.
We have following complaints against the Mediassist India TPA PVt Ltd. :
1.They delayed decision for approval by more than 6 hour.
2.Had unwanted queries.Their query included the same document which was provided earlier.
3.They said on telephone that patient had hypertension, which is false and no where near fact.
4.Did not provide documents related to denial of cashless policy with reason
5.Their is lack of transparency in working of Mediassist India TPA Pvt Ltd
6.Due to which we are harassed and in mental agony, trauma and undue financial stress.
So now we demand:
1.Approval of my cashless policy immediately
2.All documents on the basis of which cashless policy was denied be provided immediately
3.Assessment report by Doctors of Mediasssist TPA along with their name, and medical registration number be provided
4.On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same we have suffered mental trauma, which you are liable to compensate.Secondly you are now called upon to give compensation of Rs 50 00 000 (Rs Fifty Lakh only) for mental trauma, agony, financial stress and harassment .
5.Pay compensation for financial loss/injury/interest suffered due to your negligence in sum of Rs 50 00 000(Rs 50 Lakh) with 12% interest per annum within 15 days of receipt of this notice .Failing which we shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and the recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences.

As telephonic discuss with Heena ...Friday evening-19th Feb-(7:02PM) you assuring me due to coming Saturday & Monday insurance officer n holiday...Will 100% resolve your problem max Tuesday or Wednesday .Neeraj is following same .I have drop the SMS (Wednesday-Neeraj-10:40am & Heena 01:28 PM) both of you but problem remain same/no reply/no action.

Would like to bring to your attention the issue faced me due to the Raksha TPA Team.
Have discussed a lot and requested the medical cliam, but the Raksha TPA Team is not willing to bring support met . Started facing lot of issues due to the Raksha TPA with United India Insurance Team lack of timely support .Mentioning below the issues faced due to the Raksha TPA Team…...
A. Raksha TPA Team (Mr Neeraj ) not attending call or SMS regular bases, I have done 11 SMS to Neeraj –Reply Zero, …...41 Call regular bases attending only one call…….. Coordination and communication gap between - Me & Raksha TPA Team.Pls chk trailing mail carefully.
B. He does not have time for Customer Service …….leading to Poor service .
C. Doing Mail/SMS/Ph Call ………for more than 115 days.
D-I am lacking confidence….. for medical help By Raksha TPA.
Would request for your immediate intervention.
****Every time only one reply by mail -We are still in process of getting the approval from Insurance company
Why are harassment patient, till the time she is not good condition, Sorry for you, you can directly touch with hospital(On line transmission-Patel Hospital Pvt Ltd, Civil line Jalandhar Ph No[protected] Fax No[protected], www.patelhospital.com ).I am working in MNC but feel it working in Government service…… where we are playing mail to mail .
When writing complaint letter .you want to keep it short and to the point to help ensure that your mail will be read in its entire .If you write below trailing mail l, it’s highly unlikely that someone will down and real all mail. The Complaint letter should be addressed to the hospital. The address and contact information of the patient ………should be available on the hospital’s website .
If I am wrong or giving you false information to you, pls take the legal action me or patient.
