Hi Concerned, This is with reference to the policy no as mentioned in the subject line, I need to know the complete status/release of the claim amount. Case History : As far as the matter is concerned, my bike (Vehicle No UP14-BF-5842) was stolen in the night of 6th April, 2012. Due information was made to the local police station and a complaint was lodged. there was a certain delay in registration of FIR but that was not purely from our end, It was a legal delay as stated to me by the ploce official. Information about the lost of vehicle was also reported to the Branch Office : Matrix Sqaure, 2nd Floor, 54A, Model Town West, G.T. Road. Ghaziabad. As the legal formalities were taking time, we had duly made visits to the branch office and was given assurance that let the court issue the FR and asked me to submit the same, thereafter the claim amount will be released on priority. I was also assured that the policy will not lapse and will reopen once i submit the FR copy duly issued by court. Now its been almost a year, since I have submitted the FR copy but there is no such speedy process of the claim amount. My repeated attempts to receive the claim amount end with a status "POLICY UNDER PROCESS". Am in receipt of letter as attached asking me to furnish replies (1. Why the bike was parked in the open ? 2. Was the bike guarded or not ? 3. NCRB Report (Latest Updated) ? ) First of all I would like ask few questions to you officials. 1. Where were these questions when the lost of bike was reported and the case was under judicials ? 2. Entire case has been investigated by the police officials and the proper FR is being issued by the honourable court, then how come I am answerable for all these questions ? 3. Could anyone in the system justify why the delays happening in the legal formalities ? All I can say is that my father has visited the branch office and submitted entire set of documents as asked by the branch officials for claim process, and would like to receive the claim amount at the earliest. Also would request you to update when am I supossed to submit bank details for the release of claim amount. Please do not process the claim amount in the account no from which the ECS of the policy was getting processed.

      i abhilash.mj would hereby like to inform that i had purchased a mobile phone policy no.421704/48/2015/695 vide invoice RTN-5366 dated 13/01/2015, bearing IMEI no.[protected] and Make micromax canvas a114 2.2 BLK . The said mobile phone has been stolen on 23/04/2015. Brief Description of incidence: I had gone to the xerox shop near Ambedkar medical college road opposite to Manjushree hostel, shampur, rtnagar 560032 and had placed my phone on the table and some culprit has taken away my phone without my knowledge. On calling my phone number [protected] after this incident the sim card has been removed from the respected phone conforming that this is a thieft. I have blocked the SIM card with the help of the TATA DOCOMO service provider immediately and informed the D.J.Halli police station, Bangalore city and have lodged a complaint and received a reciept from the police station as well conforming that the comptaint had been filed. Claim Number: 10942978 Claim Amount: Rs. 49964 My Mother was hospitalized on 26 Feb 2015 for female gentle prolapse and discharged on 03 March 2015 and I had submitted all the original medical bills and necessary supporting documents to the TPA for mediclaim. After submission, I got the Intimation of the refusal of the Claim citing some policy terms and conditions. This was not a planned surgery as we came to know about this unfortunate disease last month only and doctor advised for immediate surgery. At the time of the policy purchase, no one has told us such terms and conditions, instead we were told that all diseases will be covered. We are having medical cover for such unforeseen medical problems, if such problems are not covered then for what we are paying premium every year. Besides, my mother was insured under the Oriental Insurance family floater Policy No: 261600/48/2013/1599 in FY[protected] as well. After my marriage we decided to buy separate policy for them.               Policy Number : 423200/48/2014/877 Type : Individual TPA : GHPL Claim Number : 3819 My mother was hospitalized in Feb 2014 due to heart stroke and she balloon angioplasty . I submitted all the medical bills and supporting documents to the tpa (GHPL, Bangalore) for the medical claim processing. After submission, I had to keep on chasing them to get the status of my claim . Later they mentioned claim got rejected due to "Pre-existing disease". Not sure, how can they conclude like that. When I escalated the issue to the higher authorities, they asked me to submit supporting documents ( supporting no PED). Again I submitted the supporting documents ( from the Hospital) saying there was no pre-existing disease. I didn't get proper response for the next 3-4 months. Whenever I am calling them, either they are telling "No updates yet from the insurance company" or "claim got rejected". More than 1 year, I have been chasing them and pathetic experience .

                Dear Sir / Madam, This is in reference to above subject claim settled on 20th Feb 15 through Dena Bank with an Amount of Rs. 35000 against the claim amount of Rs. 50863 which is short amount by Rs. 15863. I wish to bring your attention as below : ( 1 ) Up on renewal of my Policy I have been given 3 Pages Renewed Policy and where in no clear conditions with specified subject treatment and claimable amount for the same treatment. ( 2 ) Even in my intimation to GHPL to register my claim prior to operation, I have mentioned the package of Rs. 50000 for Left Eye Cataract operation would be charged and the claim of same amount will be filed to ORIENTAL Insurance. In reply, I received only a claim form and no alert to notify me about the charges will be settled for the same . ( 3 ) I had under gone operation in August 2011 for Right Eye Cataract Operation with same Doctor in Same Hospital under Rs. 50000 Package and your office had settled with the full value. Up on my approaching to Oriental Insurance Borivali Branch with guidance of Mr. Nawal Singh Oriental Head Office, I have been replied that Reasonable & Necessary Expenses claimable which are pre agreed by Net work Hospital & TPA will be approved for claim. This information is remain with in record of TPA and Oriental Office, The specific amount is neither given with policy conditions nor is informed during our intimation reply even after my declaration during the intimation of my wish to go for operation. The information regarding Reasonable & Necessary Expenses pre agreed by Net work Hospital & TPA kept silent with in the respective their own offices and not informed to Policy Holder so that every time they can dispute the claim and settle with short payment with declaring under Reasonable & Necessary Expenses, which is quite obvious. It is shocking to me that the amount is deducted with no fault of mine starting from handing over to me with Renewed policy in which no declaration of current deductions in our claim bill plus no alert from GHPL in spite of my prior intimation during registration of claim. I have taken the Medical Insurance Policy with a maximum claimable amount of Rs. 6 Lacs and for the betterment of my Health with proper medication plus to avoid any re occur the same difficulty. I have spent money Rs. 50863 for my operation which adds medicines bill prescribe to me and would like to request you trusting that you would assist me for the reimbursement of balance amount of my claim at the earliest.                   I am Subal Chandra Sarkar, a retired person, I was associated with Oriental Insurance since 1983 and had regularly paid for my house/property insurance since then. Unfortunately a big theft took place in year 2009, which took away all my hard earned valuables and I was forced to start from scratch. I have timely submitted all require docs such as FIR copy, court order, application, receipts etc, but still have not received a single rupee against the claim. 5 year have passed by and i am still struggling to get my dues. I have made several verbal and official reminders at their local basirhat office and kolkatta office, but all proves to be invain I am very much disappointed after so much of tedious reminders and follow-ups with Oriental Insurance.Plz intervene and look into the matter.                           Sir, this complaint is regarding insurance transfer Oriental Insurance Motor Policy No 441400/31/2015/5649. Originally it was Maya Suresh who got on 12th December 2014 the Policy with a) P. A. Cover under Section III for Registered Owner Cum Driver (CSI): Rs. 200000 and with b) Insured's Declared Value Total Value 1, 60, 000. After Transfer into my name the Policy shows under P. A. Cover and under Total Value Rs. 0 and I am complaining against not transfering me the 'full coverage' but only 3rd party. On Monday the 19th January in Oriental Insurance Branch Kayamkulam Head of Branch DGS Nair asked me to sign a Proposal Form which he had not completely filled telling me Quilon Office would complete it. My kind request regarding transfer of 'full coverage' received a strong 'Yes, you will get.'. I took a picture in my camera of the way the form was filled in by Head Branch before I was asked to sign: it can be send as Email attachment if necessary. I received the Policy issued on 20th January on 22nd January through the Warden of my building. On the 22nd itself I complained via Textmessage to Mr. Sasi K. who on 2nd page of the policy in my name is obviously mentioned as "entered by".' He had himself identified in a Textmessage from his cellphone [protected] as 'K. SASI AST MANAGER ORIENTAL KOLLAM REGARDING POLICY KL 2 AQ 8411' on the 22nd. Following is the text of my complaint to his above mentioned cellphone: 'Sir I bought KL 02 AQ 8411 with a full coverage insurance P. A. Cover under Section for registered owner cum driver (CSI): Rs. 200000 and with insured's declared value 160000. You have replaced 200000 with Rs. 0 and 160000 with Rs. 0. Your new policy issued out on date 20th January 2015 in my absence I am protesting against very clearly. Please note down my complaint and realize I have gazetted officer attested color copy of the original policy in the name of MAYA SURESH. I paid the vehicle having full coverage a much higher price than I would have done if it had come with third party insurance only. If I do not have the correct full coverage policy in my name tomorrow January 23rd 2015 I will use Taxi only and will have consumer court making the one who is responsibel for the wrong attestation pay for all my transport charges. If you act at the earliest I will assume it was a human mistake only. If not, be sure that RTI ACT, Consumer complaint website, consumer court and your Delhi Head Office are ready for supporting DHARMA. I am active on different NRI websites and they will publish my complaint by tomorrow if I don't get your positive reply latest by tomorrow morning. Still hoping it was a mistake only. Regards S.                                 This is in reference to the harassment from one of your insurance agent. Mr. Ajay Warikoo - agent no. BA[protected]. We have purchased few policies from him. Now at time of claiming the medical insurance, he has been harassing my parents who are senior citizens and when I spoke to him regarding the claim, he said it is not his duty and then he started abusing me. I would request your support, as my parents have been taking services from your insurance company since last 15 years and we have never faced this kind of problem before. All agents have been very well behaved and know how to respect senior citizen. But since we are dealing with Mr. Warikoo, my old parents have been facing hardships and harassment. This agent has been misguiding and illtreating them. When the matter was approached to me by my parents, I spoke to this agent and he abused me. He sounded drunk in evening around 430pm and went to an extent by telling me that he will get me abducted. Sir, I am feeling very helpless for my parents, as they stay alone. I am also feeling very threaten by this agent of yours. I have raised this issue with Customer Service Dept of your company, but there has been no response. Whereas as per your company motto "Customer friendly-as an Oriental tradition" but I do not agree with that as I have not received any response from you from last 6 days. Its very disappointing. I hope my compliant would be taken seriously here and I would be given due justice.

                                This is in reference to the harassment from one of your insurance agent. Mr. Ajay Warikoo - agent no. BA[protected]. We have purchased few policies from him. Now at time of claiming the medical insurance, he has been harassing my parents who are senior citizens and when I spoke to him regarding the claim, he said it is not his duty and then he started abusing me. I would request your support, as my parents have been taking services from your insurance company since last 15 years and we have never faced this kind of problem before. All agents have been very well behaved and know how to respect senior citizen. But since we are dealing with Mr. Warikoo, my old parents have been facing hardships and harassment.                                 As telephonic discuss with Heena ...Friday evening-19th Feb-(7:02PM) you assuring me due to coming Saturday & Monday insurance officer n holiday...Will 100% resolve your problem max Tuesday or Wednesday .Neeraj is following same .I have drop the SMS (Wednesday-Neeraj-10:40am & Heena 01:28 PM) both of you but problem remain same/no reply/no action.

                                Would like to bring to your attention the issue faced me due to the Raksha TPA Team.
                                Have discussed a lot and requested the medical cliam, but the Raksha TPA Team is not willing to bring support met . Started facing lot of issues due to the Raksha TPA with United India Insurance Team lack of timely support .Mentioning below the issues faced due to the Raksha TPA Team…...
                                A. Raksha TPA Team (Mr Neeraj ) not attending call or SMS regular bases, I have done 11 SMS to Neeraj –Reply Zero, …...41 Call regular bases attending only one call…….. Coordination and communication gap between - Me & Raksha TPA Team.Pls chk trailing mail carefully.
                                B. He does not have time for Customer Service …….leading to Poor service .
                                C. Doing Mail/SMS/Ph Call ………for more than 115 days.
                                D-I am lacking confidence….. for medical help By Raksha TPA.
                                Would request for your immediate intervention.
                                ****Every time only one reply by mail -We are still in process of getting the approval from Insurance company
                                Why are harassment patient, till the time she is not good condition, Sorry for you, you can directly touch with hospital(On line transmission-Patel Hospital Pvt Ltd, Civil line Jalandhar Ph No[protected] Fax No[protected], www.patelhospital.com ).I am working in MNC but feel it working in Government service…… where we are playing mail to mail .
                                When writing complaint letter .you want to keep it short and to the point to help ensure that your mail will be read in its entire .If you write below trailing mail l, it’s highly unlikely that someone will down and real all mail. The Complaint letter should be addressed to the hospital. The address and contact information of the patient ………should be available on the hospital’s website .
                                If I am wrong or giving you false information to you, pls take the legal action me or patient.

Due to panic experience from your sales and service side I am here under writing you and for the same i required the immediate and full and final solution of my insurance policy : I purchase a Mediclaim policy from your company before 4 years and my policy number is 142801/48/2014/782, my insured's Code[protected] HAPPY FAMILY FLOATER POLICY my policy expired midnight of 30/05/2014 i am not getting any reminder or any call/sms related to policy expired from your company, before 2 days i check my policy and its expired i call to branch related to renual of my policy as per talk with Branch he denied and tell me your need to purchase new policy and you are not getting your all previous benefits. Kindly look into matter and tell me process of renew so i get my all previous benefits of the policy. i want immediate attention of once concern person to discuss about my complain and required written answer from your side.                                     मेरी गाडी (sumo victa) का Policy No.332903/31/2015/456 है जो NILAMBER NAYAK के नाम से Insured है का Date : 30/11/2014 को सुबह 8:15a.m में Accident हुआ ! उसी दिन Agent को खबर करने पर भी कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया गया उसके बाद Manager (Mr. O.P.Gupta) को भी उनके मो. न. [protected] पर मैसेज कर सूचना दिया पर उन्होंने भी कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया अत: मैं मजबूरन आपनी गाडी (sumo victa) मरम्मति करानी शुरु कर दी ! पर मैं इस उदासीनता पुर्ण कारवाई के खिलाफ कोर्ट तक जाउंगा ! निलाम्बर नायक उप मुखिया कोचेडेगा/सिमडेगा

                                      This is in reference to my father, Mr. D. N. Ghosh’s policy no. 311101/48/2014/1663 of ‘The Oriental Insurance Company Limited'. The cataract operation of him was done on November05, 2014 by Dr. Mahipal Sachdeva. At the time of operation I was asked to deposit Rs.45, 000.00 (Rupees forty five thousand only) by Centre For Sight. By the time the operation was completed and there was no VB64 available at that point in time to Vipul (TPA), I was handed over a bill of entire Rs.45, 000.00 by Centre For Sight, instead of cashless facility. After making a claim as per rule, after month and a half, today concerned person of Vipul informs that the amount which can be reimbursed would be Rs.35, 200.00 out of Rs.49, 417.00 (Difference of Rs.14, 218.00, which is the fees of surgeon/physician). Please find the reason below which is available online, by Vipul and the invoice of Centre of Sight for your necessary review in concerned departments of Centre for Sight and Vipul Med Corp. I will appreciate if you please look into the matter and do the needful for reimbursement of Rs.14, 218.00 (Rupees fourteen thousand two hundred eighteen only), as this is something internally should be handled between two organisations.
