Timtara — Damaged item poor quality

One of our customers Mr. Tipur Madaan has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order for Nikkon camera
on his blog posted on 19 january.

In response to his complaint our Business partner Aramex has been already delivered the parcel on 21 january.

We have spoken to customer and confirmed satisfaction with the product received.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.

Fully froud Company. Everyone should file a case against them in cosumer court. I have placed order almost 12Days back but no response from their side. Still now order status is awating for shipment.We need to take action against them. All the mobile and landline numbers are fake. No one picks up phone in mobile or land line. Fully Froud Company.

I request you all not to purchase anything from timtara. I have purchased from flipcart that is abig company best services ever I have received.I booked the order two times from Flipcart 2nd Day I have received the order. Very Good no no best in online shoping.

Again agin I am requesting you all not to purchase any thing from Timtara go for Flipcart.

TIMTARA is a fraud website...

Timtara.Com is a fraud company. No shipment of product even after 25 days and they do not answer phone calls and complaint emails. Lost money. Bad experience on my first order with timtara.Com

this is sudhakar (hyderabad) i have booked samsung mobile at timtara.com on 28/3/2012. my order no.10225338. still the order has not dispatched. i lost my money by paying through my credit card. the customer care no's are fraud no body has lift the phone and there is no response from e-mails also, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com are fake e-mails there is no response. this is my first bad experience from timtara.com, friends do not buy anything form timtara.com. this is fraud team.

This is Kondareddy from Bangalore. I ordered (Order Id:[protected] a mobile which is worth Rs. 9200 from Timtara on Feb 1, 2013. Till May 1, 2013 issue was the same as with u. Now i got the refund. U can also get the refund i[censored] pay thrue credit card.

What u have to do is:
1. Call to credit card customer care and tell the issue with timtara.
2. They have an option called (Credit back the Transaction after doing some research from their side).
3. They ll ask u to submit one form (Name: Cardholder Dispute Form) along with proofs of order like email proofs.
4. they ll credit the money into ur account within 10 working days.
