I have ordered the lg microwave from timtara.Com on 03rd january 2012 and made the online payment of 10448 inr using credit card,

From Timtara Website the order detail is below.

they promised me of delivering the item in 10 days, but so far it has not delivered , their customer care number never get connected , I have put some test order so these guys can contact me, they contacted me and when I asked about this order number they said we have forwarded the querry to concern departnment and it will be resolved in 48 hrs but nothing happended , I emailed them many times but they have standard replies, "the querry has forwarded to concern department and they will revert back in 48 hrs" but so far nothing happened.
Its 28 days now and I have no idea, the item will be delivered or not I have no way to contact them and they are not replying the emails.

I have email from them on where they claim the max days we can take is 20 working days ahich are also over now.
Please help me in this regard.

48 hrs is also over, no response from you guys, almost a month is over how long more you need to deliver item.
This is the third time, you relied that we will be back in 48 hrs but there is no repsonse.

I booked an order to timtara.com on 4-1-2012.But till date they did not delevered material nor returned my money.

As per Timtara. com's promise it is supposed to deliver the order within 10 days. But for my order i.e. 1017455, in which I ordered a LCD TV, has not been delivered even after passing 10 days. I had planned to gift this TV to my brother on his wedding. However, due to late service of Timtara, I could not surprize my brother and I also felt humiliated when everybody else were giving gifts to the new couple. I tried to call customer care many times but most of the time nobody pick up the phone and when somebody pick the phone, they put down the call without replying. I request you to lodge a complaint against this company. I have also read so many complaints against this site and as per those complaints timtara is not able to give proper services. This site should be banned so that no new customer get frustrated due to their pathetic services.

Timtara.com is one of the fraud website in india please beware of it.
I have give an order for IFB washing machine on timtara web site on the date of 19/12/2011 but then after i do not get any response from their so i had cancel the order on the date of 23/12/2011, but still i do not get my refund in my account & when ever i am tiring to call them they give me answer that you will get on Saturday but on the date on 07/01/2012 i do not get refund then they give me commitment of date 14/01/2012 after that they(some of ms paramita in customer care on[protected] commit that the payment done on 21/01/2012 but still today on the date of 28/01/2012 I do not get my refund so please help me for refund from timtara the order details are mention below.

Dear Sir,
Actually i purchased Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V of Rs.15,188 from Timtara.com on[protected] with Order Id = 10142473 and the delivery time is 8-10 days. But they delivered after 22days the product on[protected], the product purchased for my family function but due to the delay of Timtara.com, after delivery i returned the product on the same day[protected] and the product received by them on[protected]. As per their rules and regulations they want to refund my money within 10days. I made several calls and emails to their customer care centres but no proper response from them. But today[protected] hardly completed 25 days still now i have not received my money of Rs.15188 to my debited account. So take the serious and legal against action on Timtara.com and make them to refund my money as soon as possible.

I have ordered Whirlpool M MIND 26 CLX PLUS TITANIUM refrigerator on Timtara.com on 29 Dec . The order id is 10159741. The product is in awaiting shipment status since then and whenever i tried to reach the customer care at Timtara there is no response from them. Even a reply mail is not sent by them about the delayed service. Please do the needful so that my order can be shipped at the earliest.

I never got any reply to the other email complaints I had raised.

But the site is just a scam and according to legal IT act 2000 and under the Consumer Protection Act India 1986 more for the physical and mental torture by calling their customer support regarding the non delivery of my order no[protected].

I had placed an Order for Mobile Phone amounting to Rs 17933 on 16th January. I got an order confirmation mail that it will be delivered in 6-8 days.

Even after 7 days they had not shipped the product. So I got suspicious and searched the internet about timtara.com and found many incidents of non delivery of product.
Since the product was not shipped I decided to cancel the product on 22nd Jan. I sent a cancellation email and even called their call center to confirm the same which I could reach only after 50 tries.

However till now I have not received any acknowledgement of the cancellation of the order, neither has there any communication about this. I am following up daily and escalated this matter to their internal Chief Customer Officer [protected]@timtara.com . Everything is falling on deaf ears and nobody is responding to me. Timtara.com. is a fraud company and needs to be out of this business.

I want my order cancelled and my money refunded back to me.

I keep following up with customer care people(Support:[protected] of timtara,but most of the time they did not pick up phone. Once they pick up also after so many retry ,they does not respond properly, despite i always talk them politely and in request mode.They never give any information. Just simply mention that they will forward the complain to respective department. They never share any other contact details and product delivery information.Idelally it should be delivered with 8 days of placing the order.
I mailed them more than 7 times but no information. I fade up with followups. Every time i have to make STD call and no updates.

Please help. This site should be blacklisted.

but as they didn't deliver the product till 10 days over i request them to refund and they also agree and gave a complint id i.e 15475
but when i was calling them they were telling to refund at monday, then 2 days later, then 3 days later, then 5 days later....... till now (1 month)
now they are not responding to my call
