Hi,

I placed a order on 5th jan 2012 to buy a product from timtara.com after seeing delivery time mentioned as 7-8 working days to gift.
After waiting long and continously follow up, I didnt received this product. I have to gift this product on my sister marriage on 28th JAN so I purchased his from market and send numerious mail to timtara to cancel this product.

After long time product status is atlast showing as PAYMENT REFUND PENDING.

now its completed approx 2 months but till now I am not getting my refund after continous follow up on [protected]@timtara.com and [protected]@timtara.com.

Please help me to get the refund. product details are as below:

I've ordered Sony MP3 Player NWZ-B163 (Order #[protected] on[protected] @ 11:57 AM from www.timtara.com worth Rs.2,977.

Its been more than 35 days now, I still haven't received my product. I contacted them several times through email and
they just lied every time saying that your complaint has forwarded to concerned authority and will
deliver within 2 days, etc. Also when I asked them the reason they just ignore and didn't give any
reason at all.

Then I decided to cancel my order so I wrote my mails for the same.
They just ignore my cancellation mail and just reply the same thing (that your complaint has forwarded
to concerned authority or will deliver within 2 days, etc).

I contacted them on phone also but still the same reply from them. I don't know what to do so I
writing it here.

Timtara.com — Non Dispatch of Product

Hi,

I had ordered an MP3 player through www.timtara.com on 20th January 2012 worth Rs.5581. Even after more than 40 days they haven't delivered the product. I contacted them several times through email and they just lied every time saying that your complaint has forwarded to concerned authority or will deliver within 2 days, etc. Also when I asked them the reason they just ignore and didn't give any reason at all.

I was fed up of their responses that I decided to cancel my order so I wrote my mails for the same. They just ignore my cancellation mail and just reply the same thing (that your complaint has forwarded to concerned authority or will deliver within 2 days, etc).

I am just terribly upset, frustrated and feel like am being cheated. I don't know what to do so I writing it here. I request all other online shoppers never to buy from timtara.com by their comparative lesser price or else you might suffer like me.

Hi,
This is Kondareddy from Bangalore. I ordered (Order Id:[protected] a mobile which is worth Rs. 9200 from Timtara on Feb 1, 2013. Till May 1, 2013 issue was the same as with u. Now i got the refund. U can also get the refund i[censored] pay thrue credit card.

What u have to do is:
1. Call to credit card customer care and tell the issue with timtara.
2. They have an option called (Credit back the Transaction after doing some research from their side).
3. They ll ask u to submit one form (Name: Cardholder Dispute Form) along with proofs of order like email proofs.
4. they ll credit the money into ur account within 10 working days.

I have bought a Nokia lumia 710 from Timtara.com. The order is processed and the payment was made. I recieved an email from some Ritu Rawat asking me to send My ID Proof, and mini bank statement and they say it would take 20 days from the time I send the card details. It has never happened to me like this earlier. Their link clearly says it would be delivered in 8 to 10 days from the day I placed the order. Why are they bugging me. Please do check into the matter.This was supposed to be a gift for their birthday. I would never ever buy from timtara ever again.

Hi All,

On[protected], I ordered a Samsung galaxy 5830 mobile phone. Their email stated that product will be delivered within 10-15 working

days. When I dint get the order within the said period, I called up customer care in dehradun[protected]. Their customer care

is so hopeless that they don't know their own work nor the SLA or the time duration for the order to be delivered. They have asked

me to wait for another 7-10 days but I have now cancelled that order and asked for full refund with interest as they have kept my

money for almost a month. I think this website and their CEO Arindam Bose is a fraud and a scamster. I'm in the process of

involving cyber crime department of Delhi police and Advocate Mr. Sunil Ramchandani who was once a victim of timtara when he

purchased a DSLR camera.

Their website needs to be offline immediately. A PIL needs to be raised to ask the authenticity of the company and the people

employed in that company. Media / News channel/papers should be approached to deconstruct such hoax companies and uncover their

true faces. Talk shows like Satyamev Jayate should take on topics for e-commerce / internet frauds.

Please do help what else can be done to bring down these scamsters.

I got a timtara contact no from the customer support Mr Azeez ([protected]) and mail id of a delivery manager [protected]@timtara.com. After repeated calling to this number i got hold of raja singh he is manager over there and finally he told he will cancel the order and revert the money still waiting to get my money.

All who are having problem bug there two guys with mails and phone calls may help to resove the issue.

after placing the order i got the order conformation mail in which timtara had mentioned the delivery time to be 8 to 10 days after completion of the stipulated time, i sent mail to timtara customer care and they replied that it will be delivered to me in 10 to 20 days. in reply of that mail i forwarded their order confirmation mail sent to me which stated delivery time to be 10 days. again they replied that i will get the delivery in 10 to 20 days. on 21 st day ie 18 feb i again sent mail to customer care which hasen't been replied. i again mailed today ie. on 20-02-12 which has not been replied. their customer care no is also not picked any time
i request you to plese look into the matter and help me out

The product was delivered after 40 days at last i could get the ordered product. If you order from Timtara please be rest assured that you won't get delivery before one month...My advise to the buyers is either refrain yourself from buying from Timtara or increase you patience quotient.

I have ordered a samsung galaxy fit on 10th jan 2012. It was mentioned in the order that it will be delivered in 8-10 days, but it has still not been delivered.

Whenever I called customer
care (99 out of 100 times they won’t attend it will be busy) they confirmed strongly that it will be dispatched tomorrow in every call. But, that never came....

I'm following with them, but they are not giving product and people are very bad while talking with them, when I told I will raise case against you than they told you can do that.
I have still not received my product ,I have ask for refund money, when I told now , when you will give it , they told u will get it , typical answer will get everytime, when I ask how many days , they cut the phone. I have ask for refund my money, but still not got. it has been 47 days over. i m struggling like anything to get my product or money back. they told that dont have stock, but in website they mentioned within 8 working days will get product. requesting you to all other customer who are purchasing online, please avoid purchase from http://www.timtara.com . no manner , no respect with customer, when we argue for product they simply cut the phone. If they can cheat IT professional than they can cheat anyone.

TIMTARA FRAUD CHEATING
Order #10350642, timtara cheating customers, BEWARE do not buy anything from them, I brought a TV of worth 22000/-, ONE MONTH passed so far, those people not yet shipped nor refunded my amount, they blocked my amount, whenever I call customer support, they will tell that delay from the vendor and I will receive in next week but that will FAIL and they will be telling the same thing soooo onnnnn. I do not know when they refund my money, it is loss of interest of my money and my time

I made an online purchase through timtara.com website for Philips Steam Iron (GC1621) Order ID: 10157189 on December 26 2011 for INR 1299/-. I would like to inform that the same has not been delivered to me even after 1 month waiting. During this period I made lots of calls and wrote lots of email but these guys responded very rarely and made fake assurance for delivering the product.
After being tired I requested for refund on January 24, 2012 through email. They cancelled the order and assured to refund within 7 working days but till date I have not received my money.
Please help me to get my money back from these fraud people and teach them lesson so other people are not harassed like me.

Recently i purchased one item via online store www.timtara.com but i never receieved the item. On discussion with them they agreed to refund the money but after that there is no revert from them. Is there any way i can get the money back or raise a complaint agaisnt them?.

Many e-commerce websites have sprung up in India. Flipkat, letsbuy, junglee etc.

I am a regular buyer of products from these websites. I really appreciate FlipKart, Saholic and to a certain extent Letsbuy. However, www.timtara.com is the worst online shopping experience I ever had.

First of all they promise delivery in 8-10 days while others deliver in 4-7 working days. I placed order and after 10 days I had to send them e-mails. Then only they replied that they will be shipping. When I had ordered product, it seemed like a good website and advised my uncle to order from www.timtara.com

My uncle put up an order worth more than 20K. The order was placed on 25th December 2011. Its 6th February but the order has not been shipped yet. Its been almost 40 days!!

Please do not buy from www.timtara.com

I have made two orders with them:

10169205 dated 13/01/2012
10175743 dated 22/01/2012

There is no sign of shipping. They don't pick up phone. If you send email - they will generate complaint id and then not do anything with it. One time they picked up the phone - they made a false promise to ship next week.

Basically - this is just a giant scam. Or they are grossly incompetent. In either case, the lesson is clear:

DO NOT SHOP WITH TIMTARA
DO NOT PAY THEM UPFRONT

which is 1 philips 5.1 home theatre system dsp35e
on order date: jan 08, 2012 and till date I haven't received any call
from them nor status has been changed in the portal for my order.
I tried to contact the customer care many times but the call
doesn't get connected and when connects there is no response from them either.
I have complaint via portal and got complaint ID via automatic
compaint generating system.Complaint ID is '18027'.
I have mailed also but every time automatic awnsers- wait for 48 hrs.
I am scared of my money, kindly request you to take necessary
action and do me a favour in getting my money refunded back soon.
