I placed my order on 31, March 2012. My order number is 10228228. It has been two months and I still haven't received my order. Its still showing awaiting shipment in their website. They haven't responded to my complaint on 8th May. I have been trying to cancel my order from 28th May but they are not even cancelling my order. I need full compensation and severe action against such fraud online stores.

I purchased 2 products, named padmini induction cooker and padmini mixer & grinder, from timtara.Com online on 20th march 2012.

Because o[censored]n-availability of the same my order gets cancelled on 10-15 of april 2012.
As per their rules on their site, I should get the refund back in 8-10working days since cancellation.

But, its more than a month and half, I didn't get any refund.
I call them frequently, but they telling me every time to again wait for next 10 working days.

On 16-05-12 I have ordered for 32" Full HD Samsung LCD TV vide order number 10256806 and also transferred full amount of Rs.27,491/- through SBM net banking. On the same day I have even received order confirmation copy. But, till today product not dispatched. When I call customer care they say that payment is pending. I have also sent may mails attaching net banking statement copy for being amount transferred till now no response. Customer care is not responding properly and saying only to mail my problem. Please any one help me.

Purchased Whirlpool washing machine on April 7th. Order confirmation stated delivery in 10-15 working days. Have been following up with the company every 2-3 days since then and all I'm told every time is that it will take another 7 days. After a month of this they said they would refund my money if they cant deliver. I've seen from other complaints that once you accept the refund offer you again have to follow up for months. Not sure if you ever get the refund.Its nearly two months since I placed my order.

ADVICE to other customers:

Do NOT accept their refund offer. Instead call up your credit card company and ask them to do a CHARGEBACK on Timtara. This will ensure that you will get your money back immediately (the bank will give you an immediate credit while it investigates the complaint). The OTHER BENEFIT is that credit card companies only allow a merchant a limited number of chargebacks in a month - if they exceed that the merchant gets blacklisted and can no longer accept payment online. FOLLOW THIS ADVICE AND GET TIMTARA BLACKLISTED BY BANKS AND CREDIT CARD COMPANIES.

I have ordered a Salora SM401 Mobile with Order Id[protected] on 27 march 2012 through this site.I paid price of this mobile through Online Debit Card.After Payment I recieved a mail by them regarding my order Confirmation.(See timtara's mail as attachement).that Delivery of the product will be in 10-15 Working Days.But after Passing Approx 3 Month,Neither I get my Product Nor get my money back.I so Many times tried to contact timtara's representatives to enquire my product status.But There is No answering of My calls and e-mails.and If anyone Received my call then they assured me to waiting for delivery of product within 7 days.But yet now I did not find any product or my money.I am victim of this site's fraudness and suffering from Mental haraasment due to this fraud.Please Do needful action against this site and help me to get my money and compensation for this trouble.

I purchased a product (WD 1 TB Hard Disk) from the said site at Rs.4561 on 2nd of May,2012 (ORDER NO[protected] . Now the site promises 10-15 days for delivery, which has well passed now...And even if I contact customer care, they say my product will eventually reach me. One executive was kind enough to provide me with a complaint number(33964) but I doubt that is to resolve anything since my order status has been the same (awaiting shipment) since it first changed the day I bought it. I'm a student in Bangalore and my course is almost completed. I move out of Bangalore in 10-15 days, and after that there'll be no point in getting the product since it'll never reach me. I never thought it'll come to this, but Timtara has certainly showed a horrible work response..
Please resolve this matter as quickly as possible, because I will be leaving this city in the second week of next month.

I had ordered a Velbon CX686 Camera Tripod - Video(CX686) with a tripod case on www.timtara.com on 10th Apr 2012, with a payment of Rs 2199.00 through my Debit Card. The transaction ID and Order Nos are 10104312 & 10234308 respectively.I am still to receive my product. The Customer Care numbers of www.timtara.com are not fuinctioning and no one is helping me out in this regard. I feel terribly cheated as I have incurred personal loss
in hopes of the product being delivered and doubt that I would trust any website over the internet again.

I Request you to please refund me the amount as I have purchased the product.

I had ordered P500 Camera from timtara on[protected] which costs me about Rs 17,000 and its yet not delivered, however they have mentioned on the website that the product will be delivered in 8-10 Working Days

I have gone through a lot of mental toucher speaking to the customer care and they always have the same answer " the product will be shipped in 3-4 days" they have no sense of showing empathy or sympathy or providing a resolution and as an IVR they reiterate the same line.

I would request you to pressurize as much as possible from your end to get the order delivered or provide me an refund at the earliest.

Also request you to ban their website as more and more Innocent customers might fall into their trap and go through the mental toucher.

On 7th may,2012, I ordered a computer printer on 'Timtara.com' for Rs2998.I paid the money via my debit card.
It has been 12 days since i ordered the product but since then i haven't received any update about the delivery of product.
My login account always show 'Awaiting Shipment' status.

Besides this poor service, Timtara rarely receives calls and never reply to emails.
I wrote an email on 12th May regarding the poor service and about the status of my ordered product, but they never replied.
Now ,on 19th May, when i called them, their agent named Ms. Nandani told me that she could not give any more information than given on my login account and also refused to give the name and number of the Manager managing Timtara.

This act clearly defies my fundamental right of RTI and dissolves all customer grievances.
I Believe nobody should order from Timtara,com

The timtara site is cheating. many of the consumers are are their victims
I paid for american tourister duffle bag for Rs.799.00 on[protected].
50 days passed the item is not dispatched. nor refunded.

I have ordered in timtara.com on 29th March 2012, order no 10226026 for a Canon camera and 10226024 for a Philips steam iron, against which full payment has been done but yet to receive the product.
The order for an iron has been cancelled within a week from timtara’s part for which the payment is still due. I have tried to contact representative several times over phone but without success. I have emailed for cancellation and then representative of timtara assured us of delivery within three days. This has been happening for the last few weeks. I am digested with the procedure.
Finally on 8th May 2012 the status for the order of the camera shows as “Payment Refund Pending”.
The payment is still pending. The site does not take care or responsibility to inform us of any proceedings. Kindly arrange for refund as this is a case of harassment and loss of faith on the online shopping system.

They are not providing any status of the order even after may calls and mails. They promised the product with 10-15 days but now there is no response what so ever.

I have ordered a Philips Sandwich Maker by Order #10237078 on 14th April 2012. But I have not yet received my order nor it have been shipped.
It has been mentioned that it will be shipped in 10-15 Days. Now its more than a maonth i.e 30 dys. I dont expect this irresponsibility from your side.
I request you to cancel my order.

BestDaam.com: I ordered refridgerator & washing machine from BestDaam.com for which I didnt get a response for over 25 days flat. Multiple emails to customer service didnt got any responses back from them & the phone number provided on the portal is always switched off. I placed the order before budget & due to the delay from their end, I have to pay 1900 + 1600=3500 extra post the budget. Post writing an email to their CEO, I got a call back from a local vendor which was selling the goods at the price next stop (he didnt recall any discounts or prefered rates from the portal) & confirmed that the rates on the portal are not updated even after telling the company number of times. There carelessness caused me 1.5 months delay with 3500 of loss flat.

Timtara.co: Seems to be all these dot com e-commerce websites do not have a right business model & just started out of blue moon. They have so many users money stuck with them. I ordered a water purifier & a geyser from them thinking it would be convenient but it was anything but that. Numourous followups on email & phone always got an assurance that your product would reach in 15-20 working days (1 month) which never came. Later when I asked for refund, customer services stopped responding to emails. My money is stuck with them now & still struggling to get my refund. I have raised a charge back with my credit co., hope this might help.

I have ordered an Mitashi 5.1 Channel Speaker with 12000w - PH 140FU on 23rd March in Timtara. There was no response from Timtara for a month and after so many mail, I got a reply that the item is not in stock and a refund of the amount is in process. The status as Refund in Process is pending for more than last 15 days and no response for the mails also. I request you to take some action in this regard.

they have told product will delivered with in 8 - 10 working days and today is 10th working day but still product is not shipped it is showing
(Awaiting Shipment) i called customer care and send mail to them, and the reply was ( We sincerely regret thee inconvenience caused to you due to the delay in delivery. This has been caused due to a heavy demand in thee product(s)you ordered.However, we are confident that the product(s) can be shipped in 7 - 8 working days. ) again they are asking 7 - 8 working days. when i checked about this site in google search i find out this website is fraud and same thing happened for many customer. so please make them to deliver of my product as soon as possible....
