I had placed my order at 18th April and today it is 9th, May this means 20 working days is already passed but my product is not been shipped to me.

My product has not been shipped till now. now I'm worried about delivery of my product. I hope you will look into my problem.
I mailed to customer care several times but received no good reply. I called to customer care of timtara.com thrice- at 3rd may , 5th may and 8th may , all they replied was that my product would be delivered to me within four working days but still my product has not been shipped.

I placed an order for TV on 27-March on Timtara vide Order Number: 10100040 and made a payment of Rs.16390,
Despite several remiders, mails and complaints and one and a half month delay, the item is still showing 'Awaiting Shipment' and I am advised 'will be shipped as soon as possible'.
Customer service phones never work and mails get one-line reply to 'be patient'

This for an item for which normal Bangalore deliveries are over-the-counter, which I cannot exercise having blocked my money for so long.

All this amounts to cheating/ fraud and I am even worried of my money.

This is really disgraceful that "Timtara, a No1 online shopping place as described by themselves has not shipped my order with it's id Order #10235986 which is booked on 13th of April 2012 till now."
The order includes 1HP 16GB Steel body pendrive.
Please do the needful otherwise I will drag you to physical consumer court.

Most disgusting part of the Timtara is "No customer support either through mail or phone call".

I have ordered 3 goods on 13.04.2012 and still the status of my order shows "Awaiting Sipment". The order Numbers are: 10236052, 54, 56‏. When I called their customer care several times they irresponsibly answered the problem is with the vendors and will receive whenever it is ready and don't know when will it be. I have sent five mails to them the same reply came from them. All the three vendors are different vendors. Annoying. Please others should be beware of timtara. They don't have enough network and a very poor adamant customer care who are repeating same replies for months together. Manytimes they don't pick up calls from pending customers. The other number they provided is always not reachable. How could it be not reachable in Kolkatta.

I asked them to refund or send the orders immediately. If I don't receive receive it in two days I will lodge a complaint in "Consumer court - Chennai south"

Sir,I placed a cancellation request 20 days back,till now they have not canceled my order and refund my amount.
my order is not getting canceled even after 20 days of placing a cancellation request and kindly return my money it is with your website since past 1 month.

I booked order of I-Ball 5.1 Home Theatre Speaker on 24.03.2012, my order no. 10222310, but due to out of stock of product i wait for 25 days after that i request for cancelled the order on 17.04.2012 & request for refund the amount. they inform me that you will refunded the amount with in 8-10 days in your account. but now it has passed morethan 10 days but amount is not refunded. IF they have out of stock of product then Why they take the order & cheated the customer?

I've ordered an Kent water purifier order no. 10219284 from timtara.com on 20the march 212. even after more than 40 days, they haven't shipped thee order and now they are telling me that the item is not in their stock. so tell them to cancel thee order and for so i send thee email to timtara customer care and [protected]@timtara.com and they told me that with in 24-48 hrs my order status will change and withe in 7 working days I'll receive my refund. now still i m waiting for thee refresh order status even after a week on complain and on talking they are telling me a lot of nonsense.
i m feeling that I've been cheated by them and feeling sorry for myself why i choose this fraud company.
Please help me this time and i swear will never do this kind of fooling in future.

On the date of 16.3.12 I booked a 1 x Inalsa Water Geyser MSG-15 from the online shopping website TIMTARA.COM.It was assured me they will deliver me within 10-15 days of booking which was also mentioned in the website.But it was already more than1 month & they were not listening.They did n't answer the e-mail & also when I called them they told me it will deliver to you next week.Two weeks already passed after they said it & again today on 29.4.12 the same answer coming from them that you received by next week.I feel like cheated.


Hence I request you please help me out.

Timtara not deliver product
Ordered 31 march order number 10227908 Microsoft XBox360 Wireless Controller (Black) timtara .com through hdfc credit card. I waiting for one month but it was not delivered. After repeated phone calls to their customer care number, I only received false promises that it will be delivered in nxt 2 days. This continued for nearly a 1 month. After contacting miss madhu as informed is customer care head he too promised that it will be delivered in 5 days. After waiting and still waiting now I want my product not money can u help me please?

Ordered Disgital Camera on 20th dec 2011. till date not received. even after sending so many mails also timtara.com not responding and not even cancelling my order. TIMTARA.COM an online sales company promises great discounts and attracts customers to make online purchases. After the payment is materialized the company does not respond to you and the customer care number 033 ---- is impossible to get.
Your money is difficult to recover and the site does not display the details for cancelling the purchase. It is only with great difficulty that the customer care rep reveals that pl send a CANCELLATION mail to [protected]@timtara.com and you may get your refund after 21 days.
The company is cheating gullible customers by taking advance payments online and keeping the funds for long duration a malpractice which is contrary to the law of the land.
EVERY ONE PLEASE BE AWARE OF DEALING WITH TIMTARA.COM AND I[censored] must please only trade in Cash on Delivery ( COD).

Hi All,

I have ordered “Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V” Mobile Phone from Timtara.com on 19th of March. They have changed the status as Awaiting Shipment on 20th March and till date[protected] it’s same. The customer care numbers they have provided does not respond and if any how after calling 20 times they connect, call disconnects after 2 minute.
If this kind of response is for getting info on shipment of product I don’t know much effort will be required for refund of money which is 15K.
Can anyone help me on this?

I am Ankit. I am very frequent Online buyer. My average online purchase in a year is 50,000 INR since last three-four years.
This is first time when I had such bad experience with any online portal.

On 17 March 2012 I placed two orders on Timtara.com for which expected delivery was 10 days. I am still waiting for shipment of my orders.
I send email to customer care but they even don't think that they should response to it.

I tried multiple time to call customer care and on 06 March I was lucky and my phone call was picked up and after picking up my call and listening my problem, customer executive respond that " Sir we will try to deliver yours order with in this week". Week is over but nothing happened to my order still same status and not a single call or email or any status update from this portal.

I think they are making fool of public by taking money in advance and enjoying it. They are so irresponsible.
And even they are telling themselves one of best on line portals.

I am surprised how DataQuest have given these ratings to such a poor performer.

I am planning to go to consumer court against it. Please advice if any body can help me.

It has been more than 3 weeks since I bought the LCD TV from the Timtara Website (order number is[protected] in the name of Mr. Sachin Gupta. They were supposed to dispatch the item by last Saturday (31 March 2012) which they first delayed to 7th April then to 9th April and then further to 11th April. Now I am not able to trace them as no one is attending my call nor they are responding to my mails.
Whenever I try to call their customer care, no one picks up the call and no one is relying to my mails as well. I want the refund of my money with interest and mental harassment charges. I have spent almost 200 rupee on STD calls also to chase them.
Please help me with the same. I don’t know what kind of company these people are running as they have no professional attitude towards the customers and they just cannot stick to the timelines.
Would also urge you to please shut down such kind of companies as they are rather ruining the image of online shopping. If you go to the online blogs then you can see so many people writing about their negative experience.

The merchant told the delivery period of 8 - 10 days but still today[protected] i have not received my order. The timtara.com website has also not updated the status of my order it is showing "Shipment awaited" since last 7-8 days. No response on the customer care number[protected] provided on website, either it is busy or when ring is going nobody is picking up the phone. i am not able to get my order or status about my order.
