I have made order of panasonic microwave order oven #10210518 from timtara.Com..,it hass been 1 month above but I not yet recieved my product ,as every one knows they r cheaters I have done big mistake ,,so I need u people help either to get the product or my money back

First of all let me tell you that i want to cancel this order #10227158 and want my money back and you can't force me to take this product. Before shipment the cancellation mails are sent which is mentioned on the site and if you are not aware about your own website details then please find attached file which says that the cancellation from my side can be done before shipment and if you want to lie about the shipment then before that please find attached other file of the current status which is shown on your website so please cancel my order because you are no where in position to prove that I am doing anything wrong and as a customer i have the right to cancel the order and take my money back from such cheaters who are creating their website and such business to fool customers and after i faced this issue i tried to find out the contact details of timtara other than those which are on your site so i got the list of complaints which people have about timtara and feel like cheated and are waiting for either products or for money back. I want you to cancel my order and give my money back to me.

Please click on the links and you will come to know what you guys are doing with customers and i would request you that stop this business of cheating and return my and others money who want to cancel their orders or have not received the products.

I ordered 2 products from Timtara.com on 13 march-12 but could not receive it till date. And no response from customer care number. It shows awaiting shipment. The order details are Order 10214290,
Order Date:[protected], product: Inalsa Maxi Deluxe Food Processor. This order is marked as Awaiting Shipment and Order 10214288, Order Date:[protected], product: Inalsa Whiffy Hair Dryer. This
order is marked as Awaiting Shipment. I tried contacting the customer care but no proper response. I want them to refund my money.

I bought a samsung laptop worth 31000 after paying online to timtara, order#1021 7528. It was 17 days back. However, neither they have given me the product nor refund the money. Their customer care is not reachable over phone. And they are also not replying my email.
In a nutshell, they have my Rs 31000 and also the laptop I bought.
I'm all prepared to take action against this.plz suggest me if anyone knows about the best possible action that should be taken against online shopping fraud. My contact details are mentioned below.

Timtara.com is a fake site. I have ordered from timtara in January and till know my order is not been shipped. I have mailed them thousand time but they never responded, i have also tried to call to thier customer care but these guys never pickup the phone.
Also there are many other people like me those who are the victims of Timtara.com.
I think we all need to stood together and [censored] the timtara guys.

they offer so much lippy deals but never delivered the product nor refund money
even customer care never anser by any mean (email,phone)

Dear Sir,

I had placed an order in Timtara.com long back on 07th March 2012 with Order No: 10209230 for one Whirlpool Superwash I-65 6.5 Kg Semi Automatic Washing Machine and paid Rs. 6,070 (Rupees Six thousand seventy) [including the discount] using my credit card. The website mentioned that the order will be delivered in 10-15 working days.

Today is 3rd April and the order is not even Shipped yet. It is still being shown as "Awaiting Shipment" in their website.

Reaching God is easier than reaching Timtara customer support number. I was unable to reach them via their customer care number[protected]. I also emailed them several time, however I got reply only once on 26th March assuring

Please accept our sincere apologies for delay

Please provide us 3 working days we will provide you confirmation when it will ship.

I did not get any response from their side after sending couple of emails. I also send sms to their number +91 [protected] for calling me back ( Kindly note that they have highlighted in their web "We work all days except Sundays & Public Holidays. In most cases you will get a reply from us within 12 working hours. You can also send an SMS on +91 [protected] and we will immediately call you back to answer your queries.."), Sorry to mention that I did not get any call from them till date.


Frustrated with this, I already sent them mails requesting to cancel the order and provide me the refund for the order. They did not respond to these mail and have not cancelled the order so far. As per their terms and conditions cancellation should be possible before shipment which they are not ready to do.

Sir/Madam, I request you to look into this matter and ensure that they quickly cancel the order and refund me my amount paid as I have no trust that they will deliver the order.

Timtara doesn't care the customers who has already placed orders. You never get response to your queries send by mails (But they have display in the website saying response with in 12 hours) or Timtara doesn't dare to pick the calls because they have huge rush of customer complaints.
But when a new person tried to place the order and somehow the payment doesn't happen, immediately he gets a call from Timtara and enquire about the payment and weather he is facing any problems during payment.

Don't irritate the existing customers. First give preference to the placed orders then look for new orders.

I ordered for a HTC Sala mobile phone which showed "in stock" and paid the full amount then only which was a sum of approx Rs.13,000.It was in the month of November last year.The product didnt came and I cancelled my order.
Now on asking about the refund of my money,they say "give us a week time and we will solve your issue".
It has been almost 5 months,I havnt got that huge sum of my money back.
I am enclosing a conversation mail between me and one of their representative.
I want some strict action towards them asap.

I have purchased a Canon DSLR camera of worth Rs 33,820 from Timtara. Delivery was supposed to be done by 8-10 days as mentioned in the website. But Timtara failed to deliver. So I cancelled the order(no[protected]. I mailed to Raja of timtara as told by customer care guys. But I am not getting any reply from him. I do call them everyday minimum of 10 times.But they say the same message like order will be cancelled within next 24 hours. But its not yet cancelled and they are not refunding my money. Customer care is so irritating that they disconnect the line in between when I ask them for refunding. Its so irritating and fraud service they are offering. Please help me on this.

I've ordered dell sports backpack(Order No:[protected] on[protected] from www.timtara.com worth Rs.595 by Internet banking.

Its been more than 15 days now, I still haven't received my product. I contacted them several times through email and
they just lied every time saying that your complaint has forwarded to concerned authority and will
deliver within 2 days, etc. Also when I asked them the reason they just ignore and didn't give any
reason at all.The phone number provided by them is fake and it is not responded most of the times.
So sir I want to lodge a complain against them and want my money back with some compensation.

As the delivery dis not happen as stated, on sending several emails, was promised shipment on 21 March 2012 vide email dated 14 March 2012.
Shipment did not happen on that date also. Again after several emails, was informed that shipment will happen within a week vide email dated 25 March 2012. That period is also over and there is no information on shipment.
The customer service is pathetic and non-existent. Impossible to get through customer care no.[protected], smsm response from [protected] and response to emails addressed to [protected]@timtara.com; [protected]@timtara.com and [protected]@timtara.com.

On googeling, came to know about several others suffering the same thing. Will like to warn all probable customers against this site.

This is to bring in your kind notice that I placed an order on 22-March 2012 on the online shopping site www.timtara.com . and below are the details:

they said that it will take 10-15 days to get the product delivered.but its more that 13 days, and i have not received any update of the shipment.
their online order tracking system says "Awaiting Shipment" , and this has not changed since last 10 days.

I have tried continuously to contact customer care contact no: [protected]. but no one pick the phone.
I have also dropped multiple email, but did not received any response.

Finally , I have to search google about timtara.com's services, and found some very disappointing reviews and am very afraid about my money.
I definitely am not looking to cancel my order, but neither wait indefinitely for the shipment.

I understand that they still have time to ship the product, but they should at least pick up phone calls and reply back to emails.
this is no good service where customer has no way to contact them back.



please help how to deal with it.

I had ordered on line the following:
1. SONY Cool pix HX9V camera order ref: 10215202
2. Sandisk card 10215200
and paid the requested amount thru Credit Card and they promised to send the above with in 7 days of order. However, from then on in spite of several E-mails their reply is evasive. Only one mail replied that also to give complaint ID instead of simply dispatching or refunding the amount. Their one helpline no. is either perpetually busy or not answering. Even copying all the details to [protected]@customer care of no response.
Please advise me if I should approach local consumer forum or register a FIR for swindling?
Any other practical suggestion on your site to AVOID / PROSECUTE such swindlers.

Timtara delivered my orders after 74 days...
I filed complains in various consumer forums and asked to my Bank proceed a dispute for the transaction. I don't know because of the complaints I logged they send me the product or their normal delivery period is minimum two months against 8 -15 days. I was planning to file a compliant in the Govt of India consumer court site http://core.nic.in/Default.aspx

Anyway i feel lucky at least as i received my orders now.

i had placed an order on timtara on the 9th of feb. 2012. i was told it would be shippped to me in 10 -20 working days. i did an online fund transfer for the said order. i am still awaiting the delivery the order. in spite of innumerable calls to a dysfunctional call centre the reponse from them is pathetic. the call centre executives are dumb and rude. i would like to raise a complaint and warn other online shoppers to wary of placing orders on the site of timtara. they seem to swindlers of the highest order.

I purchased audio system from Timtara.com on 13-March-2012. As per site it should be delivered to me with in 2 weeks. Now its more than 4 weeks no replies from Timtara. There customer care number never works. Neither they respond to emails.

I have paid through Credit card at the time of ordering the Audio system.
