Every time I would call them, they would say that the product would be delivered the next week, but that never happens. It is so difficult to even get connected to a person on the helpline. I had ordered two product from timtara.com but after two days i had cancelled the order

according to their policy if i cancel the order before shipment they will refunfd my whole money

but irrespective of that they had not refunded my 2406/- Rupees
