Dear Sir,

I have ordered for an LCD TV(Toshiba 32HV10ZE) on[protected] at 6:53 PM from Timtara online shopping website. The product has to be delivered in 10-15 Working Days,that was over a week earlier and the my stuff is still not been delivered. I have contacted them many times through complaint mail and also have tried their customer care number[protected] from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm but no one has picked, my call.... I have even sent 2 messages to +91 [protected] but never got a call from them. and in these weeks i have spent some sleepless nights ...Rs14499/- means alot to me.

yesterday, i have made some random searched for timtara complaint and only then i came to know about its fraudulent behaviour.
I am a regular customer of Flipkart & Tradus, but i have never faced any such grim situation.

I am really very disappointed about the Service provided by the timtara & mental harassment which i faced. i' therefore urge you to please file my complaint if possible and help me to recover my money back.

The order is not yet shipped. The timtara people neither replying the mail nor answering the phone calls. Please take the necessary action so that the innocent people will not become victim of this site.

I have ordered Lenova laptop through Timtara website. it's been more than a month but timtara did not turned up. i was charged 20,000 .i did not know that timtara is fake website. I am requesting you to kindly suggest me on this. I urge all of you not to order anything in timtara. I am ready to come to court also. i need some help from you in this regard.
i called timtara cusomer care number of times 90% they will not pick up our call even if they pick it up they will disconnect it in between the call. otherwise they will tell us that the product will be dispatched in 2 days but it will never happen. please help me in this regard.

I have ordered one Nokia N700 Mobile Phone(N700) on 22nd Feb 2012 01:48 pm and one Spice M-5100 Dual SIM Mobile Phone(Spim5100) 28th Feb 2012 03:01 am in timtara, but upto now no response from their
side. no one pick my call, it's either busy or keeps on ringing, I am not able find a way to contact
anyone from timtara I have also written a complaint on thier website however I haven't heard anything
from them to get an update on my order.It was written then the product will be sent in 10-20 days. It was not sent, so i did call but he was told that it will be delivered by 13 th March, then 20th March, then 22th March, then 24th March and now again they have delayed. Its been more than a month but there is no status about the order and it is showing awaiting shipment..

I had ordered one BLACKBERRY PHONE from this website TIMTARA on 25/02/2012. They had promised to despatch the same in 10 to 15 days. Despite numerous email reminders, unanswered phone calls and complaints from their site to cancel the order and credit my amount back, there is no response from their side. I think it is a bogus website. they put up attractive offers to lure customers to their site and then there is no response. This is to warn potential net-shoppers to avoid this site.

Today is the 29th March and I still haven't received the order. It has been 22 days since I had ordered the product. Every time I would call them, they would say that the product would be delivered the next week, but that never happens. It is so difficult to even get connected to a person on the helpline. The payment was cleared the next day itself. However, the status on their website still shows AWAITING SHIPMENT. I am absolutely not sure whats happening here or if I have drained the money. I have placed an order bearing sl no 10196465 dated 22-feb-12 on
timtara.Com for some high end Creative Speakers. I have paid the money
online through one of my friend's credit card. But till now timtara
has not delivered the material. Their customer care executives rarely
pick up the phone and when they do, they provide
information. Several times I have requested (written) them to refund
my money but they are least bothered.

Timtara.com is not refunding the money for Order No:[protected]Rs 16199). Order was cancelled about 3 weeks ago. It has taken me around month to get the order Cancelled, and it is nearly another month from the date of Order cancellation but I am yet to receive my money back from the Online Shopping Website.

This is regarding a frustrating experience from timtara.com - an online shopping portal! I have ordered an item on 10th Feb, 2012 but, till date (26/03/2012) they have not shipped the item! I have tried with all the possibilities but, no result yet!

I have emailed them several times and got very few reply out of those! And, each time they replied with some delayed shipment timeline! The last reply was - 'the item will be shipped on 24th Mar, 2012' but, again, failed to do so!

Called so many times on their customer care help line. Most of the times it was unavailable/unanswered! Out of more than 100 calls only 3 of my calls got answered but, after a few conversation they just simply disconnected the line with only one answer - 'your item will be delivered soon' and disconnected the line!


Right now, I am really helpless. I don't have any clue how to deal with this! I faced this kind of situation few times before but, all of those got resolved within few days but, this time I failed to do so.

So, my request to you guys would be to do something so that I can teach them lesson and no body else gets such frustrating experience ever again! Please find all the details of my order and my contact info below:

I had placed an online Order # 10213628 on timtara.com for a juicer mixer 12-13 days ago, making full payment 2499/- through credit card, since then the status of my order is Awaiting Shipment on their site.
I have tried to contact them on their given contact number Support:[protected]:30AM - 6:30PM) but this number is busy 24*7, even I have send them multiple emails on" [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com " but haven't got any reply from any of them.

As per the invoice the maximum time for delivery is 10-15 days which is ending very soon,
I just wan't to know that if order doesn't get delivered within the max. of 15 days timeline,for how much amount I should sue them for all this mess up in consumer court?

still I not received this product and I tried to call at their customer care no.[protected] more than 100 times, some times engaged and some ringing but no one lifting the phone and not giving answer, if lift the phone, they cut the phone line.
And write a letter to their [protected]@timtara.Com, I receive a message from them with this message"sorry for late, we are despatching this product on 22nd march 2012, be patience, wait till 22nd march 2012 and today I.E. 23rd march 2012 I called them and write a meessage to them, still I not receive any response from them.

Any one help to what action I take with them.
