Product not received yet from timtara.com
I have ordered for philips men grooming kit qg3250 on 24th dec. And its been more than 15 working days from the order given. But i have not received any material yet. I receved a confir ation email showing 8-10 days delivery. I tried to contact them but its really hard to reach them. Customer care executive says it will be despatched in 1-2 days. But status is showing awaiting shipment from last 15 days. Please help in refund of my money. I think they are cheating every customer

I have bought Motorola defy plus from Akash Electronics, Sec-18, Noida.On the very first day i realized that its screen starting flickering so i went back to it to shopkeeper and told about it but he refused to take it back and sent me to service center, from that day i became like a football between shopkeeper and service center and beared wastage of 14, 800.

Yes its true that these people are not responding to the calls and even not giving the replies to the emails sent. Its high time that we should file a formal complaint against timatara.

I ordered a micromax ninja a50 mobile from Timtara. Order no 10257922. I have waited 2 weeks and called them , they told it will be send in 5 days. I waited nearly month i have not got the product yet. They are cheating people's money .Please do something or else they will steal people money and leave.

Ordered a Sony Laptop (Sony VAIO YB Series VPCYB35AN) on 31-Dec2011 vide order no: 10161741 for Rs. 20,890/ and has not been delivered till date (03-Mar2012), inspite of regular reminders over mail and telephone.

On every communication the assurance was given for delivery within 3-4 days but the same was never met, creating lots of mental disturbance, wastage of time and loss in making phone calls. The event has even had an effect on my family life, where in I had promised my sister of a laptop, which i was not able to provide due to breach of trust by the Timtara. I would recommend that Timtara should be banned from Online presence in market, so that more and more people are not ditched.

I have ordered a micromax canvas 2 a110 smart phone on 5th of february for RS 9091 and i have made the payment of the order no 10393676 on[protected] through cheque for the amount of RS 9091 which has been debited from my a/c and credited in the a/c of infosecure consulting pvt ltd on[protected] ie on the same day but when i check my order status it shows that the payment is still awaiting on 10th feb i called their customer care and asked about the issue and they replied that since i have made the payment through cheque it will take 4-5 days for them to update the status of my order although according to my bank records the amount was transfered on the same day after waiting for 8 days i again called the customer care and the reply was same i.e it will take 2-3 more days according to timtaras terms and conditions since my order was not dispatched until 15th of feb i had the right to cancel my order and recieve the full amount i n 7-10 working days as told by their customer care executive to me it has been six days since i have cancelled my order via mail ([protected]@timtara.com)was the mail address given to me now on 20th of feb when i called them they have got a new reason i.e their systems are updating as a result after interacting with them for 15 days their intentions are clear they want to use the money for free and the tone of their executives is becoming rude day by day please kindly help me resolve this issue at the earliest

On[protected], I ordered a Samsung galaxy 5830 mobile phone. Their email stated that product will be delivered within 10-15 working

days. When I dint get the order within the said period, I called up customer care in dehradun[protected]. Their customer care

is so hopeless that they don't know their own work nor the SLA or the time duration for the order to be delivered. They have asked

me to wait for another 7-10 days but I have now cancelled that order and asked for full refund with interest as they have kept my

money for almost a month. I think this website and their CEO Arindam Bose is a fraud and a scamster. I'm in the process of

involving cyber crime department of Delhi police and Advocate Mr. Sunil Ramchandani who was once a victim of timtara when he

purchased a DSLR camera.

Their website needs to be offline immediately. A PIL needs to be raised to ask the authenticity of the company and the people

employed in that company. Media / News channel/papers should be approached to deconstruct such hoax companies and uncover their

true faces. Talk shows like Satyamev Jayate should take on topics for e-commerce / internet frauds.

Please do help what else can be done to bring down these scamsters.

I had purchased a Sony Cybershot DSC HX 9V camera from timtara.com on[protected], before purchasing i had called them up and confirmed that the product was in stock or not, they confirmed me that the order was in stock. I made the payment after 15 days i was told that the order is not in stock and since then i have been calling them up daily for follow up of my product. It took me 2 months to cancel my order for refund now they are not refunding the payment, its been 90 days this case if going on.
Service that they provide is just irritating, the customer care no. is engaged half of the times even i[censored] get to the customer care the only response that they give is "give us some time we will arrange a call back for u from the concerned team". they have harassed me like anything. i have had a mail chain since jan with them and also on mail chain they give the same reply.
i am stuck up now that whether i will receive my money back or not. and also the harassment i have faced by them.
timtara.com is a fraud company, kindly take some strict action against them.

Subsequent to submitting a complaint here, I asked my cousin residing in Noida to follow up with Timtara office there and the product was finally dispatched to me on 27 Dec., 11 along with a free 4gb pendrive. I also received a mail to this effect by one Mr. Raja Singh on 26 Dec., 11 in this regard.

I received my phone and the 4 gb pendrive on 28 Dec., 11, via Blue Dart courier, the AWB no of which was intimated to me via email on 27 dec., 11 by Timtara. The product came in a very good bubble packing. The product was found to be as per detail and with warranty card and all accessories.

Leaving the delay part, I received the product cheaper than the market rate and along with a 4 Gb pendrive on account of delay.

I remind you people on several occasions in last one week but could not see any positive response.

Further I kept shouting on phone for last two times for half an hour and representatives were not listening to me even .

I was promised e-mails and callbacks on both the occasions but were never made.

Every time I rang I have been given the same ticket number 37336 dated[protected] but I can’t see any progress on that till date your representatives were never seem to be helping me any way rather they were

there just to take calls and befool me by keeping me on hold for long time without refreshing the me even they did not informed me how long they are going to keep me on hold.

At last after requesting your representative 100 times she agreed to transfer my call to the floor manager Swati and she promised me an email in the 24 hours which again did not happen.

I am sorry to say that is the example of the worst customer service I have ever seen and you claim that “timtara.com is Rated No. 1 for “User Experience” by Dataquest Magazine + Sapient-Nitro Research in Jan'11 within 7 months of launch”

Product not received yet from timtara.com
I have ordered for philips men grooming kit qg3250 on 24th dec. And its been more than 15 working days from the order given. But i have not received any material yet. I receved a confir ation email showing 8-10 days delivery. I tried to contact them but its really hard to reach them. Customer care executive says it will be despatched in 1-2 days. But status is showing awaiting shipment from last 15 days. Please help in refund of my money. I think they are cheating every customer

After completing one month still my shipement has not been deliver to me. I am tried 100 times to your customer care they also give me new complaint number, and refuse to give the phone line senior person of their depatment, Once I contact Ms. Hemani on[protected], she also promise me within 24 Hrs, it will be done, but she failed . I also asked to cancel and provide me full refund. But, they are not responding.

I would not recommend anyone to do online shopping from this site. This is my worst online shopping experience

please call on [protected] a toll free no for Department of Consumer Affairs Govt. of India. they are very loyal & it works.

and please tell this to all your friends who got suffered from this.
