HI, ATTENTION FOR CUSTOMERS ANY ONE NEVER GO FOR TIMTARA. IT IS A FRAUD LOOTING SITE In my 5 years shopping experience first time Timtara cheating me On 04/10/2011 i make a paymaent of Rs.5300 for two(2) WESTERN DIGITAL ELEMENTS DESKTOP 1 TB HDD (@3150 * 2=6300 - Discount 1000= 5300) ORDER NO: 10103057 I m calling 2more times after 10days of payment, the customer care tell me the item not ready stock and sent it on 17th. Atlast 19/10/11 i received a parcel from TIMTARA, but it contain only 1 HDD and 2 HDD bill, I m paying for 2 Hdd. I m calling customer care and they tell me check it and given replay throw email.Then my accont inticate the order " COMPLETED". Im calling timtara customer care number [protected] but they r not received my calls now, my calls are divert to another number ithink it is fax number, and i lost my phone balance also, Timtara looting my money first throw shopping and now cheating throw their customer care number [protected]. i m also mail to [protected]@timtara.com At last they replay me on 27/10/11 Thank you for writing complaint with us.�� � Your complaint id '11843' for further communications.� But my account status is order completed, and no further action yet, i think timtara cheating me because timtara not attend my calls and proper answer to my mail. I had ordered one Ozone make electronic motorised safe (Order No.10274770 for Rs.13700/-) and one Gryphon Beverage Preparation Espresso coffee maker (Order No.10274768 for Rs.1459/-) on 20/06/2012 and paid a sum of Rs.15159/- through credit card (payment processed through Techprocess, Mumbai). The Transaction Id is 10121614. More than three and a half months have since elapsed but I have so far not received the above products inspite of repeated telephone calls and emails. Everytime I am told that the products will be shipped within 5 to 6 working days. Please arrange to get my products delivered or get the money refunded at the earliest.

(Banners are very attractive and timtara Delight wall will be very attractive) to cheat the persons easily... WHEN EVER YOU CALL CUSTOMER CALL THEY WILL TELL WITHIN 24Hrs our time will response. but upto 7 months for me no response 50 times called :-(

I am constraint to write to TIMTARA.COM re. my order no. 10404160 for ASUS Laptop but despite several reminders of my complaint for refund of Rs. 14, 449/- due to not providing me the product timtara has not taken any action so far.. I have made the full payment online with transaction no. 10178229.
As per discussion held on[protected] on their phone at [protected] with they promised to return my money back but didn't refund any money.
I am constraint to file a police complaint for fraud against them. This is my final call to timtara Kindly return my money back urgently.

This is Kondareddy from Bangalore. I ordered (Order Id:[protected] a mobile which is worth Rs. 9200 from Timtara on Feb 1, 2013. Till May 1, 2013 issue was the same as with u. Now i got the refund. U can also get the refund i[censored] pay thrue credit card.
What u have to do is:
1. Call to credit card customer care and tell the issue with timtara.
2. They have an option called (Credit back the Transaction after doing some research from their side).
3. They ll ask u to submit one form (Name: Cardholder Dispute Form) along with proofs of order like email proofs.
4. they ll credit the money into ur account within 10 working days.
