we booked a citizen blood pressure monitor CH605 worth 1030 rs through indiatimes online shopping by state bank debit card date 4/08/09.our issued order no. is[protected].but after sometimes indiatimes send a msg for cancellation order and refund money through a gift certificate.but till now we did not get gift cheque.pls solve my problem immediately.my mobile no. is [protected], .[protected]. i have send complain before 10 days but till now we did not get any response from ur site.pls give me a response.

My name is Rohit Thakur from Gurgaon, I had heard about timtara from my Bank account and got temted to buy a Mitashi DVD Player thinking that since it is being promoted by ICICI Bank it must be a good online shopping website. However to my utter disappointment, i had ordered the product on 21st July 2011 and made online payment. Till date i have not recieved the product and calling their customer care is also of no help.

I would honestly suggest to all the people who shop online not to buy any product from this website as their services are extremely poor and unprofessional.

Timtara.com — PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED AFTER 40 DAYS OF BOOKING

Dear Sirs,

I have a purchased a Samsung ME83HD-B 23Ltr Solo Microwave Oven on 02/11/2011 on Timtara.com having Order #10122555 by paying full money. The delivery date was 10-15 days from the date of booking. But after 40 days of booking I have not received the product. I have also file a complain on timtara having complaint id is 12447 & regularly follow-up. But they are only assuring that the product will despatch soon.

Please advice me shall i file a FIR on timtara or wait.

Timtara.com — not shipping my order

i have place two order no- 10144925 & 10144933 om timtara.com on 12/12/2011 but they have ship them yet as per there website there maximum shipping time is 10 days. the have not replying to my mails & not picking telephone.

there are lot of customer complaining to them but the have not responding to anyone

Even I have also ordered the tablet PC for 14890 still there is no response from them i have written a mail couple of times to cancel the order and refund the amount but they are not at all ready to refund the amount and if i call to customer care every-time they ask me to write a mail to [protected]@timtara.com what is the use of writing a mail to them if they don't read the mails,

No reply to mails either they are fraud i am planing to drag them to the Delhi court for closing the timtara online e-commerce shopping.

Let us see what we can do to them for cheating people like this...

I strongly recommend everyone not to buy any product from them coz they are fraud.

I booked the order on 4th of January 2012, till today i have not received my order, though they promise the delivery within 8-10 working days, also there is always busy, the phone operator doesn't tell you anything, just tells you that you have to mail, on email also there is very bad response and false promises. My order number is 10163821.

I had ordered a Verbatim 1TB Hard Drive from Timtara.com on December 26, 2011. INR 4,951 was debited from my card promptly. Even though the product was supposed to be delivered in 8-10 days, I waited patiently for nearly a month before placing a complaint on January 23, 2012. I did not get any reply for the same. I tried calling[protected] and sending an SMS to +91 [protected] but no one responded to my calls (or) messages. I messaged [protected]@timtara.com on January 30, 2012 and February 1, 2012 asking them to refund my money as I did not receive my product and still didn't receive any reply. I messaged the customer complaints officer (CCO) at [protected]@timtara.com on February 3, 2012 and still didn't receive any reply. I have run out of patience now. If I don't receive a refund in my account within a week, I am going to initiate a legal complaint against timtara.com. This is the final time I am trying to contact you guys for the same. Next time, please answer to the court.

Timtara.com — product not delivered since more than 35 days

I have ordered sony home theater system from timtara they said it will be delivered in 15-20 days today more than 35 days have passed thre is no sign of shipping yet. pls take some action. i have already paid for that. or ban such online shops i[censored] recieve more no. of complaints. they are not responding on phone or mail also. kindly take some atrict action.

My order no: #10197439 is showing awaiting shipment from last 40days. When I contacted them they are responding saying "it will be delivered in 2-3 days." This is happening from last 25 days. This is happening with lot of customers. So request to please taken action ASAP as no one else should suffer like me.

At the time of purchase, I received on invoice mentioned my product, amount, successful payment and delivery of time ( 10-15 Days).

But the specified delivery time already over and till now my product is not delivered. When I tried to contact the Customer Care they told me that product will be delivered soon.

From last one month the product in “Awaiting Shipment” status.

I am a bit worried about my transaction now as non of the customer care executive was able to answer my queries properly.
