That the same was dispatched by you on 4.5.2011 by speed post vide airway bill no. EM[protected]IN.
That the same was dispatched to rohtak through speed post while it was to be sent to sirsa.
That the abovesaid pan card has not been delivered to me after a lot of days.

So you are requested to send my pan card from rohtak to sirsa and the same may be dispatched to me as soon as possible.

I Want to inform you that the Pan card was sent by you through Speed Post.Date:-2.04.2011.By Pan Card not Recd.We are residing on this address but it Seems that due to certain Confusion .Post office has returned bank the post to you.Has been Return.
