[Resolved]  Uninor — barring of outgoing calls

Dear Sir,

My mobile number is [protected]. I took this uninor connection on 22.01.2010. I used this connection for one week time and my out going calls barred from that time.

when i enquired with the selling agents they said may be some network problem and it will get ok.

When i enquired with the customer care people they said the proof is not clear. Then i again enquired with the selling agent they said the proof is not yet been received by the UNINOR people.

I dont know why they are doing like this. When we made a call to the UNINOR representative he is also not answering the call.

The complete problem is with the UNINOR people and why they want to barr my out going calls.

Make necessary action to unbarr my outgoing calls.

Hey this is Blessen Cherian here from Lucknow.
This is the second time i am writing this mail to you.
I got a call from uninor lucknow and Mr. Ahmed he was shouting at me..
I am not going to take this as a normal thing and i dont care of 149 Rs. which i have paid..
This is not the way to deal with the customers and now i am going to inform all the sites and consumercomplains regarding the same. I[censored] cannot do the service simply why are u bothering the customers.. I had chat with barti and now in behalf her Ahmed is calling me and he saying i[censored] want to take action u take...Whats happening..?You are hurting this and this will be taken seriously.
