I have been facing serious problem from ur uninor network.
I'm a user o[censored]r uninor network (up west)

The problem is that the network deducts the users balance without any reason........

Its the 3rd time it happened to me.......
First time ur callertune servive was activated and the balance was deducted....... But after the complain the balance was trasferred back to me...

Second time on again my balance was deducted 0n 14th december, around 39 Rs but this time refund wasn't done....... The reason was that the deduction wasn't showing on your server........ I kept on calling for damn 15 days n even more but nothing was done, Once the complaint was registered and the complaint no. was given to me..... but after 48 - 72 working hrs also nothing was done this time the reason was the complaint registered was by mistake....
You won't get your balance. What the hell this was........ first the told me to call next 4 hrs coz the update wasn't showing on the server and after that again they use to posponed that........... At last i left....

But the 3rd time on 21st of January 2011 again my entire balance suddenly drop down to 0.00 from around 149 Rs........ This time it was ridiculous.......... From last 9 days i hv been calling to your customer care and nothing is done and the favourite rply o[censored]r customer cares are sorry sir the server is down we can't check ur details kindly call after 4 hrs thank you..........


During the 2nd prblm i might have called more than 50 to 60 times to ur care but nothing happened...

And from 21st jan i hv called more than 15 to 20 times and still facing the problem....

Same thing happened to me twice...
I am using Uninor in Jharkhand.
First time in Feb when i was in roaming the mobile was switched off, then the balance was deducted and unlimited music service was activated which i came to know when i swithc on the mobile once i was back to jharkhand. then the customer care says that u must report within 24 hrs for refund.
Now 2 days back agian Rs. 35 balance was deducted and another uninor to uninor free service is activated. then i called customer care repeatedly for 15-20 times...
guess what their reply...
our systems are down please call after 3 hrs...
this networking is looting peoples money.

    I use uninor prepaid mobile service

    recently i got a message from UNINOR stating that a music pack has been activated on my account.

    i never asked for any pack and i was deducted Rs :60/ .I have sent a mail at [protected]@uninor.in but to no avail . i

    didn’t get my money back .i am very irritated with uninor and feel like sueing it

      Dear Sir,

      This is raju as a uninor retailer and my demo no is [protected], I recharge one STV GPRS pack to the No: [protected] at the time of 10.32 and transaction No[protected] at the time i got the Flash message is Recharge is not possiable at this moment please train again later. after that i rechage to the same STV PACK to the same no [protected] at the the time of 10.34and the Transation No is[protected] same message will be repeated i.e Rechareg is not possiable at this moment. after that i got two messages your recharge is sucessful and deduct the amount at twice . after i raise the complaint to the customer care and complaint no is [protected] .and today i.e[protected] i go the call form back end people and the no is [protected]. the company policy STV is not reversiable. This is Problem occured from only the software. the company has to change policy or else make the alteration in the software. i mean in other operator like airtel, vodafone. the same no and same denomination is not recharge twie with in five to ten minutes, so i request you to reverse the STV amount. other wise i file case in the consumer court,
      This is as a my uninor no [protected], pleas stop unwanted calls & Unwanted Massages so please stop unwanted immediatly.
      i did registered for dnd (uninor), lator de-register but, i'm only getting promotional sms from uninor & not from other ones which also important.sim card also has a technical problem, which caused software damage to my nokia c1 handset, that would cost around 500-700 rs.& i think it's not going to worth as for low call cost we lost mobile set.

        i have to complaint about the dedicting account balance from the phone for value added services without any notification .when i asked to refund the my balance account to the uninor customer care they said that it has been activated since 2 weeks agoand only complants tat could be refund which reported before or at 5 days from activation date. they said tat complant can registered and it will be resolved within 72 working hours but no resolution obtained to me .this cheating to subscribers done by uninor .

          Uninor Prepaid Customer (+91 -[protected])

          I have bought a new uninor prepaid number which was working fine but unfortunately I've activated a caller tune on 13-01-11, but they have not activated any caller tune and deducted money when I calledto customer care nobody is listening to my complain and giving reply your service will be shortly activated,
          my number is +91 - [protected], not only that the bloody customer representative says that this number is not even register to me... and he can't verify the details, I know I've personally submitted all the necessary documents and photographs to vendor how the hell they activate number without verification,
          I suspect they are misusing my documents in antisocial activities

          Is there anyone who can teach lesson to these fraudsters what TRAI is doing ?

            then i ask uninor customer care,customer care said ,they fix in my mobial (by defaut)one dialor tone,then i say plz u return my money and just deactive my dialor tone,they disconnect my dialor tone but my balance no back, they said it will no return money ,

            UNINOR — automatic cut my money

            have a uninor connection no [protected] in the name of Rajul Shah, on Friday company dedcuted Rs 30 without any notice of confirmation than i called on [protected] at arround 8.10 pm at that time the person repalied me that u lodged complain it is company's policy and why u called us? and he put the phone than after at 8.25 i called Mr Rakesh and he lodged complain and he did not give me a name of this person and he said that it is compnay's policy that we did not give name after they refund me of Rs 30 than on saturday they again deduted Rs 50/- and i tlaked with Mr Shivkumar and he said why u called here u have activeted your self than i said him give a numer which i called for registerd this service or give me details of SMS than he repalied that there is no record than he diconnect the phone and one time they deducted Rs 30 and next day full out standing amount of my phone it means you are harresment to me and now from my phone did not connect service center [protected] they stoped my service . tell me one thing if its ativated me than why you no give me no that i had called and activated service what no and what time give me in writing.
            This is a regular complaint o[censored]ninor. If we contact in [protected], the customer care operator informed that this deduction was made as per your request of some value added services. Then if we deny the request from our side then they give us a solution to quit from the specified service. If we strongly asked him to quit the service from ur side, then the problem solved within seconds and the amount re credited to our account. This is uninors usual procedure. It is very pathetic to say that Uninor is fraud GSM provider in India. Better u change to some other service providers.

            Uninor SIM — disconnecting my sim services again and again without telling the problem and solving it after visiting the uninor store 3 times

            I have visited uninor store 3times and they activate my sim and again next day services are disconnected ,they are not solving my problem and even they dont pick up the call on the no of the store they have provided.The customer services are very pathetic.

                      CUSTOMER CARE,
                      We are the customer of your Uninor. Our prepaid MOBILE Nos. are [protected] and [protected] but it is regretted to state that I m not satisfied with your services because every time your system is not working properly and time and again I’ m facing problems. The Executives of your Customer Care are not giving proper advice nor attending to the complaints lodged. Immediate on recharging some amount is deducted towards Masti Pack on Mobile No. [protected]. In this regard it is pointed out that, I had not applied to the said Scheme. So please take it as a serious matter and do the needful to deactivate my the Masti pack Scheme (additional services ) & other unwanted SMS sent to us on the above mentioned Mobile Nos, .

                          uninor mobile telecommunication has problems on caller tunes which was actvate automatically and balance will be deducted but customer care will not help me for this matter. every time my balance will be deducted.

                          Kindly treat the matter as urgent also credit my a/c balance as soon as possible.

                            I have submitted my documents to Unior Gallary at Andheri (E) on 20.12.2010, then too my mobile is ome time disconnected and could not receive incoming and make outgoing calls. I have made complaints also, they make it workable for few hours, then again they disconnect it. Due to this I am facing lot of problem to receive and make calls from Uninor.                               I have a Uninor pre paid No., I am using this number for last 6 to 8 months. On 17th evening my out going calls on this no. were barred for no reason. When checked up on 121 cust care on 17th evening they have repoted that the calls will be activated by 12 mid night but not happened, Again I have contacted on 18th morning at 8.30 am and I was told due to technical issue the call were barred and will be activated by 12 noon which has not happened. Again I have contacted Uninor cust care and I was told to wait for today.

                              This is a regular problem with Uninor.

                              I am holding 198 plan with this provider in which 700 mins free local calls were provided for 30 days and my validity will expire on 19th Dec'10 without using for 2 days.

                              I am also missing some important calls during these 2 days.

                              Request your action on the same.

                                hi, i bought uninor gsm card from a camp near my house on Jan 2010. but from the last 7 days i not able to make outgoing calls or message. when contacted uninor service center they told me that my documents are rejected. But i had submitted all the needed documents. i have found some 300 complaints against Uninor most of it is for the same reason. Kindly cancel their Liscence in India ASAP. They are real fraud.

                                Hi, I have taken gsm uninor sim.I would like to connect to gprs on my mobile. The model of my mobile is LG KP199. I have tried so many times but it shows some times connection failed and some times APN error. I called so many times customer care. They sent one message and i accepted it and it was installed but gprs is not activated and once again shows same errors. After i called customer care but they didn, t response any proper way. I want gprs connection.

                                  I have taken a prepaid connection from Uninor on Jan 2010 after submitting the relevant documents. After 7 months of my connection i was again intimated about document re-submission. I did the same on August, 2010. This is the scenario since i have taken up this connection. Now it is very painful to describe that my connection has found to be barred while i was trying to make a local call since morning 10 AM. I have recharged my connection with 200 just two days back i.e., Dec15, 2010 so that i may not run out of balance. I spoke to the customer care and it seems they have misplaced my documents because of which they have barred my connection. Please look into this matter as the mistake is not from the customer's end. As far as my knowledge goes no telecom companies do such things without prior informing a customer. Please take strict action against them and i want their license to be cancelled as soon as possible. They don't deserve to do any business in India.

                                  I also urge the Indian citizens who so ever sees my post, please please please don't take any connection from Uninor telecom. Although i will spread the news in all the News Channels, News media and probable communication media to aware o[censored]ninor telecom through India. Thanks, Mrityunjoy C

                                    I took new uninor sim. After 4 days the outgoing was banned and now the incoming i is also stopped. I had filled the form fully. Theey are noot activating the cell affter co, plaints also. The service sucks.

                                    I had subscribed and got UNINOR connection on 15.12.2010 being number [protected]. Ever since I am having network problem inside my house. most of the time my Mobile screen displays "No service" or "Limited service" inside my house where other mobiles are working fine. I had complained about the same to your help line number on 17.12.2010 and one service personal arrived on 27.12.2010 for inspection. But till date, my problem has not been resolved and I am not being able to use my connection from my house.
                                    Since I believe your such after sale service may tarnish your company's image, I would request you to please direct your service personal to take up the matter with appropriate seriousness and solve my problem ASAP.

                                    i have requested to operator to get me with his senior the same is also disscussed wth the seniors number of time. one more thing i have certain suggetion also but no we have negative response from your end.                                     UNINOR — Starting extra service without any request

                                    I have purchased UNINOR mobile card ([protected]) in December 2010 . Earlier , they have started caller tone service without my request and charged me with Rs 30. I tried many times to close that service , at last they stopped it but didnt returned my money back.
                                    Now again they have started another service "Cricket Mania" without my request and charged me with Rs 10 and Rs 30 again and again.
                                    Kindly suggest me the solution for same.

I have not opted for any Value added services, when iam trying to contact your back office nobody is responding twrds this complaint, I hereby request you to deactivate all the value added services henceforth and not deduct any charges from my a/c.

                                    hi, I also admit uninor connection is the worst of all network connection presently available. They are basically cheater. They deduct balance unnecessary & VAS charges deducted from my main balance without my consent. They even not refunding the deducted within the stipulated period. Even when I am trying to reach to customer care through the number 198 & 121 they are not responding. Its just disgusting. My advice to all not to take uninor connection as they are acting as thief & they are practising fraud.

                                    Respected Sir, I purchased new sim o[censored]ninor, after one day I got a call from your side in which It was told that new offer for caller tune, I refused to take this offer, but after 15 minute I got a message that thanks for choosing caller tune worth rs, 40. i[censored] wanna deactivate call on 777. I called on 777 and i was assured that your Rs 40 will be coming back to yr account within 48 hrs. but we did not receive the same. I tried to talk yr executive, but no response, finally 10 Rs came back to my account. when I talked on toll free no. he is saying that I have activated my music, but I did not do so. Finally I deactivate the same and received a message that my music has been deactivated but no amount is received back to my account. plz look into this matter and solved accordingly.

                                      The company has activated the caller tune and charged Rs.40/-.and it was renewed today.

                                      But I made a compliant to the Authorised Agent At adoni they made it clear and deactivated the song.

                                      But I have not recd., Rs.40/- charged at the first time.

                                      I made a compliant to the costomer care but matter is not resolved.
