Sir,
I have uninor connection since February 2011, i have switched to Uninor from Vodafore through MNP. On[protected] i have activated SMS pack of Rs. 7 per month through IVR option o[censored]ninor by dialing 50004. I have activated on morning about 10 a.m. but the same was not activated till 11.00 pm night hence i had contacted to Uninor Customer service and i have been given a code to dial to activate the SMS scheme. accordingly i have dialed and scheme was activated by deducting Rs. 7. now today i got the massage that my scheme is activated and Rs. 7 has been deducted. I have again contacted to Uninor customer care service than if my scheme is already activated than how it has been activated twice. i have been given unsatisfactory reply that you have activated SMS scheme through IVR though it was not activated and you have dialed the code to activate SMS. now the scheme which was to be registered thorogh IVR has been activated hence you balance has been deducted twice e.g. Rs. 7 + 7 = 14. Customer care executive fails to reply of my question that Uninor should not deduct the balance twice for the same scheme as the scheme is already activated, he transferred to my call to any lady and she also failes to reply of my query and she informed me that she is transferring my call to Senior Executive and suddenly she disconnected my call. Now when i try to call to customer care, my phone does not connect to customer care to talk to executive as i have already made one call to customer care in a day. I really want to know that give me any of the good reason to stay connected with UNINOR. I am going to switch to VODAFONE. alteast vodafone response to customer's query which UNINOR has not done.

    I got a call from uninor lucknow and Mr. Ahmed he was shouting at me..
    I am not going to take this as a normal thing and i dont care of 149 Rs. which i have paid..
    This is not the way to deal with the customers and now i am going to inform all the sites and consumercomplains regarding the same. I[censored] cannot do the service simply why are u bothering the customers.. I had chat with barti and now in behalf her Ahmed is calling me and he saying i[censored] want to take action u take...Whats happening..?You are hurting this and this will be taken seriously.

    i took uninor sim 3month past, this sim barred continously 6 times, i informed many times but there is no action, please help me

    Mobile Ph Uninor — Unable to make Calls

    My nane is Dipankar Roy & my Uninor Mobile # is [protected].I have bought this sim card in the month of July from Priyankush & Tuhin Telicom, A/97 Rabindra Pally Kolkatta 700086
    At that time the cost of the sim was Rs 75 & the balance provided to my account was Rs 65.The call rate was @ 1:00 Per min.On the 10/08/2010 all incomming & oitgoing facilities were closed from the sim
    The retailer while providing the sim documents ,however did not mention on signing on the photo i provided due to which the operator has temporary blocked alll services to my sim . I have submitted my Photo ID & Pan card & Driving licence (Xerox copy)
    I have Signed on the Photo provided to the retailer on 09/08/2010 & did recharge with a promo of Rs 170.00 (One month validity ) .But still the service has not been provided to me .

    Myself Vamshi krishna. I took Uninor mobile connection 10 days ago. Today all my outgoing calls have been barred along with customer care numbers without any intimation to me. Please look into this issue.
    why the hell are they barring the numbers in uninor ? i have no clue . i have enough balance and with no msg from UNINOR . This is unacceptable.

    UNINOR — deactivation of my tunes

    The my tune activation was activated without my permission & 40 rupees was cuts from my cell phones balance. so, please deactivate the my tunes from my cell phone immediately.

    uninor ka mobile internet service ekdom third class hai. mera messege aya ki 14 rupeeya main 500 md data download free. main rechearge kiya. koi download hota nahi hai, chalu hota to 1 minute ke baad ruk jaata hai. mera 14 rupiya borbad hua.airtel is the best. long live airtel. uninor is a cheater company. bad service provider.

    i m using uninor mobile service.my mobile no is [protected].today they have debited caller tune charges from my balance.i have contacted customer care for that. they have replied that u have activated callertune services from 15 th aug 2010.i have not activated any services . without my knowledge they have activated the services and deducting the charges.i came to know from their today message that they have deducted RS 60/ for caller tune charges.they are playing mischief with me.so pls do needful to get back my charges.
    Uninor is very worst network.They have launched Rs.198/- scheme. I bought a sim [protected]. They cut the service next day, without any reason. They are not even responding properly.This is a fraud network.Dont choose this.

    This is the third time that my balance got deducted without my prior notice. I awys i hear the same thing that there is a technical problem and the Customer Care Executives cannot upgrade my data. This is a nice way to fool people. I am absolutely annoyed. Sometime back one of the representative called me and spoke about different offers to which i straight away rejected but they some activated it without my prior notice. This is a matter of concern as it is violating my privacy and it calls for inviting a legal action against the company.
    This is pathetic
    My cel # [protected], With out my concern diallor tone songs added and Rs40/- deducted from my account. I made 4 calls to 121 and spoke to abhshek, madhulatha, medam name not remember, then jagan but nothing is happned till now. So i request you to kindly check and de-activate diallor tone and return Rs.40 to my account.

    Uninor Prepaid Mobile Connection. — Activation of vulgar caller tunes without requesting it

    Uninor activated some vulgar romantic caller tunes on my mother's phone number and deducted Rs.40/- within 2 hours of sending an intimation sms.

    When we ask for any service or deactivation they ask for 24 Hrs or 48 Hrs. But activation of such unrequested hello/caller tunes, they only takes 2 hrs.

    Moreover, in the evening when I called customer care no.121, Mr.Dheeraj said your account is not showing any activation as of now, so please call sometime later.

    Uninor WB — Abusive calls from +919126239108

    [protected] , this is the uninor number from
    which the calls are coming. The voice behind
    uses very bad slang languages and also very
    abusive in nature. I have to cut the calls many
    times. But day by day the no of calls is increasing
    and it is very annoying.

    Uninor Telecommunications — recharged but benefit not received

    I have recharged with 19 rupees but till now i have not benefits of recharged amount. recharged on 18 may2011. I have called on customer care three times but they are given solution . and also dropped my call from executive side. so i have called uni nor customer service with disconnection my calls. my number is [protected] .
    Provide the all benefits with late benefits.

    Uninor Cellular Ltd — Loss of GPRS pack

    I was activated GPRS plan on dt.01/05/2011, but from 5/05/2011 my gprs
    not working. i was comlained many times on customer care [protected]
    form 08/05/2011, but proper solution was not given from your team. and
    also not getting complaint no.
    after two week my complain was locked and given me No.-SR1-[protected].
    ON Dt. 17/05/2011. after this one call is coming form customer care

    Uninor — my money getting deducted every day from last month

    Hi i bought uninor number [protected] few months back from pune,i got talk time as 55 rs.My mobile got sum problem so i gave it for repairing,so this uninor number [protected] was not in used for many weeks.then finally i start using this number few weeks back but when i checked my balance it was showing rs 2..i dont know how rs 53 was deducted from my account as my sim was not used for many days...then i again recharged for 55 rs..but even now every day my balance is getting deducted of its own,although i dint activated any value added services,i buyed this sim card cos its have per hour tariff changing plan,as shown in advertising boards,but even that is not working for my number,so please try providing me services on same terms on which i bought this uninor number [protected],and please deactivate all services and dont deduct amount daily from my account,try refunding amount which have been deducted or at-least stop deducting money from my account daily,please..

    Uninor [Unitech Wireless (Kolkata) Pvt Ltd ] — Deducting balance unnecessarily

    My uninor mobile no. is [protected]. On 20th June ’11 WAP Models Unlimited had been activated with out my request. Pl. note I am not a mobile internet user. Customer care representative / supervisor had no explanation, why it was activated. I had lodged compliant for deactivation on 21st June ’11 of which compliant no is 1-[protected] and was told me some 36 hours would be taken for deactivation of WAP. But deduction of money from main balance is going on daily basis till to date. I had several chat with your call center representative / supervisor, but they did not help me. Lastly on 25th I had a chat with your call center supervisor some Bithica Bora & was become surprised that I have to deactivated WAP models from my hand set by my self or otherwise she will be happy if I will go through PORTABILITY. It can be concluded as per your officials’ version, once customer recharges some amount for uninor a/c that becomes uninor property with out having any service commitment. Uninor has no botheration about telecom rules and regulation. Please do needful.

    Uninor — Music Download

    Hi I'm Narendra Accountant from Dholka Dist Ahmedabad on 30 August 2011 my Music Unlimited Service automatically got activated and my balance of Rs 40/- got deducted.

    I wrote approximately these fraud people said I have activated the Music unlimited service download and no refund will be provided.

    Problem 1 :- I have activated a scheme STD minutes of Rs 33...My balance has been deducted, but still i have not get the scheme activated...Every time i make a call, My Mail balance shows deduction which is not included in the scheme...

    Problem 2 :- A scheme of M GREETINGS is activated without my Concern and Rs 10 has been Deducted though i haven't asked for it to be activated...

    Problem 3 :- I tried to contact the customer care manytimes but i am unable to contact the customer care...

    Therefore, Please take some action and try to solve my problem as soon as possible...

      on 30Th of july i received a sms from the uninor service that your request for the activation of the hello tunes has been received and they are detecting 40 Rs for this. i then call the customer center, and ask abut this, then he replied that i myself had dialed the number in order to activate this service.At that time i thought if might be possible that i by mistake had dialed the number, i then ignoreit, but on1 aug i had received a another sms that your request for the activation of the my tunes has been received and they are detecting 20 Rs for this.i had again complain for this but again i received the same reply.

            i have activated interne 24 ka pack 7 day before since than i am not able to browse .
            i have call daily to your customer care but i am not getting any help after being in line more than a hour.
            i got call 5 day after by mr. mahendra at resolution date and after communicating one minutes call disconnect and then mr mahandra didn't call back and put the remark and close the call by own without asking the customer and his senior mr. deepak also not interested to listen the problem.

            i don't understand what type of service u provide and if your technical team not capable to provide the service then why you are sending the different type of service message in day for more than 15 times.


            i[censored] feel that customer should get for which they are paying then resolve the same.

            UNINOR — Internet service

            I bought uninor sim a month ago and recharge for 6gb internet pack validate for 1 month worth 100rs. I cannot use the whole 6gb continuosly, there is limitation of 200mb per day so i[censored] donot use it everyday it will be replaced by 200mb on another day no ++ only 200mb.
            Now this sucks, not only that I can not even download anything from websites.
            Like Once I start downloading a file and not browsing internet then the downloading stops after 5 seconds(speed 15kbps -> 10kbps ->6kbps -> 1kpbs -> finally 0kbps). Now this sucks more.
            So dont buy uninor simcard or buy on your OWN RISK.
            Total waste on time and money.

            sir I have problem with uninor prepaid internet. They provide internet service to me. Whenever I want to open my browser they display the error msg 'connection not available'
            After trying many times they will connet or may not connect. Whenever I call to coustomer care they every times says take new gprs settings. But trying these suggestions problem not solved. This problem is happen only with uninor another like airtel they work properly please solve immediately.

                  From 6th June 2011, i am the this sim cared holder.
                  (1) Uninor have barred my SIM Card, I have called tocustomer care and they are telling due to some technical problems it is being barred but they are not saying which kind of thecnical problems.I have called at 05.15 p.m. on 29th July 2011. I talked with one customer care executive but he could not give me satisfied reply and he transfer the call to his senior by saying me to put the call on hold. i have kept the mobile to my ear for 48 minutes but no body was come and finally they cut the call. Right now i have the scheme for 198 Rs. per month on this SIM card and i am using this card for most of the incoming and outgoing calls. So i suffer for incomming and outgoing.
                  - when i have got the card i have submitted the documents and i dont understand that i[censored]ninor have lost my documents then they are the responsible not me, so they cant close my card service.
                  (2) I have registered for the do not disturd activation form last one week and my registor No. is[protected] but still i am getting so many calls in a day and finally they barred my card.
                  ITS A REDICULOUS.

                              I had recharge my cell no.[protected] on 9th of July, 2011, with Rs.33. In that recharge I have to get Rs.99/- as per the scheme. But I had get talktime of Rs.49/- only. Then I called to customer care for the talktime, he assured me that the remaining talktime of Rs.50 will get after 48 hours i.e. in 4 days after recharge. Then I wait for 3-5 days more. Then I complaint to cust. care about it, they assured me that the complaint will be solve upto 12.00 at night on 18/07/2011. Then also I didn't get talktime. Thereafter I called on 20th July, customer care representative had transferred my call to his seinour, he assured me that your complaint will be forwarded to Technical Dept & will resolve in two days a telephone call will receive you in that regard. But thereafter also matter is pending. Now every day I call to customer care & they were giving me fake assurances. Now I am suffering with loss of talktime. How can I beleive on them ?                                 I have taken Uninor CIM (Number : [protected]). I did not use the CIM for 3 to 4 months and recently I decided to use the CIM and got it recharged for Rs.198 and the reacharge was successfully done, but when checked the CIM, it was found that on dialing the number it was giving that Mobile is switched off.
                                When I inquired with the Uninor local office and also at help line, the reply was that due to not using the CIM for more than 3 months the CIM has been deactivated.
                                So our query
                                (1) why then the recharge was accepted successfully
                                (2) why the CIM deactivated without giving any intimation
                                (3) What about the money which was taken by Uninor against recharge

Their immediate parent is Times of money. Till date i could not able to retrieve my value of transaction, moreover, their telephone no.[protected] is found to be invalid. So it is becoming very difficult to trace them. Please help me.

                                  I called to france on 19th may 2012, the actual call rates o[censored]ninor for france is 7 rs/min, but they charged 55Rs/min, so 165 Rs was detected from my account . when i made complaint, they took my complaint & given me complaint No, they said they will solve this problem within 2-3 days & my money will be refund but i got the call from uninor & they told me that they cann't refund money & they can't solve this probelm, it is not possible .
                                  without my any permission they closed the complaint & sent me SMS that problem has been resolved with comments dear customer with you over the phone ..No issue found .. Now customer care no from my mobile will not connect to them, they deactivated my No . So plzzz help me in resolving this problem. And the customer care executives who is taken my complaint speaks very roughly with me.

                                    I have purchased two sim during the month of Sept 2010 with the offer of company with umberalla with one sim. My mobile number is [protected],[protected] but that time not provided umberalla with gift and dealer stated that due to shortage supply o[censored]mberalla the same has been intimated and take your gift. Now after passing of 01 year, neither any information and contacted by company. I have many time approach to customer care o[censored]ninor and but they are intimated as and when received umberalla same has been provided.

                                    You are requested to kindly provide two numbers umberalla as gift provided by company as offer for purchase of SIM at the earliest, please.

                                      The service provider activated my servcie and chared to my account [protected].
                                      Even after deactivation request they activated same service and charging
                                      This is Deepak Pamnani. I have a complain regarding balance deduction.
                                      from the last month I having serious problem of balance Deduction. You have deducted my 10rs for the 2 or 3 times
                                      to no damn reason. When I am asking about my balance regarding to your customer care Representative
                                      they all giving my same answer that sir you have download something on your phone by using uninor sim base
                                      service. But I havnt done anything like they told me. Whenever my balance got deducted I have received the intimation through sms
                                      that Your Hot Babe subscription pack will get Renewed in two days . And When I am telling the same thing to your Representative
                                      they are not even ready to believe me. Please do need full in that because before two days ago I have received the same
                                      massage as Your Hot Babe subscription pack will get Renewed in two days. So please help me Because now i dont want to loose
                                      another 10rs. Please take Immediate action against my complain And Please Deactivate the hot babe Service as fast as soon possible.
                                      And please refund me my deducted Money..

                                        I am Tridip Sheet from Shibpur, Howrah. My prepaid mobile service provided namely Uninor has ridiculousness activated my caller tune service and charged Rs 40 without my consent. When asked the uninor representatives regarding this issue they said that they wouldn't confirm anything regarding the reimbursement of the charged amount. However they have assured me that the caller tune service will be deactivated soon after.

                                        After few days, UNINOR had deactivated the ringtone service and the amount was refunded back.
