The uninor activates some subscription pack every week. I launched complaint almost three times now and the attender assured me all the three times that there won't be a second time. But today I get a message.
The message says this,
"Dear subscriber,you have been successfully activated with Hot Babes subscription pack."

Last two times it was music club and fashion models. I don't know what to do. They automatically sense when I do my recharge and cut my balance immediately . If I dont have enough money for the package, it will be tailor made so that they can they can drain maximum amount I have. For example fashion models pack, the subscription charge Rs 100 per month but I had onlyRs 60 in my bance. So deducted by Rs 50 for 15 days.

UNINOR — automatically activate subscription

I have uninor mobile connection. uninor has beed charged me 20rs for music subscrition which i have not been activated. Such kind of charged has been taken from me 3 to 4 times for different subscritions which r not activated by me.my mobile no is [protected].
worst service uninor, i am experienceing same problem of automaticaly activating services and deducting money from my balance. now i am fear to go for balance

Sir, I have been using my Uninor number from the past 4 months. Caller tune is been activated on my number without automatically and the money is been charged. It's the case before two months. But due to low balance in my account caller tune is been removes. But as I recharged my mobile with 200 rupees company activated caller tune back without any prior notification and money is deducted from my balance...

    I am getting frequent miss calls and calls from the following uninor number : +[protected]. I am a resident of Sitapur (u. p.). On enquiry this Uninor number is found to be on roaming/local in so far as state o[censored]ttar pradesh (EAST) is concerned. I am a Teacher. The person using your sim card, is misusing for his misdeeds. he is using unparliamentary language at the same time causing day and night harassment and hardship. Please furnish full particulars as to in whose name the above mentioned uninor number has been assigned, full address with door numer, and identity of the person using, so as to enable me to take appropriate legal action. Simultaneously i have initiated action as suggested by legal practitioners and police authorities. Hope you would do the needful at the earliest in doing justice against the miscreant. my alternate email ID is [protected]@myself.com

          i want my sim to be blocked i have lost me cell phone [protected]
          I have done MNP from Vodafone to Uninor . After 15 days they blocked the sim card due to reject in document varification. I have submitted documents once again and they started it after 7 days. Once again they have blocked my sim card and the reason was same.

            yesterday i recharged my uninor no with rs 50 and i got balance of rs 55 but after some time they deduct my 7 rs without my permission and when i am asking them to replace my balance they are giving only one answer that call us later and after that they are not responding so sir please sir help me to get my balance refund as soon as possible ,this is not first time earlier also they have deduct my balance without my permission sir please help me my mobile no is below

              But, no any process by me for hello tune.
              after some time i received one more message:-
              Dear Subscriber you have successfully activated my tune service at Rs. 20.0. Your my tune Subscription in valid for next 15 days.
              Time:-03:32PM, Date:-01.09.2011.
              after some time i received one more message:-
              Hello My tune service has been deactivated on your Uninor Mobile phone [protected]. To activate again send ACT MT to 52211. Thank you.
              Time:-03:32PM, Date:-01.09.2011.

              Then I saw SMS and I checked balance of my mobile.My previous balance was 24.87. But, Rs. 20.0 cut and my balance was 4.87.

              These regarding I have many times called to Customer Care. But, Customer Care executive spoke to me that your balance is not refund.

              All activity done by service provider.

              Uninor is a bogus company. I have my balance cut twice for some bloody mother portal by Rs 10 and Rs 3. The customer care always replies with "Our system is down, call after 3 hrs".
              Uninor is a bogus company. I have my balance cut of rs 30. The customer care always replies u have activated this tune & that scheme for which your balance was cut .

                This is the second time that Music Unlimited Service activated without our consent. Earlier the caller tune was also activated without our consent but later on caller tune has been deactivated and the refund has been given to us.

                I have called up Unionor customer care but we have not received any proper response from them.

                Iam following up with Nodal officer & appellate-authority but till date we have not received any revert from them.


                Pls instruct Uninor to Deactivate Music Unlimited Service and refund Rs.15.00 which was deducted from our account.

                Also instruct Uninor to provide the procedure to activate the DND service.
                Uninor has charged Rs.15 for music download without my consent. This is not first time.Previously also they have committed the same action. This is nothing but cheating
                the customers.My phone No. is [protected]. Can somebody see that this is stopped
                by all service providers?

And submitted my PF withdrawal application at Delhi PF office through UNINOR Delhi office on 13th May 2011. Now we have crossed more than 100 days (3 Months) and not able to collect any report regarding the status of the application. So kindly help me to get the money at the earliest.                       I want to complaint about uninor customer care and complaint helpdesk.
                      The funny part is that the complaint help desk say's that they can not take a complaint.
                      i was not able to use gprs. for last 7 days. for first 5 days they told please wait for 24 hour.
                      They also have a gprs help desk which never pick your call. i was waited for 2 hour still no one pick the call. When even you call the customer care they transfer the call of gprs and never they pick the call.
                      Finally i called the nodal officer, i was shocked that the nodal offer also did not pick the call. i still do not know that when my gprs will start. the 198, complaint help takes nearly 15 to 30 try to connect the number then they say they can not take gprs complaint. do not know who will help. Uninor does not want to help the customer.
                      the customer care do not have manner to talk to customer. they also give wrong complint number. atc.

                      Very BAD SERVICE, I WILL SUGGUEST ALL NOT TO TAKE UNINOR, THERE CALL RATE IS LOW BUT THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY BAD.

                      Really the uninor doesn’t have good trainers to train people to speak well to the customers
                      They may need to focus on the recruitment team or the training team
                      The call taking agents are worthless, no donkey can answers horse's questions.
                      The call taking agents are not having language skills and not polite and not knowledgeable enough. In other word the call taking agents are simply speaks like fish sellers. No professionalism in the call and very rude to the customers

                        Sir, I am Shareef. i have taken new uninor connection. It worked fine about 45 days, later they disconnected my no. When I made a call to Customer care they are asking me to contact Uninor store and when I contact at the store they said it will be activated within hours but not. I have submitted all the necessary documents and photos for 2 times. I am facing this problem from past 6 days but till now no resolution even they are not responding properly. One of the representative said "sir you change to other network” which is ridiculous. My number is[protected]
                        sir my service has been disconnected without informing i have a sim card of mah but it wasnt worked for once complain should be forwarded to consumer court

                          RU forcing me to disconnect with u and go for TRAI.
                          decision is on ur hand.

                          In response to the offer o[censored]NINOR for having all India 100 SMS free per day for 30 days the prescribed Command (*222*7*27#) was typed by me (Arun Kanti Basu) in Mobile No [protected] at 6.01 AM on 20.05.2011. First time it was displayed as "Transaction not allowed". On 2nd attempt, it was displayed as "Failed". On third attempt screen showed "Your A/c has been successfully recharged". But, instead of debiting Rs. 27/- (chargeable amount) an amount of Rs. 54/- was debited.On immediate taken up the matter with Customer care double debit was confirmed, but, for having details I was requested to contact with them at night on same date. On contacting on 20.05.2011 at about 10.45 PM, again I was told to contact on next day at about 7.30 AM.On contacting on 21.05.2011one attending Madam told that my complaint had been noted and Rs. 27/- would be refunded after 48 hours, if found correct.On contacting on 23.05.2011 at about 10.05 PM Shri Debasis Pal, the attending Official, has informed that no complaint was registered on 21.05.2011 and no question of refund arises. My repeated request for providing the address of the Grievance Cell of the Company has been vehemently denied, but a Telephone No of Nodal Officer has been provided.My request for registering complaint has been refused.

But whenever my uninor to others balance nil on that time i have 100 Rs in my main accont balance but I am unable to call others network, getting Response U have insuffciant balance in ur account your balance is 75.29 from 18.05.11. last on 25.05.11 i was talk to helpline NODLE OFFICER GIVE ME REPLY U CAN GO TO PORTING WITH ANOTHER NETWORK. COZ WE ARE UNABLE TO SORT OUT IT

                          Sir, this is clear cheating & fraud from uninor as they cheat their customers by deducting the balance, by activating any service, which the customer has not asked for.

                          Kindly look into the matter & my rs. 30 balance be returned to me.

                          Your attitude towards your customer complaints are very arrogant and irresponsible. I had recharged my cell no.[protected] for 150/-. I suddenly found that 90/- was deducted from my prepaid balance. On complaining to your customer care they did not bother to respond to my queries and gave vague replies. Thereafter I have stopped using Uninor. Is this the customer care you provide, with a don't care attitude? I can easily go to consumer form and claim for damages.

                            , I am using my uninor number from past 1.5 year.
                            I used to use this as my active number for O/G calls and EDGE(GPRS), i have used Rs.90 pack every month from last year. and I had no complaints from your service. I was totally satisfied with your service.
                            but am facing some bad service and support problem from you from past 3 month.
                            Last time when I had used Rs. 90 pack , i was getting very much problem in connection of GPRS and at the end of month I had used 300MB / 6GB. (and for past 7,8 months I have used minimum 4GB/6GB every month)
                            and when I had communicated from your customer care they gave me a OBD call to just inform me that I had used GPRS so I will not get any refund, it doesn’t matter its 3 MB or 3 GB and I have to suffer problems because huge customers are using GPRS o[censored]ninor these days , I didn’t liked the way of talking of your executive. She was not ready to listed anything from me and just dropped the call after she had spoken.
                            after that I had recharged Rs. 14 , 3 days GPRS pack. on 21/09/2011.
                            but instead of 3 days , i have got 2 days of surfing ,at 22nd night 11Pm i had 150MB left but while surfing at midnight my whole main balance(Approx Rs.45) has deducted.
                            whenever i recharge any "Special Recharge " I get message 1 day before that my pack is going to expire tomorrow.
                            but this time not notification came from your end.
                            I had tried to contact at "[protected]" but whenever I call. I get this number busy.
                            So. not am bounded by " uninor " to move on to any other service provider.

                              I am a user o[censored]ninor mobile service([protected]) has been getting harassed by the uninor services after they sent an sms 'UV-BIG OFFER' on 21.08.11 at 11 am around.As the offer said on recharging with Rs10 I will be credited with Rs15 along with that 5 local minutes free for each of next 7 days including the day of recharge.Being highly frustrated I ultimately come to you for help as till now I have received neither of the two extra balances.In the mean time there has been unnecessary balance deduction of 2 rupees and not even their helpline number 121 is allowing me options to access their customer care.As an Indian citizen and although a customer of the uninor services I kindly request you to look into the problem and take stringent action.I will be highly grateful if I am credited with the extra balances as soon as possible.

The sim car consumer Narayan Taluckdar I have bought it from a uninor retailer shop , chanchal dist-(malda). I want to deactivate the sim.                                   Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  Uninor is providing SIM cards without document(Odisa). This makes the card holder to activate a free Plean for Uninor to Uninor and makes PRANK calls to disturb.I called up to Uninor customer service no.Orissa – [protected] dt- 09 Aug 2011 at 03:13 Pm,where executive replied that she can't do anything.

                                  I get this Prank call from [protected] and i bet this no. has no proper document. Telecom department should take strick action to prevent supply of sim card without documentation.

                                  Can i get a solution,else anybody in forum can suggest me a solution except changing SIM.

                                  UNINOR — PRANK CALL

                                  An unidentified Uninor customer Mobile number +91-[protected] is calling continuous to my BSNL land line from tomorrow night. He is using abusive languages during the conversation. Please take action to block his number.

                                      i have big issue to connect internet
                                      i have activate pack rs 98 in wich get 85 mb/day. But when i connect to gprs balance will be deduct.

                                        I had subscribed to Uninor 30 days GPRS pack for 6GB data plan @ Rs. 90/- Activation was very quick. But then problems began to show up. Most of the time I get error message "Packet data service not available". Sometimes when I manage to connect, Uninor takes me back to the age of VSNL dialup internet days where speeds used to remain below 1 kilobyte per second. Now I see similar speed with Uninor GPRS!

                                        With this kind of speed, forget about using 6GB, I may not even succeed using 6MB in 30 days!

                                        I tried connecting to GPRS from different locations inside Kolkata city, situation is same everywhere around. I contacted customer care, I asked if my pack is properly active, since I don't get connection most of the time. I am truly sorry about the executives sitting in the helpdesk, but I must mention that they do not know much beyond sending and resending me GPRS settings over and over again.

                                        Seeing this situation I didn't have the enthusiasm of asking about such terrible browsing speed :) Now, helpless, I am simply waiting for my pack validity to end. I am not sure, is it due to this poor situation Uninor is offering 6GB per month usage where Vodafone/Airtel is offering only 2GB at similar rates?
