I have taken uninor sim from laxmi pan shop at hyderaguda by paying 130/- rs,after giving full documents and all details,they have not submited my documents after asking him for 1 month he gives the number of some kaber uninor executive number when i spoke to him regarding this issue he says all the documents are submitted and it will take 1 month more...after all i have made complaint to uninor customer care regarding this..they revert me with wrong name and number,then after rectifing ther mistake,they says that this number is deactivated take a new connection...i want the same number which i have taken and same amount of balance.....sir kindly help me ...my number is [protected](uninor number)--kindly help me sir...my alternate number is [protected].....and email address is amarnath.[protected]@gmail.com...kindly help in this issue

my complaint against uninor mobile service provider.
they have activated caller tune without my request and deducted amount.
this was happened 3 to 4 times.
i logged complaint in customer care no. but there is not any response.
ONE OF THE MOST WORST MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SEEN SINCE 10 YEARS.
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.....
IM GOING TO CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER IMMEDIATELY.

KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THIS REGARD.

Dear Uninor services provider,
My number is [protected] name of sachin shandilya use last more 6 month ,
i had purchase this number regarding only on internet use purpose but only i have use this umber only on 1 months because after 1 months i m out of station after i have come back now again use this number and activate the 198 rs calling pack &90 rs interne pack (as per dealer information) i had called up the customer care regarding the internet service not working for next 3 days but still not help ,i m very frutate because my problem not resolve i have again call up the customer care regarding the same problem one customer care exe given the right information ,90rs pack after required the minimum 5 rs balance i have thankful this person and i have activate the 10rs amt at night approximate 11:00Pm then use the internet but internet not start on my phone then after morning 8:00am i will again try the same but my balance detected without any inform and without given any request ......still so some that my balance detected i have many time call up customer care but he is not provide the resolution then i have visit the uninor head office Agra sikandra but there is not any person available regarding the listen my complaint then i want to CEO number but security guard is not given to any concern person number ....

now i have decide this is very bad and without service provider customer there is nobody customer care ....

Finally i am switch my number in airtel .......

My Uninor mob no is [protected] and i am fed up with their money deduction system. Last month they subscribed MY MUSIC and deducted Rs 30 from my account without my permission for subscription. And this month when i they sent me reminder to renew this service again next day , i try to unsubscribe it but they send me sms that it is already unsubscribed and there is no subscription record. but next day again they have deducted Rs 30. Customer care is ready to unsubscribe it but without refund.i want to take action against such fraud.
pls help me.

I have been using uninor sim for the last six months.I use to recharge RS.197.00 before the scheduled last day of recharge and as a result, my U to U and u to other mobiles account have been carried forward accordingly. 8th of each month is my recharge date. according to your customer care my U to U balance was 8970 minutes and U to other mobile balance was 1310 minutes till 2nd of March-2011.Though last date of recharge was 8th, I have recharged to-day the 4th instant as I am going to Assam to-morrow. I am astonished to see that after recharging my U to U balance reduce to 2000 minutes and U to other mobiles balance to 700 minutes ONLY.How could it be?
I am being a GAZETTED OFFICER of PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, WEST BENGAL,I WANT YOUR IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION INTO THE MATTER AND MY BALANCE RECTIFIED.

my uninor phone number [protected] on[protected] company without my permission activated my caller tunes service and deducted 40rs frm my balance,and when i called customer care they told me you will get refund back but till today they have not refund me my balance now they refuse to give back my refund.plz help me out for this type of fraud commited by company.my other mobile number is [protected]

i am Dorthy rossa Intermediate student i am continuously getting calls and messages from uninor sim.i want to know from whom i am getting this call. so plsease inform me to whom this number belongs to.... his number is [protected] whenever i pick up his call he used some bad words...or abuses me.i am fed up of that

i bought new connection o[censored]ninor and recharged it two times and they deducted it on account of music and cricket mania activation which i had not requested for. they renewed it and when i recharged the account for rs 100 they deduct ed rs 90 for same reasons. on contacting consumer care every time i got different response and they said they can not return it back.

uninor is very smartly deducting money from consumer's recharge without their consent and providing any informations. its customer care is the worst managed and lack of skilled manpower.

I have got a new uninor sim card.But its nt being activated.When i consulted with my retailer,he said that he has activated it but due to system problem you will get your balance in sometime ,then you can use your card.But till now it has still not been activated.Please activate soon.

having problem with one uninor number that is [protected]..by this number daily last 4-5 days many calls are coming on my reliance mobile number.that person was irritating me tooooooooo much...i wish that person will in my front and i will shoot that bustard..bad talks and abusing lnguage by using that ...plz help me to close that number and send that person i.d to my email on [protected]@yahoo.co.in...

I have taken a SIM Card from UNINOR GSM Network Bearing Mobile Number-[protected] on 28.12.2010, in a retailer shop. At that time i have submitted my Identity Proof and photo to the retailer. But, on 31.12.2010 Incoming fecility was disconnected. From 05.01.2011 Outgoing fecility also disconnected. Again I have Submitted my photo and ID Proof on 11.01.2011 for the 2 nd time at UNINOR OUT LET in Bhimavaram. They have unlocked my Mobile number temporarily. It worked for 3 days. again i contacted UNINOR OUT LET and Customer care they said, ID Proof was not submitted. Then for the 3 rd time i have submitted My ID Proof and Photo in Uninor Outlet. I have recharged with Rs:198. This amount should be utilized with in 30 days.When i cntacted to Customer Care o[censored]nonor Net work on 25 th, 26 th of January, 2011, they suggested to Recharge with Rs:198.00, then the old amount wil be carry forwarded, because i have not used the amount since my Mobile number was not activated. They have temporarily activated to recharge with Rs:198. on 27.01.2011. After getting Recharge My Mobile worked upto 31.01.2011. From 01.02.2011 my Mobile Number[protected] was not working, it is saying Your number is not in service. Then i rushed to UNONOR office. The said my number was expired due to not submitted my ID Proof. But they are saying, you have submitted to our office and we also sent to UNONOR office. But your SIM Card was expired. We can not do any thing, take another UNINOR Sim Card. So, Please do Justice, and take action on UNINOR GSM Mobile Network for for not giving proper Service to Customers. Thank You Sir.

I am Mr "Rajeet Dhanesh yadav" i had received a packed envelop from uninor telicom compeney for network tower instolation. In side the letter mentioned please deposite the money 5200/-Rs for security purpose last date 26-nov 2011.

In side the letter mentioned a persion mobile number for contact purpose. we had contact this person on this mobile number([protected]) and i am asked qustion (when you take survey my lend for tower instolation) the person told my uninor companey is done survey your lend by satellite.
The person is given a bank account number for security money deposite (Mr. Ansar khan A/c No- [protected] state bank of india) we had deposited money.

After deposited money to till date no any information or call from uninor companey we have not received.
So please i requsted to you sir
Please read my problem and solved it.

i am , Kotari Samba Siva rao , customer o[censored]nitech company . On 09/02/2011 i had recharged my uninor mobile with Rs 98/- and i got a talk time of Rs 53.19/- .I didn't understand how much processing charge and service tax they had charged . About this i had already contacted with uninor customer care , they said, they too don't know about the service tax and processing fee
so ,please kindly solve my problem as soon as possible

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am using Uninor services since 6 Months. My mobile number is [protected].
I have a complaint that, Uninor is automatically charging Rs. 30/- for Caller Tune, which is not activated by me. I have never sent any request for activatation of Caller Tune. I have tried to Uninor customer care but there is no proper responce. Please do the needfull.
