Whenever i get or make calls using UNINOR number, there is a very bad pain in my ear and brain and mouth, can feel some kind of radiations and i wont be able to get up and walk even if i end up speaking for less than a minute. This is not the case when i use Airtel. Initially i thought this must be because of my new micromax bling, eventually that bling broke down and i started using nokia xpress music, which was always good. But even after using that with UNINOR sim, the same health problems persits. When contacted the customer care, they asked me change the network settings to manual-Ind 820, which i dutifully did, but to vain, Its very disturbing. Only purchased this sim to avail the low call charges that they give but its really not worth it! Even though they charge one rupee per call in Airtel, Airtel is always better in terms of signal strength and other things when compared to this new UNINOR- which is useless. Looks like these people use whichever tower they get to transmit/receive the signal which eventually is affecting the end user! People please check for the same symptoms while using Uninor and take action immediately!

    Hi,

    I am Pushpak , a Uninor prepaid customer of Pune circle with mobile no. [protected]. Even though I have not placed any request for caller tune activation, Uninor have activated the service on my number. Due to which my account balance deducted. This is sincere case of cheating customer by forcefully charging for value added service. I contacted cutomer care about deactivation but after confiration again charges are dedcuted this month.
    Its so much harrashing, i need full refund of 80 Rs.which was deducted for 2 time caller tune services.
    Please take this a serious action and get customer justice.

      My name is Robin John, and a user o[censored]ninor GSM Mobile Service. from past 2 months or more they have activated model club in my account (with out my knowledge) and every time I recharge my account they charge and take all my money (Balance) from my uninor account. For the past 2 months I am knocking the doors of the customer service and they are not at all co-operative and they are just giving me excuse's because they don't want to stop this scam. My Uninor number is [protected].

      Hope some one will hear my prayer and help me resolve this issue along with take some action against the Model Club SCAMMERS.

        SUB : Non Receipt of Recharge amount of Rs.200/- in my uninor prepaid mobile

        I am Sushma using uninor mobile prepaid card in my mobile. I have recharged my number by amount of Rs. 200/- via ICICI Bank internet banking. But yet I have not received my recharged amount in my uninor account balance however in my ICICI Bank internet account The payment show successful.

        I also call to uninor customer care but they didn't give me satisfactory reply and told they can not show detail. So I m looking towards my recharged amount of Rs.200/- which is already deducted from my ICICI S.B. A/c.

        Kindly do needful for getting my uninor recharged amount and oblidge.

          Sir,

          We had received information from Hindustan News Paper for company looking out property for Tower installations for Uninor company. We contacted the outsourcing company (G R Communication centre pvt ltd) on how to move forward, where we were informed that as a process we need to deposit Rs.5300/- as an advance to Mr's Seema Patil Account ( A/c No - [protected] ) on[protected] in SBI Bank post which call them back and create a file. Again they informed us to deposit Rs 27000/- on[protected] for tax in the same account On creation of agreement, they would initiate survey in next 2-3 days post which they would refund the money if not successful.
          Based on the above information we deposited money in SBI Bank account no. [protected] of Mr's. Seema Patil, post which we are trying to reach them since last week but we are not able to get through their office. This time the mobile number is also switch offed. The details of their office is giving below. Please do the needful to get our money back, thanking you.
          So please help me to find them.And sir please call me my contact no.[protected].

            Dear Sir,

            I am Kapil.My uninor number is [protected].I have been falsely charged 65rs from date 20th may to 28th may.My service request number is 1-[protected].
            During this time i have send just 2 messages and done 3 calls which were hardly of 1minute.Infact it was less then 50seconds.
            Rest all time my phone was switch off.How can my balance reduce from 92rs to 27rs .This has been falsely charged and i want my money refunded as soon as possible.
            And if any services has been activated on my mobile(which were undesirable by me) then please deactivate it and refund that money.

            We are confirm that we have not activated any service as my phone was switch off from last 5 days and i was only checking the messages for 2 minutes at night.

            Please refund my money as soon as possible else i will have to sue against you as i am confirm that you have falsely charged me

              From the Uninor Mobile prepaid connection No. [protected], they are debiting considerable amount illegally. When I contacted their customer care No. 121 (Contacted at least 5 times on 30.05.2011) once they said that some value added service related to music has been activated by me either during Feb. 11 or Apr. 11. It is totally baseless that such value added services availed by me till date. The representatives of Consumer care of the company are giving contradictory answers about the date activation of so called value added service. I, therefore, sincerely requested to please interfere in the matter and instruct the UNINOR, Kerala authorities to refund my money which they deducted till date illegally.

                Today morning ( at 9:00 AM ) I made online recharge through www.payTM.com to my uninor mobile (No: [protected]. for Rs 22-00. Money deducted from my account, but my cell was not recharged.... please refund my money Rs. 22-00.
                i[censored] were trying to activate the ISD pack then you should know that this happened because they have changed the value of this pack to Rs 23. I have a similar problem and the customer care refuses to offer any help for this.

                  My name is Tushar Chahal, i am having a uninor no([protected]).0n 17th uninor delivers a message to me stating on recharge of 24 i’ll get internet browsing for 30 day.wen i recharge with the same it takes me 1 week to get settings from uninor.on 8th day i started browsing and uninor deduct 40Rs frm my account.I launched complains but no action is taken. I started DND customer care executive confirn that it is activated but still i am getting promotional messages.
                  I am having 3 complaint no.s with me. none of the issue is solved but suddenly i gt a message that your complaint (complaint no) is resolved.
                  I dont knw how the issue is being solved without confirmation frm me.
                  customer care executeves misbehaves me and disagree to launch a new complaint.

                      I am Advocate Suhail Ahmad Khan from bareilly. I with my 4 numbers port to UNINOR from BSNL. but now i think that it was my great mistake. it is my third time i m suffering from uninor's services. last month I recharge my uninor no. [protected] with 198/- Rs after seeing that I will get 50 STD mins free as shown in sms but i didn't get it. I called customer care office more then 4 times after that I got these STD mins. After 6 days I recharged my another no [protected] with same 198/- Rs. the same problem i faced here again. I called customer care. they answered that mins will come in 24 hours, but didn;t come, i try again noe they told me it will come in 48 hours. i waited 48 hours. atlast it comes.
                      now I recharge my uninor no. [protected] again on 20 may 2011 at about 1:00 pm again I got my others secs but not get the STD Mins as given sms on previous day. as Usally i called C. care again they ask again it will come in 24 hours, but didn't come. again i called after 24 hours then they said wait 48 hours. today now it 6:28 pm but i donot get the mins. now they r saying that processing is much slow.
                      I want to know to the uninor officer is it the policy of company that if some one give more pressure then they will give STD mins otherwise it is not given by company.
                      pl solve my problem. i m also enclosing its copy to consumer form, bareilly as well as TRAI.

                          I have been trying to get in touch with one of the supervisors o[censored]NINOR since 12th May' 2011. I have got a complain number as well but no issue has been resolved.
                          I have spoken to " 9 " of the customer care representative o[censored]NINOR every time they have either disconnected the call or they have informed me that there is a SYSTEM UP GRADATION going on. No supervisor has been available so far.

                          The names of some of the representatives that I have complain again are MANIK, TAPAN, TULSI, PRASHANTO, AJAY, NURUL, AMALANDU, SUBHANKAR, PAPAI and some more.
                          One of the gentleman who came on line mentioned his name as ARUN he is not a supervisor but senior to all the representatives that I have been speaking with. After listening to my problem said he will not be able to help but will transfer my call to his senior also disconnected the call.
                          Hopefully this time I get as I am suppose to get service from UNINOR, and not go as a dissatisfied customer which I have been
                          Sir, am facing many problems with uninor service.

                              my name is saumil shah. I am holding a uninor pre-paid connection. I DID recharge my card with rs. 99 at uninor office C g road, ahmedabad, gujarat. At that time I was told that I will be getting following credit:

                              uninor to uninor -- 6000 seconds
                              uninor to other mobile -- 18000 seconds

                              I agree with scheme. I got all credit that I was told.

                              Then after 5 pm, I tried one local call but I got message of balance insufficient. Then I called to customer care o[censored]ninor, recharge scheme mentioned above is not application between 5 pm to 10pm.

                              Then I went to uninor office where I DID my recharge. I asked executive, who had recharged my card, about scheme. But she DID not know that this scheme is not valid between 5pm to 10pm.

                              Then I insisted her to check that scheme in detail. Then she went to her senior and then came back to me and told me this scheme is not applicable between 5pm to 10pm. Basically, that executive DID not know full detail about plan at the time of my recharge. I asked her to revert my recharge but she refused.

                              I have recorded my conversation with executive. So I can submit it if required.

                                Uninor deducted caller tunes charges of 40 INR per month without my knowledge for 3 months..When I called customer they have standard answers: system is down; call after 3 hours..you call again same thing.
                                Customer call center people are even worse..saying they can only service last 48 hrs call duration..!!.

                                The company sucks and is the biggest white caller thief of all wireless providers..No doubt its caught in the scam.. will never ever recommend it to anybody..better go to well estabished players like airtel, idea than this cheap one.

                                  I have uninor sim connection no.[protected]. on 13/05/2011 at13:32 hrs My tunes service is activated in my sim without my consent. This is purely breach of contract.unsubscribe it immediately.

                                  Unwanted deductions unusual service activation without our request and also made renewal of service autometically this hs very bad and worst service provideing by your company solve my problem immediatly otherwise i will take leagal action againest your complemu

                                  Uninor GSM Service — Balance deduction

                                  I have a uninor number [protected] and since last 330 dayz am facing this problem. The number of time i recharge my account the company deducts the balance and when i contact the customer care they say MTV plan got activated and so your balance is deducted.
                                  I deactivated this service for 3 times till date. But the customer care officials always give the same reply it is on auto renewal mode. And no other solution is provided by the executives. And supervisor never comes on call.
                                  Kindly solve my problem. Nodal officer o[censored]ninor is also not available. The contact number provided by them on site is also switched off. And when sent mail got only 1 reply mention your number. Then no other reply till date.
                                  Hope to get a satisfying solution.

                                    I Sandeep Balkrishana Rane subscriber o[censored]ninor Mumbai and my number is [protected] (prepaid).
                                    I had taken my card from retail shop near by my home. Retailer activates my uninor card after taking my pan card xerox copy & ration proof. After 3 days they deactivated my card because of my proof is not enough. Now customer support people give me dharavi & kurla address which is so far away from my home & I don’t have enough time to go there.                                       I have poratabled my mobile number([protected]) from reliance cdma to uninor. I submitted the documents demanded by uninor store between 20th march,2011-23rd march,2011. They said me the number will be portabled within a week.I inquired on 30th march,2011 for my number at uninor store.They informed me that number has been portabled successfully and I can use the number from uninor service.I made my first recharge and started using number.When I contacted uninor customer care,they told me your number is not being joined with uninor although I get service from uninor.On 23rd april,2011 my phone was stolen and I lost my sim card.When I applied for new sim card from uninor store,they are saying thah my number has been expired and can not access to that number.They are saying that my number has been expired from 25th march,2011.I dont get satisfactory reply and I want my number back.

                                        sir i am o.nagendra babu i had purchased sim no:[protected] uninor at andhra pradesh state, kurnool district at retailer on 18/05/11 my sim was activated on 20/05/11 but at 21/05/11 my sim out going calls stopped i had complaint to all customer cares and i spoken many cudtomer care tele callers regarding my problem no one taken action thats why i am complaining to u and i had submitted my id proofa again 03/06/11 at uninor care centre kurnool near, gowri gopal hospital, budhawarpet, kurnool,

                                        and again i visited today uninor care centre i raised my problem my out going calls why u had not activated but he was not given any reply he spoken nolgurly that guy name raheed franchisher he told ur sim nt activated and take away and u contact distibiutor please take action otherwiae i should go counsmer court ok
