I have UNINOR mobile card ([protected]). Earlier ,they have started My Music service without my request and charged me with Rs 40. I tried many times to close that service , at last they stopped it but didnt returned my money back.
Last month they had again started service "My Music" without my consent and charged me with Rs 40.
renew notification arrived just before 6 Hours with message If you want to Deactivate this service Message DCT MM to 52211, as i replied with same ,system respond that Invalid Key word.
I talked Three times with Customer Care Executives Prakash (on 25/04/2011), Soheb and Bhumika (26/04/2011), all three given different answers said use Key Words. DCT MY , DCT MY MUSIC and DCT My Music rescectively but no success, every time i received msg like: "Dear Customer We cannot process your request since you have entered the wrong keyword...."
I also requested them to deactivate my service from their side, but all said that we can not do it from our system.
Today (26/04/11) again Rs 10 deducted from my account with msg: Your Subscription to MY MUSIC service has been successfully renewed and you have been charged Rs. 10.0 for next 10 days.
If i keep low balance Company sends msgs for: please recharge you have low balance, If i recharge and keep balance they activates services without any requests...
Kindly suggest me the solution for same.
