mere uninor no. pe pata nahi kaise ak dil dosti service activate ho gayi aur uske Rs.30 bhi kutt huva hai 121 no. to mera lagta hi nahi is liye 198 pe baat ki par koi fayda nahi plz aap kyun is tarah customer ko paresaan kar rahe hai plz is no. [protected] jo dil dosti service activate huvi hai usse deactivate karke mera balance vapis mile aur ye service deactivate karne ka message bhi jarur kariye ye no. pe [protected] hum yahi asha rakhte hai jaldi ye complain ka response mile aap se aur hum mante hai aap meri baat jarur dyan me lenge aur kyunki aap customer ko achha response dena support karte hai dhyanwad.

    i have not been receiving incoming calls for the past 15 days my outgoing calls are working the customer care service are not providing me accurate information i have spoken to 8 customer care executives and all are giving me different information i have also visited the uninor gallery 10 days back they told me that they will start the service within 24 hrs but haven't done yet pls look into the matter at the earliest

      sir i use uninor but from the previous month i.e, from mid june i am starting to get very slow internet speed, both download and surfing...before it used to give 250 kpbs (browsing) speed but lately it hardly gets more then 50 kbps..i don't understand why is this happening.please give me a solution ...i use a u micromax 2g modem

      Hello sir, i use uninor sim and i have activated Rs.90 pack on my phone but my internet speed is as low as 2kbsec. I use tata docomo sim too and it gives an average speed of 25kbsec please do something.

          I have UNINOR mobile card ([protected]). Earlier ,they have started My Music service without my request and charged me with Rs 40. I tried many times to close that service , at last they stopped it but didnt returned my money back.

          Last month they had again started service "My Music" without my consent and charged me with Rs 40.
          renew notification arrived just before 6 Hours with message If you want to Deactivate this service Message DCT MM to 52211, as i replied with same ,system respond that Invalid Key word.

          I talked Three times with Customer Care Executives Prakash (on 25/04/2011), Soheb and Bhumika (26/04/2011), all three given different answers said use Key Words. DCT MY , DCT MY MUSIC and DCT My Music rescectively but no success, every time i received msg like: "Dear Customer We cannot process your request since you have entered the wrong keyword...."

          I also requested them to deactivate my service from their side, but all said that we can not do it from our system.

          Today (26/04/11) again Rs 10 deducted from my account with msg: Your Subscription to MY MUSIC service has been successfully renewed and you have been charged Rs. 10.0 for next 10 days.

          If i keep low balance Company sends msgs for: please recharge you have low balance, If i recharge and keep balance they activates services without any requests...


          Kindly suggest me the solution for same.

          yes i have the same complaint at 05.59 hrs, they had taken or I should say Robbed Rs. 60/- stating that My Music is Activated for 30 days, & again at 10.30 Hrs a sum of Rs. 40/- again robbed from my account, totaly I had Rs. 108/- previous night, i spoke about this issue with 7 unninor Callcenter representive they do nothing they take time to check or Nap, come back say they are unable to process now call after 3 Hrs. &also an senior Callcenter representive, the last time i spoke to Callcenter representive he told me send message DCT MT to 52211, as i open to send WOW!!! what i see is Rs. 5/- has been F., , ..D of my account.stating that F.., , ..ing My Music unlimited is activated for 2 Days, all your Guy at call center are good for nothing, they only Help their BOSS, and only reply BIG SORRY to the Customers,

          my permission and charged Rs.10 . to deactivate this service just send DCT MM to 52211 . it worked for me, as it was a Chennai number . but they wont refund your lost money.. :( . this happened 2 times for me..

            A one month ago their is a CRICKET MANIA Pack is automatically activated on my uninor number ([protected]) and 30 rs deduct from my main account balence. while that time i was requested to customer care ex. (Mr. Sharma) to deactivate this service. then CCE was told me that this service will be deactivate automatically before renewing. and i was again communicate regarding this problem to Sr. Exucative they provide a diffrrent way to deactivate in each time like:
            *777*888*1*2#
            UNSUB CKT
            UNSUB CRI
            UNSUB CRICKET

            all are fake. i dont know that why uninor is select a poor mentality exucative who dont know how and why.i was trying several time to deactivate my CRICKETMANIA Pack but i was not able to deactivate this service. finally i was registerd my complaint to UNINOR through Sr. Representative (Mr. gajendra) after very tired and my complaint no. is SR 1-[protected] on 15-april-2011. UNINOR was suspended this service. till that time my main account balence is going reduce day to day due to CRICKETMANIA pack which was already suspended.
            again i was talk to Mr. Sharma and other and ask about my complained status then all was tell a wrong estimated time for resolving this problem and all are advised to me to refund my account balance which was reduced after my complaint was proceed.

            Now their are Big Question to UNINOR Service.
            1. Is there any possibility to deduct main account balance while service in suspended period?
            2. why customer care representative dont know about activation/deactivation process of any service?
            3. Till now i dont have any satisfactory response through uninor why? while any complained might be resolved in next 8 working hour?
            4. representative was suggest me to nill my account balence till problem resolve so how much time i should not recharged my uninor no?


            i am so afraid about recharging my uninor no. because whenever i recharged my phone. i get nill my all account balance from last 15 day.
            Please help me either i will go to consumer court and media. i am so tired due to this problem.

                iam having a UNINOR pre paid mobile connection no [protected] since Aug 2010

                however, since jan last week onwards the uninor has been automatically deducting Rs 15 per week from my pre paid balance against unlimited music which I had never subscibed at any point of time and I had made several telephonic complaints at customer care no.

                They are behaving like cheats by everytime promising me that next time it will not be cut and as I recharge they cut that amount again. Thus I have stopped recharge / top up with the fear that they will again cut unanted charges.

                I request for refund of my complete money and stop cutting of charges against unlimited music from my mobile prepaid connection

                  I have taken sim on[protected] with no [protected] (prepaid Sim) in Hyderabad at Hyderguda Near Attapur but till now it has been not actived i spoke to several customer care executes but the are not in position active my sim. my complaint no is[protected] venkat ( Customer Care ) . But Iam very upset with the UNINOR service it is very bad on the company. I will never suggest to my friends or relatives or netzines to dont go for uninor Connection They are ask 48 hours for activation. Though i provided the all the documents.

                  I Deepmala had purchased uninor prepared sim card[protected] ms and no is [protected] Since from 6 days the mobile card has not been activated several time i had made a call to customer care he tells us that your card will be activated within two hours I am fedup of calling customer care every times he tells the same story that your card will be activated within two hours and the card is not activated uptill now the customer tells to call to 123 but when when i tried to call 123 the message tells that your your card is not activated i have told the problem to customer that 123 is not responding so what to do. I am very sorry to say that your service is very bad next time i will not purchase your company sim card

But dealer informed me that due to short supply o[censored]mbrella the same has been contacted as and when received. Till now my balance has not updated. Please take necessary action on it.

                      I have taken a new Uninor connection no. [protected] on[protected] after filling in the CAF with necessary ID and Address Proof and also with a recharge of Rs. 115. The number has been deactivated on[protected] without any intimation from UNINOR. On contacting the Customer Care at 121, they instructed me to submit the documents at their Customer Service Outlet.

                      I went to the Customer Service Outlet on[protected] and appraised the executive about the problem. He checked the number status and replied that the CAF Status is still pending and due to this reason, the number has been deactivated. I requested him to accept the new CAF Form and supporting documents, but he refused, saying that he cannot do anything till the CAF Form Status shows "Accepted" or "Rejected" in the system.

                      I am totally embarrased and feels great regret in taking this connection. Any reasonable person can't digest this experience.

                        as above the company has withdrawn my tariif plan within a validity period , and the main thing is in executives computer also not showing any detail. about my tariff plan..that 's why my costing is increasing from last 20 days . i called at customer care office but they were also fail to solve my problem because in their machine no detail found about my plan. my cell no. is [protected]. i have id also for this tariff plan in case if required.

                        This is just a mishap. Can happen to anyone subscribed to any telecom operator. Uninor must have cancelled the tariff plan completely. Every telecom operator reserves all the right to change or completely cancel a tariff plan. A these telecom operators introduce new plans, they sometimes cancel the old tariff plans. I guess that is what has happened in your case. Go on and find a new tariff plan that suits best to your needs.

                          After getting mail from uninor that i can get my number and balance back if i provied all the documents to the uninor,but after submiting the documents at narayanguda uninor store the person says you cannot get the same number and balance you have to take new connection new number and new sim..im ready to provide all the details but uninor is not helping me..this is the waste services i ever faced firstly uninor people mail me that you can get your number and balance and after submiting the documents at store it self they say me to take new number ..this is the service o[censored]ninor......i reallly very unhappy with uninor service....if they are giving same number then i can take uninor other wise im not...thank you consumer complaint people for helping me....im very happy that consumer caplaint people are ver good in there services...

                                sir,my father in law has reqsted for porting([protected]) from airtel to uninor & it has been done 15days back but now uninor mobile is not providing the services properly,they r restricting outgoing calls everyday and everyday v hav to go to uninor ofc ,it has happened 5 times now ,after submitting id proof, photo thrice @ their gulbarga ofc,my father in law is aged 65yrs and cant go to them everyday,they r not even giving any reason to this either at gulbarga ofc or uninor call center, plz help in this rgd

                                  I have recharged my Uninor account for Rs 90 (GPRS Pack) through Kotak Bank Online, the amount has been deducted instantly however Uninor account was not credited with the same. I mailed them regarding the same and in reply they asked me to contact my bank. When I contacted Kotak Bank they advised me to contact Uninor. I am in a dilemma as to whom to believe. How far this online transaction is reliable? Who could resolve my issue? Please help

                                    Unior had debited Rs. 40/- from my prepaid card balance by activating My music unlimited send me SMS on 25.03.2011, 01.11AM, I dont' know. Then I am lauched a complaint with help line no. 121 on 26.03 2011 and uninor send sms my complaint no. [protected] dt. 26.03.2-11. Frequently I call to 121 & 198 help line they reply me your compliant is resolved by 02.04.2011. On 02.04.2011 I received again SMS My Complaint no. SR [protected]has been resolved. Pl. call 121 for further help.then I call 121 they informed your balance update after 24 hours.
                                    But, more than 72 hours passed they neighetr update my balance nor give reply properly.

                                    UNINOR — Debit Rs. 40 from balance

                                    My uninor phone number [protected] on 25.03.2011 Uninor company without my permission activated my unlimited music service and deducted 40rs frm my prepaid card balance,and when i called customer care they book my complaint no. [protected] told me you will get refund back by 02.04.2011 on 26.03.2011. But till today they have not refund me my balance now they refuse to give back my refund.plz help me out for this type of fraud commited by company.my other mobile number is [protected].The customer servise is very bad,they are disconnected the line without my intimation and screaming upon me.

                                      still my number is not ported to Uninor. when i called uninor customer care they said you should contact Bsnl customer care first.
                                      But Bsnl customer care told me that you have to contact nearest Bsnl office , when I went there they did not give me proper answer and said that you have to contact Uninor offices.
