[Resolved]  Uninor — MONEY DEDUCTION

UNINOR is deducting money from my Sim balance ,first they have subscribed MY MUSIC and deducted Rs 30 last month,this month after confirming that there is no subscription (via sms) , again they have deducted Rs 30 for the same.

My Uninor mob no is [protected] and i am fed up with their money deduction system. On 13th April 2011 at 7.46 PM they activated Cricket Mania at my number and deducted Rs 30 from my account without my permission for subscription. I informed your customer care immediately on receipt the SMS from you to unsubscribe it and refund Rs. 30/- into my account but till date no action have been initiated at your end.
Please help me.

my uninor no is [protected]. in my a/c deduct 30 rs and i not aware about this i call to your customer care on 198 on[protected] around 12:30 A.M. and told about this deduction he transfer call supervisor and he miss behave with me and use abuse word and not give properly answered that kind of employee is ingenious for your care and i nothing know about deduction of money so i hope you will get back me in touch..

sir i am sripavan with mobile no.[protected] and this is my second complaint with in 10 days time on 14/08/2012 morning money has been deducted for MOBIJOB and in the evening another vas pack has been activated and total rs60/- on the same day. For the morning one the have taken the complaint and gave the complaint no. is SR1-[protected] at 11:23 AM and for the second they haven't took the complaint and as usually i asked to transfer the call to superior and call has been cut.In the call the executive said that this pack has been activated through some USSD one thing i would like to say is that i am using Nokia 1100 the no. i am using is only for outgoing calls.If i get any calls from UNINOR then i would lift the call if i here the IVR voice then i would cut the call. Every time if the money is been deducted like this then do we have to register the complaint like this for every time.

When i recharged my number with 50 rs with 3 times...i got 165 balance...suddenly balance deducted to 155...i told o customer care but..they said u activated vas service but didnt activatd...my num is [protected]

my uninor sim no [protected] has stopped working all of sudden on dated 24.09.2014 it has Rs 60 and 12000 sec.talktime balance please solve the problem as early as possible. my alternet no.is [protected] please call to this no.
