I am deepak jain, customer o[censored]ninor. My Phone number is [protected].i complained on 11.06.2010. and i daily call to Uninor helpline No. They do not give me any satisfactory response. They always say that "sir your problem is solved within 24 hours". but their 24 hours is not come till today. Some time they say sir you have to go our uninor retail shop. but no body is interested to solve my problem.

on 10- aug 10 they had themself given me a tariff o[censored]ninor to uninor local minutes and then on complaining of that they told that they had made colmplain and your money will be return till 18 but nearly about 18 they again reduce my balance of 38 and give me more uninor minutes which i had not used yet and now talking to them they are saying that the complaint that they had written is that i myself had choose to take the tariff and we can't return your money and upto20 they were saying that your money will be return
also i had not activated the tariff as it remains with me24*7 time my number is [protected] please solve the problem otherwise i had file an f.i.r. against your company ...

    I purchased it on 11/06/2010 FRIDAY at 15:00 hrs (3:00 pm) .But it has'nt been activated
    till today that is 16/06/2010 WEDNESDAY at 19:00 hrs (7:00 pm).The retailer is not able to
    carry out such a task Due to lack of proper training.Please udertake my complaint and work out.

    This kind of companies should band in India thier license from TRI Authorities should be cancelled. AND PAN CARD XEROX AS PROOF.AFTER SOME DAYS I BLOCKED ITS PIN UNFORTUNATELY.WHEN I CONTACT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE TO GET THE PUK CODE I FOUND THAT THE SIM CARD WAS NOT IN MY ANME SO I DID'NT GET THE PUK CODE.WHEN I ASKED TO THE SIM CARD SELLER,HE TOOK MY ONOTHER COPY OF XEROX AND PROVIDED ME THE RIGHT PUK CODE AND NOW THE SIM IS ACTIVE.MAKING CONTACT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE I FOUNFD THAT IT IS NOT IN THE MY NAME AGAIN I THINK IT IS THE CASE OF FROUD.AS I HAVE THE SIM IN THE OTHER NAME SOMEONE ELSAE IS USING SIM IN THE MY NAME.

        I bought two sim cards with no.[protected] and [protected] on 31st may 2010 from a UNINOR dealer in Tirunelveli.I also made a recharge for Rs.48 on both the sim cards for activating 24 x 7 changing discount plan. I submitted all the necessary proof and till date the cards are not activated.When contacted customercare at 121,they said there seems to be no problems with the numbers and it should work fine.I even raised a service request with the reference no.SR 1-[protected].But nothing happens.Today they activated one SIM card with no.[protected] but the other doesn't work the customer care guys are helpless in fixing the issue.And they don't even acknowledge the email sent to their customer care with address [protected]@uninor.in.My contact no. is [protected].

          I am using Uninor services since 4-5 Months. My mobile number is [protected].
          I have a complaint that, Uninor is automatically charging Rs. 25/- for Caller Tune and Cricket Mania Services, which is not activated by me. I have never sent any request for activatation of Caller Tune and Cricket Mania Services and Other request. I have tried to Uninor customer care. At 06/03/2011 at Morning Time : Mr. Yogesh said, your balance "3 Ghante me Aap Ka Balance, Aap ke Khate me Jama Ho Jayega", then At 4:00 O'Clock, Mr. XXXX said Aap Ka Balance Aap ke Khate me Jald Hi Jama Kiya Jayega" and then At 6:45, Mr. Praful Said : Sorry, Aap ka Balance Aap ko Vapas Nahi Diya Jayega"... My Complain No. is 32040282.

          Once again I request you ... Any Caller Tune or Any Services not activated by me... but Automatically, unnacessary Messages "Your Reqeuest is ...active and charges is Rs... " are comming in my mobile... and Balance is Nil... This is not First time but It is Third Time Deducting my Account Balance. Customer Care Help Line is not proper responce. Please do the needfull.

          that is happening with me too...the same case what mr Vinod Patel going through, happened with me for 2 times...i also record the customer care officer voice with my mobile's sound recorder..where he assured me that the balance will be credited to my current balance with in 12 o clock that day...but it never really happen...its not only about the money...its about the humiliation..
          what should i do that can prevent this type of improper behavior??i have the recorded voice as a proof..

          My name is Prarthana. I have similar problem as Vinod and Sourav.

          I have been charged Rs 20 in the month of March and Rs 60 in the month of May, 2011 for some unlimited music service, which I have never requested. I have spoken 5 times with the Customer care executives and even the floor supervisors. But every time, they have said that they cannot do anything and instead blamed me for the activation, which I haven’t. I used to get innumerable calls from Uninor. Earlier I had no idea who it is, so I have picked up the calls. By picking up these calls, this kind o[censored]nwanted services gets activated. How on earth can any customer know about such disgraceful and unethical business system o[censored]ninor??

          Even after telling them (supervisors and CCR) to stop the services, they haven't and today I again receive a SMS stating:" your subscription to music unlimited will be renewed in next 1 days. to deactivate this service send DCT MU to 5222".I send 2 SMSes, but I get the following reply through sms from 522222 : "the remote server returned an error: (500) internal server error". I also called at the 121 no. but only the IVR responses.

          So again this unwanted service will get activated. I hereby, request to lodge a complaint against UNINOR for harassing me and charging my account without my written or verbal approval.

          I hope I am just not writing about this humiliating experience, but stringent actions will be taken by the personnel in the Indian consumer complaint forum against UNINOR.

          Sir, I am Rakesh Sarkar, a customer o[censored]ninor prepaid connection. I received offers thrice from uninor company's sms that they would give me Rs.30 full talktime with 30 minutes local free if I recharge Rs.30 with in June7. I accordingly recharged Rs.30 on June3, at 5.21 p.m. I received three sms on June 3 at 9.27 a.m, June4 at 9.03 a.m and on June 5, 9.26 a.m.
          As I found I received only full talktime, I contacted customer care twice on June 5 and 6. Papiya Naya, customer executive told me that she is totally helpless as she could not find any update of company offers and with out any solution she cut off my line. Then where will I go? Is it Uninor's common practice to customers? If you kindly take up the case, I would be grateful.
          It is funny to say, customer executive advised me to go to their nearest show room eiher at Mald or at Durgapur, which is nearly 125 and 100 k.m from my residence and it will cost at least Rs. 100 for journey and who will compensate me?

          I have a complaint that, Uninor is automatically charging Rs. 40/- for Caller Tune Services, Which is not activated by me. I have never sent any request for activation of Caller Tune Service. I have tried to Uninor customer care. Firstly on 25 July 2011 at 3:00 pm I recharge my mobile by 100 rupees and got 115 rupees, at 3:45pm they deduct 40 rupees from my account I called to 198 and told about it, they told me that we can't deactivate this service call on 121 they can deactivate and refund your 40 rupees. I called on 121, they ask me “you didn't activate this service” then send a message DCT MT at 52211 after 3 hours call on 121 or 198 and tell them about it they will refund your 40 rupees in your account. When I called them they told that before deactivate this service you will require to inform us. So know we can't refund your 40 rupees in your account. I am not response for this type of your service
          Any Caller Tune Service not activated by me so why I will pay this amount . Please refund my 40 rupees as early as possible. Otherwise I will take another action.

            This is to bring to your urgent attention that the above number has been debarred for receiving calls from this morning. This is the fifth time during the past three months that this has been happening.

            First time : 19/02/10 -- See your SMS
            Second time : 26/02/10 -- See your SMS
            Third time : 07/03/10 -- See your SMS
            Fourth time : 20/04/10 -- Unilaterally without any information to me
            Fifth time : 23/04/10 -- Unilaterally without any information to me

            The reasons for the first three times was that "documents were not received". I had met your dealer in Valencia (Mangalore) and copies of my passport were made then and there and my signatures obtained on the photocopies. More than a photocopy of a passport, what other documents are necessary??? How many times should I visit your dealer again and again and provide the documents? Is'nt is a failure on your part to ensure that the documents are safely received and filed in your organisation??? With a systemic fault in your organization it has now become symptomatic of an ineffecient and worthless customer service. Why was the service activated so many times after receiving the documents??? Will your dealer issue a sim card without receiving any documentation from the customer? Whose fault is it anyway that you cannot find the documents in your office?? Is'nt it the fault of your employees???? Dosent your company even have the decency and courtesy to call the customer and discuss the issue before taking this unilateral step?? Is this all what the company believes in as customer service?? Your company can be so stupid so as to debar even 121 = Your helpline number _ which is supposed to be toll free!!!

            Your SMS's of 19/02/10, 26/02/10 and 07/03/10 have the following message: " Your request for barring/unbarring of the service has been received and fulfilled". I want you to provide me the copies of the so called 'MY REQUEST".

            As the dealer is your agent, it is your responsibility to discuss the deal with the matter between yourselves and I call upon you to reconnect my service immediately failing with I will be constrained to take up this matter with the concerned authorities.

              I had put the Uninor sim (cellular Sevice).In the the ads they advertise 29 paise for a call (1min).But they took 68 paise for a call.I asked about this to the uninor customer care.They said 39 paise. for call setup and 29 paise for the call.I asked the customer care representative as why you advertise that one call in 29 pasise, and the dealer for uninor told me the first call will be charged 39 paise and from second call charge will be 29 paise. And for that the customer care rep. did not answer me properly and in manners. After I attended the call, within 5 min they barred my number, then i went to uninor sim dealer and told it. They said we will activate your sim,but 3 days passed they didn't activate my sim.. Here I want to sue against the "UNINOR" operator service in Consumer Court about their activities.Please give me a solution for this.It giving me mental stress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                i took a uninor sim with mob no:[protected] in hyderabad. It is more than one month and still the sim is not activated

                Deactivated the SIM due to not provided the Local ID proof

                I took a Uninor SIM Card having No: [protected]. At first I have submitted all the documents having address proof (native, do not have Bangalore local address), Photo ID and took the card, it was worked for 2 months then after they have deactivated the SIM by saying the reason is that I have to submit my Bangalore local address as I am staying with my friends who are paying rent and paid the advance on their name. And I am doing a course for which they have not given any ID proof.

                If this is the case with Uninor why they have accepted the documents at the time of initiation and why they want to have local ID proof now to activate the same.

                Please help me in this regards as I am loosing so many calls and money... and got frustrated with the Uninor people

                  when i enquired with the selling agents they said may be some network problem and it will get ok.

                  When i enquired with the customer care people they said the proof is not clear. Then i again enquired with the selling agent they said the proof is not yet been received by the UNINOR people.

                  I dont know why they are doing like this. When we made a call to the UNINOR representative he is also not answering the call.

                  The complete problem is with the UNINOR people and why they want to barr my out going calls.

                    On 6th Jan 2010 I have walked into the UNINOR store {shop no 1818/A-7 Amrita trade towers, SA road opp medical trust Hospital south Ernakulam cochin-16} for taking an new prepaid connection, As I reqested for vanity numbers they have brought the portfolio of the same, where in they said all the hex ( 6digits alike ) numbers are in platinum category staring from 25,000. A concerned person who claims to be the retail executive have taken my request for the hexa number 9061 111 111 , he mentioned he will discuss to his boss and give me the number , I been to store the same day again as to his call and meet his Boss retail head . he said for me to wait till 11th jan 2010 to finalize the price as for see other customers made choice for the same or not . The team asked me to get an DD of Rs.32,000 for the number I requested and bring it on 12th jan 2010 . As to that craze for acquiring an vanity number I even sold my bike and leased some gold , then taken a DD favoring unitech wireless (south) pvt LTD and presented to the retail executive on the same date . They have issued me an sim card and asked me to fill in the CAF customer application and also got my 2 self attested copy of driving license and passport size photograph . they mentioned me by evening the sim will be activated with the mobile number[protected] which I have requested . when I have asked for the cash memo or acknowledgement staing my purchase of this vanity number a lady executive given me an Xerox a soft copy of the document for number allocation signed by the retail executive , she mentioned no other cash recipts are avail for the same .

                    Till late night I was waiting with expectation number will be activated but no , I have made several calls to that retail executive but he said everything is fine the number will activated in an another 15 mints ,

                    Then called me and did telephonic apology saying the number allotted cant be provided to me as it was an pre sold number and cant go for any higher bid , meanwhile his boss is sending me an sms saying numbers price shot upto 60,000 . I called him to rectify whats happening ? he said at any cost number cant be given to me as its an order from higher level management he is not much ware of what it is ?

                    Then he was not attending my call. The next day I walked in to the store to see him

                    He explained there is big politics behind the same and he is helpless I said at any cost the number once sold to me shouldn’t be given to other customer as its an customers right I felt

                    I don’t wish to share the name and designation of the person in police service at high rank who he said was behind the number, but I don’t have any proof for that oral statement he made, but he was threatening me it will be a trouble

                    But I realized the corruption that’s has happened, because this man has told me company can only give it to an VIP as in an Politician or an Film star , but the number was made in hand by an ordinary man but an wealthy chap I guess ?

                    So what is all this forgery that has happened in the number allocation which of course to the number which was sold to me once ,and resell connection to some else by threatening me an odd manner???????

                    I have all the evidence that the number issued to me as in the SIM card with pouch an Xerox of my DD presented an the authorized statement given by Uni Nor



                    As I said in the beginning Truth Alone Triumphs then please see to it and give back my number so I can finally say

                    Nothing can silence my ambition ( no corruption , forgery , or threats )

                      i have purchased the uninor no :[protected] last week. since then it has not been provided with outgoing facility. i was advised by the dealer to get an initial recharge.of rs 50/- so that it gets activated for out going calls which i promptly did. however, it turned out to be wastage. Frequently, i followed the matter but not receiving any exact reasons.

                      i did felt happy while subscribing to Uninor number. but it could not last long. sir please address my grievance.

                        To all those who are interested to test Uninor, I heartily appeal - please don't take it, don't waste your money and time, as I know it will surely fail. I have taken a new SIM card, and had a bitter experience, so thereby I am requesting you to stay away from it.
                        Unlike TATA Docomo, which succeeded to win people's hearts right from the beginning, this Uninor could not achieve like that. As we know FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE LAST IMPRESSION. So Uninor failed to impress right from the beginning. This shows it as a dumb mobile service provider. I have taken the connection on last Thursday, but connection got activated on Saturday only. Later I asked customer care executives to which he replied me harshly that they are trying to improve. I asked the dealer about why it took so long time to activate, he told me that many customers blamed him same way for late connection. Below are the reasons why you should not take Uninor -
                        1. It is a new and yet has to go a long way to impress others. Already many people lost their trust in the service after seeing others' experiences. So they will hardly think positive.
                        2. It is not interesting as it was with Docomo, which used extraordinary marketing techniques. But in this case Uninor failed.
                        3. Whenever you have to call anyone most of the times you have to try 3-4 times again, then only it will get connected to the receiver. It has network problems.
                        4. Call rated o[censored]ninor are fake, they are providing wrong advertisements to get customers. When after taking the SIM the customers find out that they are cheated. It happened to me with call rates at wrong time.
                        5. Customer care people know nothing, and they are backward intelligently as well as in their behaviours.
                        6. And last, if you really eager to take a new SIM from Uninor, then please wait at least more for 3-4 months when customers experiences will be available for knowledge. Moreover the network towers and technical departments are still not advanced. So it will take a long time.

                        After Idea, this is the worst mobile service providers in India. Idea is the another name for HELL.
                        Avoid these two junks.

                          I was given complaint customer services.Till now they not solved my problem.
                          When ever i call customer care interactive voice tells that executives are busy with another calls please try after some time.

                          I had taken a prepaid Uninor connection on 05/01/2010 from Palakkad Town[Kerala] for contacting my husband who is an insurance Professional working at Malappuram Dist. of Kerala State.My Mob.No. is [protected].

                          Contradictory to the Mobile shop owner's feedback, we are unable to communicate through Uninor connection in our area. While contacting from outside, we could only hear voice message such as Uninor service is not reachable/switched off/out of coverage area, eventhough the mobile shows full tower signal. But we hardly see
                          the name Uninor in our Mobile handset.

                          Sir, we request you to urgently intervene in this problem and bring this to the notice of the concerned persons and arrange to find an immediate solution at your earliest.
                          May be due to poor tower facility and tower sharing problems with other Mobile service providers in our area. Our area is in Polpully Panchayath which is 2 km from Chittur Municipality & 10 KM away from Palakkad Town.

                          If this situation continues for an indefinite period, we will be constrained to opt for a new connection from IDEA/RELIANCE/AIRTEL/BSNL/VODAFONE...Please note that all these service providers have very good clarity of connection & tower facility in our area.

                          An early & favourable action from your side would highly be appreciated.

                          I have purchased Uninor Sim from PC Exten, Kolar, Tel No: [protected] on 24/11/2010 evening with payment for Talk time Rs 199/-.Sim activated within 1 Hour but no balance available. called retailer and asked, he replayed tomorrow morning it will activate. I have submitted photo, Driving Licence copy and Visiting card of my MD where I joined 3 days before. No balance next day also, at last. One package with 1200000 sec u to u loc and 42000 u to other activated, which is no use for me. Again charged with Rs101/-, but it was 250 min STD package. Balance is again zero. recharged again with Rs 50 for set balance.
                          Then 2 days before a call came from Uninor, my ID proof is not clear. After discussion they told me to submit companies authorization from my MD in letter pad. I can submit this in 2 days . They agreed but with in 1 day ( today) Uninor holded my out going calls. I talked with Help line, 3 times from 11.00 AM to 5PM, but they said to call after 2 hours continuously At last they replayed they are helpless.

                          This is krunal Prajapati from ahmedabad. I am not satisfied with the service from uninor as they are committing wrong services. I have just joined uninor through Mobile Portability and I have activated 7rs sms scheme but its not applicable on my mobile they are charging me 50 p/sms instead 11p/ sms. When I called to cancel my service for sms they are not ready. I requested to transfer the line to supervisor but that was also not entertained. I don't know what kind of service they are giving. Out going calls for my number is not available since three days. i contacted the retailer who sold the sim to me, and he contacted the distributor in turn and they said that the problem will be solved in 10 mins. but its now three days.                             I am a retailer from Bangalore Karnataka State my shop name is UNIQUE MOBILE CARE. I have activated around130 numbers with first recharge of Rs.50 in month of december 2009, and 119 activations with first recharge of Rs.50 and 53 activations in feb 2010 with the first recharge of Rs.100 & Rs.500 but till now i have not received the complete commission amount ( First recharge, CAF incentive and Slab commission) up to till date. The complete commission amount is approximately Rs.35, 000.00 but instead of this amount i have received only Rs.7, 191.00, And also they promised extra commission for 100 plus activations. Regarding this issue when i contacted with the Channal Hot Line (Customer Care) they are not giving proper resolution and regarding this issue i have raised so many Service Complaints { Dated. Jan 2010 SR.No: 1-[protected], 1 march 2010 SR.No: 1-[protected] and 4 march 2010 SR.No: 1-[protected] } and the SLA also completed but there is no response from the backend people and from any of the employees o[censored]ninor. I have completely fead up with this company and with its service. And i have complete proofs ( Service Messages) to submit for evidence. So please check out this issue and give me the resolution, If i not get any resolution from this company i'am ready to book a complaint regarding this issue in Consumer Court Forum.

                              On 6th Jan 2010 I have walked into the UNINOR store {shop no 1818/A-7 Amrita trade towers, SA road opp medical trust Hospital south Ernakulam cochin-16} for taking an new prepaid connection, As I reqested for vanity numbers they have brought the portfolio of the same, where in they said all the hex ( 6digits alike ) numbers are in platinum category staring from 25, 000. A concerned person who claims to be the retail executive have taken my request for the hexa number[protected], he mentioned he will discuss to his boss and give me the number, I been to store the same day again as to his call and meet his Boss retail head . he said for me to wait till 11th jan 2010 to finalize the price as for see other customers made choice for the same or not . The team asked me to get an DD of Rs.32, 000 for the number I requested and bring it on 12th jan 2010 . As to that craze for acquiring an vanity number I even sold my bike and leased some gold, then taken a DD favoring unitech wireless (south) pvt LTD and presented to the retail executive on the same date . They have issued me an sim card and asked me to fill in the CAF customer application and also got my 2 self attested copy of driving license and passport size photograph . they mentioned me by evening the sim will be activated with the mobile number[protected] which I have requested . when I have asked for the cash memo or acknowledgement staing my purchase of this vanity number a lady executive given me an Xerox a soft copy of the document for number allocation signed by the retail executive, she mentioned no other cash recipts are avail for the same .

                              Till late night I was waiting with expectation number will be activated but no, I have made several calls to that retail executive but he said everything is fine the number will activated in an another 15 mints,

                              Then called me and did telephonic apology saying the number allotted cant be provided to me as it was an pre sold number and cant go for any higher bid, meanwhile his boss is sending me an sms saying numbers price shot upto 60, 000 . I called him to rectify whats happening ? he said at any cost number cant be given to me as its an order from higher level management he is not much ware of what it is ?

                              Then he was not attending my call. The next day I walked in to the store to see him

                              He explained there is big politics behind the same and he is helpless I said at any cost the number once sold to me shouldn’t be given to other customer as its an customers right I felt

                              I don’t wish to share the name and designation of the person in police service at high rank who he said was behind the number, but I don’t have any proof for that oral statement he made, but he was threatening me it will be a trouble

                              But I realized the corruption that’s has happened, because this man has told me company can only give it to an VIP as in an Politician or an Film star, but the number was made in hand by an ordinary man but an wealthy chap I guess ?

                              So what is all this forgery that has happened in the number allocation which of course to the number which was sold to me once, and resell connection to some else by threatening me an odd manner???????

                              I have all the evidence that the number issued to me as in the SIM card with pouch an Xerox of my DD presented an the authorized statement given by Uni Nor

                              On 28/9/2010 i applied to their gprs service, which as per their message cost 90/- for a month. But even after deducting, the amount, the sevice was not provided, to top the scam, new messages are coming since yesterday that the gprs is available only till 6/10/2010.
                              1. they were supposed to give 750/- worth of talk time for first time recharge of rs 500/-, - not give.
                              2. GPS facility not available.
                              3. Their discount averages to 5%, it has never been 20% even once, leave alone 60%.
                              4. Since their services are totally mismanaged,there is no response to any complaint.
                              5. do not have dnd service, so continuous harassment by incoming sms.

                              Whenever i get a call on Uninor number, even if i speak for a minute also, there will be a very bad radiation emitted and heavy pain in the mouth, ear and brain region. Initially i thought this might be because of my new micromax mobile, but even after changing the phone to Nokia also, the same problem persists while using Uninor number. This is not the case while using Airtel number. When contacted the customer support, they asked me to change the network settings to manual and choose Ind 820, which i did but still there is no change in the effects that im going through. I guess these people are just using which ever tower they find and eventually, we are getting damaged as the end users by using this pathetic service providers. Its always better to using someone who is in the industry for long like Airtel or Vodafone(Hutch), as they have many towers and are able to connect even undergrounds... SICK UNINOR

                              I have a uninor sim which no was [protected]. I purchased this sim in year 2009 or 2010 which i dont remember. Due to network problem i wasn't able to use this sim. On march 2011 i got FRC 100 and at end of march 2011 i got recharged with STV 198. Till the time the connection wasn't closed by the company. Again i felt the problem regarding connectivity in the afternoon and the evening. So i stopped using this sim. I had the balance of Rs. 47. The company closed this connection with out any notification within 90 days from the date of last use. As this was the lifetime connection there it was in the plan to have one out going and incoming within 6 months. But the company fraudulently closed the connection without any notification and rolled back the number which was the personnel property for me. The company customer care gives the reason of 90 days. Now the customer care give me suggestion to repay for the same number and get a new sim with FRC. So i donot suggest Uninor to any one. If company follows its rule for 90 days the company should see abt its network coverage, connectivity, and service

                              From starting I have found that uninor service is very bad. Their customer service is very bad. They not replay satisfy answer. When ever I called to customer care they told same answer "Our system is not working. OR Our system is very slow. Our system are un able to check your data."

                              It is very very bad service. I have idea number and I have gone to uninor by MNP. I suggest don't go to uninor service. It is very bad.

I used bharati telecom, idea, Vodaphone, I never had such kind stupid problems. Even I opted for do not disturb that is also not activated, some stupid msgs are coming daily, need to delete 40 - 50 msgs daily. Even I'm getting Customer Care calls in the night if you attend the call, immediately your automated system msgs are coming who asked all this.

                              What is this hell for me. Let me know do you guys able to provide me the good service or not. Even lots of my friends are having same complaints about your service.

                              Your advertising, that your product is having good features and all. All this is fine, but what the hell is this for us. Why we need to pay money like this. With out our knowledge talktime is getting cutted.

                              Actually I'm new to gujrat, lot of people suggested to take Uninor as they are providing good features in Gujarat. First thought of checking your service by taking prepaid, then having plan to move to postpaid. If you are providing such nasty services how can I take such type of connection, how can I refer to my friends.

                              If you can't able to provide good service, let me know how you guys refunding my talktime which is in this no at-least I can save some amount
                              MY UNINOR NUMBER IS [protected] and for days no body in your oganisation is understanding the problem or able to deal with it ! I received an sms telling me to ring *222*7*99# and for 99 Rupees I would get 18000 U to other local seconds. I did and i have instead been allocated 15, 000 U to U and 3, 000 U to O !! I have the sms from your company to proove that I was promised 18, 000 Uto O seconds ! I do not want any more U to U as i only know one person on Uninor number ! I tried speaking to yoru complaints and customer services no body seems to getting the point! can you help?
