[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — After sales service - [protected]

have purchage one vedeocon TV 15 days back. one the same day i found problem in the starting and stoping of TV. after several complain one service engineer visit to the home and remove the local operation of the TV set. but after that no body contact us. we are tried so many time to contact but only persons are saying that service engineer will come today. but that today not come yet. i am not expecting this from vedeocon company. can i go to consumer court.

Videocon — No service after sale

Dear Sir,

Myself Suresh T Kamble. I am from daman, I had purchase Videocon washing machine from Kavita Electronics Which is located at daman Opp Vaibhav water park. I thought Videocon company is world best company for home appliances. But I purchase Videocon washing machine is not worked properly. Than I contact Kavita electronics they told us we are not a service provider. So tell me what can we do.

i hav purchase a videocon washing machine 3yrs ago, now 4/8/11 i found som problem in dis machine. bt after many complaint no body solve our problem. can any person of dis faculty action abt dat or we did somthing more abt videocon service...

Dear sir,

I buy videocon split air conditioner from snapdeal.com model "Videocon 1.5 Ton 3 Star TTL VS5J3.WE2.CM Split Air Conditioner ", I received and installed in my house .
but after installation I found that there is no gas in compressor, so I book complain in Jaipur base call center with complain no "JOD[protected]".
Till two day's there is no action taken by service center, finally I approach then and they said there is 2000 Rs required for repair this A.C. for refilling gas .
I don't understand why should I need to give them such amount ? because I just receive and installed A.C. 4 Days back .
But I feel my self trap in very bad videocon after sales service and finally I give up to them and provide money for repairing A.C. .

I having humble requested to you kindly look into this matter and I also attach concern person name and contact no for further enquire.
