my name is krishan kumar, i am not talk care, i don, t know three time call to cara, [protected]
my mob[protected] plz send puk help me
I had lodged a complaint regarding my cell no. [protected] which is life time.

For the last 20 days my cell is not working and the message i receive is network failed. I cannot receive nor send messages. Yesterday after my complaint it started at 6 pm and again went off today. Request kindly look into the matter urgently

HI, my mobile has been lost yesterday and i called up in your call
centre.i spoke to one of your executive, i told him that u just d-activate my sim card because it has been lost and i want to get new sim on that same no.he said that my no will be de-activated in two hour, but still it is ringing.if anyone misusing my no than who is going to be risponsible for that.

I purchase vodafone sime before 4 month ago. till that date i suffer for services. when call to custmore care call happy to help u but actualy they have unhappy to help because excutive not recive the fon more than hours. when complante they are busy. our government is actuly responcible for this because govt. why not taken any action against vadafone. i want request to all the user of vodafone please change your sim and purchase anothere company sim. my no. i ahd activated free callertune on august 16th.i agt a message that it would be free till august 18th.i called on them to deactivate it brfore 18th .but they told that it would automatically cut.but it did not happen.they send a message that they would cut 30 rupees for caller tune.is it correct to play with customers.vodafone is worst...the worst...network in india
my number is [protected] two time i have made 30 + 30 refilling as it is prepaid, but when incoming call comes the amount been deducted and now it is -5, how it is possible ?????????, secondly now the card is not working it is coming continously busy tune????????? and if i dial the numbers its saying check caller id service??????? what is this all about, i dont understand, i have this problem second time,
i am vodafone user (prepaid).
Since June 2008 whenever I recharge my cell after sometime the Balance come down to Minus. Yesterday i.e. on 28/8/08 the balance was about Rs.53/- but today i.e. on 29/8/08i got the only -135.41bal. i am surprised why it happens to me continuously. If this is the situation I may discontinue the service. Please give credit of whatever amount taken as minus till date otherwise I have to think it over.

Dear sir,
My SIM is [protected].
I am facing the problem since >7 months.
I have contacted the customer care several times in this regard, but in vain.
Very often while making and receiving the calls, a third person responds to our calls at the last moments of the calls, and is attending my calls on my disgusie while I m out of reach.

My handset is having a call divert in out of reach option with no.[protected], and is not possible to inactivate even by the vodafone store people. They told it is a default no by the company.

Now I found out that in my settins, under security settings, closed user group is in default option and is not possible to change make it off.
As per the vodafone people I reinstalled my software but reappeared again after inserting the sim.
The vodafone store people are helpless and The customer service replied regulrly as they have frowarded the complaint but no change.When the problem became grave I asked the vodafone store people to give the adress of the Manager, they told there is no office functioning to receive the complaint, inorder to proceed for a police complaint.

After making a series of complaints I got a registration no:[protected] and I follwed up the complaint.
They took the details from me and told that my connection will be monitored.
One month was trouble free and yesterday 3/9/08 by 7.30 pm while making a cll to [protected], the third voice responed to my conversation and said good by after teasing words.
The sound seems to be of same person always.
I suspects somebody is able access my calls, and I am facing problems by the insecurity of the connection.
I met with big financial loss during making overseas job proceessing and business dealings.

So please inform me the customer details of [protected] and take necessary action at the earliest to book the hidden culprit at the earliest.

I also wish to know whether it is required to produce the Personel ID while changing prepaid to post paid?
