[Resolved]  Vodafone — prepaid card not run

hi i am Ahad, my sim has been blocked, when i restarted it it displaying me sim is reject and i call on my number some other person is pick the call i dont know why vodafone activate my number to other person and my number is already recharge with lifetime activation card please do something for me then i take a legal action on vodafone my cell no is [protected] .i am vodafone user, plzzzzzzzzzzzz plz help me .tellme what to do now

I have not activate any service. Why my account is debited with 20 rupees ? Reverse it immediately.

Abusive Language used by Customer care senior officer

I contacted customer care from my number [protected] for enquiries about balance deduction and then the senior executive used abusive words while talking. Hope the Vodafone team will take right action.

I have some issue with this (Apr-May) month Vodafone bill,

which I never activated.

Regarding speed issue of dongle
