I have visited 4 times in vodafone shop at churchgate mumbai, and submited all document, but my document are not forwaded since last 4 days, so my mobile is discannected. when i went to vodafone shop at chuchgate.Ccare guys, said it will get cannected in 2 huor time till it is dead and please do needfull urgently

It's me ranjeet here.i have a problam with my vadafone sim..i called to customer care and i was not agree with hin.i have given feedback"no". then mr. ravi(customer care officer(mob number is [protected]) said to me..he will closed my number.

Prepaid Card — last 2 months detail

sir iam using airtel prepaid card i want last 2 months incoming & outgoing details...my no..[protected]
very worst experience with Vodafone customer care.

I have done the bonus recharge and i am keep on doing this for last 6 months.After done the Bonus recharge i called the local vodafone number.
as per the scheme they should deduct only 10paise/min.But they deducted 99paise/min. and i lost almost 25rs.
When i call the local vodafone customercare the RESPONSE IS VERY VERY POOR.they not responded properly.

This is the way vodafone treat the customers.then why to show add in TV with Dogs and all?.
My vodafone call details are being leaked n wat i guess it is from the various vodafone service centres or ministores in the city n is giving me trouble as leakage of my personal call details illegally to unauthorised personals i dont know wat to do pls help me if someone knows the way to avoid such leakage

FRM 299 TO 2099 I WAS AWAY FROM BANGALORE AND AGAIN I WENT TO SHOP FEW DAYS BACK APPROX 2399 OR 2499.
THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL NOW IE 2999 . THE CONTACT PERSON MR SANDY HAS GIVEN A PHONE NO TO CONTACT [protected](OF VODAFONESHOP).
I HAVE GIVEN AROUND 20 CALLS AND NO BODY HAS RESPONDED. I HAVE GIVEN THEM MY MOB NO [protected].
MAY I REQUEST FOR INTERVENTION AND ACTIVATE THE SIM NO [protected].
CONFIRMATION IS SOUGHT ETHER BY PHONE CALL TO MY MOB NO [protected] OR TO MY E MAIL ADDRESS.

Vodafone — ACTIVATE 52 BONUS SERVICES

i m a RETAILER in vodafone. october 9th i have recharged 52 bonus . still its not activated its compleat benifit. pls activate the local&std calls as 50p/min. dont cheat the retailers in the name of bonus. all other companies are giving good tariff with out bonus . why you are cheating . feel shame on your part to do like this
Vodafone Voice Chat Service has been activated on 19-Nov-09 (15:46 pm) without intimating me nd without any information & Rs 30 has been deducted from my prepaid account. I have just recieved a msg from Vodafone Care "Hello! As per ur request voice chat service has been activated on ur number & Rs 30 has been deductedas monthly rent." When I am calling Vodafone CCE he asked me to wait till morning (20th Nov09) But when i called on 20th Nov Morning i am trying to conatct Vodafone CC many times but neither any linked to CCE & no one is picking up my call.
So i kindly request you to check back soon and deactivate the Vodafone Voice Chat Service nd return back my balance for the unfairness service you hav provided without any permission
please do the needful as soon as possible.

MY CELL NO. IS [protected], I HAD BOUGHT THIS CARD SOMEWHERE IN FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER BY FUFILLING ALL YOUR FORMALITIES(i.e DOCUMENTATION PART) , YESTERDAY I HAD RECEICED A MESSAGE STATING THAT CLIP SERVICE HAD BEEN BARRED ON MY CELL DUE TO NON SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS.
SIR, I JUST WANT TO ASK ARE YOU MAKING JOKE OF ME , YOU ARE ASKING FOR THE SAME THING BACK AFTER TWO MONTHS, IF YOU HAD NOT RECEIVED THE DOCUMENT WHY MY CELL WAS ON FOR TWO MONTHS.
