Much difficulty is being facing as my vodafone connection (prepaid) which was activated 4 days back after submitting required concern documents (PAN CARD, DRIVING LICENCE, PHOTOSTAT copies L&T LIMITED LETTER). please check up, it may not reached to your office My number is [protected] and name is G V MOHANA RAO at Patna, BIHAR (State).

my mob no is [protected].. my sim got disactivated 2 months back, and i resubmitted my id and photo thrice till now, but still my sim dint get activated... and i atleast visited ur vodafone hub fr 20 times situated at warangal State. videocon prepaid card — complaint not resolved since last 2 months

This is to inform you that after several request there is no action taken against my complain and the sum amount of more than Rs:145/- is being deducted and I can not tolerate this any more.

You can check it through your system that how many times I have lodged the complain in the month of september starting as well as on 25th Oct after which the amount was deducetd. For your reference I can offer u few complain number 22978447,22600823.


SO THIS IS A FINAL REQUEST TO YOU THAT I DON'T WANT ANY SMS OR CALLER TUNE ETC....... SCHEMES BEING ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER .

HOPE THERE WILL BE A QUICK ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THIS REQUEST OR ELSE I'LL BE FORCED TO TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST YOU.

I am unhappy to your service and deduct money without by my requirement.for example that 30 Rs deducted on dated 12/11/10 and again 30 Rs deducted on dated 27/11/10.this is informed to your customer care on dated 13/11/10 but I have got disatisfactory by your representative of customer care.and again contact on dated 28/11/10 for deducted amount Rs 30.After discussion i have got absolute reply.As you can go in consumer forem.
So please return my deducted amount otherwise I will go to in consumer fourem.within one or two days.

I am arumugaraj. my mobile no is [protected]. i m using vodafone prepaid nearly 1.5 years. I have got one msg from vodafone in which u have to submit ID proof documents once again and then u are giving interrupted service (incoming nos. are not showing). i have submitted than on 12th DEC 2010. but still i m facing that same problem. i have called custmer center nearly four times. they told it will be activated within 24 hrs, 12 hrs, 4 hrs. but nothing they did. your service is very very worst... dont follow like this...
