Vodafone — Callertune Deactivation

Hello sir

I am Praveen ( [protected] )from Faridabad. Vodafone has activated Caller tune without my permission on 8 march 2010 and has deducted the amount from my cell and sending the message to deactivate caller tune, there i no response, i continuously contacting customer care and they are assuring me that called tune will be deactivated in 24 hours. every day with every new customer executive and my caller tune has no been deactivated till now.26 march 2010

Vodafone — activation problem

its been a one week..........

i didnt get my sim activated...........hell lot of time i called up the agent and the manager as well but they are not at all cooperative............

INSPITE OF ALL THIS ..NOW THEY ARE NOT EVEN PICKING THE CALL.......

my documents are all completed and its a postpaid sim ...................

and i will make sure that nobody in my contacts gonna take vodafone connection............

Vodafone — Do not disturb & Unable to get in touch with the Customer Care exec

I keep on getting a number o[censored]nwanted calls and SMS on my vodafone tired to reach them out but their IVR takes a hell lotta time to end up and after which when i press 9 to reach the executive it redirects to previous menu. Tried to lodge a complaint on 198 there too no response. I am pissed at Vodafone , just cant change it due to 4 year old connection.

Vodafone — Poor service charges waiver from nov 2009 to mar 2010

I am having Vadafone mobile postpaid connection ([protected])
i have given complaint against poor network service for nov 2009
some network person visited my resi area , he also confirm that low network.after that no improvement.
if i speak midly call wil disconnect or call drop, no network very very very poor network

again i have raise the complaint feb 2010, no improvement

i am requesting to resolve the issuse , what the are the charges to be made of from Nov 2009 to Mar 2010 , expect rental charges has to be waiver

because when service provider not given the service properly why i need to pay the payment, but if you not pay the bil after due date one dely also they will disconnect incoming and outgoing facility

pls help to waiver the bill amount nov 2009 to mar 2010 of
Rs. 8000/-
