It's just surprising to me! Can't believe how these companies can get away with such frauds!

My name is Ajith, S. I am staying at Chembur, Mumbai. I had approached one of your customer care centres at Chembur. I had met customer care executive, Mr.Rajesh. I regret to say that you would lose lots of customers if you employ such executives. His attitude towards customers is dissappointing.
I had to convert my pre paid connection to post paid connection. I had to approach him six times. Each time he would say that i have to submit more documents like Pan card, License etc. He even said that the copy of my License cant b accepted as it doesnt have my signature. Whatever document I submit he used to find some reason to reject the same.

Vodafone — Insult

On 15.03.10 Vodafone store girish park,kolkata gave me 26 thank you card for my friends which later i found out was wrong on their part.
On the sam day i called at helpline and the person gave me wrong information due to which around 20 card didn't work. All my friends insulted me.
Vodafone ministore mahajati sadan branch,kolkata insulted me on 16.03.2010. I had gone there to ask for thank you card since they had not worked and they misbehaved with me.
