Vodafone Mobile Services India — unauthorized deduction from prepaid account
Vodafone has got "missed call info services" in services list, by mistake i just clicked on it to check the detailed and they activated the service without asking if you want to activate or not, i immediately deactivated the service by sending the message than also 30 rs got deducted from my account and they are not ready to refund the amount and nor they ready to start the service, as per them you need to start the service again and pay 30 rs again for rentalthat means they are charging rental twice for the same month.
This vodafone is really a CHOR company.

Vodafone — customer care executive misleading the customers
sir, my vodafone number is [protected] i recharged my number worth rs 95 so as to get the free internet browsing facility, i called up the customer care executive so as to get the full information about the service and i also asked about the expiry of the service...they told me that whenever the service will get expire ull be informed about that through a message. BUT IT DIDN'T HAPPENED ..i was unaware f the expiry of my card as they told my that u'll be informed about its expiry through a message and i was keep on accessing the internet , and they deducted some 180 rs from my phone. IT MEAN THAT THE CCE MISLEADED ME AND PROVIDED ME THE WRONG INFORMATION.now again some 2 or 3 days back i again recharged my number so as to brows the free internet..they promise to activate the service right before 24 hours of recharging BUT THEY DIDN'T DID SO..THEY ACTIVATED THE SERVICE AFTER 25 OR 26 HOURS AND I USED THE SERVICE AND AS A RESULT OF WHICH THEY AGAIN DEDUCTED 70 TO 80 RS FROM MY ACCOUNT.
respected authority its my humble request to you to take the immediate action against them, its true that they are providing the service at very low cost but they have also found some new means or tactics of snatching the money from the customers..this is ashish ahuja, my number is [protected]. i'll be waiting for quick and immediate action against them. thank you.

Vodafone — Discontinue caller tune service to me
Dear Sir,I find every month I am being charged Rs 30/- towards subscription for using Caller Tune Services whereas I am not intrested to utilise such services.

Vodafone — UCCs continue in spite of assurances
Since a little over a year I have been complaining to Vodafone (65+ complaints lodged) about the Unsolicited Commercial Communications (UCCs) I have been receiving on my Vodafone number ([protected]). Apart from not doing enough about this, I find that each time there is a communication from Vodafone, it is soon followed by several UCCs. I have pointed this out to the callers on the 'phone as well as by e-mail but to no avail.The UCCs had reduced in frequency during February-March, but since last month they have increased again. I find that even though the callers from Vodafone assure me that action has been taken against the senders, the same senders continue to send UCCs.
What is the use of complaining if Vodafone is not going to do anything about it? Till now I had not asked for any kind of compensation, but now I wish to be compensated for this harassment from both the senders and from Vodafone.

Vodafone — No. put out of service thrice
I had bought a prepaid connection from Vodafone store in andheri (four bunglow) about 3.5 weeks back.I have been made to submit the documents thrice to that store and still my number has been put out of service for the third time. It is ridiculous and irritating. The channel to reach out to customer care through 111 has been barred from my phone.
I do not understand how am i to ensure that i get a normal service from this number, visiting that store thrice i think is good enough.
The customer care executives either put the call on a long hold, or refuse to solve the problem by saying ' i understand your problem, but you will have to submit your documents again!
BLAH!
and this particular gentleman called Mr. Irfan Farooqi who calls himself one of the supervisors of the mumbai circle has no sense whatsoever to speak to a customer and is not even remotely "happy to help"
