the person with the mobile number [protected] is harassing through phone calls. Please give me his address details, So i can catch the person n take a legal action according to Law.

Vodafone — Unwanted Calls in Roaming

I am getting unnecceary calls on my mobile(9953**7965) from vodafone, the service provider. Either they try to sell something or just play some song to select as caller tune. All this happens whenever i am on roaming, so that they can make some revenue. Despite being a compalint is lodged, they are still doing it. Moreover they cut 30 Rs for playing some stupid caller tune which i have not registered. I called up Vodafone care to stop playing caller tunes and charging money but they are continuing cutting 30 Rs everymonth. A net loss of 360 Rs is there. Shall i go to consumer forum or they will stop this unfare, illigal practice. Please guide.

Vodafone — Unauthorised charge deduction

I received a massege from voda on 16th May'10 and on opening of that Rs 99 have been deducted from my prepaid account without confirmation from me. I called customer care for that but dint get any positive reply on that. I want back the deducted money. Want to stop to receive such irritating massages as well.

having to disconnect after 'buy add on bundle.
twice now i've being caught.

Vodafone — delaying of renewal of new sim

sir,i m pushkar piyush 3rd year student of bharti vidyapeeth.sir i am regular customer of vodaphone for 4 years with same mobile number.i had lost my phone on date[protected].immediately i had visited vodaphone office and placed my complain for tat issue.they inform me to deposit all the important document including my indentity issue.same moment i had deposited the required documents.they assured me that my no. will starrted workin in 1 hour.but after 24 hours no step had being taken.i had visited in vodaphone gallery for 3 times and every time they place their new excuses.the gallery is in pune and the person assisting was sapna.sir,my phone number was [protected]

Vodafone — not receiving bills since january of 2010, neither hard copy or soft copy on my email

I had asked that bills relating to my vodafone no [protected] be sent either as hard copy to my billing address - D-25, Defence Colony, 2nd floor , New Delhi 110024,/ and / or/ sent to my email address - [protected]@gmail.com. I was given to understand that if I availed of the email facilty without any paper backing, my itemised phone bills would be reduced by half.
While I pay through the ECS mode, I am not getting information about my itemised phone calls.Since I need to show this to my office, I am urgently in need of some proof of the bill amount being deducted from my bank.
In case I do not hear from you asap, I will have be compelled to to stop the ecs payments and make it through cheques only., once I receive the bill.
Please heed this request and send me itemised bills for the months of Jan,Feb,March , april and May .Infuture send me the bill as hard copy or soft whichever is quick.
