Vodafone — not providing internet service and not attended properly

my name is rahul pathania and my phone no is [protected] i get recharged for the internet of rupees 299 on 21/07/10 and till now i didn't get the internet service i tell my problem many times to the customer care but they didn't tell the effective sollution the no. they provide us for the query is always busy and not rechable

Vodafone No.9811940968 — not receiving the bills in time

on my repeated requests and also talking to Mr.Praveen Kumar, Sr.Supervisor on 30th or 31st July, 2010, I have not received the duplicate bill of my Vodafone No.[protected]. The last date for payment is today i.e. 2nd Aug., 2010. Mr.Praveen has given the assurance that the duplicate bill will be received before 2nd Aug., 2010 but till date, I have notl received the duplicate bill. It may also be informed that the courier deputed by your organisationl has delivered the original bill at some wrong address and intimated to Mr.Praveen that the bill has been received by some Mr.Chopra whereas no such person in the name of Mr.Chopra is residing in my premises. The email id in your record is also incorrect in your Office. My exact e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com which may please be corrected in your record.

Hello sir,

I have been very much disturbed with one vodafone number ([protected]) , who has been troubling my sister from a month now.

My name is Deepak Solanki.i have purchased one vodafone billing plan on 10 may 2010.The vodafone customer care executive come and collect all proof (i.e. ID card,pancard,address proof).but till now my card is not activated.even they give me a wrong card.and now 2 months bill come to my uncle house.bcoz card is registered on my uncle name.after 2 months they send one bill only.
